Zephyr Heights 11:00am

In the luxurious city of Zephyr Heights, the earth pony, pegasus, and unicorn mares, fillies, colts and stallions were all seen having a stroll through their beautiful and wealthy city, doing work, having a chatter with one another and many more just like usual in their peaceful lives.

In the castle throne room of Zephyr Heights, an eight years old light blue coloured pegasus colt with dark blue eyes, blue and dark purple mixed hair, light blue wings, and a blue and dark purple mixed mane was seen writing lots of paperworks on the work that he has currently fulfilled at the moment with a pencil in his right hoof, he was also seen wearing his royal regal suit.

The pegasus colt is known as Hydro Petals, the smart, kind, honest, brave and generous son of Greninja and Pipp Petals who has an ambition of becoming a physician in the future dedicating his studies on health science, medicine and other medical associated topics, as well as protecting the lives of his subjects with the assistance of his friends Chase and Bright.

The reason why Hydro was on his grandmother's throne doing paperwork was due to her having to have caught a fever and a cold today which resulted in her not being able to do her royal work for the day due to her needing some pleasant rest, she also had some medicine issued to her by her grandson Hydro which he created, it is extremely effective too.

Ever since the incident occured, the mane five, Hydro, Chase, Bright, Sprout and Greninja all felt empathetic towards the pegasus Queen due to her not being able to attend the royal family dinner for the day. There was also one more problem brought up to them by the guards, who will do the role of fulfilling her current obligations as the Queen?

Therefore, Hydro bravely stepped forward and volunteered to do his grandmother's jobs for today. Greninja and Pipp asked whether he was certain he wanted to do this and he nodded in a courageous way which made them proud of him. But, he would have to procrastinate his visit to the restaurant which he accepted. Chase and Bright asked whether he needed some assistance from them both which he kindly refused and told them it was his duty as a royal to do such difficult work.

So, without wasting much more precious time, Pipp brought her little baby colt Hydro to the dressing room to suit up in his regal prince uniform as well as putting a crown on him which made him irked of her demands. The pegasus colt tried to politely refuse all of this and told his mother Pipp that he could do all of this casually as his normal self. But, just as he took of his uniform and put his crown back down, mare and stallion guards swooped in and put them all back on him which made him aggravated. He had to begrudgingly accept all of this due to him remembering those times these guards put his royal regal uniform back on him when he took them off.

Once Hydro was ready, his parents, aunts, uncles, and friends all said goodbye to Hydro before leaving the castle and making their way to the restaurant. The pegasus colt said goodbye to them back after hugging his parents before getting onto his grandmother's throne and preparing to do all of her work for the day while she was sick. The guards them came in with lots of paperwork situated in wagons which shocked the prince at how much work must be done but, he snapped out of it and focused.

"Alright, assistance with cleaning the road for the sanitation workers has been accomplished. Shipping food products from supermarkets to the target market mares and stallions has also been accomplished, now, a lot more left to go." Hydro told himself as he put the two ticked up paperwork in an already filled up wagon cart. The mare guard saluted to Hydro before leaving with the paperwork.

"Prince Hydro." A mare guard came and bowed down to him.

"Yes Wings, what is next on my grandmother's royal duty to do list?" Hydro asked kindly.

"Well your highness, you've completed many of the work, now what you must do next is to attend the daycare in Zephyr Heights and tell the fillies and colts there a story as well as giving them these toys." The mare guard replied as she showed Hydro a box filled with toys.

"Roger that." Hydro said with a nod as he jumped off of Queen Haven's throne and walked to the mare guard. When he got to her, he grabbed the box and began to make his way to the front doors of the castle to exit them and make his way to the daycare. "I wonder who these special guests of the feast that my father and mother informed me are going to be?" He asked himself with a raise of his right eyebrow. But, the shook his thought out of his head before focusing back on the task at hoof.

In Zephyr Heights daycare, Prince Hydro Petals was seen sitting on a chair in one of the rooms while reading a storybook that is based on his dad Greninja's home Pokemon world to the fillies and colts with the mare owner of this daycare watches with a pleasant smile on her face.

"And that fillies and colts are the abilities, features and characteristics of Pokemon from my dad's world as well as their natural way of life that they must adapt to in their natural environments." Hydro finished the storybook as he closed them.

"Wow, the Pokemon sure are unique and strong." A filly commented with an astonished expression.

"Indeed, Equestria's protector must be one of the strongest!" A colt said.

Hydro only nodded to the two foals of their comments on the foals storybook that his dad wrote together which is one of the most popular books in Maretime Bay, Bridlewood and Zephyr Heights. But then, a filly asked him a different question.

"Prince Hydro, why must the Pokemon fight each other everyday?" The unicorn filly asked.

"That is a very good inquiry there little filly and to be honest, it's extremely complex." Hydro told her with a chuckle. "Pokemon have to battle each and everyday from day to night if they wish to win against one another and survive in their terrestrial areas, the sky and in ocean from what my father told me when I was an infant." He answered.

"But, doesn't that sound very sad and rough?"

"It does but, they do it because according to my dad, Pokemon must battle if they wish to accumulate lots and lots of experiences and evolve to their next forms, and they get more powerful as they reach their final form with them learning new additional movesets and enhanced durability towards certain attacks, even super effective ones too depending on how well the trainer trains them." He told them.

The fillies and colts were even more flabbergasted at all of the new knowledge that they are learning from Prince Hydro aka the son of Equestria's guardian Greninja and Princess Pipp Petals.

"Alright, item fifty-six, the grand opening of the new library." The mare guard said while looking up at the library behind her and Hydro. There were also many mares, stallions, fillies and colts seen standing behind a ribbon line too.

"This library is definitely going to be one of my favourites." Hydro said with a smile. He always enjoyed reading books based on medicine, first aid and other health correlated topics.

"Prince Hydro Petals, the scissors for cutting the ribbon." A male guard said as he gave him a box with the golden scissors in it.

"Thank you."

Hydro then grabbed the rings of the scissors before spreading them, opening the blades in the process. After that, he positioned the scissors at the rope before attempting to cut it but however, the ribbon did not break.

"The hay?"

Hydro tried to cut a couple of more times but it did not break, this got him very vexed.

"Gah, forget it." Hydro said with a roll of his eyes before putting the scissors back in the box before summoning a light blade in his right hoof which was known as his cut attack. After that, the pegasus colt cut the rope with his cut attack, breaking it in the process. Then, he looked at the public.

"Thank you everypony for attending the grand opening of this glorious library." Hydro said to the ponies with a smile.

"Well, that's one way to cut the ribbon." The mare guard said with a shrug.

Next on the list was building a brand new hotel ordered by Queen Haven with construction workers and architects present in the area building the foyer area. A construction worker pegasus mare was seen having a chat with Prince Hydro who was wearing a safety helmet.

"Whta do you think of the map plan of this foyer?" The mare asked showing him the map plan of the foyer.

Hydro scrutinized and calculated the scale as well as the furniture plans that are drawn and written on the map plan. It does seem like a very good plan but, something else is needed to be done.

"Looks very phenomenal and creative Blossom but, what I would counsel you to do is to add some decorations and more attractive and beautiful colouring to the foyer to make the hotel look more appealing to the guests who are visiting." Hydro told her.

"Roger that, thank you so much."

"You're welcome."

Hydro then proceeded to endow some succour to the architect and construction workers by transporting bricks, cement, calculating the angles, areas and perimeters of the foyer, helping the ponies build and many throughout this obligation which he found extremely fun to do so luckily, he is strong from thanks to all of the training that his dad gives him to control and manage his pokemon moves inherited to him ever since his birth.

Zephyr Heights, 7:00pm

In the dinning room area of the royals restaurant. The mane five, Sprout, Chase, and Bright were all seen seated on different seats around the long table while waiting patiently for Hydro to arrive after he completes Queen Haven's work that he courageously volunteered for.

"What if he gets into trouble Greniny?" Pipp asked her husband with a concerned expression.

"It's okay Pippy, Hydro is strong, he can do overcome many obstacles that dares to stand in his way." Greninja told her as he hugged his wife.

"I really hope that he can go through all of that tough work." Bright said as he began to spin his cup.

"I wonder when he'll arrive?" Chase asked.

Then on cue, the doors of their dinning room area was pushed open revealing an exhausted pegasus colt known as Hydro Petals. The sight nonplussed the mares, three stallions, and two colts.

"Whoa, what happened to you Hydro?" Bright asked.

"You look like you just finished sparring with your dad." Chase commented.

Hydro decided not to answer their inquiries due to him being so fatigued, therefore, he slowly walked to his seat right next to his mother Pipp Petals at rhe very back. When he got to it, he pulled the chair back, sat on it, put his napkin on his hooves and rested his head and hooves on the table.

"So, how was your day baby?" Pipp asked as she gently stroked her son's head.

"Oh, let me see mother. I assisted construction workers in building the foyer of a hotel, endowed some succour to sanitation workers with cleaning and mopping the pavement as well as opening the new library which I absolutely enjoyed." Hydro replied to her. "But, the ones I disliked the most were having to have to go through an entire garden for two hours for a guard looking for a spear that he lost which I do not mind, having to hire a new chef by tasting their meals and beverages which made me quite full in the afternoon but, luckily, I can still eat for dinner after exercising to burn all of the fat in my abdomen by doing push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lifting some small dumbbells reserved for my personal use for at least an hour in my gym room, and chasing Cloudpuff around the castle so that he can take a path." He added in an irked tone.

"Oh, hehehe, that does seem like a very crazy adventure."

"Yeah but still, I'm happy that I managed to assist many ponies throughout the day." Hydro told his parents with a smile.

"That's my son."

"Oh baby, how proud I am for you." Pipp cooed as she hugged her son, and Hydro hugged back.

"Oh right son, remember the part where I told you about the special guests that will be attending this feast?" Greninja asked.

"Yeah."

"Well, here they come now."

The ponies all looked to the doors again to see two humans named Ash Ketchum and Serena entering the area with Serena's female unicorn filly named Sylveon who is at the same age as Hydro after moving to Equestria for a new life granted by Xerneas herself after she fell in love with the kind, brave and smart little colt Hydro Petals.

"Ash! Good to see you again!" Greninja said with a wide smile.

"Hello there mister Ketchum, it's good to see you once again." Hitch said.

"Serena, come and sit next to me!" Zipp called her.

Then, Ash, Serena and Sylveon all went to their designated seats. Ash sat next to his Greninja, Serena sat next to her best friend princess Zipp Storm, and Sylveon sat next to her crush Hydro.

"How are you doing Equestria's guardian?" Ash asked.

"I'm doing great thank you so much for asking. In addition to that I'm starting to get used to this earth pony body of mines."

"That's good to hear." Ash said with a smile. Then, he looked over to his nephew Hydro. "How's it going little warrior?" He asked.

"Oh, everything is going great uncle Ash. I just assisted with my grandmother Queen Haven's royal duties that she had to do today while she caught on ailment." Hydro replied with a smile.

"Wow, that's very generous of you Hydro." Sylveon said as she nuzzled him which made him blush in return.

"Yeah, you sure are hard working today Hydro." Serena said with a giggle.

"Thanks to the two of you, as the prince I must do everything in my power to protect the lives of everypony and endow them with the much needed succour for them to support their living as well as their lives." Hydro said logically.

"Now that's my sweet baby colt." Pipp cooed as she kissed her son on his forehead.

"Very inspiring my friend." Chase said as he clapped his hooves.

Just as that happened, their food orders have arrived with chefs bringing in their food and placed them in front of them. After that, everypony including Ash and Serena began to eat.
