My Little Pony: The Draconic Sister - Reboot

Every pony was now in Canterlot with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. Considering what White Flame revealed, the information had to be taken to the princesses.

"This is admittedly quite shocking." Princess Celestia said. "White Flame; as far as I'm concerned; has done nothing wrong." She added.

"Thank you, Princess Celestia. That's what we've been saying the whole time, more or less." White Flame said.

"You still bear some responsibility for creating Zanth in the first place in your past life." Twilight said.

"Why do you think I told you about him? I want that madness dealt with. Permanently this time." White Flame said.

"Um, couldn't you reason with him; maybe politely ask him to just stop?" Fluttershy asked.

"...You are talking about a sentient roaming cumulation of void energy shaped into an orb. When you get infected by that stuff to a large degree, you lose all sense of yourself and want to do nothing but spread sadness and pain. It was only a miracle that mare showed up and somehow brought Sombra out of it." White Flame said.

"This mare you mentioned, you said Sombra called her 'Hope'." Princess Luna said.

"Yeah that's right." Rainbow Dash said.

"I took a picture if that helps." Scootaloo said, showing off a photograph.

"...When did you take a picture of her? More importantly, how?" Rainbow Dash said.

Scootaloo produced a small camera-isk device. "The trick was turning the flash off and making sure no one noticed." The orange pegasus said.

"Huh. I was with you the entire time and I never once noticed you taking a camera out to take a picture." Rumble said.

"I took pictures of a few other things, but this one is the one that's relevant." Scootaloo said.

"It IS her." Princess Celestia said. "Seems she found a way to become immortal after all." She added.

"She mean something Princess?" Twilight asked.

"Twilight, while you are no doubt of the best students I've had, you are not the first. The first was admittedly this mare. Her name is Radiant Hope." Princess Celestia said. "I've had many students over the years. But she was the only one outside of you that Luna ever knew about." She added.

"That's only because she was my sister's student before I had become Nightmare Moon. I was still around at that time." Princess Luna said.

"And while I've had several students between you and her Twilight; she was different. She only agreed because she wanted to have enough magic experience to cast a spell that would make her never age past a certain point; essentially allowing her to live forever. It just so happened that on the same day my sister had become Nightmare Moon, Hope had decided to leave the castle without my knowledge." Princess Celestia said.

"Guess she must have found a way afterwards. She must have been from the Crystal Empire I'm guessing." Twilight said.

"Actually, it was Hope herself that told us about Sombra." Princess Luna stated.

"Huh. Well, it seems that Hope's love for Sombra managed to destroy the void energy Zanth infected him with." White Flame said. "It had to be super strong, because normally one cannot cure one possessed by void energy. Only a super strong positive emotion can hope to pierce that veil." He explained.

"Well from what I understand, Hope did feel very strongly towards Sombra even though he was enslaving her kind. It was her one condition: That we do not kill Sombra; we were allowed to take him into custody and imprisson him, but she did not want to see him killed." Princess Celestia said.

"Of course, you ended up imprisoning him in the Frozen North instead." Twilight pointed out.

"It was regrettable. Ironically, sealing him away happened shortly after we imprissoned Discord." Princess Celestia said.

"Somebody mention me?" Discord asked shortly after popping up.

"...Hello to you too Discord." Twilight said. "What are you up to?" She asked.

"Oh don't mind me. I'm just wondering what you all are up to being gathered like this at Princess Celestia's castle." Discord said.

"...Interesting..." White Flame said.

"Hold up, whose this?" Discord said, referring to White Flame.

"My name is White Flame. And don't you even begin to start." White Flame said.

"...Oh. I see. Yeah that's probably enough chaos in this area already. Even as the avatar of Chaos, even I know when I'm outclassed." Discord said.

"So wait, does that mean you know all about Gareth? AND YOU STILL LET ME INVESTIGATE EVERYTHING ABOUT WHITE FLAME?!" Scootaloo exclaimed.

"Well I knew you were investigating White Flame. And I have to admit, I was a little curious to see what would happen. After all, he's as unfamiliar to me too. But now that I got a look in his eyes, you could say I know now who he is." Discord said.

"The one known as Gareth is dead." White Flame said. "I am White Flame." He added.

"...You actually believe you can escape your past, don't you?" Discord asked.

"Leave him alone." Apple Bloom said, stepping between the two.

"...Say what?" Discord asked.

"Ah said leave him alone. So, what if he WAS Gareth before? That ain't who he is now." Apple Bloom said. And suddenly Discord went pale. No really, he became all white. "And if you've got a problem with that, ah don't care what crazy chaos you'll cause; I ain't gonna let you pick on White Flame." Apple Bloom said. Suddenly Discord quite litterally fell to pieces.

"...Well, this seems familiar." Spike said.

"Yep." Smolder said.

Discord reformed himself. "I really cannot believe what I'm seeing right now. Someone is actually DEFENDING Gareth." Discord said.

"How many times does he gotta say it? His name is White Flame." Apple Bloom said.

Apple Bloom... White Flame thought to himself. And then Discord suddenly fell to pieces a third time.

"Okay that's starting to become a trend now." Spike said.

"Agreed." Smolder said.
