The group had met once more in the castle of Friendship. Johnson Molloy had called them there for a reason.

"Thanks for coming. I figured that with everything that's been going on between Zanth making an actual apperence and the Wildman out there, it was the right time to introduce you to a certain somepony as you say around here." Johnson said.

"Oooo, are they hiding somewhere? Because I don't see them." Pinkie Pie said. "Honestly, I can't wait to throw them a 'Welcome to Ponyville' party." She added.

"Of course you would." Rainbow Dash said with a roll of her eyes.

"I'm not sure how you could throw a party for who I have to introduce you to." Johnson said before taking out somekind of tablet and turning it on. Suddenly, the screen of the tablet started spewing a bunch of ones and zeros before suddenly displaying some text

This tablet houses a copy of D.E.C.A., short for Digital Encyclopedic Computerized Assistant. D.E.C.A. is a highly advanced AI program that can learn and feel emotion like a normal Intelligent being and thus, should be treated not as a program, but as living being. -Notice written by Expert

"Whose Expert?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"A person who lived a long time ago. He was quite intelligent, but had no knowledge of his own name." Johnson said. "Yet, despite this, Expert was a very gifted man. Or so Deca details. He died before I became real, so I never personally knew the man. D.E.C.A. was Expert's creation, the last thing he did before his death." He added.

Suddenly on the tablet there was a face. "Start up sequence complete. Greetings intelligant life forms, I am Deca." A computerized voice said from the tablet with the face on the tablet moving like any normal face would.

"That thing can talk?!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed.

"Of course I can talk. I wouldn't be able to be who I am without being able to talk." Deca said.

"...Why does Deca sound like a girl?" Twilight asked.

"I am a girl." Deca answered.

"Oooo, I've never thrown a party for a program that is essentially a living being before. Yay!" Pinkie Pie said.

"...A party? I'm do not comprehend this. Why would any life form want to throw me a party upon first meeting me?" Deca asked, confused.

"Because silly, your new to Ponyville. I really got to go work on making that 'Welcome to Ponyville' party now. Later." Pinkie Pie said. She soon ran off, leaving behind a cloud of dust.

"...Welcome to Ponyville Party? I still do not comprehend." Deca said.

"Deca, there are two things you should know about Ponyville. The first, is that if your new here, Pinkie Pie; who just left; will throw you a party." Twilight said.

"I see. And what is the second thing about Ponyville I should know?" Deca asked.

"DO NOT QUESTION PINKIE PIE." Pratically the rest of the main six shouted at once.

"...I see. I suppose that would make sense to avoid headaches. But I do not suffer headaches." Deca said.

"Tell that to Twilight. Once, she spent an entire week trying to understand Pinkie Pie and wound up with not only various injuries, but a serious headache." Spike said.

"Duly noted, but I am sure I can comprehend things better then she could." Deca said.

As it turned out, Deca couldn't. Despite Pinkie Pie hanging out with Deca all day, even the AI couldn't understand Pinkie Pie.

"...It seems I was underestimating the severe complexity that is Pinkie Pie. I guess it is true that no pony should question Pinkie Pie." Deca said.

"You were warned." Smolder said.

"In fact, I can comprehend that Pinke Pie's complex nature is due to a huge flux of abnormal energy. Yet, I cannot detect the origin of this energy. Either it hasn't happened yet, or it happened to an alternate version of her that has affected all versions of her." Deca said.

"Abnormal what now?" Applejack asked.

"...What she said. Abnormal what now?" Twilight asked.

"If even Twilight doesn't understand what Deca just spewed, then I doubt I will." Rainbow Dash said.

"Ah. My apologies. Anbormal energy is a blanket term used by Expert that I have inherited that covers all things unexplainable and irregular. In other words, it means your friend Pinkie Pie is so vastly different compared to the rest of Earth Pony kind, that it would take millions of years to understand her." Deca said.

"...She ain't wrong." Applejack said.

"Ain't is not a word." Deca said.

"That's just Applejack's southern accent peeking through." Twilight said.

"I see. It seems I can learn a lot from each of you. I hope you will let me learn from all of you." Deca said.

"Well, it's always nice to make a new friend." Twilight said.

Over in the corner, Johnson was smiling. "Honestly, didn't expect them to click so well with Deca of all creatures." The mole said to himself. "I can't wait to see the look on that Draconequus's face though." He added.

Notice: Somepony pointed out that "ain't" HAS been in the dictionary at one point. However, even if it's in there now or not, Deca's internal dictionary has remained the same since her first activation, and when Deca was given her dictionary, "ain't" wasn't a part of that dictionary. And even if "ain't" is no longer in the dictionary, the word is routed in being part of southern country accents which is basically Applejack's mannerisms to a T. So I'm not changing this, but I am bringing up that in lore, Deca's internal dictionary which would be a version of the proper dictionary without the word "ain't" in it has not changed since her first activation. And all version of Deca's AI program have the same knowledge and iternal dictionary. However, Deca is aware that some life forms have different speaking patterns, so that's why she accepts Applejack saying the word as part of her accent, and will give no further comment about it.
