The fall season has started once again. However, things don't feel as cozy for some as they should be. It's been about a year since Rainbow Dash suddenly left town. There are whispers and rumors going around that her and others that have left haven't been seen again for a reason.

The days are growing shorter, the air is getting colder, and Pinkie Pie is doing her best to hold onto her own sanity. Can she find help in her friends, or is there something truthful to the sinking sense of paranoia and decay that's gripping her and many others in the town?
