Twilight Sparkle gave herself one-last look over in the mirror as she grabbed her purse. Her hair was up in a bun - slightly neater than she would usually make it - and her face had a light coating of make-up, just enough to enhance her natural beauty. She hummed for a few moments and wondered if she should put some lipstick on. Ultimately, she decided against it. With a confident nod, Twilight grabbed her keys and stepped out.

The crisp evening air felt wonderful as she walked down the street. It was looking to be a beautiful night, perfect for a dinner date. Perhaps after they ate, they could maybe go out and relax on her back balcony.

She was pleasantly surprised when Sunset Shimmer had invited her over for dinner. Her girlfriend often talked about cooking, but Twilight hadn’t had many opportunities to sample Sunset’s meals. She was looking forward to seeing what Sunset had prepared for them. And of course, for whatever was going to come after the meal as well.

Sunset’s apartment building was only a short twenty minute walk from Twilight’s house. Her apartment was on the fourth floor though, so Twilight opted to take the elevator rather than climb up the stairs. She didn’t want to make too much of a mess of herself, especially not after all the effort she had put into making herself look pretty. (But then again, she could show up as a sweaty, exhausted mess and Sunset would still probably say she was the most beautiful woman she had ever seen).

The doors to the elevator opened with a ding onto the fourth floor and Twilight took the last few steps to stand in front of Sunset’s apartment. She gave four, short knocks like she always did, and stepped back. Her girlfriend opened the door with a wide smile after only a few moments, and she wasted no time in stepping forward to wrap the other girl in a warm, tight hug.

“Twilight!” Sunset said. “You look amazing tonight!” She pressed a kiss to the corner of Twilight’s mouth before she stepped back into her apartment.

Twilight blushed and followed Sunset into the apartment and closed the door behind her. “Thanks, Sunny. You look great, too!” she complimented shyly. She followed her girlfriend through the small entrance hall to the dining room and gasped at the sight.

The table had a nice, deep red tablecloth draped over it. Yellow napkins and silver utensils were placed at either end of the long table, and a myriad of pillared candles lay scattered between them. The entire room was done up like a scene from one of the romance movies Twilight loved to lose herself in, and her heart swelled at the fact that this one was for her.

“Wow, Sunset,” commented Twilight. “You did all this?” Sunset nodded. “For me?”

The other girl laughed. “Well, it is a special occasion,” she replied with a warm smile.

Twilight panicked for a moment. Was it their anniversary? She could have sworn that it wasn't for another few weeks! Did they start dating in September or October? The twenty-first or the sixth?!

To her surprise, Sunset laughed again. “Don’t worry Twi, it’s nothing you could have known about,” she said with a chaste kiss on the cheek. “This is my surprise for you.” The girl walked over to the ornate dining table and pulled out a chair. “Now come, sit down while I finish dinner.”

“Oh, okay,” Twilight said and flashed a relieved grin. She made her way over the chair and sat down, before something dawned on her and she got up again. “Wait, do you need any help?” she asked.

Sunset shook her head. “Nope. I’ve got it all taken care of,” she replied. “This is my treat.”

Twilight rolled her eyes at her girlfriend's chivalry. “Okay, if you say so,” she said and sat down again. Sunset left her in the dining room as she went to prepare the final meal and Twilight had a few moments on her own to think.

This is really nice of her, she thought to herself. Usually we just go out to a restaurant or whatever, but this is wonderful! There was a lot of careful thought put into the arrangement of candles on the dining room table, and the lighting that was set to just the perfect ambience. The curtains were drawn for a modicum of privacy, and overall, the room was quite cozy.

An odd noise from the kitchen pulled her attention for a second. There was some grunting followed by a dull, wet slap - almost like a dough was being kneaded in a bowl or something. Twilight licked her lips in anticipation. Sunset still hadn’t told her what she was making for dinner, only that it was her ‘own, personal recipe’ and that she would enjoy it.

Her mind wandered some more, this time to their relationship. They had been dating for almost two years, and their second anniversary was coming up soon. Their graduation this past spring was a momentous occasion, and both of them were going to the same college. Twilight was very excited to move onto this next life chapter with Sunset, and as a matter of fact, she had a very important question she was going to ask tonight.

Neither of them had mentioned any plans about housing yet, despite moving in just a month. Twilight was eager to see if Sunset wanted to move in with her, off campus, rather than pay the exorbitant price of dorm living. She was almost sure of the answer, but asking still made her nervous anyways. Now, she just needed to find the right time to do it during dinner.

A silver, domed platter was placed in front of her suddenly, stirring her out of her thoughts. Sunset had another, similar one that she brought to her end of the table. “Oh, I like the suspense,” Twilight said with a giggle as she eyed the covered plate.

“I thought you might,” replied her girlfriend with a sly grin as she smiled warmly at her. She grabbed two tall wine glasses from a cabinet by the wall and placed one in front of both place settings. Then, she grabbed the bottle of wine and poured both herself and Twilight a full glass of deep, red wine.

“I’ve found that a nice, rich red pairs well with this meal,” she said softly as she placed the bottle in the center of the table before taking her own seat. She grabbed the glass and tipped a silent toast to Twilight, who reciprocated, and then took a dainty sip.

Twilight followed the toast with a sip of her own and placed the glass back down beside her plate. She was excited to see what was on the menu. Sunset watched from across the table with her own excitement as Twilight reached out and lifted the domed lid with anticipation.

It was the smell that hit her first. A faint, earthy odor that didn’t immediately click in her head until she looked down at the plate Sunset had given her. “W-what?” Twilight asked in a mixture of shock and confusion as she dropped the silver cover with a loud clang. “Is this…”

Yep,” came Sunset’s even reply, and her smile grew even wider.

Two sizable logs of excrement were sitting on the fancy plate in front of Twilight. They were nicely formed, knobby, and judging from the heat rising up from them, fresh. They were a creamy brown color, and about six-to-eight inches in length. They folded over each other on the plate, as if Sunset took time in the presentation. She probably had.

If Twilight hadn’t been so shocked, she might be concerned for her girlfriend’s digestive health. The smooth, brown consistency was riddles with faint streaks of greener, softer chunks spread throughout their length. They almost looked like veins of a mineral in rock with how they were dispersed.

Twilight took a breath that she hadn’t realized she had been holding in. The now unmistakable scent of fresh poop wafted into her nose and she grimaced at the foul stench. “Sunset, what… what the fuck?” She wasn’t usually one to swear, but her mind was still trying to figure out exactly what was going on.

Sunset raised an eyebrow at her girlfriend’s vulgar language as she lifted the cover off of her own place. She, too, had a similar serving of scat on her place. However, unlike Twilight, she wasted no time in picking up a fork and cutting into her ‘meal.’

The metal utensil cleaved through the soft turd easily, dividing the end of the log off into a nice bite-sized chunk. Sunset stabbed it lightly with the end of the fork and brought it up to her face. She gave the chunk of shit a nice, deep sniff before opening wide and daintily placing the feces in her mouth as if it were fine cuisine.

Twilight nearly gagged as she watched the other girl happily bite into her serving of poop. She still had no answers as to what was going on, and was on the verge of a panic attack when Sunset finally spoke.

“Try it,” Sunset said huskily as she swallowed her first bite.

“What?!” Twilight exclaimed. “No, I’m not trying it!”

Sunset rolled her eyes as she cut off another piece of poop to bring up to her mouth. “Just try it,” she said again as she began to chew.

There was no way in hell that Twilight was ‘trying’ literal excrement. What was Sunset thinking? Twilight’s eyes kept shifting between her plate and watching Sunset eat her own portion. Was this even real? However, even in her confusion and disgust, Twilight felt a weird sense of curiosity rise up inside of her as she watched her girlfriend chew on her own feces.

Hesitantly, Twilight sniffed at the plate of shit again. It smelt like, well, shit. And yet, Sunset sat across the table from her eating her own serving without any trouble. It couldn’t possibly be that bad, could it?

Wait, no! Where did that come from?! Of course it was going to be bad, it was literally poop! Twilight recoiled from the plate, but the scent lingered in her nose. She couldn’t seem to clear it from her sinuses, and the oddest thing was, she didn’t really care all that much. Maybe her earlier thoughts weren’t so crazy after all.

She leaned in so that her head hovered over the dish and took a deep breath. This time, she didn’t try to keep the fumes out of her nose as she inhaled. She wanted to smell that foul stench, she wanted to get a noseful of the earthy air, but most of all, she wanted to understand.

Twilight wanted to know how and why Sunset was doing this, and after a reasonable, albeit brief, amount of deduction, she concluded that this was the best way forward.

Nervously, she brought the fork up to her lips. The smell of feces drew stronger as it got closer to her face, and she scrunched up her nose as she parted her mouth ever so slightly. The soft scat brushed up against her lips gently, and Twilight cringed as even that small action left a lingering feeling of greasy grime on her mouth. Her tongue slid out slowly and timidly touched the poop the briefest of moments before it darted back between her lips.

There was relatively little taste to be garnered from such a small, brief touch. But the bitter and earthy undertones were there. Twilight let the faint taste linger for a moment before she opened her mouth wider and slowly inserted the bite.

The taste of shit in her mouth was a lot. Not necessarily worse than the tentative lick, but more. Sunset’s fresh poop had an overwhelmingly bitter flavor with undertones of salty and sweet. Her gag reflex shook and threatened to kick in, but Twilight forced it back down as best as she could. Twilight had no idea what exactly she had expected from tasting feces, but it wasn’t this.

“And…” came Sunset’s curious voice. “How is it?”

Twilight did not immediately respond, and instead chose to move the nugget of poop around the inside of her mouth and she gradually got accustomed to the taste. The combination of the warmth in her mouth and her saliva was starting to dissolve the chunk slowly, and it left residue everywhere it touched. And so, relatively reassured that it wasn’t going to be some horrible experience, Twilight took the next logical step and bit down.

The small chunk of scat was easily crushed and her teeth made quick work of mashing the feces into a creamy, bitter paste. Breaking the log apart released even more potent, slightly more vile flavors into her mouth, but Twilight was far beyond her initial apprehension at this point. There was a small voice in the back of her head that reminded her that this was Sunset’s waste - this shit had been pushed out of her girlfriend’s colon - and for some reason that fact was setting off strange and unfamiliar triggers in her mind.

Twilight was strangely… enjoying this?

With almost no reluctance, Twilight swallowed the small bite of feces in her mouth. The bitter flavor was slightly more sour as it hit the back of her tongue and slid down her throat, but she barely noticed. Her mouth was still coated with the slimy muck that was left behind, and she ran her tongue along the ridge of her molars. The feeling was almost similar to when she ate peanut butter right out of the jar, but she tried not to think about that. She may have been convinced that shit didn’t taste bad, but she didn’t want to start comparing it to her favorite foods.

She looked up to see that Sunset was gazing at her expectedly, and Twilight realized that she hadn’t answered the question her girlfriend had asked. “It uh… it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be,” she said truthfully, and Sunset smiled. “But uh… what…” Twilight shook her head in confusion. “Why are you doing this?”

Sunset merely smiled as she took another bite of her own waste. “Finish your serving, and then I’ll tell you,” she said as she cut another piece off of her own log.

Twilight looked down at her two pieces of poop with only one small bite missing. While the experience hadn’t been all that unpleasant, she wasn’t exactly eager to eat an entire helping of feces. Well, half a helping if you counted Sunset’s plate. She gazed back up to watch as Sunset happily chewed away at her own crap, having gone through almost everything that she had deposited on her own plate.

With a deep breath, Twilight steeled her resolve and cut into the poop with her fork. She took a slightly larger potion this time, and brought it up to her mouth and put it in without any hesitation. She began chewing immediately, just wanting to get it over with and finish this task as quickly as possible so that she may hopefully get some answers. However, as her teeth broke apart the thick scat and smeared it around on the inside, Twilight felt an odd feeling rising up from somewhere inside of her.

At first, the girl was worried that she might vomit. However, her stomach was surprisingly calm given what she was currently eating. Instead, this new feeling felt more like a heat, spreading out across her body. A rush, of sorts, and Twilight found herself wanting to actually enjoy what she was doing.

She swallowed her second bite of scat and cut off another piece, her hesitation mostly gone by this point. She would by no means admit to enjoying the meal, but it wasn’t horrible enough to dissuade her from eating more. As a matter of fact, the more that Twilight ate, the more appealing the idea seemed to her.

By the time Twilight had consumed an entire log of Sunset’s excrement, she could no longer remember exactly why she had been hesitant. Sure, the poop tasted weird, and it was definitely still gross, but there was nothing besides that to dissuade her. It was simply like eating a meal she didn’t like. And besides, the faster she ate Sunset’s scat, the faster she would figure out what was going on.

So she cut off a piece from the second turd and kept on eating.

“You seem to be enjoying it,” Sunset commented as she watched Twilight eat with satisfaction. “I told you it wasn’t bad.”

Twilight looked between the half log of shit left in her plate and her girlfriend, when suddenly, it clicked. It made so much sense all of a sudden that the studious girl was, quite frankly, angry with herself that she didn’t realize it sooner. A surprised laugh rose out her mouth before she could stop it. “I get it now!” she said.

Sunset looked at her, confused. “Get what?” she asked.

Twilight pointed to her plate. “Your poop! It’s fake. It’s not real poop!” she exclaimed with another short laugh. “I have to say, you did a really good job on the smell, though. You almost had me convinced!”

Her girlfriend only looked back at her with an expression of confused awe. “Twilight, you ate through almost two whole pieces of my crap, and are only now deciding it’s fake?”

“I know, I know, the jokes on me!” Twilight replied, still smiling. “I feel stupid that it took me this long to realize it, too.”

“Twilight,” Sunset said slowly. “It’s not fake.”

Twilight’s mirth died down slightly. “What?” she asked, an uncertain smile still on her face.

“It’s not fake,” Sunset repeated. “It really is my shit.”

Twilight had stopped laughing all together at this point, but she still had a light smile on her face. “I get it, Sunset,” she said. “I was the ‘butt’ of the joke, no pun intended. You can let it go now.”

Sunset abruptly stood up from her seat and walked over to Twilight’s side of the table briskly. Then, she hiked up her skirt and climbed up on top of the dining room table, positioned herself over Twilight’s plate, and then squatted down.

Twilight blushed as she realized that Sunset was not wearing any panties. Her girlfriend’s pussy was literally right in front of her face, and she could both smell and see the glistening arousal that had soaked the girl’s lower lips. The scent instantly triggered her own feelings of arousal, and she leaned in, entranced by the view. Her mind raced to catch up with the events that were unfolding in front of her as she realized that she was about to watch Sunset poop in front of her.

She pulled away just in time for Sunset to let out a sputtering, dry fart as her anus spread around the head of a fresh log. Twilight’s eyes widened as the brown mass slowly descended out of her girlfriend’s ass and dangled towards her plate. The scent of the fresh scat was immediately more potent than that of what she was served, and she found herself breathing in the rich new stench without any hesitation.

There was something erotic about watching the fetid, brown log slide out of Sunset’s butthole and gently drape over the half-eaten one lying in her plate. Twilight could feel herself growing more and more aroused as the scent filled her nose and she watched her girlfriend push the turd out.

A splash of urine suddenly arced out of Sunset’s pussy and splattered against Twilight’s chest. She let out a startled cry as the warm liquid hit her, but Sunset quickly cut off the stream. The action forced her anus to close and pinch off the thick log prematurely. The soft scat smeared against the wrinkled star as she did so, and Sunset didn’t start pushing again. Instead, she backed up and sat on the edge of the table.

“Sorry,” she said earnestly. “I was just pushing and sometimes… you know…” Sunset shrugged as she waited for Twilight’s response.

Twilight, still in shock, replied, “It’s fine.” Her tone was curt. She hadn’t expected to get peed on by her girlfriend today, or really ever. Then again, she hadn’t ever expected to eat poop, and yet here they were.

She hesitantly picked up her fork again. Knowing for a fact that this was indeed Sunset’s crap made her stomach churn unpleasantly. Yet, she had already consumed far more than was on her plate now, and a growing voice in her brain begged her to take a taste and confirm that it was actually the same.

The fork cut through the fresh turd. It was slightly softer than the first one, and the rich, brown mass smeared against the metal as it slid through it. Twilight brought the bite up to her mouth and gave it a tentative sniff before she steeled herself and put it in.

It tasted stronger than the other logs, and was far softer and grittier. The scat easily smeared around her mouth as she tasted it. There was more bitterness to this first bite, but the underlying taste was indeed the same. Sunset hadn’t been lying. Twilight was eating Sunset’s shit.

And for some reason, she didn’t hate it.

Twilight swallowed what was in her mouth and cringed as the foul flavor heightened as it hit the back of her throat. She gazed up at her girlfriend with a strange look in her eyes. “You weren’t lying,” she commented as her tongue flicked out at some residual sludge on her lips.

“I told you so,” Sunset said. “Now finish up, or you won’t get your explanation.”

Twilight ate through the fresh poop quicker and with less hesitation than the first batch, and soon, her plate was finally clear from all of her girlfriend’s feces. She swallowed what was left in her mouth, but the horrendously bitter taste still remained. She smacked her lips and grabbed the half-empty glass of red wine Sunset had poured for her at the start of the meal and downed the rest of it in one, swift swig. The alcohol swished around in her mouth, mingling with the earthy taste of the scat and Twilight noticed with a sort of removed fascination that Sunset was right in pairing it with her meal.

“Why?” she gasped out as she swallowed the mouthful of wine. “Please, tell me why, Sunny.”

Sunset looked down at her from where she sat on the edge of the dining room table. “Good girl,” she said softly with a sultry grin. Twilight hated how she blushed at the words, even in this situation. “I suppose you now deserve the truth. I mean, there’s little you could do about it now, anyways.”

“Little I could do… about what?” asked Twilight as Sunset hopped off of the table and approached her.

Sunset leaned forward and placed a hand on the back of Twilight’s chair. In this new position, she loomed over the other girl, and her bust was right in her girlfriend’s face. Her eyes sparked with a strange intensity that Twilight had never seen before. “The transformation,” she breathed softly, and her gaze darted between the other girl’s eyes and lips.

“W-what transformation?” Twilight asked nervously.

Sunset smiled down at her. “I’ll show you,” she said quietly as she leaned back and pulled her face away from Twilight’s. She closed her eyes, and let out a relaxed sigh. Her entire body seemed to relax completely before tensing up again, and when Sunset opened her eyes, they were solid black with glowing red irises.

Twilight let out a gasp. “W-what?” she asked as her eyes widened in fear. “Sunset! Your eyes! What’s happening?!”

“I am a changeling drone,” Sunset replied with a wicked grin that showed off newly sharpened fangs and betrayed her calm tone. “And I have been feeding off of your love for the past year.”

Twilight remained silent under the predatory gaze of her girlfriend. She didn’t really know what to say, nor did she know if she could even speak right now. Her mind raced a mile a minute and struggled to process the sudden revelation and digest whatever this transformation that was taking place in front of her was. She barely recognized the woman in front of her, both in form and personality, but her mind still went blank as Sunset leaned in to press her lips against Twilight’s.

It was a sweet and gentle kiss, and it felt like Sunset. Twilight closed her eyes and leaned in as she reached a hand up to rest on her girlfriend’s thigh. Right now, in this moment, she could just forget everything that had led up to this point and be reassured that it was Sunset. She parted her lips slightly and her tongue brushed against Sunset’s lips in a silent request.

Sunset graciously accepted, and let Twilight’s tongue inside to explore her own mouth. Their tongues danced around each other as they deepened the kiss. Twilight realized with some apprehension that she could taste even more feces in her girlfriend’s mouth, but she found herself not minding the taste at all. But just as she thought she could get used to this, her tongue brushed against one of Sunset’s new, sharp fangs, and the events came flooding back to her. Twilight withdrew her tongue and pulled away, forcing herself to not be too abrupt about it.

She was afraid to open up her eyes and be brought back to the new reality that had come crashing down upon her tonight. She was afraid to look Sunset in her bold, black eyes, and afraid of what would happen next.

But she was also afraid of how much she had enjoyed that kiss. She was afraid of how sweet the bitter scat had tasted mixed with Sunset’s saliva. She was afraid of what she wanted those fangs to do to her.

But mostly, Twilight was afraid of the growing fire of lust that had been steadily building between her legs ever since Sunset had sat that plate of shit down in front of her.

What had happened to Sunset? And what was happening to her?
