Yet there was. Traveling through it was a fleet of spaceships, carrying the survivors of the United Republic forces. Yet, they weren't humans. They were pups. They had won the long hard war against humanity, but they lost the earth. Brine Atlantis Hunter watch the hologram in his room. It showed what the Earth look like before the war, then it flashed to what it look now, a burning, destroyed, radioactive Earth. He couldn't stand it and his stomach was Hungry, so he left his room to get some food. As he walk to the mess hall on the U.R.S Enterprise, his mind followed back to the last days of the Great War, the battles he fought in. 2 years ago: August 24, 2032, Houston, Texas. Mission: recuse down bomber crews: "Take cover!" That was all he heard as a massive explosion rock the nearby building and ripped it straight from it's foundation. It already taken a serious beating from the artillery fire a few hours ago and couldn't stand any longer. Slowly, then suddenly, the building collapse as pieces of concrete and steel rained down on his platoon. "Run!" he remembered yelling as the rest of his squad took covered in a surprisely undamaged building "We need to get to the Bomber now!" cried Brine as he ran out of the building, with the rest of his squad in pursuit with him. The team of pups, only in their teen years, race across a burning courtyard, filled with bodies of their own and humans alike, making their Medic sick. "I'm going to lose my lunch," cried their medic. One of his squad mates threw him the look and he quickly shut up as they countied to run. After what seem like forever, they finally manage to find the crashed bomber plane. But one look at it they could tell no one survived the crash. The structure of the plane was a mess, torn and twisted in many ways. It was unrecognizable for a B-52 bomber. Brine look around in the wreck and knew the enemy must have fired more than the needed number of missiles to take it down. Probity to kill the crew as well. Suddenly, he heard a noise he knew too well. He quickly turned around as a missile struck feet away from him, killing his squad and sending him flying into a blown up car. He quickly got on his paws and grab his M4 Carbine Assault Rifle and took cover behind the car. As he look around the car, he saw what he knew was. A M3 Bradley carrying Human troops and they were looking for him. To end him. He was scared, but he knew he had to avenge his squads deaths. Putting on a brave face, he loaded his gun and charge in, letting his gun do the talking. One by one, the soldiers fell, but unluckily, the M3 Bradley didn't and started to fire it's machine gun at him, forcing him to duck for cover. "I need air support NOW!" Brine yelled over his radio as the machine gun fired intensify as it was getting closer to his position. Suddenly, there was three massive explosions from behind the car he was hiding. Brine look as 3 F-35 Lighting 2's struck the M3 Bradley, turning it into scarp metal. "Fuck the humans!" Brine heard one of the pilots yelled as the squad flew away to aid another team. Just then, A Black Hawk landed near him. "Come on Sergeant, we got to get out of here!" yelled the soldier. "Houston has fallen." With nothing to lose, he race to the helicopter and got on. The Black Hawk took for Base Alpha, which was located near Denver in the Rocky Mountains. It was their only major base and nicely hidden from the humans. Brine watch from the Black Hawk as Houston burned from the air, as heavy fighting was still happening within the city as they were desperately trying to evacuated the population to Denver. "Um, Brine? Brine?!" Brine shook from his trance and discovered Verner shaking him back to reality. "You been standing out here for a hour, is everything ok?" "Just memories," said Brine, shaking his head. "Let's get something to eat, I'm starving." The two walk inside the Mess Hall, with the explosions of war still within his mind. …. He couldn't find Verner anywhere, but he didn't mind. "He's probity off with the rest of his buddies," said Brine as he walk to were his father, Chase, was. It was hard living up to his fathers name. His father was Chase William Hunter, not only the President of the United Republic, but he also leaded the resistance to victory and was the team leader of the old group Paw Patrol. He shuttered when he thought of them. They had been through a lot. They were on the front lines the day the war begin, back in 2022. If they had died then, the pup race would be doomed. He was proud of his father, though, and he was of him too. It wasn't every day that your son, only about 6 years of age, shoot his first enemy, who was trying to kill his father. After a few minutes of walking, he arrived at the cabin. This was the place on the U.R.S Enterprise that oversees the flight deck of the carrier, which at the moment, didn't have a single soul out there. Taking a deep breath, Brine push the door opened and walk inside, the door behind him clicking shut. The Cabin was basically the control room of the ship. Everywhere you look, there was electronics and the highest tech computers ready to be use. Meanwhile, Chase was standing at the glass with his leading Scientist, looking out in the vast of Space. "Hey Dad," said Brine, getting his fathers attention. "Hello Brine," said Chase as the two hug each other. "What's the problem?" ask Brine as the head scientist, Tech, walk over. "The reason why we called you here because we have a mission for you," said Chase, smiling. He knew Brine was getting restless on the ship. He wanted action. That's what made him a great soldier. "What kind of mission?" ask Brine as Tech, using a hologram device, showed him a planet that looked really similar to Earth. Brine was shock to see it. "Did you guys really..." Chase cut him off before he could finish his sentence. "Yes, yes we did." "Is it habitable?" ask Brine. "Yep," said Tech. "It's super habitable. No signs of industrial equipment and pollution of any kind. It's perfect for us." Brine was so happy he actually cried a bit. They would have actually have a home again. One free from Humans trying to kill them all. One, to called Home. "When will we arrive?" said Brine putting back on his serious face. "We will arrive tomorrow," said Tech. "Your mission is one of exploration. We will drop three submarines, both of the Ohio Class, tomorrow in the ocean. You and a few others will be drop onto the shore to explore the surrounding area. "Yes sir," said Brine. "Then you might want to get some sleep, you have a busy day tomorrow." Brine nodded in agreement and left the room. Tech decided to speak his only concern. "Mr. President?" said Tech. "Are you sure if there's life on this planet, they won't try to kill us?" "I hope not, that's all I can wish for," says Chase. Author's Note Hi, this is Warlord600 here and this is the first chapter of America Rising, I wanted to show you these facts to get them out of the way. First of all, the nationals of the pups are all global, as they all united to fight the humans in the Great War, but the main ones are NATO countries, The United States, Russia, China, Japan, South Korea, Mexico and Brazil and Israel In terms of technology, the pups still use modern weapons(1990s-2020s), but have made some major tech leaps in other areas. Their spaceships are actually their warships, ungraded to fly in space and carry large amounts of equipment. Also, they were the first to make actual space weapons, making weapons like the sun gun, which they use with great effect. The pups themselves have evolved enough to be consider there own race at this point. They can eat chocolate, thanks to bioengineering their own bodies and had evolved to live anywhere on planets, whatever hot or freezing cold. Next chapter, landing on the planet and dropping submarines out of the sky. This should be fun. The DeepThe morning dawned on Brine suddenly when a flash of bright sunlight beamed on him. Getting up, he saw it was the systems star, a star he called, Hope. Hope. He was calling the star that. It was a Beacon of hope for him and his kind, as it house Earth 2o, their new home. "All members in the New Horizons mission please report to loading bay now," said a voice through the intercom. "That's my ride," said Brine as he grab his backpack and walk towards the armory where everyone else was. "Alright everyone!" Yelled the Drill Sergeant. "Grab your weapons, grab your armor and get going!" Brine shuffled through his locker. He really needed to clean it one of these days, but that time wasn't now. He was going to explore a planet for God's sake. He grabbed his weapons of choice from his locker. He always favored the M4 Carbine and his trusted revolver. He had carried that revolver since he shot his first human, saving his father from a doom fate. After checking that his weapons were loaded tight, he quickly equip his armor on and race towards the loading bay. Once he arrive at the loading bay, he saw three Ohio Class Ballistic Missile Submarines and the other groups ready to go. Luckily, Verner was joining him. He ran to Verner, who was really excited to see him. "I can't believe we are actually going to explore our new home." After a few minutes of yelling at everyone to get to their positions, they were finally ready to drop. Meanwhile, in the South Luna Sea, Pirate ship She spitted at him when he dared get close to her again. This was not her day. Rainbow Dash thought as she squirm in the ropes she was tied up with. It was suppose to be a normal day. She was doing the greatest record breaker ever. Flying around the world in record time. Her friends and Celestia and Luna themselves were waiting in Manehattan for her. Now she was stuck on this pirate ship, they call the Jolly Roger. Their captain, Captain Blackbeard, had decided to take a liking to the rainbow Pegasus and made several attempts to subdue her. But each time he would get spit on. Or a kick in the balls. She grinned as the captain left the room, she could countied her plan to escape. She silently countied to cut the ropes. MEANWHILE: Onboard the U.R.S Bluefish Brine hold onto the bar above him. They were ready to drop. And maybe someone's stomach. Everyone was told they couldn't eat as they didn't want a mess onboard the submarine. And besides, it smell terrible. Soon, the alarms started to blare, showing it's time. 3.... 2.... 1.... Release. The Submarines drop from the U.R.S Enterprise and begin their descend to the oceans below. It wasn't easy, they had to hold on for dear life, unless someone wanted their backs or their spines broken. Brine look over to Verner, who was next to him. His eyes were close, probity meditating. He like to do that. SPLASH. The entire sub lunch as it crash into the cold blue waters of the seas of Earth 2. Once they were told they could get up, the crew, including Verner, who snap out of it, yelled and cheered as they were the first crew to land on their new home. Brine, though, didn't want to. He was remembering Tech's words before they left the Enterprise. "If there's life, just be careful. We don't know their prowess." He decided he needed a breath of fresh air and walked to the hatch. He stop before he opened it. He was warned even though the sensors didn't pick up anything, the air could be toxic. Deciding to risk it, he opened the hatch. He was greeted by the blazing rays of the sun. The sun. He step out onto the deck. He felt the wind, chill breeze of the ocean. He felt the rays of the sun. No Pollution, nothing. Just the sounds of the sea. He couldn't help himself anymore. "Freedom and Liberty to All!" he howled as the rest of the crews of the other submarines heard him and howled in unity, letting their voice be heard. Brine raced to the captain's quarters. Once he arrive, he saw the officers retelling their discovery back to the U.R.S Enterprise. "Sergeant Brine," said a familiar voice. "Do you want something?" Brine turned around and saw the captain, Captain Zuma, fresh in his glory. "I want to take a fly test, using my jetpack," said Brine, standing straight for him. He giggled. "Of course silly," said Captain Zuma, rubbing his head. "I'm your uncle, only I and you can decided what you do." Before he could say another word, Brine was gone in a flash. He laugh. "Chase and Skye had such a great son," he said as he countied his duties. Brine reach the equipment room and came smashing in, hitting his head in the progress. "Ow," said Brine as he close the door. "Now, let's get flying," he said with a grin. A FEW MINUTES LATER: "This is awesome!" yelled Brine as he flew around the sky, above the cruising submarines. He was filled with joy. He never felt this happy before, not being shot at by enemies wanting to kill him. He was at his peace. As he countied to fly, he thought about it. This is wat he ever wanted in life. To be at peace, not fighting to survive. He was happy. Meanwhile, back abroad the Jolly Roger: "Finally," Rainbow mumble as the ropes slip off of here. She listen to the crew above her. It seem like they were getting drunk. It was her time to escape and get the hell out of here. Slowly and quietly, she left the room and climb to the deck. She didn't see anyone. "That's strange," she thought. "I swear I heard them." Just then, she was jump by a pirate and she quickly knock him out, before the rest of the crew surrounded her. Meanwhile, Brine was still flying around when his ears pick up Rainbow's cries. "Did I... just hear a alien scream for help?" he ask himself, wondering in confusion. He thought about it. "I should go investigate this matter," he said as he flew towards the sound. First ContactRainbow Dash, for the first time in here life, was terrified. She had been always the one who charge right into things without hesitation, always ready to fight. But this time, she feared for her own life. However though, she had no idea that a certain soldier was silently watching the event unfold below him. A million thoughts were floating through Brine's mind right now. "A alien horse, THAT SPEAKS!" his mind yelled. He was shock and puzzled as well. "I know Tech told me that their could be life here and to be on the lookout for it, but it to be almost be actually like Earth Horses is too weird in his mind. He countied to watch as the Captain Blackbeard approach her. "You will do what I say or you will pay the price for it!" he yelled as he pulled out to what look like a sword made out of a unusual material. Brine had enough. Silently, he turned his invisible shield on and snuck aboard the ship. He was able to walk right to behind the captain without being noticed. He was going to have a little fun, even if he was going to beat up some alien pirates. He spoke. "Hello, that's not a nice way to treat a lady you know," said Brine smirking. The Captain quickly turned around and found nothing as Brine punch him in the gut, sending him across the deck. Not knowing of his presence, two of the pirates charge at him with their swords, but they didn't have Brine's skills and he took them all down with ease. Rainbow watch on speechless. Who was this invisible, someone who fights so well and for her, of all chances? Soon, though, the Captain and his men where back on his feet and were pretty angry at him. "You invisible foe, I saw kill your ass!", he yelled. Brine, though, wasn't scared. "I am more stronger then you all," he said to the group of pirates. "Let me show you TRUE fear." Rainbow Dash and the pirates stared in shock as Brine show himself, fresh in his armor and metal wings, wielding two energy swords. "Come and get me," said Brine smiling. Two of the pirates charge at him. He though, was a expert and he was going to show them. He quickly swung his fist and smash the nearest pirate in the jaw and it crack from the power of it as the pirate was thrown across the deck, smashing into the mast. The pirate groan in agony. His body felt like it was broken in SO many places it hurt. Brine, hearing the 2nd pirate running behind him, he swung his energy swords, easily cutting the pirates sword in half as the pirate stared in shock. He was so in shock he couldn't react in time as Brine knock him out senseless in the face, knocking him out cold. He quickly dodge a arrow as one nearly miss his face and land overboard. He turned and look to see the Captain holding a crossbow at him. "You will die," he started to speak. But before he could finish, he was knock out cold by a certain Blue Pegasus, carrying a piece of wood. "Thanks," said Brine as he put away his energy swords as Rainbow Dash approach him. "Who are you and why did you...." ask Rainbow Dash as Brine tackled her. "Get down!" he yelled as more arrows flew past their heads. Brine quickly got back up and decided to end this. "You have nowhere to run, little dog freak!" yelled Captain Blackbeard as he and the rest of his crew were holding crossbows. "Not a chance!" he yelled as he pulled out two Uzi's and let them rip as their automatic fire tear their flesh. Rainbow watch in horror as the bullets(tiny arrows to her), rip the pirates flesh apart, leaving them bleeding and dead. Once they ran out of ammo, he quickly put his Uzi's away and ready his wings and grab Rainbow Dash. "What are you doing?!" yelled Rainbow Dash as Brine grab her. "Getting off this boat," said Brine as he took to the skies. "Fire at them!" yelled the Captain to his surviving members. But Brine had one more trick up his sleeve. "Bye," said Brine as he turned around and fired a RPG into the hull of the wooden vessel, causing it to explode in pieces as fire consume it. Rainbow Dash watch as the ship snuck with the crew as the two flew away. Once they were about halfway back to the rest of the submarine fleet, Rainbow demanded some answers. "Who are you?" ask Rainbow Dash. "You don't seem to have magic, yet you seem to be a super powerful alien dog that talks Equis. WHO ARE YOU?!" "I'm Brine Atlantis Hunter," said Brine. "I am the son of Chase William Hunter, Leader and the President of the United Republic, looking for a home alone the stars." "Why?" Rainbow Dash begin to ask as a arrow flew by, exploding midair. "Shit!" yelled Brine as two surviving members of the pirate crew were chasing them. "Delta," said Brine through his headset. "Get me the U.R.S Bluefish." Meanwhile, Aboard the U.R.S Bluefish Zuma was talking to the engineer's in the engine room about their home when one of the officers ran in. "Captain Zuma sir, Sergeant Brine is online for you and he needs to speak to you," said the officer Both Zuma and the officer ran to the control room where Brine was on the screen. "Boy, what is going on?" ask Zuma. "I have two fucking pirates chasing me and my passenger," said Brine as arrows flew by him. "They can fly and well, wait until you see my passenger. Anyways, I need you to shoot them out of the sky." "You can count on me," said Zuma as the feed went out. "Get the field guns ready and tell the other subs too," said Zuma. "Now." Brine by now was getting closer to the location of the subs, but the pirates were getting closer to him as well. "I hope you have a plan," said Rainbow Dash. "I know, right about now," said Brine. Just then, there was lots of automatic fire as they turned to see the three Submarines firing their field guns at the flying pirates, which, they couldn't avoid and fell to the sea, dead. "Hello?" Brine ask. He look below him and release Rainbow Dash was hit by one of them. Brine quickly landed on the ship, where others were waiting. "Get her to a medic NOW!" yelled Brine as doctors ran and took her, all while one soldier said: "What the hell did we just founded" Author's Note I'm back. Sorry for the long time. School has been stressful lately and I haven't been in the mood to write, which I hate. Don't worry though, I'm back for more, just on some other projects. I have so much to catch up on. Getting some answers Rainbow Dash woke up. She was dizzy a bit. "What happened?" she mumbled as she got onto her hooves. She was in a hospital room. She look at her chest. A bandage was wrapped around her chest. She got shoot by... what ever those weapons were. "Did they shoot me?" she ask herself. "No, he was kind to her and he save her. It must had been a accident. The only way to find out was to find him. Meanwhile: In the Control Room "So what are we going to do with... this alien onboard the ship," said a officer. Him, Captain Zuma and Brine had been debating what to do with her. "Enough!" said Brine, slamming his fist down on the table, surprising the both of them. This definably shock Zuma, because Brine wasn't quick to anger around others. "I save her because she is like us," said Brine, unknowing that Rainbow Dash was right outside the door. "She is like us, a sentinel being. I save her because of that and that, she is her own person, not yours, no ones but her." Rainbow Dash listened from behind the door in shock. He... cared for her. Besides her friends and family, not much cared for her. Those old bullies still drive her nuts and even some other Pegasus in the Wonder Blots treated her like shit. She heard Brine leaving and she quickly hid behind a corner. She watch as Brine left the room and walk down the hallway. Once she knew he was not paying attention, she decided to follow him. She followed him down the hallway of the sub. She was taken in by the complexity of the vessel. Evenaulty, she found the hatch that lead outside opened. She followed up. It was night when she climb out of the submarine. Crisp, clear, peaceful. She found Brine standing there... crying? As she walked closer to the alien that defended her, she realize. He was crying, holding a photo. She look to get a closer look. On the photo was Him and a few others, dress in their combat gear, before their first mission. Brine noticed her. "Jesus Christ!" he yelled, jumping. "You scared me." "Sorry," said Rainbow Dash. "Why are you crying?" Brine stood in silence why looking at the photo. "You have no idea how much torture we as a people went through," said Brine. "All the destruction. All the mass killings..." He collapsed on his legs, crying. "I lost all friends I ever made. Verner and his buddies are all I have left!" he cried. "I remember the battles every night, the chaos it brought. It hurts to remember!" Rainbow just stood their, speechless. She didn't know what to do. He literati just broke down in front of her. She had one idea, though. She sat down next to him. "You're not the only one who's life is hell to the person living it," said Rainbow Dash, surprising Brine. "What do you mean, you don't seem like fighters, soldiers to me," said Brine. "You don't have to be a soldier to have your life like hell," giggled Rainbow Dash. "Then, what's your life like?" ask Brine as he watch the starry sky. "I work with the Wonderblots, the best team in all of Equestria!" she yelled, with Brine raising a eyebrow. "Well," said Rainbow Dash, "It ain't all fun and games." "Half the team is jealous of you being the fastest flyer ever and then those bullies pick on me whatever they get." "Jezz," said Brine. "You not the only one, some people hate me for you now, being the President's son and all of that." "But their was one thing I had learn." "What is that?" ask Rainbow. "I learned that even with all of things they saw, I never back down. I smash my way to victory. I hate politics as much as the next guy, but I am a great soldier," said Brine. He was going to countied when he heard a snore next to him. He look and found Rainbow Dash had fallen asleep on his shoulder. "Good Ritz," smiled Brine as he carried her to her room and put her in bed. "Sweet dreams," said Brine as he left for his bed for the night. THE NEXT MORNING: Rainbow Dash woken up to blaring music coming from Brine's room. He must play music for a alarm clock, she thought as the alien music tune down. She got out of the bed. She didn't know how she gotten into the bed, as she didn't come in here. But she didn't care much about that. What she cared much about right now was her stomach, it was hungry for not eating in days. "Hungry?" said Brine as he poke his head in the doorway. "The Mess Hall is down the hall if you want to eat." "I am," said Rainbow Dash as she stretch her legs. "I will be down their in a minute," she said as Brine left. Once she finish stretching, she took a long look at her wings. They were still sore from those pirates ropes. She sign. She wasn't going to fly for a long while like this and the only thing she could do was be with the aliens on their ship. She thought about it. It was cool to explore the ship as it was something no one had ever made before. She wonder what else these advance alien pups had. She walk in the Mess Hall where it turned out where the rest of the crew was. Brine approached as he hold a chocolate ship muffin. "We have a lot of stuff to eat," said Brine as he offered his muffin to Rainbow Dash, which she gladly took. "You might want to stay away from the meat products, since, well, you guys probity don't eat meat." Rainbow Dash spit out a piece of her muffin in the nearby trash can. "You guys.. eat meat?" she asked. "We grow the meat," said Brine. "Our scientists grow it in labs since we need it and we couldn't bring any animals with us. Don't worry, we're not going to eat you. No one will." "Good," said Rainbow Dash as she finish her muffin. "I'm getting coffee," said Brine as he went over to the table and made himself some coffee. Just then, a announcement came over the speaker. "Sergeant Brine, Mrs. Rainbow Dash, please report to the cabin." "Looks like my Uncle wants us," said Brine, drinking his coffee. "Let's go see him." The two walk to the Cabin. Going inside, they found Captain Zuma waiting for him. "What's up Uncle?" ask Brine. "I brought you here for a important reason," said Zuma as a hologram of the U.R.S Missouri. "She is going to be landing down in a matter of hours," said Captain Zuma. "Your father wants you two to take the rocket back to the Enterprise for a chat." "This will be great," mumbled Brine. Rainbow Dash giggled. "Alright then," said Zuma. "Get your things ready," the U.R.S Missouri is near." A FEW MINUTES LATER: Rainbow Dash and Brine were waiting on the surface, waiting for the U.R.S Missouri to appear. Luckily for them, they didn't have to wait for long as a few minutes later, a massive steel warship crash in the water next to them. To Rainbow Dash, she was... stunned. They have more of their metal warships and this is bigger, she told herself as Brine flew her to the massive Battleship. "Hello Sergeant Brine," said the Captain of the U.R.S Missouri. "I see you brought a guest with you as well," his eyes pointing towards Rainbow Dash. "We have to go to the Enterprise," said Brine in a business like manner. This always surprise Rainbow Dash. "Right," said the Captain. "The rocket's this way, follow me." Soon enough, the two were in the Rocket and were ready to latch. "Um Brine?" said Rainbow Dash. "Are you sure this is safe?" "Totally," said Brine, checking last minute stuff. "We have built thousands of rockets, it's totally safe." "Ready for Latch in 5... 4.... 3.... 2.... 1..... Lift off!" The Rocket roared into the air as it flew into space. "Whoa!" yelled Rainbow Dash as the rocket went into space. Soon enough, the rocket had breach the upper limits of space and now, Rainbow Dash could see them. All of them. There was a massive fleet of their metal warships, all hovering above her planet. She look out her window. She never what her planet look like. Now she did. It look very similar to the Earth the alien pups showed through their holograms. Crystal blue oceans and green lands. A world without war. She turned back around to see that the rocket was landing on a massive flat deck of a ship. She was impress that they could built so massive ships. Soon, the Rocket shut down as it landed on the Carrier. "Ready?" she heard Brine ask as he put on his helmet. "I guess," said Rainbow Dash as she grab hers. "Are you though?" she giggled. The two exited the spacecraft as a bunch of pups watch in total aw as the doctors did some checks to make sure she wasn't carrying anything dangerous. Once that was done(and pushing pass the massive crowd of news reporters), the two entered the cabin, where everyone in the room stop what they were doing and stared at them. Soon, Chase entered the cabin. "Hello son," said Chase smiling as he turned and look at Rainbow Dash. "And I see you brought your friend up here like I request." Rainbow Dash was almost terrified. He was only a little taller then Brine. But she knew he had the experience of a bloody war under his belt. He didn't need guards. He could take care of himself just fine. Life with the PupsRainbow Dash walk to the Aircraft Carrier's mess hall. She wanted to talk to Brine about them moving to her planet. After what seemed like forever, she finally reach the mess hall, which unlike the sub's, this mess hall had over a billion people in it, getting lunch. She got into the line, getting a few looks from some of the pups, but many were eating to noticed her. She looked at the options. They weren't kidding when they said they would eat anything. They had salad, carrots, meat, and lots of sweets and coffee, for weird reasons. She wasn't going to eat the meat, for oblivious reasons, so she just help herself to the salad and a cup of coffee. She wondered what it taste like when she hear Brine calling for her. She look and saw Brine was at a table with Verner and the rest of their friends near the corner of the room. With nowhere us to sit, she decided to sit with them. Once she got over their, Brine and Verner were eating while Verner's buddies were doing a arm wrestle against each other. Rainbow Dash smiled as she ate her food. Brine had good friends, he just didn't think it through. Meanwhile: Back in Canderlot: The city was in a full blown panic mode as Twilight Sparkle ran through the streets. "From what we got," said Celestia. "It appears we may have alien visitors, these ships are not natural and appear to be too high tech for anyone on this planet to make." But as they left, they had no idea what they were getting themselves into. The fleet was ready to go down and sail to their new home after putting their satellites and a space station on the moon in orbit and were getting ready to drop. "Ready for drop in 3 minutes," yelled the Captain. "Get ready!" Rainbow grabbed the bar above her as best as she can. This was going to be a long way down. "3... 2... 1.... LATCH!" Suddenly, she felt a drop in her stomach as the might Carrier fell with the rest of the fleet to the oceans below. The next few moments were a nightmare to her, as her stomach wanted to throw up and her legs wanted to buckle. She wasn't the only one though. One poor pup puked all over the place. "DUDE!" yelled the Private next to him. "It's all over me!" "Sorry," said the pup. "I couldn't hold it in." Rainbow heard the splash of the water as the two pups argue. She looked at his room. It didn't have much, just equipment, some guide books and lots of ammo stack around. "Why do you have so much ammo sitting around your room?" ask Rainbow Dash. "Is that dangerous?" "Only if you're a moron," said Brine. "I keep some around just in case." "Sure, some," said Rainbow Dash. "Hey, you can go to the deck and swim if you want, I'm sure lots of other pups are, now that we actually have somewhere to swim," said Brine. "I'm going to take a nap." Rainbow left the room to let him sleep, her mind swimming with thoughts. "He does look cute when he sleeps," she thought. Then she realize what she thought of. "No No!" she thought, getting rid of it. "He is only a friend." As she walk to the deck to see what was going, she thought. She had a weird feeling for Brine. She couldn't, though, put her hoof on it. She manage to find the door leading outside and when she did, she was surprise to find a party going on the northern side. They must be partying for their new home, she thought. Finally, she end up at the south side of the Aircraft Carrier, where several pups, young and old, were swimming around in the ocean. "They are good swimmers," she said to herself as a young Grey Wolf howled and leaped in the water, splashing everyone in the area, making everyone laugh. She walked around for a bit, seeing Helicopters come and go. Must be patrolling the area. She saw Tech doing something with a glass of something near the end of the deck. Curious, she walked over to see, starling him. "What are you doing," she ask Tech, scaring him shitless. "Ahh!!" he yelled, nearly dropping the jar he was holding. "You scare the living daylights out of me." "Sorry," said Rainbow Dash as Tech regain his senses. "So what's that?," pointing to the weird glowing dust in the jar. "Oh this," said Tech. "I think I may have discovered what gives you your magic abilities, or so you say." "Why is it?" ask Rainbow as Tech showed her the jar of dust that appeared to be glowing. "I really wish Rainbow Dash was here, she would beat them up in a heartbeat." Unknowing to them all, though, a single drone was watching everything and reporting to the U.R.S Enterprise. Back on the U.R.S Enterprise, the alarms and the calls were made. "Sergeant Brine, and Mrs. Rainbow Dash please report to the Main Cabin now. This is not a drill," yelled the loudspeaker, waking the both of them up. "Get moving!" yelled Brine as he quickly put on his uniform and ran down the hallway, with Rainbow Dash in hot pursuit. As they ran down the hallway, everywhere they look, there was chaos. Pups and cats where running down the hallways yelling something about getting to their battle stations. Finally, the two arrived in the cabin, where the officers were running around crazy. "What's going on?" ask Rainbow Dash as Chase approach the two. "We have a major problem occurring 150 miles to the north of us and it's your friends," said Chase as the camera feed show up. "A hour ago, a large group of pirates had capture a exploring vessel that had your friends on it," said Chase. "We need to save them and it would be good for diplomacy with Equestria." "So let's go!" yelled Rainbow Dash. But before she could blot out the door, Brine stop her. "Then you might want to suit up," said Brine as he took her to the armory. Brine ran Rainbow Dash to the armory, where once she enter, she was greeted with missiles, bombs, and lots and lots of guns. "Pick out your gear," said Brine. "We're leaving in 5." Rainbow Dash, not knowing which to take, decided just to take a Uzi and a pistol and some of their body armor, while Brine got her and him one of their newer helmets. "Move out now!" yelled the Captain just as Brine and Rainbow gotten onto the deck and the marines were loading up in the helicopters. Rainbow Dash flap her wings. They were still a little sore, but they will still fly. Brine and Rainbow loaded on the Black Hawk as it took off as alarms blared around the fleet, getting ready for battle. U.R.S Dauntless: Destroyer Get those guns ready boys, lock and load NOW!" yelled the Captain of the U.R.S Dauntless, a destroyer in the fleet. The order's were radio throughout the fleet, as the F-22s, F-35s, F-15s and other fighter jets soared into the sky ready to delivery their deadly payloads to their enemies. ON THE EQUSTRIAN SHIP, 150 MILES AWAY: "I say this again," said the Captain, Rustboard. "Where is Rainbow Dash so we can give her the punishment she needs for killing Blackbeard!" he yelled. "I said," said Twilight. "We don't know, we are also looking for her" she was getting terrified of the Captain. "Lies!" yelled the Captain as he kick a barrel. Suddenly, there was a loud noise. The ship was destroyed, broken in two, sinking in the ocean sea. "Who sunk my ship!" yelled the Captain as more blurs of light struck two other ships, destroying them in a single blast. "Who's destroying my beautiful ships!" cried the Captain as a earth pony pirate screamed and pointed to the sky. "Why is it...." the Captain started to yell, but stop to see the F-15s arriving and delivering their missiles and bombs, destroying three ships in each blast. "Why are those things!" yelled the crew as the Black Hawks and the Eurocopter Tiger's arrived on the scene, ready to recuse the main six. "You called for help, you little rats," growled the Captain as he stormed back to the tied up group and prepare to slice Fluttershy to pieces. He did swing, but he hit something. "Not her, you little bitch," growled a familiar voice. The main six opened their eyes and saw Rainbow Dash, dress in some weird armor, but her wing, she lost it. A single shot was heard as the Captain fell to the deck, dead from a single bullet to the head as she put the pistol down. She felt dizzy, and was stumbling, hearing her name being called, but she couldn't hear. "We need to get her back now!" yelled Brine as him and the Marines landed on the ship, surprising the Main Six. The main six were shock, seeing the aliens up close for the first time. They look like dogs and cats, but they were bigger and had, strange weapons the same Rainbow was using. "You get the others off this ship!" yelled Brine as he rip of his shirt, using it to stop the bleeding. "I need to get Rainbow out of here!" The other Marines did as they were told as Brine took to the sky, flying off with Rainbow Dash as the Marines untied the group. "Who are you!" yelled Rarity. "And what are you doing with Rainbow Dash " "We are the Marines of the United Republic," said one of the Marines. "And Mrs. Rainbow Dash is in need of medical badly. She is being taken back to the Enterprise as well as you are, so move it!" The main six and what was left of the crew agree as the ship begin to take on water, forcing them into the helicopter. "Take off now!" order the Captain. "The package is secure!" The Black Hawk took off as the ship finally went under the waves. Twilight look out and was in shock. The entire pirate fleet, was burning and their ships were sinking under the waves. She finally realize something. "We are fucked if they attack us," she told herself. Even when the two kinds were together, the humans even fought each other in massive wars spreading entire nations, killing millions. They only couldn't do this again because their, special weapons, would wipe them out. "But they seem not to mind now to use them against their oldest friends," she said to herself as she countied to read. "Jezz, they're going to tear the city apart!" yelled Verner as he out together a commutations device. "They want to kill us!" yelled Brine as he quickly killed a human that ran inside to escape the bombing. He was barely in his 20s. "Poor kid," said Verner as he look at the corpse of the human. "Barely out of his teens and he has to fight this war." "There's nothing we can do," said Brine with a sad look on his face. "But we need to get this device to the roof and activate so we can regain air superiorly." The group of super pups ran to the roof of the police station as the battle for Denver range on around them. "Dude, this must be what hell looks like!" yelled one of Verner's buddies as he shot down one of their helicopters. "No, this is much worse then Hell ever could be!" yelled Brine as he fired a M60 machine gun at more helicopters. "It's working!" yelled Verner as the device activated, frying all the nearby systems and forcing down the helicopters in firely explosions. MEANWHILE: IN EARTH'S UPPPER LIMITS: A group of satellites reach a message from Denver. It only read one thing: Destroy. The satellites opened their weapons as massive bombs and lasers opened up as the bombs fell towards the humans positions. One by one, the bombs fell, killing hundreds in their wake, leaving the rest to be fried alive by the lasers. "Take that you bitchs!" yelled one of Verner's buddies as the screams and panic yelling reach their ears. But Brine's heard something else. "Get down!" yelled Brine as he shove them off the roof. Seconds later, three cruise missiles hit their target, destroying the entire building. "Ow!" yelled Verner as he hold his shoulder. It had broken from the fall. Brine wasn't hurt, but he was already in action, striking a soldier in the neck with a knife. "We got to go NOW!" yelled Brine. "Verner's hurt. We need to get back to HQ." Brine quickly grab Verner and threw him over his soldier and the four begin the long trek back to HQ, dodging patrols. They only thing they weren't expecting was a huge bombardment a few miles away from their HQ. "Get down!" Brine heard them yell, as explosions range threw his ears as he was threw away from Verner. Brine's vision was blurry and his ears were ringing. He swear his head was bleeding too. He crawled towards Verner as the bombs and missiles fell around him. He finally reach him and covered him with his own body. "What are you doing?.." choke Verner. "Run, leaving me behind.." "Not a chance dude," said Brine as a bomb struck his back. His back flared in pain as he knew this time something was bleeding. But he refuse to leave. He stood their for 3 whole minutes, back hurting and bleeding, he only stop when the bombs did. And when they did, he fell down and pass out. PRESENT: "Um, Brine?" Brine shot back to reality. Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Fluttershy were looking at him with concern. "You ok dude?" said Rainbow Dash, putting her hoof on his shoulder. "I'm fine," said Brine. "Just when you ask that question, Applejack, it brought back a memory." Just then, Twilight entered the room. "What's going on in here?" she ask. "Nothing much, just talking," said Applejack as she finish her coffee. "And then Brine just froze in place for about 3 minutes. "Why?" ask Twilight as Brine stand up. "Because of this," said Brine as he took off his shirt, leaving the four in shock. His back was mostly a metal attachment. "That, that is mess up," said Twilight. Brine shrug. "That was from the Battle of Denver," said Brine as he yawn. He was tired from working all day. "I'm heading to bed," he said as he grab his shirt and walk away. "Me too," said Rainbow Dash as she followed him. "Hey Twilight," said Applejack. "Have you noticed that Rainbow is acting weird then usual?" "I seen it," said Twilight with a grin. "But she knows what she's doing." LATER: Brine was getting ready to party. He needed to relaxed and he though partying with everyone else might help him smooth his mind when he heard a knock at the door. "Come in," said Brine as he put on one of his black shirts. It was Rainbow Dash who walk in. "Oh, It's you Rainbow," said Brine. "I wanted to talk about something," said Rainbow Dash. "What's up?" Ask Brine. "I... really like you," said Rainbow Dash. Brine nearly drop dead on the floor. That came out of nowhere. "Do.. you mean it, literality?" sputtered Brine. "Cause... I really like you too." He didn't expect this. It happen so fast. Rainbow Dash slowly approach him and kiss him. It felt... good. Brine kiss it back and only the sounds of the ocean could be heard. THE NEXT MORNING: "Sir," said the pilot aboard the AWAS. "We have a major problem on the ground." Chase was on a call with the rest of the fleet when the AWAS send a urgent call so he had to pick up. "Tell me the problem," said Chase. "That city they call Manehattan, the one we are suppose to drop the girls off, its been comprised," said the pilot. "What do you mean," said Chase. "The whole city had been overrun with pirates, with even larger army then the last one we dealt with," said the pilot. Chase wasn't happy. "I thought we took care of those fucking pirates and they come back with a larger army!" yelled Chase as he threw a boot across the room. "What should we do?" ask the pilot. "Order all systems online," said Chase. "We are going to war." Alarms blared across the fleet, waking up the main six. Walking out of their room, they spot Rainbow and Brine running down the hallway with their battle gear. "What's going on?" ask Twilight. "Meet us on the deck NOW," said Brine, sending a shiver down her spine. She feared the German Shepard. The girls followed the duo to the deck, where other soldiers, including Verner were there and Chase was doing mission briefings. "What's going on dad?" ask Brine. "Manehattan has been attack and we are going to strike back," said Chase. "Who attack!" yelled Rainbow, her shock face being replace with a fit of rage. "Pirates," said Chase. "That group is really piss off." "You are being loaded up in the LCTs," said Chase. "I sure you know what to do." "I sure do," said Brine as his gun M4 click. "Let's so these pirates we're not messing around." Manehattan: "Where is RAINBOW DASH AND HER SILLY FIRIENDS!" yelled the pirates leader, Captain Bloodsucker as he grab Celestia's neck. Luna was tied up in the corner, unable to do anything, for she was knock out.. "I told you already," said Celestia, weakly. "I don't know where they are, I send them to look for her. That's all I know." The Leader, furious with Celestia, was about to slap her again when one of his crewmates ran into the room. "Sir," said the Lad. "You got to see this!" The Leader decided he would kill Celestia later and went out of the room with his crewmate. "It's coming from the sea," yelled the crewmate. "Our fates rest on their shoulders as they come to destroy us." "What are you talking about," said the Leader as he levitate a pair of binoculars and look through them. What he saw next shock him more then the voice that appeared. "We are the United Republic," said Chase through the intercom as the massive blue water fleet sailed towards the Beaches of Manehattan. "And we are ready to delivery some punishment unless you surrender." Picking up a blowhorn, the leader responded with two words. "FUCK US!" "Alright then," said Chase as he put on a fighter pilot helmet. "You ask for it." Five seconds after he said that, there was a loud roar, followed by massive explosions on the beaches. Any pirate or ship near the beach was blown to pieces. "What the hell are these things!" yelled one of the pirates, a young lad as he jump over his burning ship. He watch as the ship sank under the waves. Meanwhile, the air force was moving in, with Chase in command. "Alright boys, let's show these foes how we roll!" Their bays opened, revealing their loads of missiles and bombs. One by one, the flew and exploded once contact. "Who are these guys!" yelled a pirate as he try to run for cover. "They are killing us!" The leader watch from his building in horror. Smoke raise into the sky as fires and his fleet, burn. But that wasn't the last of the assault. There was more to come. Approaching the beaches, came several landing craft of all types. And in one of those craft where Brine, Rainbow Dash and her friends and Venver. "Got ready to make some noise!" yelled Brine as Rainbow Dash and Venver check their guns. "Twilight, you and your friends are on medic and backup duty." "Ok, sir," said Twilight hastily. She had no idea what her or her friends were walking into. Suddenly, their craft stop. "Let's go!" yelled Brine as him, Venver and Rainbow Dash ran into the fray. Twilight and the rest of her friends follow.. and what they saw shook them to their core. Bodies of the pirates laid across the beach, some burning. Their once proud ships now blow into bits. And fires were spreading. They turned and saw a M1A2 Abrams tank with a M2 Bradley racing ahead off them, firing their weapons. "Liberty!" she heard them yell. "This pups are crazy," muttered Twilight. Brine and them took covered behind a overturn cart. They were pushing into the city as Attack Helicopters roared overhead. "Alright," said Brine as he saw them a hologram. "Our targets are in his building," said Brine. "Your and their Leaders are inside this building. Our goal is to rescue and capture them." "I hope their alright," muttered Fluttershy. "Then what are we waiting for," yelled Rainbow. "Let's go save them." MEANWHILE: "Targets at 5o clock" said an Apache pilot. The two helicopters were pursuing three Pegasus pirates through the Manehattan skyline. "Ahh!!" yelled One of the Pegasus Pirates as the Apache's chain gun rip through his flesh, causing him to fall to the street, already burning, dead. The helicopters countied to cause them. "What are we going to do?" yelled one of the pirates as his friend exploded upon contact with a hellfire missile. The Pirate had nowhere to run. So he did the only thing he could. "Stop!" Yelled the Pirate. "I surrender! Don't fire whatever those things are!" The Apaches surrounded him. Cold Sweat poured from his head. "Alright," said the Pilot, finally reviving him of his fear. "Just follow and don't do anything you won't want to. You are now a prisoner of the United Republic." That struck him as odd. The word Republic wasn't in their language. The only Republic was the Griffons and that turned out terrible for them. But he didn't want to make the aliens mad and blow him to bits, so he followed them like they request, not knowing what fate was in store. Meanwhile, on the ground, the Ground forces were pushing through the pirates Defenses as the pirates ran away in fear AFTER finding out that arrows can't break through Tank armor. "Allons-y" yelled a French bulldog as he fired the 50 caliber machine gun. Meanwhile, A Hummer zoom bye, carrying Brine and his group. The Hummer stop in front of the Tallest Building. "Their on the top floor!" yelled Brine as he jump out of the car. "Let's go!" The group ran inside the building. Once they got inside, they were greeted with several bodies. Even Children. Fluttershy closed her eyes, while Brine shook his head. "Rest in peace, little souls," said Venver as they took the stairs. Meanwhile: A School a few blocks down: "Get on the ground NOW!" yelled a pirate as he pointed a spear at a filly, barely 8. Her teacher was dead and they wanted to kill them. She refuse, though. She was always told to stand up to bullies and anyone who threaten her. "No" she refuse again. The Pirate was piss. "You're asking for it then," said the Pirate as he lift his spear to kill her. But before he had the chance to do it, the wall behind the group exploded, revealing a group of weird looking things as they fired there even weirder weapons at them, killing them instantly. One of the them walk over near the filly and she got a good look at him. He look like a dog her parents had, only bigger and had a weird armor with his strange weapon. "Are you ok little one?" ask the alien soldier. His voice was sweet. It didn't seem like he was going to kill her like in those alien movies. "Yeah," said the filly. "Come with us," said the Soldier, putting out his paw. "We have a nice safe place for you all until we can find your parents. The filly accepted and the rest followed the squad down the burning streets. Back in the tower: Brine, Venver, Rainbow Dash and the rest of her friends had gotten to the top of the floor where they were holding the Two Princesses hostage. Twilight was glad that her Brother Shining Armor and Cadence weren't here. "Frags," ask Venver, pulling out one from his bag. "Yes," said Brine as he too pulled out a smoke grenade. Brine toss his first and trap the Pirates standing guard outside the door in thick smoke. "What was that?!" cough one of the pirates. "I can't see anything." Venver toss his and the duo exploded, leaving a bloody mess. "Job well done," said Brine as they advance to the door. Rarity nearly fainted at the sight of so much blood. "Venver," said Brine. "Get out the charges." "Already ready," said Venver as he out the charge on the door. He could hear commotion on the other side. "They are going to kill them," yelled Brine. "let's go!" Brine pulled the trigger and the door exploded. It seemed like slow motion. Brine, Rainbow Dash and Venver ran into the room, taking out the guards. The Leader was pointing a crossbow at Celestia when Brine shot at his hoof. "Argh!" yelled the Leader as he hold his bleeding hoof. He was smack in the head by Venver with his gun. "You are under Arrest by the United Republic for Crimes against Humanity," said Brine as Venver and Rainbow Dash tied him up. "Twilight," check on Celestia." Twilight ran over to Celestia. She was badly beat and highly dehydration. "She's in bad shape," yelled Twilight. Brine look over. "She's needs medical attention and so does Luna," said Brine. Activating his Radio," We need a Black Hawk now, we have the V.I.Ps and they need Medical Attention." "Alright Alpha, we have two black hawks on their way," said the Cat on the other end. "Alright," said Brine. "Let's get these guys to the roof now!" The Group carried the Princesses to the roof, which was easier then said. They were big. "What have they been eating." ask Venver. "They are so tall!" "That is rude," said Brine, giving Venver the look. "Ok, sorry," said Venver. The gang finally got to the roof, where two Black Hawks were waiting. "Well done," said the Sergeant. Zane. "The Pirates are surrounding in the thousands, let's get these guys to the Enterprise." The gang loaded up in the Black Hawks as they took to the sky. Brine look as the Manehattan skyline burn with fire. Victory was secure, with the pirates paying dearly for the assault. No one messes with the United Republic and wins.
A new HomeIn the echo's of deep space, their should be no sound. Yet there was. Traveling through it was a fleet of spaceships, carrying the survivors of the United Republic forces. Yet, they weren't humans. They were pups. They had won the long hard war against humanity, but they lost the earth. Brine Atlantis Hunter watch the hologram in his room. It showed what the Earth look like before the war, then it flashed to what it look now, a burning, destroyed, radioactive Earth. He couldn't stand it and his stomach was Hungry, so he left his room to get some food. As he walk to the mess hall on the U.R.S Enterprise, his mind followed back to the last days of the Great War, the battles he fought in. 2 years ago: August 24, 2032, Houston, Texas. Mission: recuse down bomber crews: "Take cover!" That was all he heard as a massive explosion rock the nearby building and ripped it straight from it's foundation. It already taken a serious beating from the artillery fire a few hours ago and couldn't stand any longer. Slowly, then suddenly, the building collapse as pieces of concrete and steel rained down on his platoon. "Run!" he remembered yelling as the rest of his squad took covered in a surprisely undamaged building "We need to get to the Bomber now!" cried Brine as he ran out of the building, with the rest of his squad in pursuit with him. The team of pups, only in their teen years, race across a burning courtyard, filled with bodies of their own and humans alike, making their Medic sick. "I'm going to lose my lunch," cried their medic. One of his squad mates threw him the look and he quickly shut up as they countied to run. After what seem like forever, they finally manage to find the crashed bomber plane. But one look at it they could tell no one survived the crash. The structure of the plane was a mess, torn and twisted in many ways. It was unrecognizable for a B-52 bomber. Brine look around in the wreck and knew the enemy must have fired more than the needed number of missiles to take it down. Probity to kill the crew as well. Suddenly, he heard a noise he knew too well. He quickly turned around as a missile struck feet away from him, killing his squad and sending him flying into a blown up car. He quickly got on his paws and grab his M4 Carbine Assault Rifle and took cover behind the car. As he look around the car, he saw what he knew was. A M3 Bradley carrying Human troops and they were looking for him. To end him. He was scared, but he knew he had to avenge his squads deaths. Putting on a brave face, he loaded his gun and charge in, letting his gun do the talking. One by one, the soldiers fell, but unluckily, the M3 Bradley didn't and started to fire it's machine gun at him, forcing him to duck for cover. "I need air support NOW!" Brine yelled over his radio as the machine gun fired intensify as it was getting closer to his position. Suddenly, there was three massive explosions from behind the car he was hiding. Brine look as 3 F-35 Lighting 2's struck the M3 Bradley, turning it into scarp metal. "Fuck the humans!" Brine heard one of the pilots yelled as the squad flew away to aid another team. Just then, A Black Hawk landed near him. "Come on Sergeant, we got to get out of here!" yelled the soldier. "Houston has fallen." With nothing to lose, he race to the helicopter and got on. The Black Hawk took for Base Alpha, which was located near Denver in the Rocky Mountains. It was their only major base and nicely hidden from the humans. Brine watch from the Black Hawk as Houston burned from the air, as heavy fighting was still happening within the city as they were desperately trying to evacuated the population to Denver. "Um, Brine? Brine?!" Brine shook from his trance and discovered Verner shaking him back to reality. "You been standing out here for a hour, is everything ok?" "Just memories," said Brine, shaking his head. "Let's get something to eat, I'm starving." The two walk inside the Mess Hall, with the explosions of war still within his mind. …. He couldn't find Verner anywhere, but he didn't mind. "He's probity off with the rest of his buddies," said Brine as he walk to were his father, Chase, was. It was hard living up to his fathers name. His father was Chase William Hunter, not only the President of the United Republic, but he also leaded the resistance to victory and was the team leader of the old group Paw Patrol. He shuttered when he thought of them. They had been through a lot. They were on the front lines the day the war begin, back in 2022. If they had died then, the pup race would be doomed. He was proud of his father, though, and he was of him too. It wasn't every day that your son, only about 6 years of age, shoot his first enemy, who was trying to kill his father. After a few minutes of walking, he arrived at the cabin. This was the place on the U.R.S Enterprise that oversees the flight deck of the carrier, which at the moment, didn't have a single soul out there. Taking a deep breath, Brine push the door opened and walk inside, the door behind him clicking shut. The Cabin was basically the control room of the ship. Everywhere you look, there was electronics and the highest tech computers ready to be use. Meanwhile, Chase was standing at the glass with his leading Scientist, looking out in the vast of Space. "Hey Dad," said Brine, getting his fathers attention. "Hello Brine," said Chase as the two hug each other. "What's the problem?" ask Brine as the head scientist, Tech, walk over. "The reason why we called you here because we have a mission for you," said Chase, smiling. He knew Brine was getting restless on the ship. He wanted action. That's what made him a great soldier. "What kind of mission?" ask Brine as Tech, using a hologram device, showed him a planet that looked really similar to Earth. Brine was shock to see it. "Did you guys really..." Chase cut him off before he could finish his sentence. "Yes, yes we did." "Is it habitable?" ask Brine. "Yep," said Tech. "It's super habitable. No signs of industrial equipment and pollution of any kind. It's perfect for us." Brine was so happy he actually cried a bit. They would have actually have a home again. One free from Humans trying to kill them all. One, to called Home. "When will we arrive?" said Brine putting back on his serious face. "We will arrive tomorrow," said Tech. "Your mission is one of exploration. We will drop three submarines, both of the Ohio Class, tomorrow in the ocean. You and a few others will be drop onto the shore to explore the surrounding area. "Yes sir," said Brine. "Then you might want to get some sleep, you have a busy day tomorrow." Brine nodded in agreement and left the room. Tech decided to speak his only concern. "Mr. President?" said Tech. "Are you sure if there's life on this planet, they won't try to kill us?" "I hope not, that's all I can wish for," says Chase. Author's Note Hi, this is Warlord600 here and this is the first chapter of America Rising, I wanted to show you these facts to get them out of the way. First of all, the nationals of the pups are all global, as they all united to fight the humans in the Great War, but the main ones are NATO countries, The United States, Russia, China, Japan, South Korea, Mexico and Brazil and Israel In terms of technology, the pups still use modern weapons(1990s-2020s), but have made some major tech leaps in other areas. Their spaceships are actually their warships, ungraded to fly in space and carry large amounts of equipment. Also, they were the first to make actual space weapons, making weapons like the sun gun, which they use with great effect. The pups themselves have evolved enough to be consider there own race at this point. They can eat chocolate, thanks to bioengineering their own bodies and had evolved to live anywhere on planets, whatever hot or freezing cold. Next chapter, landing on the planet and dropping submarines out of the sky. This should be fun.
The DeepThe morning dawned on Brine suddenly when a flash of bright sunlight beamed on him. Getting up, he saw it was the systems star, a star he called, Hope. Hope. He was calling the star that. It was a Beacon of hope for him and his kind, as it house Earth 2o, their new home. "All members in the New Horizons mission please report to loading bay now," said a voice through the intercom. "That's my ride," said Brine as he grab his backpack and walk towards the armory where everyone else was. "Alright everyone!" Yelled the Drill Sergeant. "Grab your weapons, grab your armor and get going!" Brine shuffled through his locker. He really needed to clean it one of these days, but that time wasn't now. He was going to explore a planet for God's sake. He grabbed his weapons of choice from his locker. He always favored the M4 Carbine and his trusted revolver. He had carried that revolver since he shot his first human, saving his father from a doom fate. After checking that his weapons were loaded tight, he quickly equip his armor on and race towards the loading bay. Once he arrive at the loading bay, he saw three Ohio Class Ballistic Missile Submarines and the other groups ready to go. Luckily, Verner was joining him. He ran to Verner, who was really excited to see him. "I can't believe we are actually going to explore our new home." After a few minutes of yelling at everyone to get to their positions, they were finally ready to drop. Meanwhile, in the South Luna Sea, Pirate ship She spitted at him when he dared get close to her again. This was not her day. Rainbow Dash thought as she squirm in the ropes she was tied up with. It was suppose to be a normal day. She was doing the greatest record breaker ever. Flying around the world in record time. Her friends and Celestia and Luna themselves were waiting in Manehattan for her. Now she was stuck on this pirate ship, they call the Jolly Roger. Their captain, Captain Blackbeard, had decided to take a liking to the rainbow Pegasus and made several attempts to subdue her. But each time he would get spit on. Or a kick in the balls. She grinned as the captain left the room, she could countied her plan to escape. She silently countied to cut the ropes. MEANWHILE: Onboard the U.R.S Bluefish Brine hold onto the bar above him. They were ready to drop. And maybe someone's stomach. Everyone was told they couldn't eat as they didn't want a mess onboard the submarine. And besides, it smell terrible. Soon, the alarms started to blare, showing it's time. 3.... 2.... 1.... Release. The Submarines drop from the U.R.S Enterprise and begin their descend to the oceans below. It wasn't easy, they had to hold on for dear life, unless someone wanted their backs or their spines broken. Brine look over to Verner, who was next to him. His eyes were close, probity meditating. He like to do that. SPLASH. The entire sub lunch as it crash into the cold blue waters of the seas of Earth 2. Once they were told they could get up, the crew, including Verner, who snap out of it, yelled and cheered as they were the first crew to land on their new home. Brine, though, didn't want to. He was remembering Tech's words before they left the Enterprise. "If there's life, just be careful. We don't know their prowess." He decided he needed a breath of fresh air and walked to the hatch. He stop before he opened it. He was warned even though the sensors didn't pick up anything, the air could be toxic. Deciding to risk it, he opened the hatch. He was greeted by the blazing rays of the sun. The sun. He step out onto the deck. He felt the wind, chill breeze of the ocean. He felt the rays of the sun. No Pollution, nothing. Just the sounds of the sea. He couldn't help himself anymore. "Freedom and Liberty to All!" he howled as the rest of the crews of the other submarines heard him and howled in unity, letting their voice be heard. Brine raced to the captain's quarters. Once he arrive, he saw the officers retelling their discovery back to the U.R.S Enterprise. "Sergeant Brine," said a familiar voice. "Do you want something?" Brine turned around and saw the captain, Captain Zuma, fresh in his glory. "I want to take a fly test, using my jetpack," said Brine, standing straight for him. He giggled. "Of course silly," said Captain Zuma, rubbing his head. "I'm your uncle, only I and you can decided what you do." Before he could say another word, Brine was gone in a flash. He laugh. "Chase and Skye had such a great son," he said as he countied his duties. Brine reach the equipment room and came smashing in, hitting his head in the progress. "Ow," said Brine as he close the door. "Now, let's get flying," he said with a grin. A FEW MINUTES LATER: "This is awesome!" yelled Brine as he flew around the sky, above the cruising submarines. He was filled with joy. He never felt this happy before, not being shot at by enemies wanting to kill him. He was at his peace. As he countied to fly, he thought about it. This is wat he ever wanted in life. To be at peace, not fighting to survive. He was happy. Meanwhile, back abroad the Jolly Roger: "Finally," Rainbow mumble as the ropes slip off of here. She listen to the crew above her. It seem like they were getting drunk. It was her time to escape and get the hell out of here. Slowly and quietly, she left the room and climb to the deck. She didn't see anyone. "That's strange," she thought. "I swear I heard them." Just then, she was jump by a pirate and she quickly knock him out, before the rest of the crew surrounded her. Meanwhile, Brine was still flying around when his ears pick up Rainbow's cries. "Did I... just hear a alien scream for help?" he ask himself, wondering in confusion. He thought about it. "I should go investigate this matter," he said as he flew towards the sound.
First ContactRainbow Dash, for the first time in here life, was terrified. She had been always the one who charge right into things without hesitation, always ready to fight. But this time, she feared for her own life. However though, she had no idea that a certain soldier was silently watching the event unfold below him. A million thoughts were floating through Brine's mind right now. "A alien horse, THAT SPEAKS!" his mind yelled. He was shock and puzzled as well. "I know Tech told me that their could be life here and to be on the lookout for it, but it to be almost be actually like Earth Horses is too weird in his mind. He countied to watch as the Captain Blackbeard approach her. Silently, he turned his invisible shield on and snuck aboard the ship. He was able to walk right to behind the captain without being noticed. He was going to have a little fun, even if he was going to beat up some alien pirates. He spoke. "Hello, that's not a nice way to treat a lady you know," said Brine smirking. The Captain quickly turned around and found nothing as Brine punch him in the gut, sending him across the deck. Not knowing of his presence, two of the pirates charge at him with their swords, but they didn't have Brine's skills and he took them all down with ease. Rainbow watch on speechless. Who was this invisible, someone who fights so well and for her, of all chances? Soon, though, the Captain and his men where back on his feet and were pretty angry at him. "You invisible foe, I saw kill your ass!", he yelled. Brine, though, wasn't scared. "I am more stronger then you all," he said to the group of pirates. "Let me show you TRUE fear." Rainbow Dash and the pirates stared in shock as Brine show himself, fresh in his armor and metal wings, wielding two energy swords. "Come and get me," said Brine smiling. Two of the pirates charge at him. He though, was a expert and he was going to show them. He quickly swung his fist and smash the nearest pirate in the jaw and it crack from the power of it as the pirate was thrown across the deck, smashing into the mast. The pirate groan in agony. His body felt like it was broken in SO many places it hurt. Brine, hearing the 2nd pirate running behind him, he swung his energy swords, easily cutting the pirates sword in half as the pirate stared in shock. He was so in shock he couldn't react in time as Brine knock him out senseless in the face, knocking him out cold. He quickly dodge a arrow as one nearly miss his face and land overboard. He turned and look to see the Captain holding a crossbow at him. "You will die," he started to speak. But before he could finish, he was knock out cold by a certain Blue Pegasus, carrying a piece of wood. "Thanks," said Brine as he put away his energy swords as Rainbow Dash approach him. "Who are you and why did you...." ask Rainbow Dash as Brine tackled her. "Get down!" he yelled as more arrows flew past their heads. Brine quickly got back up and decided to end this. "You have nowhere to run, little dog freak!" yelled Captain Blackbeard as he and the rest of his crew were holding crossbows. "Not a chance!" he yelled as he pulled out two Uzi's and let them rip as their automatic fire tear their flesh. Rainbow watch in horror as the bullets(tiny arrows to her), rip the pirates flesh apart, leaving them bleeding and dead. Once they ran out of ammo, he quickly put his Uzi's away and ready his wings and grab Rainbow Dash. "What are you doing?!" yelled Rainbow Dash as Brine grab her. "Getting off this boat," said Brine as he took to the skies. "Fire at them!" yelled the Captain to his surviving members. But Brine had one more trick up his sleeve. "Bye," said Brine as he turned around and fired a RPG into the hull of the wooden vessel, causing it to explode in pieces as fire consume it. Rainbow Dash watch as the ship snuck with the crew as the two flew away. Once they were about halfway back to the rest of the submarine fleet, Rainbow demanded some answers. "Who are you?" ask Rainbow Dash. "You don't seem to have magic, yet you seem to be a super powerful alien dog that talks Equis. WHO ARE YOU?!" "I'm Brine Atlantis Hunter," said Brine. "I am the son of Chase William Hunter, Leader and the President of the United Republic, looking for a home alone the stars." "Why?" Rainbow Dash begin to ask as a arrow flew by, exploding midair. "Shit!" yelled Brine as two surviving members of the pirate crew were chasing them. "Delta," said Brine through his headset. "Get me the U.R.S Bluefish." Meanwhile, Aboard the U.R.S Bluefish Zuma was talking to the engineer's in the engine room about their home when one of the officers ran in. "Captain Zuma sir, Sergeant Brine is online for you and he needs to speak to you," said the officer Both Zuma and the officer ran to the control room where Brine was on the screen. "Boy, what is going on?" ask Zuma. "I have two fucking pirates chasing me and my passenger," said Brine as arrows flew by him. "They can fly and well, wait until you see my passenger. Anyways, I need you to shoot them out of the sky." "You can count on me," said Zuma as the feed went out. "Get the field guns ready and tell the other subs too," said Zuma. "Now." Brine by now was getting closer to the location of the subs, but the pirates were getting closer to him as well. "I hope you have a plan," said Rainbow Dash. "I know, right about now," said Brine. Just then, there was lots of automatic fire as they turned to see the three Submarines firing their field guns at the flying pirates, which, they couldn't avoid and fell to the sea, dead. "Hello?" Brine ask. He look below him and release Rainbow Dash was hit by one of them. Brine quickly landed on the ship, where others were waiting. "Get her to a medic NOW!" yelled Brine as doctors ran and took her, all while one soldier said: "What the hell did we just founded" Author's Note I'm back. Sorry for the long time. "What happened?" she mumbled as she got onto her hooves. She was in a hospital room. She look at her chest. A bandage was wrapped around her chest. She got shoot by... what ever those weapons were. "Did they shoot me?" she ask herself. "No, he was kind to her and he save her. It must had been a accident. The only way to find out was to find him. Meanwhile: In the Control Room "So what are we going to do with... this alien onboard the ship," said a officer. Him, Captain Zuma and Brine had been debating what to do with her. "Enough!" said Brine, slamming his fist down on the table, surprising the both of them. This definably shock Zuma, because Brine wasn't quick to anger around others. "I save her because she is like us," said Brine, unknowing that Rainbow Dash was right outside the door. "She is like us, a sentinel being. I save her because of that and that, she is her own person, not yours, no ones but her." Rainbow Dash listened from behind the door in shock. He... cared for her. Besides her friends and family, not much cared for her. Those old bullies still drive her nuts and even some other Pegasus in the Wonder Blots treated her like shit. She heard Brine leaving and she quickly hid behind a corner. She watch as Brine left the room and walk down the hallway. Once she knew he was not paying attention, she decided to follow him. She followed him down the hallway of the sub. She was taken in by the complexity of the vessel. Evenaulty, she found the hatch that lead outside opened. She followed up. It was night when she climb out of the submarine. Crisp, clear, peaceful. She found Brine standing there... crying? As she walked closer to the alien that defended her, she realize. He was crying, holding a photo. She look to get a closer look. On the photo was Him and a few others, dress in their combat gear, before their first mission. Brine noticed her. "Jesus Christ!" he yelled, jumping. "You scared me." "Sorry," said Rainbow Dash. "Why are you crying?" Brine stood in silence why looking at the photo. "You have no idea how much torture we as a people went through," said Brine. "All the destruction. All the mass killings..." He collapsed on his legs, crying. "I lost all friends I ever made. Verner and his buddies are all I have left!" he cried. "I remember the battles every night, the chaos it brought. It hurts to remember!" Rainbow just stood their, speechless. She didn't know what to do. He literati just broke down in front of her. She had one idea, though. She sat down next to him. "You're not the only one who's life is hell to the person living it," said Rainbow Dash, surprising Brine. "What do you mean, you don't seem like fighters, soldiers to me," said Brine. "The Mess Hall is down the hall if you want to eat." "I am," said Rainbow Dash as she stretch her legs. "I will be down their in a minute," she said as Brine left. Once she finish stretching, she took a long look at her wings. They were still sore from those pirates ropes. She sign. She wasn't going to fly for a long while like this and the only thing she could do was be with the aliens on their ship. She thought about it. It was cool to explore the ship as it was something no one had ever made before. She wonder what else these advance alien pups had. She walk in the Mess Hall where it turned out where the rest of the crew was. Brine approached as he hold a chocolate ship muffin. "We have a lot of stuff to eat," said Brine as he offered his muffin to Rainbow Dash, which she gladly took. "You might want to stay away from the meat products, since, well, you guys probity don't eat meat." Rainbow Dash spit out a piece of her muffin in the nearby trash can. "You guys.. eat meat?" she asked. "We grow the meat," said Brine. "Our scientists grow it in labs since we need it and we couldn't bring any animals with us. Don't worry, we're not going to eat you. No one will." "Good," said Rainbow Dash as she finish her muffin. "I'm getting coffee," said Brine as he went over to the table and made himself some coffee. Just then, a announcement came over the speaker. "Sergeant Brine, Mrs. Rainbow Dash, please report to the cabin." "Looks like my Uncle wants us," said Brine, drinking his coffee. "Let's go see him." The two walk to the Cabin. Going inside, they found Captain Zuma waiting for him. "What's up Uncle?" ask Brine. "I brought you here for a important reason," said Zuma as a hologram of the U.R.S Missouri. "She is going to be landing down in a matter of hours," said Captain Zuma. "Your father wants you two to take the rocket back to the Enterprise for a chat." "This will be great," mumbled Brine. Rainbow Dash giggled. "Alright then," said Zuma. "Get your things ready," the U.R.S Missouri is near." A FEW MINUTES LATER: Rainbow Dash and Brine were waiting on the surface, waiting for the U.R.S Missouri to appear. Luckily for them, they didn't have to wait for long as a few minutes later, a massive steel warship crash in the water next to them. To Rainbow Dash, she was... stunned. They have more of their metal warships and this is bigger, she told herself as Brine flew her to the massive Battleship. "Hello Sergeant Brine," said the Captain of the U.R.S Missouri. "I see you brought a guest with you as well," his eyes pointing towards Rainbow Dash. "We have to go to the Enterprise," said Brine in a business like manner. This always surprise Rainbow Dash. "Right," said the Captain. "The rocket's this way, follow me." Soon enough, the two were in the Rocket and were ready to latch. "Um Brine?" said Rainbow Dash. "Are you sure this is safe?" "Totally," said Brine, checking last minute stuff. "We have built thousands of rockets, it's totally safe." "Ready for Latch in 5... 4.... 3.... 2.... 1..... Lift off!" The Rocket roared into the air as it flew into space. "Whoa!" yelled Rainbow Dash as the rocket went into space. Soon enough, the rocket had breach the upper limits of space and now, Rainbow Dash could see them. All of them. There was a massive fleet of their metal warships, all hovering above her planet. She look out her window. She never what her planet look like. Now she did. It look very similar to the Earth the alien pups showed through their holograms. Crystal blue oceans and green lands. A world without war. She turned back around to see that the rocket was landing on a massive flat deck of a ship. She was impress that they could built so massive ships. Soon, the Rocket shut down as it landed on the Carrier. "Ready?" she heard Brine ask as he put on his helmet. "I guess," said Rainbow Dash as she grab hers. "Are you though?" she giggled. The two exited the spacecraft as a bunch of pups watch in total aw as the doctors did some checks to make sure she wasn't carrying anything dangerous. Once that was done(and pushing pass the massive crowd of news reporters), the two entered the cabin, where everyone in the room stop what they were doing and stared at them. Soon, Chase entered the cabin. "Hello son," said Chase smiling as he turned and look at Rainbow Dash. "And I see you brought your friend up here like I request." Rainbow Dash was almost terrified. He was only a little taller then Brine. But she knew he had the experience of a bloody war under his belt. He didn't need guards. He could take care of himself just fine. "Follow me you two," said Chase as he lead the two to his office. Once he close the door and sat down, he started to speak. "How is the exploration going Brine," asked Chase. "I heard you had to rescue.. her from pirates." "Yeah," said Brine. "These pirates are no threats to us, father. They use crossbows and swords and have wooden Vessels. All it took was one RPG round to sink it." "So what is your relationship with Mrs. Rainbow Dash here," he asked. Brine shook a bit. He and Rainbow Dash weren't that close.. "Just friends," said Brine. "She has been really intersected in our technology." "Um Mrs. Rainbow," said Chase. "Can you stand outside the door for a few minutes. Me and my son need to have a private talk." Not knowing what he was talking about, she agree and left the room. "What was that about?!" said Brine, confused as ever. "Don't be silly," said Chase grinning. "I can tell you have a crush on the Pegasus, don't you?" Brine's eyes nearly bold out of his head when he heard that. "No!" he yelled, with Chase chuckling. "Come on, I can tell when my son is in love with someone. You have the same traits I did for you mom," said Chase. "I don't know," said Brine. "I just don't know." Chase listened. "Ok, moving on," said Chase. "What is the world like below?" "Plenty," said Brine. "No pollution of any kind, no toxic air. This world is perfect for us, but we do have a slight problem." "The inhabits," ask Chase. "Yes, there are established nations here, so finding land maybe be a problem for us." "Not for long," said a familiar voice as Tech walked in the door. He put the hologram on the table. "What are we looking at," said Chase. "We are looking towards what they call, the frozen north," said Tech as it move to the north. "Ok, so what's special about here?" ask Brine. "Because not only it actually secretly holds the most valuable farmland anywhere on this planet," said Tech, showing them a piece that housed the best place to grow crops. "But it also holds the largest mineral and energy deposits ever!" yelled Tech as it showed it's underground. They were shock to see vast, untap deposits of uranium, iron and oil and natural gas under the land. "It's the perfect place," said Tech. "The locals fear the place too much as they never settled that north. We can though." "Then it's settled," said Chase. "We are calling the north our new home," he said through a loud speaker. Throughout the fleet still up in space and the ships on the Planet, the pups cheered and howled in victory as they celebrate. Rainbow Dash listened as the pups howled. She wonder. "What's next for me and Equestria now that these pups are living in the north," she thought as the cheers and howls faded inside her mind.
Life with the PupsRainbow Dash walk to the Aircraft Carrier's mess hall. She wanted to talk to Brine about them moving to her planet. After what seemed like forever, she finally reach the mess hall, which unlike the sub's, this mess hall had over a billion people in it, getting lunch. She got into the line, getting a few looks from some of the pups, but many were eating to noticed her. She looked at the options. They weren't kidding when they said they would eat anything. They had salad, carrots, meat, and lots of sweets and coffee, for weird reasons. She wasn't going to eat the meat, for oblivious reasons, so she just help herself to the salad and a cup of coffee. She wondered what it taste like when she hear Brine calling for her. She look and saw Brine was at a table with Verner and the rest of their friends near the corner of the room. With nowhere us to sit, she decided to sit with them. Once she got over their, Brine and Verner were eating while Verner's buddies were doing a arm wrestle against each other. Rainbow Dash smiled as she ate her food. Brine had good friends, he just didn't think it through. Meanwhile: Back in Canderlot: The city was in a full blown panic mode as Twilight Sparkle ran through the streets. "First the Griffon Empire getting restless, then the changelings, and now Rainbow Dash disappearing," she muttered. "This is just great." Equestria was one the break of war with the Griffon Empire and fights were breaking out between the Pro-War and the Anti-War groups. She rushed inside the war room, where Celestia, Luna and the rest of her friends were waiting for her. "What took you so long?" ask Applejack. "Ponies are all over the streets, getting restless and angry," said Twilight as she sat down. "I know," said Celestia. "But I don't want to summon the Royal Guard to stop the protests either." "So," said Twilight, do we know what happened to Rainbow Dash?" Luna shook her head. "We don't," said Celestia, "But something... strange happened a few days ago, in the South Luna Sea." She played a video as three massive objects crash into the ocean. "What are those things?" ask Rarity. Just as she ask that questions, three long shapes appeared out of the water, surfacing, leaving them all in shock. "What are those things?!" yelled Twilight. Luna shook her head. "From what we got," said Celestia. "It appears we may have alien visitors, these ships are not natural and appear to be too high tech for anyone on this planet to make." "But why would they take Rainbow Dash," ask Applejack. "Maybe they are using her for their crazy experiments!" yelled Pinkie Pie. "We don't know," said Luna. "But we have to find them. They could be in space or anywhere in the world." "I say we start were she disappeared," said Fluttershy. "There has to be some clues there." "I agree," said Twilight. "Let's go, girls." But as they left, they had no idea what they were getting themselves into. MEANWHILE: ABOARD THE U.R.S ENTERPRISE: "You might want to hold on," said Brine, pointing Rainbow Dash to the pipe above them. The fleet was ready to go down and sail to their new home after putting their satellites and a space station on the moon in orbit and were getting ready to drop. "Ready for drop in 3 minutes," yelled the Captain. "Get ready!" Rainbow grabbed the bar above her as best as she can. This was going to be a long way down. "3... 2... 1.... LATCH!" Suddenly, she felt a drop in her stomach as the might Carrier fell with the rest of the fleet to the oceans below. The next few moments were a nightmare to her, as her stomach wanted to throw up and her legs wanted to buckle. She wasn't the only one though. One poor pup puked all over the place. "DUDE!" yelled the Private next to him. "It's all over me!" "Sorry," said the pup. "I couldn't hold it in." Rainbow heard the splash of the water as the two pups argue. She was so glad they were on at least some solid ground. She hated that and probity would for life. She decided to follow Brine to his room as he collapse on his bed from exhaustion. She looked at his room. It didn't have much, just equipment, some guide books and lots of ammo stack around. "Why do you have so much ammo sitting around your room?" ask Rainbow Dash. "Is that dangerous?" "Only if you're a moron," said Brine. "I keep some around just in case." "Sure, some," said Rainbow Dash. "Hey, you can go to the deck and swim if you want, I'm sure lots of other pups are, now that we actually have somewhere to swim," said Brine. "I'm going to take a nap." Rainbow left the room to let him sleep, her mind swimming with thoughts. "He does look cute when he sleeps," she thought. Then she realize what she thought of. "No No!" she thought, getting rid of it. "He is only a friend." As she walk to the deck to see what was going, she thought. She had a weird feeling for Brine. She couldn't, though, put her hoof on it. She manage to find the door leading outside and when she did, she was surprise to find a party going on the northern side. They must be partying for their new home, she thought. Finally, she end up at the south side of the Aircraft Carrier, where several pups, young and old, were swimming around in the ocean. "They are good swimmers," she said to herself as a young Grey Wolf howled and leaped in the water, splashing everyone in the area, making everyone laugh. She walked around for a bit, seeing Helicopters come and go. Must be patrolling the area. She saw Tech doing something with a glass of something near the end of the deck. Curious, she walked over to see, starling him. "What are you doing," she ask Tech, scaring him shitless. "Ahh!!" he yelled, nearly dropping the jar he was holding. "You scare the living daylights out of me." "Sorry," said Rainbow Dash as Tech regain his senses. "So what's that?," pointing to the weird glowing dust in the jar. "Oh this," said Tech. "I think I may have discovered what gives you your magic abilities, or so you say." "Why is it?" ask Rainbow as Tech showed her the jar of dust that appeared to be glowing. "I'm not sure what it, but has your magical properties that allow you to fly," said Tech. "I need to experiment on it to find out more. This could cause a 6th industrial revolution for us." "A 6th industrial revolution?" Rainbow ask, Puzzled. "You had major leaps in Technical gains 6 times!" "Yep," said Tech. "Go to the library on the second floor if you want to learn more. I got some work to do in the lab." Tech walked away, signing a tone she didn't understand. She didn't really understand their music much. Curious, though, she did go to the floor Tech talked about. The only thing she didn't have a clue about was how much books they had. "I'm going to be in here for a while," said Rainbow Dash as she pick up one of the books. Second contact"Twilight is going to lose her mind over this," mumbled Rainbow Dash as she finally left the library. After 4 hours. She never thought she would be in their for so long, but she found their books, really good. They had every kind of book imaginable. Comic books, adventure Novels, history, everything. "They are sure a artistic people," she thought as she walk to the mess hall again for Dinner. "Hey Rainbow." Rainbow turned around and saw Brine walking down the hallway. "I see you have been busy. I was in the gym." "I was in your guy's library," said Rainbow Dash. "You guy's have some many books, Twilight would have a heart attack if she saw them." "Who's this Twilight of yours," ask Brine as they walk inside the mess hall. "She's one of my friends back home and the princess of friendship," said Rainbow Dash as they got their food. "The Princess of Friendship?" ask Brine. "You must be pulling my leg on that." "No, I'm serious. She is the Princess of Friendship," said Rainbow Dash as they sit down. "Honestly," said Brine. "This world is fucking crazy as it is already, nothing's off the table now." "To be honest, I wonder what their doing," said Rainbow Dash as she countied to eat her food. MEANWHILE: ON A SHIP 150 MILES AWAY: "Yep, just what we thought it was," said the Captain to the Main 6 on their ship. "The whole hull of the pirate ship was blown to bits," said one of the divers. "Something more powerful then I ever seen must have sunk it. Twilight thought about it for a moment. Rainbow Dash was flying around the world. Maybe she got capture by these pirates, but then, who sunk the ship. Nothing was more powerful then... She stop cold. Those alien machines. They must have sunk the ship. There was no other way. "Let's sleep for tonight girls," Twilight said to the others. "We will figure out what to do in the morning." The girls walk back to their cabin when Applejack ask: "Twilight, do you think those aliens blow up the ship?" "I think so," said Twilight. "We have nothing that can blow a ship's hull apart like that." "I think she is with the aliens right now." "I think so too," said Applejack. "But what worries me is what they are doing to her." "We have no idea." "Well, let's no sleep rough on it," said Twilight. "We will figure this out in the morning," she said as she climb into bed. Little did they all knew tomorrow was not going to be pleasant. BACK ON THE U.R.S ENTERPRISE: It was around midnight and Rainbow Dash couldn't sleep. She just kept thinking about Brine and his looks, his personality, his... everything. She evenaulty just give up and decided to go to the deck and look at Luna's stars. Only she did not know someone else was out there too. She walk outside, finding Brine also there. She sat down next to him, surprising Brine. "Hi Rainbow Dash," said Brine, laying on his back. "I'm surprise you are out here." "Couldn't sleep," said Rainbow as she did the same. "You too, I guess, but why here?" "The stars, there my image, vast and, their our home," said Brine. "We belong to the stars." She look up. "See that star," said Brine, pointing to a bright star shining in the night sky. "We call that Betelgeuse." "Betelgeuse, huh," said Rainbow Dash. "Our scholars don't name them, since there are so many of them in the sky." "We do," said Brine. "It's a passion for us. To learn, to expand our minds." "You are a science people, we never have those," she giggled, with Brine chuckling. That's when something weird happened. Something that changed both of their lifes forever. Both of them lean in closer. Neither of them could explain it, but... As their lips touch, both of them finally knew what this feeling was they had between each other. Love. And for them both, that was their best night of their life. Brine didn't remember much after that. He could remember a bit of him carrying Rainbow Dash to his room and then he couldn't remember anything after that. The next Morning: back on the ship, 150 miles away It was early in the morning when they heard the screams. They were all awoken by it. "Get down now!" yelled a pirate as four of them stormed into the room where the main 6 were sleeping, wielding crossbows. "Ahh!" yelled Fluttershy, quickly raising her hooves in the air. "Do as they say," said Twilight, doing the same. With that, the others follow suit as the pirates tied them up and put them with the captured crew. "Man," said Pinkie Pie. "I really wish Rainbow Dash was here, she would beat them up in a heartbeat." Unknowing to them all, though, a single drone was watching everything and reporting to the U.R.S Enterprise. As they ran down the hallway, everywhere they look, there was chaos. Pups and cats where running down the hallways yelling something about getting to their battle stations. Finally, the two arrived in the cabin, where the officers were running around crazy. "What's going on?" ask Rainbow Dash as Chase approach the two. "We have a major problem occurring 150 miles to the north of us and it's your friends," said Chase as the camera feed show up. "A hour ago, a large group of pirates had capture a exploring vessel that had your friends on it," said Chase. "We need to save them and it would be good for diplomacy with Equestria." "So let's go!" yelled Rainbow Dash. But before she could blot out the door, Brine stop her. "Then you might want to suit up," said Brine as he took her to the armory. Brine ran Rainbow Dash to the armory, where once she enter, she was greeted with missiles, bombs, and lots and lots of guns. "Pick out your gear," said Brine. "We're leaving in 5." Rainbow Dash, not knowing which to take, decided just to take a Uzi and a pistol and some of their body armor, while Brine got her and him one of their newer helmets. "Move out now!" yelled the Captain just as Brine and Rainbow gotten onto the deck and the marines were loading up in the helicopters. Rainbow Dash flap her wings. They were still a little sore, but they will still fly. Brine and Rainbow loaded on the Black Hawk as it took off as alarms blared around the fleet, getting ready for battle. The order's were radio throughout the fleet, as the F-22s, F-35s, F-15s and other fighter jets soared into the sky ready to delivery their deadly payloads to their enemies. ON THE EQUSTRIAN SHIP, 150 MILES AWAY: "I say this again," said the Captain, Rustboard. "Where is Rainbow Dash so we can give her the punishment she needs for killing Blackbeard!" he yelled. "I said," said Twilight. "We don't know, we are also looking for her" she was getting terrified of the Captain. "Lies!" yelled the Captain as he kick a barrel. Suddenly, there was a loud noise. "What was that?" said the Captain as loud explosions shook the ship. "Captain," yelled one of the pirates. "You got to come see this!" The Captain ran outside to see his flagship... in flames. The ship was destroyed, broken in two, sinking in the ocean sea. "Who sunk my ship!" yelled the Captain as more blurs of light struck two other ships, destroying them in a single blast. "Who's destroying my beautiful ships!" cried the Captain as a earth pony pirate screamed and pointed to the sky. "Why is it...." the Captain started to yell, but stop to see the F-15s arriving and delivering their missiles and bombs, destroying three ships in each blast. "Why are those things!" yelled the crew as the Black Hawks and the Eurocopter Tiger's arrived on the scene, ready to recuse the main six. "You called for help, you little rats," growled the Captain as he stormed back to the tied up group and prepare to slice Fluttershy to pieces. He did swing, but he hit something. "Not her, you little bitch," growled a familiar voice. The main six opened their eyes and saw Rainbow Dash, dress in some weird armor, but her wing, she lost it. "You will pay for that," said Rainbow, starling the Captain as she shove him and pulled out her pistol. A single shot was heard as the Captain fell to the deck, dead from a single bullet to the head as she put the pistol down. She felt dizzy, and was stumbling, hearing her name being called, but she couldn't hear. "We need to get her back now!" yelled Brine as him and the Marines landed on the ship, surprising the Main Six. The main six were shock, seeing the aliens up close for the first time. They look like dogs and cats, but they were bigger and had, strange weapons the same Rainbow was using. "You get the others off this ship!" yelled Brine as he rip of his shirt, using it to stop the bleeding. "I need to get Rainbow out of here!" The other Marines did as they were told as Brine took to the sky, flying off with Rainbow Dash as the Marines untied the group. "Who are you!" yelled Rarity. "And what are you doing with Rainbow Dash " "We are the Marines of the United Republic," said one of the Marines. "And Mrs. Rainbow Dash is in need of medical badly. She is being taken back to the Enterprise as well as you are, so move it!" The main six and what was left of the crew agree as the ship begin to take on water, forcing them into the helicopter. "Take off now!" order the Captain. "The package is secure!" The Black Hawk took off as the ship finally went under the waves. Twilight look out and was in shock. The entire pirate fleet, was burning and their ships were sinking under the waves. She finally realize something. "We are fucked if they attack us," she told herself.
A UpgradeThe Black Hawk landed on the flat deck of the U.R.S Enterprise, which was in chaos. Twilight, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack and Pinkie Pie step of the Black Hawk and look around. There were aliens running everywhere and strange machines stood on the flat deck of the massive ship. "Where is Rainbow Dash?" ask Twilight as a nurse, a cat of young age, ran to them. Twilight tried to listen to what they were saying, but she couldn't understand Spanish in her life. Finally, they reach her room. "I have to check on some others," said Doctor Nibbles. "Hope you enjoy you stay," he said as he walk away. "Well," said Pinkie Pie. "What are we waiting for, let's go inside." As Twilight opened the door, they were greeted with a nice room that even Rarity couldn't dream off, with her gear sitting in a chair. "But they sure do know how to throw good parties," she yelled as she join them in their fun. Meanwhile, Twilight was in the ship's library, reading through their many books. She was amazed on how many they had, even more then the library's of Canderlot, Manehattan and Ponyville combine. She countied to read through their history books and was horrified. Even when the two kinds were together, the humans even fought each other in massive wars spreading entire nations, killing millions. They only couldn't do this again because their, special weapons, would wipe them out. "But they seem not to mind now to use them against their oldest friends," she said to herself as she countied to read. Besides being the victims of the Great War, they had a highly accretive of how the events and battles went. Twilight decide to leave the library after that. She had read and seen enough. Brine's squad with Verner and his buddies landed near a bomb out police station and decided to shelter as they got the rest of their equipment ready. "They want to kill us!" yelled Brine as he quickly killed a human that ran inside to escape the bombing. He was barely in his 20s. "Poor kid," said Verner as he look at the corpse of the human. "But we need to get this device to the roof and activate so we can regain air superiorly." The group of super pups ran to the roof of the police station as the battle for Denver range on around them. "Dude, this must be what hell looks like!" yelled one of Verner's buddies as he shot down one of their helicopters. "No, this is much worse then Hell ever could be!" yelled Brine as he fired a M60 machine gun at more helicopters. "It's working!" yelled Verner as the device activated, frying all the nearby systems and forcing down the helicopters in firely explosions. MEANWHILE: IN EARTH'S UPPPER LIMITS: A group of satellites reach a message from Denver. It only read one thing: Destroy. The satellites opened their weapons as massive bombs and lasers opened up as the bombs fell towards the humans positions. One by one, the bombs fell, killing hundreds in their wake, leaving the rest to be fried alive by the lasers. "Take that you bitchs!" yelled one of Verner's buddies as the screams and panic yelling reach their ears. But Brine's heard something else. "Get down!" yelled Brine as he shove them off the roof. Seconds later, three cruise missiles hit their target, destroying the entire building. "Ow!" yelled Verner as he hold his shoulder. It had broken from the fall. Brine wasn't hurt, but he was already in action, striking a soldier in the neck with a knife. "We got to go NOW!" yelled Brine. "Verner's hurt. We need to get back to HQ." "Order all systems online," said Chase. "We are going to war." Alarms blared across the fleet, waking up the main six. He watch as the ship sank under the waves. Meanwhile, the air force was moving in, with Chase in command. "Alright boys, let's show these foes how we roll!" And fires were spreading. They turned and saw a M1A2 Abrams tank with a M2 Bradley racing ahead off them, firing their weapons. "Liberty!" she heard them yell. "This pups are crazy," muttered Twilight. Brine and them took covered behind a overturn cart. They were pushing into the city as Attack Helicopters roared overhead. "Alright," said Brine as he saw them a hologram. "Our targets are in his building," said Brine. "Your and their Leaders are inside this building. Our goal is to rescue and capture them." "I hope their alright," muttered Fluttershy. "Then what are we waiting for," yelled Rainbow. "Let's go save them." MEANWHILE: "Targets at 5o clock" said an Apache pilot. The two helicopters were pursuing three Pegasus pirates through the Manehattan skyline. "What are we going to do?" yelled one of the pirates as his friend exploded upon contact with a hellfire missile. The Pirate had nowhere to run. So he did the only thing he could. "Stop!" "Just follow and don't do anything you won't want to. You are now a prisoner of the United Republic." That struck him as odd. The word Republic wasn't in their language. The only Republic was the Griffons and that turned out terrible for them. But he didn't want to make the aliens mad and blow him to bits, so he followed them like they request, not knowing what fate was in store. Meanwhile, on the ground, the Ground forces were pushing through the pirates Defenses as the pirates ran away in fear AFTER finding out that arrows can't break through Tank armor. "Allons-y" yelled a French bulldog as he fired the 50 caliber machine gun. Meanwhile, A Hummer zoom bye, carrying Brine and his group. The Hummer stop in front of the Tallest Building. "Their on the top floor!" yelled Brine as he jump out of the car. "Let's go!" The group ran inside the building. Once they got inside, they were greeted with several bodies. Even Children. Fluttershy closed her eyes, while Brine shook his head. "Rest in peace, little souls," said Venver as they took the stairs. Back in the tower: Brine, Venver, Rainbow Dash and the rest of her friends had gotten to the top of the floor where they were holding the Two Princesses hostage. Twilight was glad that her Brother Shining Armor and Cadence weren't here. "Frags," ask Venver, pulling out one from his bag. "Yes," said Brine as he too pulled out a smoke grenade. Brine toss his first and trap the Pirates standing guard outside the door in thick smoke. "What was that?!" cough one of the pirates. "I can't see anything." Venver toss his and the duo exploded, leaving a bloody mess. "Job well done," said Brine as they advance to the door. Rarity nearly fainted at the sight of so much blood. "Venver," said Brine. "Get out the charges." "Already ready," said Venver as he out the charge on the door. He could hear commotion on the other side. "They are going to kill them," yelled Brine. "let's go!" Brine pulled the trigger and the door exploded. It seemed like slow motion. Brine, Rainbow Dash and Venver ran into the room, taking out the guards. The Leader was pointing a crossbow at Celestia when Brine shot at his hoof. "Argh!" yelled the Leader as he hold his bleeding hoof. He was smack in the head by Venver with his gun.
