Updating the Bestiary

Twilight only knew one Sea Serpent willing to go through with her little test. Steven Magnet. The mostly friendly serpent that lived in the Everfree and frequented Ponyville from time to time. Rarity and the Spa Sisters were the only ponies who knew how to properly coif his mustache. Quite proud of his mustache, his weekly visit to Ponyville was altered just slightly by a pernicious purple pony princess.

“Please Steven, it’s for a documentary. We can help every sea serpent in Equestria if you do,” Twilight said, taking the opportunity to get her twice a week massage from the siblings. He sat back while Rarity worked a comb through his mustache, getting seaweed, cattails and a number of small critters out of his glorious fuzz. Twilight didn’t talk again for some time, letting him think.

He eventually let out a breath and looked at her. “Oh alright. What do I need to do?” he asked. She smiled and held up her magical camera and a specially enchanted microphone on a collar.

“Normally, I’d ask you to eat myself or Rarity, but Lotus and Aloe both have agreed to do that part for us,” Twilight said, and Lotus nodded from her position on Twilight’s back, massaging the muscles between her wings.

“Of course. Ve vould be honored to ‘elp. And it vould also be helpful to you, as ve could massage your scales from ze inside as vel. It vould loosen up any scales above a new layer and let ze new layer shine in ze sun light,” Lotus said, smiling. Aloe nodded as she gently twisted one of Twilight’s legs, getting a nice pop from her shoulder joint. Twilight moaned a little in discomfort but didn’t twitch otherwise.

Steven looked at the two spa mares for a moment before looking at the camera and collar. “And what do those do?” He asked Twilight and she looked at the two items.

“The camera is enchanted to follow the collars progress no matter where it moves, once they’re turned on. The collar records a pony’s voice and transmits it to the camera for near live feedback,” she said, smiling. She was quite proud of the two items. He continued to look at them before looking at Lotus.

“I guess I’ll eat you then,” he said, and she visibly shivered. Even if he was a customer, and quite safe as he was one of the most intelligent creatures in the Everfree Forest, it was still disconcerting to have a creature that large outwardly say they were going to eat you. Twilight walked over to Lotus and strapped the collar on her, just above her work apparel. Once it was on, Lotus removed her work collar and hat and sat still.

Steven waited a moment as Twilight adjusted Lotus’ collar before her magic activated the collar and camera simultaneously. A couple of beeps, a flashing red light that turned green, and Twilight stepped back. “Ok, gobble away,” she said, and Lotus actually looked up as Steven’s jaws descended on her.

Aloe watched as one of their best customers closed his jaws around her sister, lifted his head, and swallowed. The lump that appeared in his throat was vaguely pony shaped, Steven was quite a slender serpent. Twilight watched the camera as it followed Lotus’ progress. The little screen on the back of it showing a perfect picture of Lotus through Steven’s thick scales.

“The sea serpent, being quite a large creature, easily has the capacity enough to devour multiple meals the size of a pony. From the outside, the lump that is Lotus Blossom barely resembles a pony,” Twilight said as she walked over to Steven’s body and gently pressed a hoof just under Lotus’ head, stopping her progress. Steven didn’t choke, but he did look at her. “Inside, the sea serpents body produces a slurry of saliva and other enzymes meant to speed prey along,” Twilight moved her hoof and Lotus continued her progress. The camera followed.

“As the prey reaches the first section of long stomach, their progress is stopped and more saliva and enzymes are produced,” Twilight paused to cast a quick spell on Lotus so she wouldn’t be digested. “Safety precautions are always necessary when dealing with larger creatures, even when they are just as intelligent as yourself. Lotus, you can start massaging now,” Twilight said, pressing her face as close to Steven’s stomach as she could.

Her only indication that Lotus heard her at all was the fact that she could see the spa mare begin to massage the inside of Steven’s stomach. As if that was a silent cue, Aloe walked over and also began massaging the sea serpents’ stomach, directly opposite her twin. As the two mares worked, the camera floating around Steven followed the one on Lotus’ collar as she moved around Steven’s long stomach. Aloe followed her sister’s path until Lotus reached the entrance to the next stomach.

Her head pushed through the tight sphincter at the end, and she was plunged into darkness. Her camera could see nothing, but they could still see her just fine. “Much like normal cattle, Sea Serpents seem to have multiple stomachs. Unfortunately, the camera on my volunteer’s collar does not come with a light, so there won’t be much visual from this point,” Twilight said as the outside camera followed Lotus’ path through the second stomach and into the third. It was much tighter, nearer to Steven’s tail end, and the bulge that Lotus made was quite obvious.

“Here, we reach the third stomach of the Sea Serpent. I am unsure, personally, if this is the final stomach or sea serpents are quite cattle like with four stomachs. It is also quite dark here, but very much tighter. The view outside of our sea serpent volunteer leaves… very little to the imagination,” Twilight said, the floating camera seeming to sense her meaning as its focus seemed to zoom in on Lotus’ teats, pressed as they were against Steven’s scales.

Looking at Steven, Twilight realized he wouldn’t want to be filmed “relieving himself” so she turned the camera to her. “And that, fillies and gentle colts, is the internal structure of the Sea Serpent of the Everfree Forest, also known as Steven Magnet. He’s quite gentle and agreed happily to assist with my work. He has also assured me that most, if not all, sea serpents are exactly the same, barring some physical differences. Until next time, that concludes our… I’ll think of a title later,” Twilight said as the camera went blank.

The floating camera nearing Steven’s rear entrance turned off and floated over to the small case Twilight had brought it in. Settling into its housing, Twilight closed the case and turned to Aloe. She had reached Steven’s ventral slit and was gently massaging around it. Two things happened in rather quick succession. Lotus began to squeeze her way out of his ventral slit, as did his rather large and spiny shaft. Steven looked away in embarrassment as Lotus squeezed out of him completely, sliding to the floor with a slight thump as her shoulder collided with the stone.

An entire mare coming out of his hole had “aided” in bringing him to full mast. Lotus was slimy, and limping slightly from the collision with the floor, but Aloe managed to get Steven up onto his coils, keeping his erection from the floor as she helped her sister to her hooves. Sensing they were going to assist him in relieving himself, Twilight smiled at them.

“Thank you all for assisting me. I really can’t stay to… help… but I don’t have any experience with this sort of thing, and I have to get back to edit the footage and audio so I’m just gonna go and I’ll see you girls later in the evening for my own pony pedi ok bye.” Twilight zipped out of the room as quickly as her hooves could carry her. She didn’t stop running until she reached her room at the castle where she put the camera down and took out the sphere. The moment she put it down, however, she knew she’d forgotten something.

The up close and personal view she got, from the sphere, of a large spiny shaft grinding up against a pair of mares made her quickly put the sphere back in its case, close and lock it, and push it under her desk. She could wait to edit the footage and audio later.
