With its conclusion, the Hippogriffs and Seaponies of the United Kingdom of Aris thought they'd defeated the final threat to Harmony and that they could return to their peaceful, quiet lives

Alas, Equestria, the United Kingdoms closest ally and the very nation which its system of Harmonic governance is based off, finds itself embroiled in a war for its very survival against the Changeling Queendom. For over a year and a half, the ponies of Equestria have lost ground and staggering numbers of casualties while trying to slow down the Changeling swarms. The news of atrocities committed by the Changeling Heer and of Chrysalis's intentions of continental conquest have crossed every ocean. Nestled into the collective conscious of all caring souls.

Feeling as to have no other choice, with both her daughter, her niece and members of her government pleading with her, Queen Novo has declared that a threat to Harmony anywhere is a threat to Harmony everywhere. Despite the recent end of formal hostilities and the ongoing fight with mainland partisans, her armed forces must once again show their prowess.

For they might form the best hope of finally stopping the Changeling Menace for good

This story is set in the universe of Equestria at War, the famed My Little Pony mod for the game Hearts of Iron 4. This story is inspired/ based off events that happen during the new 2.0 'Shores of Zebrica' update
