Chapters Prologue - Spell Recreated
Starlight Glimmer was one of the few ponies that new about secret project, that princess Twilight Sparkle, ruler of Equestria was planning. She wasn’t especially happy with it, as it includes time travel, what unfortunately she was familiar with, but this time it’s about traveling to the future, instead of past. ‘Let’s hope that nothing crazy happens there ’ she thought, walking to the door of throne room. when she opened she was greeted with twilight writing something on piece of paper.
“Hi Twilight! How is your spell?” Starlight asked, entering the throne room in Canterlot.
“I think I’m finally finished with it!” She answered smiling at the piece of paper.
“You still didnt tell me what you would do with it.” Starlight said, looking at spell, that was writed on paper.
“Oh sorry, I forgot to tell you.” Twilight apologized “I think I’m gonna send myself to the future, and see what’s happening there.”
“Are we going specifically to the selected date or just randomly going in?”
“Ten years is okay?”
“I think so. I don’t want you to travel to like 1000 years to the future”
“Also Starlight, I have an offer to you.” Twilight stated, seeing her interest, she continued. “I don’t want to travel to the future alone, so I’m looking for somepony to go with me. Are you interested to go with me?”
“Hmm… Are you sure? I don’t want to repeat all the time paradoxes I made…” Starlight said, showing a discomfort answering this question.
“Look at me.” Twilight said. Starlight listened. “It’s been like 20, if not more years since my coronation. And your time travel thing was 2 and a half decades ago! Do you still feeling guilty because of this?”
“‘I know it’s been a very long time, but I will be forever guilty of ruining a life for everypony in every timeline.” She stated, showing little tear in eye.
“Starlight. You need to forgive yourself, we will talk about that later, but now back to the topic. Do you want to come with me?” Twilight asked again. Starlight looked, like she was fighting herself to make this decision, but after a moment she was ready to answer.
“Yes”
“Excellent. We will you this spell next week, since we need to prepare everithing, so that Equestria won’t fall in our absence.
“Ok. I think I will give a director position to Sunburst at Friendship School. Do you think this will work”
“We need to hope it will. You can go now. I have nothing more to hold you here.” Twilight finished. Soon after Starlight left throne room and went to her school, to announce her absence and transfer director position temporarily to Sunburst.

One week later
Starlight was ready. She did everything to assure, that school will be okay without her. She didn’t know how long she will be gone, she didn’t know what will happen there, but she knew, that she can’t leave Twilight now. She entered the castle and found the guards everywhere. what’s going on here? Is this what twilight did? she thought. As she was wandering to the castle the guards stopped here.
“Castle is closed to visitors. Go away.” He said. Short but effective for tourists, but she knew what she was doing.
“I have permission from princess Twilight to enter castle” she stated, hoping he would believe
“Yes and I’m prince of Equestria. You can’t enter, just because you’ve said, you are allowed by the princess. Without any proof I can’t let you in” he stated. Starlight, defeated, started to leave, when suddenly she heared something.
“Let her in” some voice said. Starlight recognized Twilight’s voice and came back
“P-p-princess!” Guard said.
“She has my personal permission to enter castle. Understood?”
“Yes, your majesty.”
“Now with that done, starlight go with me. I’m about to start.” She said. Starlight quickly came to her and welded with her to throne room.
“Are you ready?” Twilight asked.
“Yes. Let’s do this.” Starlight answered. After a moment room got very bright and almost white and then, she was blinded. After some time, probably 5 minutes, she woke up in some ruins, next to Twilight.
“Where are we?” She asked.
“It’s my old castle. In future” Twilight said.

This actually isn’t my first, since I’m writing at the same time story named “The legend starts” be sure to check it out! I’m saying it now, I don’t plan publishing it regularly, but I promise, I will finish this story :)
P.S: Someone flagged this story as a sequel to the story mentioned above. They have nothing in common, I just mentioned them as my experience with its writing
Chapter 1 - The Confusion
“What?! It’s looking nothing like your old castle!” Starlight protested. She looked around the room, which looked like original map room, but map was completely destroyed by some sort of plant. The chairs, which were for every element of harmony also was in ruins. Everywhere were plants and trees? Twilight was also confused, but she had explanation, at least she thought she has.
“Maybe it’s some sort of natural disaster? Like earthquake?” She guessed.
“I don’t think so. Map was very strong, and very much indestructible. Maybe we teleported so much to the future, that the map weakened, and plants just destroyed it?” Starlight said. Looking for an exit, which wasn’t easy, since everywhere was plants and nothing more.
“Maybe we leave the map and see the outside? Maybe Ponyville is still intact?” Twilight asked, leaving the room, after finding the exit. After some walking they left the castle and saw the unthinkable. The entire Ponyville was destroyed in pieces by plants. “The everfree forest? That’s impossible!” Twilight commented, looking at the ruins of the city, where she lived, before she got crowned ruler of Equestria
“It doesn’t look like everfree forest expansion. I think normal forest just grew up.” Starlight said
“We need to find some sort of community here. Let’s hope that Canterlot isn’t destroyed, as Ponyville.” Twilight decided
“Yes let’s hope. But how we will get there? The train station is probably destroyed or unused for years! We can’t fly neither since I’m not at alicorn or Pegasus.” Starlight said.
“You can fly with spell, don’t remember?” Twilight said to her.
“I didn’t use it since, well some time. I don’t know if I remember it correctly.” Starlight answered. “Maybe we will teleport? I think it’s much better idea to do.”
“Hmm. Maybe? I think I can cast a spell to teleport us both” Twilight said and started casting a spell
“Twilight wait! We forgot about something!”
“What’s wrong Starlight?” She asked.
“Well, you are full grown alicorn, don’t forget that. You need some sort of disguise. We don’t know how much we went to the future, remember?” Starlight said. She was right. They didn’t know what happened, where they are, or even when they are.
“Maybe just make an illusion of you without your wings?” Starlight proposed
“Wings? Why not horn?” Twilight asked, rather confused.
“Hmm. Maybe there is some sort of segregation?” Starlight answered, not very confident about that one.
“There wasn’t, isn’t and won’t be any segregation in Equestria! Why you would think of that!?” Twilight literally yelled at Starlight. “But maybe you’re right. We are not sure what has happened. I’m gonna make a illusion of me being a unicorn again.” She said and in a matter of seconds she casted a spell of illusion, which made her look like an ordinary unicorn.
“Ok I think we are ready. I’m going to teleport us to the gates of Canterlot. Let’s hope that nothing wrong is going on there.” Twilight said. After a second there was a big flash of light and they appeared at the gates of the city, which didn’t look anything like Canterlot. There was a lot of flashing billboards, large buildings and a very different castle. When they appeared both ponies noticed also a lot of pegasi guard, which was unusual, even for Canterlot, if it’s still named that.
“Hey, where are you going Unicorn?!” Yelled one of the guard. Making everypony in the gate look at them, even the pedestrians and guards
“Oh, we were just v…” said Starlight, until she got cut out by the guard.
“You were just preparing an invasion to enslave all pegasi and claim Zephyr Heights for yourself!” Finished for Starlight another guard. “Everyone, get shields and attack them!”
“Wait no!” Both Twilight and Starlight screamed at the same time, but it didn’t do anything. They were both captured, and putted tennis balls on their horns.
“Ok, danger has been averted, everypony is safe now!” One guard announced to the pedestrians. Everyone got immediately happy and started cheering. Twilight was just looking at it with confusion and when she looked at starlight, she saw the same emotions on them. Ponies got segregated. Thing that Twilight believed to never happen, has been introduced very hard into ponies hearts, or at least for just pegasi. “Escort them to the Queen Haven. She will decide fate for them.” The same guard informed other two. The nooded in understanding.
“Wait what queen?” Twilight asked, but she was ignored by everyone. She looked at Starlight. “Well, this isn’t a thing that we were expecting.”
“Very weird behavior I need to confirm.” Starlight answered her. “I think they believe, that these tennis will protect them from us and our magic.”
“I think they don’t know that I can still cast spells but I’m gonna wait and see the Queen.” Said Twilight. Starlight had the same opinion as Twilight on this situation. They waited calmly, waiting to get escorted to the castle. Starlight spotted one guard coming from the castle.
“Queen Haven has approved the meeting with our prisoners.” He said. “Take them to the castle”
“Yes sir!” Three guards, that were around both unicorns said, taking them to the castle. They entered some room, which started mowing upwards. Twilight forgot, that the technology here could change. She, along Starlight was looking outside, to the very big city center, with a lot of screens and ads. As they reached the castle it was just getting more beautiful. ‘Rarity would love that look ’ Twilight thought to herself. As they approached the castle she noticed very strange banners. They were green with some sort of crystal on it. Finally they entered the castle and soon enough they were entering the throne room. There were three thrones, for some reason. One bigger and two smaller ones. After a minute, the trumpet started playing
“Her majesty Queen Hvaen with her daughters, Princess Zepherina Storm and Princess Pipp Petals!” One guard said. Immediately after, 3 ponies started flying down and sat on the thrones
“They are Pegasi!?” Starlight said, looking at Twilight.
“It can’t be. Royal family is an alicorn family. Luckily, we can talk with them now” Twilight Answered.

Chapter 2 - Meeting With Royal Family
The ‘royal’ family was slowly flying down, and majestically sat on the thrones. They tried to make good first impression, but Twilight didn’t understand it, since they were their ‘prisoners’ after a moment the Pegasus on the biggest throne started scanning Twilight and Starlight.
“Welcome to my castle” she said as it was an automatic response. “I am Queen Haven and…” she stopped. “Wait a second. They are unicorns?! What do you want from my subjects? Is this an invasion?!” She started asking. It just confirmed the Starlight theory about ponies' races segregation.
“Actually, we just wanted to ask you some questions” Twilight explained “your majesty.” Starlight noticed that Twilight didn’t want to say that. It looked, that it was hard to her, since she was a ruler of Equestria and she would never call someone ‘your majesty’.
“You still didn’t answer MY questions unicorn!” Queen Haven said. Twilight really wanted to drop her disguise, or at least show her wings, so that ‘royal’ family will learn something.
“We don’t want to hurt your subjects. ” Starlight answered for Twilight. She knew she was angry, but she kept her neutral face. 20 years of ruling finally paid off.
“ Yeah, sure.” She said without hesitation “ Probably there is an army waiting near the gate for a special signal to attack” she continued offending Twilight and her friend. What was interesting about that one princess wasn’t completely interested in the meeting. She was sitting on the left smaller throne and was scrolling through something. The device that she used was very similar to the phone from human dimension, which somehow Twilight still remembers. She was a pink Pegasi, with purple hair. She also got white wings, which were very fluffy.
Second princess, on the right of the Queen, was white Pegasus with mixed mane of pink and blue. Her wing was also white, but with pink, cyan and blue addition. She was more interested on the meeting then the other princess. Her eyes were watching every move made by Twilight or Starlight. Starlight barely knows her, but she could tell know, that she is very similar to Rainbow Dash with her behavior.
“There is no army, ‘your majesty’. We wanted to travel around Equestria.” Twilight said, struggling to stay calm. Queen was looking at Twilight with suspicion.
“Take them to the dungeons and place the entire guard on high alert.” She finally said. Surprising was the reaction of the ‘white’ princess. She was shocked by this, so that definitely wasn’t a good sign. After a moment the guards grabbed Twilight and Starlight, while royal family was flying upwards. Starlight was looking at them. Half sad, for locking them up in dungeon for no reason, but she was also half angry, because of how Queen was talking to them. While looking at the princesses, she saw white Pegasus showing some sort of sympathy over them.
“Twilight, how do you feel?” Starlight asked. Purple unicorn almost yelled at her friend but she has stopped herself from doing sops.
“Not very good.” She said. “It’s not safe to talk here. We will talk in the dungeons” she finished the quick conversation. Soon enough, when royal family disappeared, they got escorted. Guards got them some levels down and placed them in dungeon, as they name it. As the name suggests it should be dark place without any things, that can comfort you. Meanwhile this dungeon was very bright and with many luxurious features, like massage chair. There was also a bowl with some fruits, as well as big bed. The walls were white, with small golden touches.
“This is our cell?” Starlight said, very much confused.
“ Yes, it is. ” Guard confirmed. “You will be imprisoned here, until the royal family issue an examination of your goals.”
“But it’s not a c…” started Twilight, until being silenced by Starlight.
“Twilight, don’t.” She just said. She immediately understood what she wanted to do. They entered the ‘cell’ and guard closed the bars, after that he just vanished, probably going back to his usual routine.
“Well…” started Starlight “we came to visit Canterlot, but it’s now called ‘Zephyr Heights’, and it’s Pegasi city only. It’s ruled by fake royal family, and they imprisoned us.” She stopped, looking at Twilight. “Hey, are you okay?” She asked.
“Not much. Too much frustration. Even the nobles are better than this fake Queen. At least they have some culture, that she doesn’t have. Her texts made me very frustrated and angry, that I wanted to throw out my disguise and show my true glory.” Twilight explained.
“Your true glory you say?” They heard voice from back. Once they rotated they saw a white Pegasus. A princess.
“ Um, you listened to us talking?” Starlight asked.
“Of course, I do. You are too interesting to leave you behind. Like, why there are 2 unicorns in Zephyr Heights, why are their talking about ancient city of Canterlot, what do they mean about nobles and other things.” She said.
“‘Em. Do we have to answer all that questions?” Starlight said.
“Now? No. Maybe later, but now you need to answer one of the questions. What are you doing here and what is your goal?” She asked. Twilight looked at Starlight. After a moment she used telepathic spell to connect with Starlight and not to talk with the ‘princess’.
“Do we tell her truth?” She asked Starlight in her mind.
“We need to create something. Very fast.” She answered. “Wait, I got it. I will say everything she need to know” she said, winking to Twilight. Then she discharged the spell.
“We are travelers from far and we are looking at the other races.” She lied, but technically it was truth. They were travelers in time and they were looking how Equestria looks.
“Ok… Other question” she kept the conversation going “ What do you mean fake royal family?”
“Em you heard that too?” Starlight said, little embarrassed.
“I heard everything from the start.” She said.
“We’re sorry your maje…” Twilight started but got silenced by the princess.
“Don’t call that. My name is Zipp. And you are?” She said
“I’m Twilight” she introduced herself “and this is Starlight.”
“Nice to meet you, but I’m afraid i need to go. Next time, I will show you something incredible” Zipp said, before she left.
“Well, let’s hope, that she doesn’t recognize our names” Twilight sighed.
“Probably she will not get that. I’m now interested by thing, that she said was incredible.” Starlight answered.
“I’m interested to, but we need to wait for it. Sadly”

Twilight was watching outside world from small window, that their cell provided. It’s been 3 days since meeting with Princess Zipp and while Starlight was just ‘enjoying her time in dungeon’, Twilight was for a very long time lost in thought. The meeting with royal family didn’t go well for them, as they have been locked without any chance of fleeing, but after 3 very long and very boring days, something finally happened. While listening to the guards, Twilight heard a very interesting conversation.
“Have you heard the rumors?” One said
“About an earth pony and unicorn coming to Zephyr Heights? Yeah, I heard it” Second guard answered.
“It says, that they still weren’t spotted by any guards.”
“Maybe it’s just hiding it from the public eye? You know, how ponies could react if they heard about other races in city. Luckily, they still don’t know about those two unicorns locked down here.”
“Let’s just hope Queen Haven will do something about this.” Said guard, ending the conversation and walking away. Twilight was shocked about this, since the Starlight theory about race segregation confirmed. Maybe there is still hope for this time?
“Have you heard it, Starlight?” Twilight asked her. She nodded in approval, which means that she also listened to their talk.
“Yes, but this feels not possible in this time. As we see, race segregation is very high, with every earth pony and unicorn being probable locked down” She explained. Twilight understood why Starlight would think like that. After how they were treated (technically ‘Queen’ Haven has offended the ruler of Equestria), it felt like it’s just a rumor, which isn’t true, but after 20 minutes, they heard that they believed to be false. On every corridor there were speakers. Probably for announcements for particular segments of the castle, or just all of it. Both noticed speakers activate and waited for announcement. Soon enough, a female voice started speaking.
“ Attention, everypony. Queen Haven has issued a high alert for royal guard in castle, as well on the streets of Zephyr Heights and groups that are currently outside castle patrolling. There are numerous reports of an earth ponies and unicorn approaching our mountain. From now, number of patrols on the mountain must be doubled, while on the streets, tripled. If you notice anything, you have the right to use any precautionary measures, or in extreme cases, you have right to attack. Personal guards of the princesses and Queen must immediately show up in the throne room for protection of royal family. Everypony, please follow the orders of your superiors, or, if you’re civilian, follow orders of guards. Announcement over.” Speakers deactivated. Twilight was looking at Starlight in complete shock.
“Soo.. the rumors were true?” Twilight stated. Moment after she said this a very big group of guards has been running towards the lift.
“It looks like.” Starlight answered.

1 hour later
Both unicorns were bored. There was something to do, like a massage chair, but nothing than that. Day was interesting though. Guards on high alert everywhere, patrols coming every 15 minutes, and potentially there is a unicorn and earth pony somewhere in the city. Immediately After alert was issued, Twilight was looking outside, through blocked window. She was looking and watching city from above. Maybe she will see a teleporting unicorn? Very weird not only for Twilight, but also for Starlight was fact, that in Pegasus only city, there wasn’t any flying Pegasi. She planned to ask princess Zipp why is that a thing. Lost in thought, she didn’t noticed guards opening the cell, until Starlight ‘waked her up’.
“Give back my book!” Earth pony said at guards, before getting locked up.
“ Hey, Sunny, there is nothing we can do.” Unicorn said to her. She tried to comfort earth pony, which name was probably Sunny, but it didn’t help.
“Um hi?” Starlight said to both ponies. Immediately they turned their attention to her.
“ Oh, hi new friend!” The unicorn said. “Uuuu.. you are unicorn too! That nice! But I never saw you in Bridlewood.” She commented. “What’s your name?” She asked.
“Um hi?” Starlight said to both ponies. Immediately they turned their attention to her. “My name is Starlight and her name is…” she stopped. Twilight looked at her, nervous and scared. She didn’t wanted to blow up her cover.
“I’m Twilight” She said, but before she could say anything Sunny interrupted her.
“Wait a second. Can I see your cutie mark?” She asked. Twilight hesitated, but Starlight nodded to her to do it. Twilight knew that if she declines, it will be suspicious, or if she accepts, it will probably blow her cover. It was a total loss.
“It’s okay I think” she finally said. Sunny looked at Twilight's star.
“I know this star. I have seen it somewhere.” She commented. Twilight relaxed a bit, since the earth pony didn’t recognize it. Propably.
“You still didn’t tell your name” Starlight helped Twilight, by changing topic of the conversation.
“ Oh, sorry about that. My name is Sunny Starscout, and her name is…” unicorn interrupted Sunny.
“Izzy Moonbow” Unicorn smiled. Starlight giggled by the interruption. Meanwhile twilight started gathering information.
“You were these two ponies, that came today to Zephyr Heights?” She asked. Sunny looked at her and answered.
“Yes. We thought that if unicorns don’t have their magic, maybe Pegasi will have it, but it seems that they lost too. No one is flying around an entire city.” She explained. Twilight tried to stay at her neutral face, but inside she was very shocked by information that Sunny gave her. Nopony has magic. Well, that explains a lot, but if magic doesn’t work, how does she and Starlight still have it? But that was a question for another time. Twilight wanted to know as much she can about these two ponies.
“Where did you came?” She asked again.
“I’m from Maretime Bay and Izzy is from Bridlewood.” Sunny answered again.
"How did you met? If I can ask” Twilight asked once again, but now she tried not to do bad impression.
“ Well, ” Izzy started “A few days ago I started my travel to Maritime Bay, after I was invited, when I was young. I came.”
“Wait, you were invited? By who?” Sunny looked at Izzy, little surprised.
“Well, I will tell you later. I can’t do both stories at once.” Izzy winked towards Sunny “Where I was? Oh, yes. I came to Maretime Bay and immediately everypony started running away. Only Sunny didn’t. She helped me escape town and we decided together, so we will bring back magic, if possible” Twilight tried to look neutral, with barely succeeded. Bring back magic, but in a first place, what made it disappear? “We traveled here, to Zephyr Heights, in search for help, but instead of help, we got captured and locked up” she finished, not so happy at the end.
“Well, I’m sorry about that. My mom sometimes overreact, when she sees other races.” Voice said.
“Zipp?” Twilight said looking for a princess, after a moment she appeared from her hiding spot on the ceiling.
“ Yup, that’s me.” She confirmed. She looked at Sunny. “You are Sunny right?” She nodded. “I have something for you.” She said, revealing a book. After a closer look Twilight noticed her cutie mark there.”
“Oh no. They will find out” she whispered to Starlight. Starlight also started being nervous.
“Hmm. This star. It looks like something I seen recently” Zipp said. Talking about the star. Then, Sunny remembered where she saw this star.
“Hey, Twilight, it’s your cutie mar… wait. NO!” she said, looking at Twilight. She knew that her cover was blown up, she didn’t hesitate any longer.
“Yes, it’s mine cutie mark” she confirmed.
“Wait, so you are the legendary princess of Equestria?” Zipp asked, very much interested in this topic.
“Yes, that’s me.” She said, looking at the floor, sad and anxious about her cover.
B-b-but how?!” Sunny asked, looking at Twilight. Even Starlight was shocked how fast their cover was blown.
“Me and Starlight used time travel spell, to see Equestria in the future, but we traveled to much in the future. Our Ponyville is destroyed, and legendary city of Canterlot has changed to… this!" After this she dropped her disguise, so they can see her wings, but didn’t show her true form. She was still average height.
“You-you an ALICORN!” Sunny screamed. This immediately attracted guards and, what was weird, second princess, which somehow was down there.
“What’s going on?!” Guards said.
“Sister, what’s happening?!” Second princess came at the same time. Twilight will have to explain a lot of things. Mainly to one pony, if news will get to her.

Chapter 4 - Ancient Station
“What was that scream?!” The second princess asked Zipp looking at her.
“Uh… it was one of the prisoners” she answered, looking at Sunny.
“Oh one of the prisoners you say?” She started to look at the four ponies, that were in the cell. “As your princess, I demand the pony that screamed to show up immediately” she commanded. Meanwhile, Twilight has started a telepathic spell with Starlight.
“Hey, Starlight. I know my cover has been blown, so maybe I will show up to this second princess? ”She asked in Starlights head.
“Well, it’s your decision to do so, but someone needs to tell her, that she isn’t the best pony. ” she answered, ending the link. Twilight was watching the pink princess arguing with Zipp, when finally she has planned everything in her head. Let’s just wait for a good moment
“I see, that no one’s want to step up. We will solve that later. Now Zipp, can you tell me what are doing here?” She asked.
“I was just walking here Pipp. You don’t need to be angry at me sister.” She said. Princess Pipp, as she was probably called, looked at the Zipp.
„You know what moim said about visiting prisoners?” She said. Zipp nodded, annoyed.
“Ok I need to go” She finally said. Twilight had enough for her, and Zipp probably too. “You also need to leave. You still need to prepare for my concert for tonight.” She added.
“I will leave in a second sister” she answered, and waited for her to leave. When she left, she scanned her hoof and released them all.
“I need to show you something.” She told them. Everyone nodded and came with her. They walking for some time, when they arrived at the destination.
“You need to jump, Zipp informed, jumping into the hole in the floor. Soon after Izzy and Sunny joined her, barely having any control of the jump, while Twilight teleported herself there, Starlight levitated herself down to the mysterious place. The was some sort of road in the middle, and colorful windows with mosaic. Twilight was looking at them, stunned. Sunny joined her after a minute.
“What are you looking at girls?” Zipp noticed them looking at the windows. Oh this? This a old windows, showing all races of ponies, and their crystals.”
“Crystals?” Twilight said, confused.
“They are around for so long, that I don’t know even for how long. “ she explained
“In our time there is no crystals. We just live with magic, well not counting Crystal Heart” Twilight said.
“Crystal Heart?” Sunny looked at Twilight. Meanwhile, Starlight was looking with Izzy around the Station. Izzy found old posters of their homes, while Starlight founded much more interesting.
“Hey Zipp, is there some sort of other crystals, not counting Pegasi one?” She asked
“Well I think there is an unicorn one. Why do you ask?”
“Because I founded this” she showed piece of glass, that was looking like some kind of crystal. She then, pushed it into a reflection.
“It fits!” Sunny said. Gaining everyone’s attention.
“Maybe you lost magic because crystals were separated?” Twilight theorized “they should be together?”
“Maybe that the reason” Sunny said. She turned to Zipp. “Where are your race crystal?”
“Our? My mom has it on the crown, but problem is, that she never leaves her crown. She even shower and swim with it” Zipp said.
“Your sister said about some sort of concert tonight. Maybe we will use it?” Izzy proposed.
“Hmm you’re right. I think I have a plan.” Zipp started. “Izzy you need to do a replica of the crown, I will get the materials, Twilight and Starlight, you will make yourself and other an illusion of the Pegasi wings. Sunny, you will get to know as much about crystal as possible. We don’t know much about them.” Zipp planned. But one pony didn’t listen. This pony was Twilight Sparkle. Even if she heard what she need to do, the was looking at the mosaic. There was something important for her. It was… her cutie mark.
“Hey Twi, is everything okay? Starlight came to her.
“Yes, just looking at the windows. There is my cutie mark at the top.” She said. “Maybe in a future I created crystals? Why did I do this? What happened in future?
“Twilight calm down. You will think about it later. Now we need to get ready and follow the plan.” Twilight calmed herself down after a moment. She was ready to unite the crystals, and bring back the magic, that ponies from this time lost.

2 hours before the concert
Izzy was making her copy of the crown, while Starlight and Twilight were thinking, how to camouflage the rest of the group. They can’t just ‘slap’ the wings, since their faces is publicly available.
“Hey Sunny, can you come to us?” Starlight asked. She appeared moment later. “Since our photos are publicly known, we need to be creative and create for ourselves like ‘new versions’ of us. I mean like new look etc. do you understand” Sunny nodded. “So, you need to construct yourself a character.p, so that you will not look like you right now.” She finished.
“I will prepare new look for everyone if it’s okey with you.” She offered.
“You can, but not for me and Twilight. We have it” Sunny nodded again and left, to prepare new ‘bodies’ for everyone except Zipp.
“How are you feeling?” Twilight asked.
“Could be better. I can’t believe we will steal a crown of the head of the state.” She said.
“We don’t have option. We need to do this.”
“Let’s hope nothing bad happens…”

Slightly shorter chapter now. I had to rewrite everything up, so it took more time, and sthere can be some parts, that doesn’t fit other part. If you point them I would really appreciate it. I’m very sorry for that.

Chapter 5 - To Steal a Crown
Twilight was regretting her decision to agree to the plan. Maybe she didn’t have a direct impact on the ‘mission’, but she and Starlight were important to the heist. They were holding everyone’s disguise as Pegasi. It maybe wasn’t hard at close distances, but at unknown distances, it was hard to hold. She didn’t also know where Sunny and Izzy were. She was entering with Starlight in the hall at the main the entrance. Twilight was disguised as light violet Pegasi with a pink mane. Starlight, on the other hoof, was purple with a cyan mane. She ‘flipped’ her colors, that mane, that was purple, changed to cyan and vice versa. When they entered, they saw an enormous golden hall, with white walls and many tables with any sort of snacks.
“Wow!” Twilight said, smiling “it looks beautiful!”
“I need to agree. This looks amazing” Starlight agreed. “Rarity would love this.” She commented, as both started giggling at the comment. Then, all light went out, or that what both ‘Pegasi’ thought. After a minute light-headed to the Royal family, which started floating down, from the hole in the ceiling, which was probably the preparation room. They saw Zipp, and she saw them. After a moment she sat with her mother and soon enough, princess Pipp appeared. Music started playing, as she started flying throughout the hall. Soon enough, she started singing.

Twilight liked the song. She liked the rhythm of it. Starlight was also liking it. Soon after the start of the music, they saw Sunny, behind the Queen with the fake crown made out of macarons. Zipp was also looking at Sunny, as she carefully touched the crystal, and with a quick move changed it with the fake one. Twilight sighed. ‘Well, that was fast.’ She thought, looking at the Starlight, that was looking at the flying princess. ‘This should be harder. Why it was so fast and without problems?’ As the was thinking, she saw the dog of the Queen going after her friends. Soon enough, Twilight couldn’t see anything, so she concentrated on the singer and looked up at her.

Sunny finally took the crown from the queen’s head and when she was heading to the exit, she saw something, that was, well… unexpected, to say the least. The dog of the Queen started going after them. She knew they were looking like normal Pegasi, but she was still scared. After hiding the crystal and escaping the dog, she was searching for the exit. As she carefully opened the first door, she saw a guard talking on the phone. Immediately she closed the door, without getting the attention of the Pegasi. After that, they looked for any exit, as they entered the next door, she saw the guard sitting in front of the screens, showing princess Pipp and some lines connected to her.
“What are you doing here?!” He yelled, jumping out of scare, landing on the device, that looked like a controlling station. As he sat on this she Immediately panicked, and run out of the room, Sunny and Izzy watched the action, that was happening on the screens. Sunny eyes widened, as she saw, what she had done.

Twilight with Starlight was watching princess Pipp, as she danced in the air. When she stopped singing,because she finished the song, something shocking happened. She was flying everywhere. She wasn’t controlling it, since she was screaming, and scared, soon enough she got stuck in the center of the hall, hanging down from the lines. After a minute of the shock, everypony immediately got angry and started going to the Princess, trying to catch her and take her somewhere. Starlight saw Zipp flee, as Queen got arrested and taken somewhere. Twilight knew that Sunny and Izzy got into trouble, which ended up with the princess hanging in front of the lines. She was looking for the exit, and when she spotted it, they started running out of the hall, looking for princess Zipp and others.

Sorry for the break, Irl stuff got in that required my full attention. But it got finished and now I’m back to writing, for now. Enjoy your cliffhanger >:)
