It all started on Black Friday. Millions of ponies rushing to get the best deals for Hearth's Warming presents for their families and children to make their days oh so much sweeter. But in Manehattan, this panic of present-buying... would lead to chaos. A nasty virus known as the 'Bit Flu' began to spread and reduced the fine city into a post-apocalyptic warzone, with various factions fighting for control.

During the crisis, a federal controlled unit of sleeper agents, known as the Homeland Defense Initiative, or simply the Initiative, activates their agents and sends them into the fray...

However, 7 months after a massive series of battles in Manehattan, Equestrian-kind has collapsed as all over the world, the virus spreads as 'The Gold Poison' and causes many cities to crumble, just like Manehattan. The governments and royalties struggle to maintain control over the citizens... and all out post-apocalyptic warfare ensues.

Agents Akula, Viral Velocity and Blaze Blade are the next to be sent into the ever dissolving warzone of Ponyville, to try and help the Equestrian JTF regain control of the city and stop the suffering of all the citizens. But many factions stand in their way... and a deep conspiracy is planning on bringing the remnants of the Equestrian royalty to shambles...
