Hotter than the Summer Sun
As she felt the warm summer sun tanning her skin, Sunset Shimmer stepped out onto the beach, allowing the sand to softly crunch under her sandals. Inhaling the gentle sea breeze that blew through her hair, making it flutter angelically, Sunset began to walk along the grainy surface.
"Let's see" she said while looking around "According to my instructions, the location of the session should be somewhere close to the shore".
Turning her head to the left, the bacon-color haired girl spotted a large outcropping of rocks up close to the waves of the ocean.
"It must be back there" Sunset figured as she made her way across the beach to the large stones "It's certainly private enough".
Keeping her sun hat and glasses on her head as she walked, Sunset couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement bubbling within her in anticipation for today's shoot, amazed at how far things had come.
It seemed like forever ago when she had a particularly eventful video chat with the other Rainbooms. When the issue of paying her student loans through college reared its ugly head, she had turned to her friends to vent her frustration and asked if they had any ideas. In response, Rarity had made a very surprising suggestion. Initially, she was floored by the idea of working part-time as a fashion model. Oh, she was well-aware that she had a marvelous physique and was genuinely flattered that the fashionista believed she had the kind of body for modeling (though she did add that the former pony's looks were still second to her own), but never gave any thought to such work. Still, Rarity did make a point that there was good pay in it, and since she didn't really have many other options, she decided to give it a shot.
Of course, she had been a bit nervous when starting out. Since she wasn't used to flaunting herself for the public, she felt quite nauseous and queasy just before her first session, even in spite of the fact that Rarity had pulled strings so that her friend Photo Finish would be the one photographing her. However, once the butterflies in her stomach disappeared and she managed to build her courage, the photo op turned out to be a bit fun, especially the fact that the outfit she posed in was a sun-themed floral dress. Even moreso, Photo Finish had been impressed with how photogenic she turned out to be, saying the pictures she took came out even better than she had hoped. Shortly after that, her image appeared in her first magazine, and it bolstered Sunset's self-confidence that the issue ended up getting sold out within three days.
After that, Sunset found that once she got started, it became a lot more easier for her stand in front of cameras and strut her stuff. She never would've imagined just how cool it could actually be to wear different fashion styles. It was almost like cosplaying. Among the outfits she had enjoyed modeling, there was a business suit, sports attire that Rainbow Dash would approve of, a woman's tuxedo, and she felt like an absolute debutante the time she wore a stunning gala gown (though she couldn't help but note that it was eerily reminiscent of the outfit from her Daydream Shimmer form). Of course the public just couldn't get enough of her, and as her career flourished, she moved on from simple ads in magazines to centerfolds and eventually full-blown covers. Pretty soon, she was declared one of the best supermodels in the country.
At a certain point, Sunset came to admit that she genuinely looked forward to whenever she received a modelling assignment, as was the case today. When she was told that she would be doing a photo session on the sandy beach, she was naturally ecstatic, eager to find out just what she would be wearing and what kind of posing she would do.
Reaching the outcropping, Sunset took a deep breath to psych herself up in preparation for the upcoming events (while silently hoping there wouldn't be any bright flashbulbs used; those tended to leave spots before her eyes afterwards), before finally going behind the privacy of the huge rocks,
Sure enough, there next to ocean's surf, Sunset discovered a photography setup, with all the necessary equipment for the session, including an array of three standing reflectors arranged in a semicircle. Taking note of where they were positioned, Sunset found that where she would be standing to be photographed would have the rippling sea serving as the backdrop behind her.
She had to admit, whoever was in charge of this session knew what they were doing.
Looking forward, Sunset saw somebody with their back to her going through a large trunk, while dressed in a typical photographer's vest. Figuring this must be who she'd be working with, Sunset approached them,
"Excuse me" the bacon-color haired girl called out politely to get the person's attention "I'm the model that's been assigned to this shoot".
"Ah, yes, I've been expecting you, Ms. Shimmer" the photographer said as she stood up and turned to Sunset, allowing the girl to see her face, revealing a familiar young woman with light-yellow skin, violet eyes, and orange and yellow stripped hair.
"Wha-YOU?!" Sunset practically screamed in shock while pulling her sunglasses off her face, involuntarily taking a step back.
"Heh" Adagio Dazzle chuckled "And 'Hello' to you, too, Rainboom".
"Wha-What are you doing here?" Sunset asked while taking up a defensive stance, silently wishing she had brought her cellphone so she could call her friends.
"Well, what does it look like I'm doing here, Pony-Girl?" the Dazzling leader asked sarcastically as she pointed to an old-fashion film camera dangling from her neck by a strap.
Sunset took a moment to take in the siren's full appearance for the first time. She was dressed in a white, long sleeved shirt, over which was the buttoned-up black vest Sunset had noticed. She was also wearing ankle long blue jeans and a pair of brown sneakers. On her head was a gray photographer's cap, with the majority of her long, curly hair somehow contained underneath it, The whole look gave Adagio a bit of a masculine vibe.
"Hold on" the former pony turned human model said in shock "You're the photographer?"
"I know what you're thinking" Adagio commented with a plain shrug "Why would I be working as a photographer when I'm making a 'moderately' successful career singing? Well, believe it or not, we sirens do have other interests/hobbies" As she went on, she went back into the trunk Sunset had seen her rooting through "Photography has intrigued me for quite a while, even before you Rainbooms broke my crystal, and after the Starswirled Music Festival, I figured I'd give it shot for the heck of it. Turns out, surprise, surprise, I actually have a real knack for it and so I decided to make a little extra cash as a freelancer".
Sunset wasn't sure how to verify Adagio's words. She hadn't read enough of Adagio's mind at the music festival to learn about this hidden passion the siren had. Deciding to err on the side of caution, she spoke up.
"So, why are we the only ones here?" she felt the need to ask as she looked around to see there was no camera crew.
"I prefer to work one-on-one with my subjects" Adagio answered simply, her back to Sunset as she continued searching through the carrying case.
"Uh huh" Sunset said warily, still keeping her guard up as she looked around "And with nobody else around, you're free to use the opportunity of being assigned to here to deliberately sabotage my shoot and ruin my career?"
"What? NO!" Adagio protested as she rose from the trunk again, this time with a roll of film in her hand "I fully intend to do this session to the best of my capabilities, regardless of any lingering issues between us" Removing her camera from around her neck, Adagio began loading the film she was holding into it while continuing "And for the record, I actually volunteered to be here."
"Huh?" Sunset asked in surprise.
"Sure" the siren went on as she placed her camera on a nearby stool before walking over to and crouching at one of the reflector posts to make a few last minute adjustments "I've been wanting to photograph you ever since I saw those pictures of you in that baby doll lace negligee".
Sunset felt herself blush. That particular photo op was her most popular one yet. Not only had everyone she'd been working with drooled at the sight of her (with a portion of them being women), but she had a sneaking suspicion that a lot of her fans were using it as a pinup picture.
"I mean, I've kept track of your modeling since you began" Adagio continued while still working on the reflector "I always thought you had siren-like looks, so I felt it was a good career choice. However, once I saw that particular magazine issue, I became determined to work with you one day".
"Uh, why exactly?" Sunset asked in confusion.
"Simple" Adagio answered, turning her head to look at Sunset with a grin "Because I realized that you were probably the only creature in this entire world that was as hot as me".
A part of Sunset felt flattered by the siren's words; however, a part of her still had a few doubts. As if sensing this. Adagio stood up and turned to her with a serious look, hands on her hips "Hey. It doesn't really matter if you trust me our not, I fully intend to make this a good photo shoot" Her eyes narrowed slyly as she continued "And since I'm the photographer on this, I'm the one calling the shots here. Of course, if you'd rather pass on it, well, you know the way out".
Sunset just stared at the siren, who seemed to be 'semi-reformed', weighing her options. Adagio did seem genuinely enthusiastic about this job, along with the fact that she didn't seem to have any hard feelings about the past. Not to mention Sunset still felt awed that the siren thought she was 'siren beautiful'. Still, the guitar-loving model wished she hadn't left her geode at home so she could check the honesty of the siren's words.
That said, it didn't really make a difference as the Dazzling had a point that the only way this shoot was going to happen would be with her in charge.
"Well," Sunset said slowly "If you're sure you're on the level".
"As on the level as any other former Equestrian who's had their power-hungry ambitions thwarted" Adagio said with a half smirk.
Choosing to ignore that line, Sunset sighed "Alright" she said, relaxing a bit "I guess I'll have to trust you".
"Excellent!" Adagio clapped her hands together before walking back over to her carrying case "Let's get started then, shall we?" While leaning back into the trunk, she pointed a finger off to the side away from the shore "Your outfit's in there" the siren instructed, directing Sunset's attention to a small changing room "Put on all the clothes that are inside".
With a shrug, Sunset walked up to the small hut and stepped inside, closing the door behind her. Taking a looking at what was on the waiting hanger, her eyes widened in surprise.
"Well, this will be interesting" she mused to herself as she started to slip out of her street clothes.
After about ten minutes, the bacon-color haired girl was in the process of putting on her outfit's finishing touches.
"Could you hurry up in there?" Adagio called out impatiently "I'd like to get this done before the tide goes out!"
"Okay, okay!" Sunset shot back, making sure the hat on her head was securely fastened before stepping out the door "I'm coming!"
As the model walked out of the hut, her photographer, who had placed a small box off to the right of the setup, turned to get a look at her. Sunset was wearing an oversized, yellow button-up raincoat slicker that went down to her knees. On her head was a matching yellow rain cap tied under her chin. She was also wearing a pair of grey, knee-high rubber galoshes.
"Not bad, Sunny" Adagio grinned as she panned over her subject "You can even make April Showers' attire look hot".
"Are you sure this slicker is good for the shoot?" Sunset had to ask as it felt more like she was swimming in the coat rather than wearing it.
"Certainly" Adagio confirmed before gesturing to the edge of the shore "Alright, then, go take your place and I'll turn you into a masterpiece".
Stepping up to her designated position at the surf in the center of the reflectors, Sunset turned to face the beach. A slight tingling sensation went up her legs as she felt the splashing waves gently lapping at her feet through her boots.
"So do I start posing yet?" she asked, noticing Adagio wasn't aiming the camera at her.
"Not yet" her photographer shook her head while walking off to the side "Just one final touch first".
Looking on in curiosity, Sunset saw Adagio reach for the box she had seen her handling a moment ago, with the model finally realizing that it was actually a miniature machine with a handle on top, several buttons on the side, and a large muzzled horn in front. As Sunset watched, Adagio pushed one of the switches, turning it on. The device whirled for a moment as Sunset heard what sounded like a fan inside it. A second later, a light cloud of condensation began pouring out of the muzzle, which soon started to fill the area around Sunset.
"Uh, what's with the fog machine?" the former Equestrian had to ask, feeling like she was in the middle of a bowl of pea soup.
"Gives the atmosphere an air of mystery and intrigue" Adagio answered with a grin as she moved right in front of Sunset and crouched on one knee, her camera held aloft in her hands "Ready?" she asked, getting a nod from the model in response "Alright then. First, start off acting casual and relaxed".
As Adagio brought the camera up to her face, Sunset raise her arms over her head, cupping them behind, a pleasant smile on her face as she swayed her body slightly to the left and right.
"Hold it" Adagio instructed as she turned her camera to its side and snapped the image of Sunset "Good. Now then, show me carefree".
Adopting an innocent toothy grin while hugging the arms of her coat, Sunset spun herself around like she was actually dancing in a rain storm. Stopping once she had done a one-eighty, Sunset looked over her left shoulder back to the camera, her eyes narrowed playfully and her teeth on full display.
"Great" Adagio approved as she took a couple snaps of Sunset's playful side "Alright now, this time be a bit more provocative".
Turning back around so she was facing forward, Sunset pouted slightly while running her hands over the front of her slicker. Keeping her eyes glued to the camera, she then turned a little so that her right side was a bit more prominent before bending over at a sixty degree angle while cocking her hip back a bit, her right hand placed on her side in between her hip and backside. The mist from Adagio's generator was already leaving droplets of water on Sunset's skin and coat, which only added to the alluring sight and thankfully wasn't obstructing the view.
"Marvelous" the siren applauded as she focused in close on the sunshine-color haired girl and clicked a full-body still of her. "Okay, then" Adagio raised her face above her camera to look at her subject "That's it for the openers, We're moving on to the main event. Time to get wet and wild!"
Having received the word for the real modeling to begin, Sunset reached for the center of her slicker and started fumbling to unhook the coat's buttons in a conscientious manner. Adagio for her part, shook her head in dismay at the sight.
"Stop, stop, stop" the siren groaned while holding up a hand. As Sunset paused and looked up, hands still on her coat, Adagio rose to her feet "That won't do at all" the photographer criticized "You're supposed to be turning people on, not nonchalantly getting ready for bed! I want you to be exotic. You know, spice it up a little, put a little swivel in your hips. Can you give me that?"
"Oh" Sunset said with wide-eyed realization before thinking for a moment and nodding "Yeah, okay. I can do that".
"Good!" Adagio said as she resumed her position and lifted her camera to her eyes "Take two!"
As Adagio readjusted her camera, she didn't see the mischievous smirk Sunset was sporting. "She wants spicy, huh? I'll give a hot pepper!"
Taking her fingers off the buttons, Sunset began running her hands down the front of her slicker, going all the way down to her legs, sensually stroking her galoshes, making sure her face was up at the camera, still wearing her mischievous grin. She then slowly began stroking her hands back up her legs and over her coat before coming up under her chest and cupping it softly through the fabric, her eyes trained on the camera in a lustful manner, still smiling naughtily. Without stopping, she seductively rolled her tongue out onto her chin in an expert manner, taking the string of her rain hat's strap into her mouth, followed by using her teeth to pull and undo the thread's knot.
"Now that's more like" Adagio approved while clicking her camera, getting a shot of Sunset from the torso up.
"Oh, there's more to come" Sunset thought to herself, feeling herself become flushed with excitement as her legs started pumping up and down in a dancing manner in the middle of the growing cloud bank.
Releasing her hold on her perky bits, Sunset's hands took hold of the hat's loose chin straps and brought them up to her mouth. where she began running the cords through her bicuspids like she was flossing. This went on for a few moments, with Adagio making sure to photograph the display at least once, before Sunset tugged downward on the cords, causing the hat to slowly slide down over her forehead as she dipped her upper body forward.
Plucking the rainy headgear from her hair, allowing it dangle in front of her face, Sunset instantly rose back up to full height while flipping her head upward, allowing her sparkling wet bacon-colored locks to sway upward before coming to rest on the back of her neck as she flung the hat out onto the sand beyond the left-side reflector, showing off a pair of modest-sized, silver colored oyster-shaped earrings hanging from her lobes.
"Ooh, saucy" Adagio noted with a grin, having gotten a picture of Sunset while her hair was mid-sway "I like it".
Amorously licking her slick lips, Sunset continued her little up and down dance as she grabbed a hold of her collar and began slightly yanking on the ends, causing the front to begin loosening. A look of mock shock on her face, Sunset looked down at herself as she slowly pulled the opening of her raincoat apart, looking down as it unhooked down the line.
"You're really owning it now" Adagio voiced her approval, taking pictures as the model snapped each button.
The very instant the button on the bottom popped, Sunset immediately tugged the sides of her coat's opening tightly together before anything underneath could be seen. Looking up while keeping the slicker closed with one hand, Sunset's other hand wagged a teasing finger at the camera while she shook her head going "Tsk. Tsk. Tsk".
"Ah, come on" Adagio shook her head in mirth while turning her camera horizontally to take another good shot "Don't be coy".
An open mouth taunting smile on her face like the camera was begging her to stop being a tease, Sunset wiggled her brow in a daring fashion before finally releasing her hold on her slicker's front. Slowly and dramatically, the coat parted open, showing off the revealing black string bikini Sunset was wearing underneath her coat.
"That a girl" the siren giggled as she photographed the view while Sunset made sure to run her hands through the back of her hair "Don't stop now".
The fog from the machine painting the background behind her, Sunset spun around three times, allowing her slicker to twirl and flutter as her bathing suit underneath could be seen in full yet still shrouded. It was dark as coal and had a frilly lace look to it. The top displayed a great deal of Sunset's cleavage yet covered up her personal bits, while very thin cords that held it to her crisscrossed along her neckline. The bottom half was speedo-like, proudly showing off her thighs, and had string-like threads tied into a pair of knots on either side of her hips, the long leftover strands hanging off Sunset's body.
Stopping her spin when she was looking out at the ocean, Sunset angled herself so that her right shoulder was aimed at the camera. Still pumping her legs up and down, the bacon-haired girl turned her head behind her to keep looking at the camera, at same time allowing her coat sleeve to dangle off her shoulder, showing that the cords crisscrossed along her back as well, giving Adagio a perfect pose. After the flash of the camera, Sunset placed a hand on her left shoulder and nudged the coat off it as well, allowing it to droop away and fall off her, revealing the incredible, smooth, tanned skin of her back while the triangular cloth of her bottoms displayed a generous amount of her beautiful tush. Before her raincoat hit the ground, Sunset's hands caught it by the sleeves, a pair of tasteful black pearl-like manacles revealed to be around her wrists. Keeping her back and face to Adagio's camera, the orange-skinned girl smiled lasciviously as she gently and sensuously rubbed her behind with the slicker, like she was toweling off after a shower.
"That's it" Adagio encouraged as she got at least three shots of the angle Sunset was giving her "Work it for the camera".
Twirling around to face the camera, Sunset brought the coat around her body as well, keeping it pressed against her belly. Promptly on display around her neck, adorn with a small orange, sun-shaped seashell in the center, was a beautiful black choker which perfectly complimented her bikini. Adagio couldn't help but grin predator-like as she quickly took another picture.
Her bare skin now covered in cascading droplets and her hair wet and matted in an adorable fashion, Sunset used her right hand to keep the slicker pressed against her while her left hand ran down the side of her cheek, stopping midway down so that she could slowly suck on her pinky, even run her tongue over it.
"Don't slow down now" Adagio coaxed onward; the sight before her causing her to wet her drying mouth as she took quite a few full-body snaps of Sunset's actions "Show me everything you've got",
Her legs starting to pump forward and outward in an alternating fashion while sporting the same teasing smile from earlier, Sunset held the slicker in front of her with both hands before casually stepping over to the side and releasing the raincoat, allowing it to gently flutter to the ground and land on top of her discarded raincap. Sunset then started to slightly dance before the camera, the boots still on her feet twisting to the left and right in sync while the model gently brushed her perfectly manicured nails down her bare, firm stomach, causing her to shiver in delight at the light touch. Bending over slightly while keeping her face at the camera, Sunset allowed her hands to slowly run down her left leg before gripping the boot it was wearing by it sole and lifting her slender foot out of it followed by picking up the discard rubber and dropping it off to the side. Smiling warmly while putting her arms behind her head, Sunset raised her right left up, followed by kicking it back like a mule, flinging her other boot off and sending it flying onto her raincoat alongside her other discarded footwear, revealing a pair of black anklets that matched her bangles.
"You go girl" Adagio breathed, having used ten whole shots to get Sunset's entire strip sequence. It was at this point that she decided not to bother giving any other instructions, instead allowing her subject to do as she wished.
Now only wearing her choker and string bikini, Sunset began to wiggle and jiggle like crazy, running her hands excitedly over her midriff while she bent over and began to wildly shake her head in every direction, her wet red-and-yellow hair waving madly all over the place. The sight was so mesmerizing that Adagio almost forgot to take a picture of it. After doing that for several moments, Sunset then lowered herself to the ground, propping herself on her knees. Folding her arms behind her head for the third time, Sunset began shaking her head to the left and the right, causing her hair to flutter about in her face. Fortunately, Adagio knew what she was going for and timed it just right to get a head-shot of Sunset while her face was slightly tilted onto her left shoulder with her waving hair coming down in front of her left eye while her right eye was partially closed and narrowed and her mouth was open wide seductively.
Next, Sunset plopped herself down on her derriere facing sideways, pulling her legs up to her stomach with her feet crisscrossing each other, before laying her head down her kneecaps, her hair dangling behind her as she smiled cutely at the camera while winking, to which Adagio winked back before getting a shot of the girl's entire physique. Letting her natural instincts take over, Sunset then got down on her hands and feet turned her body around in reverse. Making sure the camera got a gratuitous view of her heinie, Sunset shook it vigorously as Adaigo photographed it. For her next pose, Sunset came up with the idea to sashay over to a nearby rock off to the left. As Adagio watched in curiosity, Sunset laid her back against the stone like she was in a beach chair. Closing her eyes lazily while smiling coyly, she then sensuously glided her hands up over her legs and belly, rubbing her exposed skin in a manner like she was applying suntan lotion to herself.
"Oh, yeah" Adagio commented, her cheeks getting red from Sunset's display as she took three more photos "Keep it coming. Keep it coming!"
Sunset was having the time of her life. Never before had one of her modeling shoots been this exhilarating. It was then that a crazy thought came to her head. Her confidence brimming like never before, Sunset raised herself into a sitting position before impulsively grabbing the edges of her bikini top and peeled it off over her head in one fluid motion, completely displaying her fantastic chest to the outside.
"Ooh, now it's getting juicy" Adagio approved, her tongue hanging out slightly.
Dropping the top half of her suit onto her fallen slicker, Sunset leaned forward with her hip turned sideways, propping herself up on her hands, allowing her perky breasts to be on prominent display, looking like a pair of succulent golden grapefruits, her eyes narrowed sensually and a giddy-like smirk on her face as her head was turned slightly. Getting back to her feet after seeing a camera flash, Sunset began to dance in a snake-like manner as she started running her hands over her lovely teats in a massaging manner, the slight coldness from Adagio's mist machine causing them to become stiff and pointy, the sight being immortalized in five more snapshots. Slightly covered by the fog, Sunset continued her snake dance while crossing her arms over her chest in a teasing manner as she slowly turned around to show off her bare back, looking back over her should with a taunting smile at her photographer as another flash came.
Turning back around, Sunset slowly moved her hands from her breasts down to her belly to below her waist. Reaching her bikini bottom, Sunset started wiggling her hips as she twisted left and right, running her tings along the strings of the triangular cloth. Wagging her eyebrows, Sunset finally took hold of the knots on either side of the bottom and pulled, untying them instantly. Without removing the suit half, the model kept hold of the bottom's strings as she ran her fingers up and down the insides while tugging the bottoms left and right, playing with the cloth a teasing manner. Finally, after figuring Adagio had gotten enough pictures, Sunset pulled the bottoms upward, completely removing them from her privates before taking it in both hands and slingshoting it over to the pile of clothes she had made, followed by running her hands gingerly through her wet hair as she showed off her fully nude form; her jewelry the only thing she was still wearing.
"Wonderful" Adagio breathed as she zoomed in close and took a perfect shot.
Standing out on the beach shore, not the slightest sign of embarrassment or regret on her face, Sunset started to wildly spin and dance in circles as she ran her hands over her belly, making it jiggle like gelatin, the light cloud of mist surrounding her making it look almost like she was taking a shower out in public. Pausing her dance for a moment, the orange beauty slowly ran her fingers down her belly and over her waist, coming extremely close to their nether regions. Just before her fingers penetrated, however, she stopped inches away from it, keeping one hand near her loins while the other wagged at the camera, a smile on her face showing she knew she was being a tease.
Sunset then bent over forward, allowing her hair to dangle downward. A second later, she shot up like a jack-in-the-box, her head pointed upward, making it look like she was a beautiful breaching mermaid and allowing her wet locks to flutter over her head in a glistening manner. To ensure she got it, Adagio made sure to photograph Sunset's entire breaching sequence.
Bouncing and skipping back up to the rock she had laid her back against earlier, Sunset propped her right up on the side and placed her head in her palm so that it was being held up. Shen then lounged on her right side while looking at Adagio with a puckered smile as she slowly ran her free left hand down her heavenly body. At the same time, a particularly good-sized wave came up behind her and washed over her body, leaving her skin glistening in the sunlight. Taking a very enthusiastic photo of the sight, Adagio couldn't help but lick her lips in a satisfied manner.
Standing back up, Sunset started to gyrate her abdomen in small circles, her palms directly over her hips but not quite touching them, a hypnotic like gaze on her face. Cupping her face in both hands, she slowly stroked her cheeks as she cocked her head slight and smiled amorously, including seductively sticking her tongue out and rolling it between her teeth, before putting a hand to her face and blowing a kiss at the camera. Raising her arms to their length over her head, Sunset waved them while hopping from one foot to the other, in order to give a full-body profile with nothing in the way. The model then put her hands over her breasts in a not-quite-modest manner and slowly turned her body around so her back was to the camera, giving an unobstructed view of her fully-formed backside. Placing her hands behind her head in a relaxed manner, Sunset gingerly shook and wiggled her perfect jelly-like bottom before pressing her hands to it full on and giving a light but enjoyable squeeze.
