Crystal Brighthouse 7:00pm
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT THIS IS MY OTHER FORM?!"
In the Crystal Brighthouse located far from Maretime Bay which is also known as the primary source of the earth pony, pegasus, unicorn fillies, mares, colts and stallions magical powers. There were four mares, one stallion and a seven years old colt seen in the living room with three mares: Izzy, Pipp and Zipp, and one stallion named Hitch seen looking at the scene where the apricot coloured mare Sunny Starscout dealing with her and her husband Hitch's angry son Chase.
"Chasey please calm down, it's not that big of a deal." Sunny told him calmly.
"NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL?!" Chase exclaimed angrily as he knocked over the fruit bowl on the table which caused the fruits to fall on the floor, making the mares and one stallion gasp in horror. "THIS IS LITERALLY THE FOURTH TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN SCHOOL WHILE I WAS STUDYING!" He shouted.
It's only been a day since Chase discovered the outcome and disadvantages of his powerful and hazardous alicorn form in school which provoked fear form the fillies and colts including the teachers.
"Chase come on, that is no way to treat your mother." Hitch told him but, Chase disregarded him.
"Chasey my beloved son please, listen to me." Sunny begged in a dejected tone. "I was thinking about sharing this information about your powers when you grow up in the future but, it turns out that you've discovered it before I was able to tell you." She told him with a depressed expression.
"SO YOU WERE LYING TO ME IN THE PAST YEARS TOO?!"
"Come on little sheriff, your mom didn't mean to do it." Izzy told her nephew the best as she could.
"Yeah, she is just looking out for you that's all." Pipp told him.
"LOOKING OUT FOR ME BY HURTING MY FEELINGS WITH THE USE OF DISHONESTY AND MANIPULATION THAT IS!" Chase shouted angrily which made the adult ponies gasp in horror.
"Chase please, what's wrong?" Sunny asked her son as lovingly as she could.
"WHAT IS WRONG?! WHAT IS WRONG IS THAT THIS ALICORN FORM THAT I HAVE KEEP SUDDENLY APPEARING WHILE I AM IN CLASS AND STUDYING IN THE LIBRARY WHICH IS PROVOKING THE FILLIES AND COLTS TO BE PETRIFIED OF ME! THINKING THAT I'M SOME MONSTER FROM A HORROR MOVIE IN THE PROCESS!" Chase shouted.
Sunny was scandalised to hear this, she didn't know that this alicorn form that her son Chase has has been incessantly provoking him to transform for no reasonable explanations at all. She is also sad that Chase is now being regarded as a monster to the fillies and colts eyes too.
"I-I'm so sorry my baby colt Chase." Sunny cooed lovingly as she slowly walked up to him with opened hooves. "I just didn't want to shock you with all of this information ever since your birth I the hospital, I just wanted to give you a happy life." She told him with a smile as she attempted to give her son a hug and a kiss.
"STOP LYING TO ME!" Chase exclaimed indignantly as he pushed his mother Sunny back which shocked Izzy, Pipp, Zipp and Hitch. "IF I WAS MEANT TO BECOME A MONSTER THEN YOU SHOULD'VE LOCKED ME IN A CAGE OR SOMETHING SINCE THE FILLIES AND COLTS THINK THAT I'M SOME PREDATOR SEEKING TO POUNCE ON THEM AND MENACE THEM AS THEIR PREY!" He shouted which shocked the adults.
"Chase! That's no way to treat your mother!" Zipp scolded.
"Chase, you just have to calm down and take a couple of deep breaths." Hitch instructed.
"Chasey please, I love you so much, please listen to mommy." Sunny cooed as she brought out a stuffed teddy bear that she plays with her son Chase. "Look at this, it's the teddy bear that we play with together, we-"
"SHUT UP!!!" Chase shouted in vexation as he hit the doll away from his mother Sunny's right hoof, causing it to hit the wall which scandalised the ponies again.
At this point, Chase has had enough, he couldn't even face his own mother or father or aunts. He slowly walked past his mother Sunny before making his way to his bedroom.
"Ch-Chase?" Sunny called him with a depressed expression. "Mommy still loves you." She cooed.
Chase then stopped in his tracks before facing his mother Sunny with an enraged expression.
"I hate you mom, I wish that you weren't even in my life." Chase grumbled in anger which made Sunny's eyes widen. After that, the earth pony colts stormed to his bedroom.
At this point, Sunny began to feel her heartbeat beating at an abnormal pace due to her extreme shock from hearing her son saying that he hates her. She then placed her right hoof on her heart level on her chest before starting to loose her visions.
"Sunny!" Hitch exclaimed in fear as he grabbed his wife in his hooves as she collapsed into his hooves with her eyes closed.
"Oh no! We have to get her to the hospital!" Pipp exclaimed in horror.
"You girls go get her to the hospital, I'll talk to Chase." Hitch told them sternly.
The three mares nodded before walking up to Sunny with Zipp putting her on her back before walking to the front doors of the Crystal Brighthous, with Hitch walking to his son's bedroom doors to have a chat with him.
In Chase's bedroom, the young earth pony colt was seen sitting on the edge of his bed trying to let all of the vexation out of his head in order to relieve his mind and maintain a good health after having a controversy with his mother. Not even his pet dog Ryder was able to assist him in relieving his stress but, he is still grateful for his company nonetheless.
Chase was then going to get some shut eyes but then, he heard the sounds of his bedroom doors being opened. The earth pony colt looked in front of him to see his father Hitch standing there with a stern expression.
"What do you want father?" Chase asked looking away from him. "You're here to punish me? Give me a lecture or something?" He assumed.
"No." Hitch told him calmly with a shake of his head. "I just want to have a chat with you." He told him but, Chase did not reply to him back.
Hitch sighed before walking to his son's bed casually and in a calming manner to glean his trusts after the revelation that has been revealed to him on his alicorn powers. When he got to him, he sat next to him gently and wrapped his right hoof around him to gently pull him in a hug.
"Chase, what you did to your mother Sunny was unacceptable." Hitch told him. "I want you to stop all of this angry nonsense and apologize to her this instance." He ordered. But, Chase did not listen.
"Son, please say something to me."
"Why would I want to apologize to somepony who has been lying to me ever since I was a little infant." Chase asked bitterly which made Hitch shocked.
"Chase, she wasn't lying to you just so that she could make you depressed."
"Well newsflash, my mommy made me disillusioned and vexed with her when she manipulated me the entire time." Chase told his father with an angry expression. "NOW, I'M A MONSTER IN FRONT OF ALL FILLIES AND COLTS BECAUSE OF HER!!!" He shouted in anger.
"DON'T SAY THAT TO YOUR OWN MOTHER!!!" Hitch scolded.
The two ponies maintained their equanimity with Chase looking away from his dad, and with Hitch looking down on his son with a depressed expression of his own.
"I don't get it, how could you be so angry with your own mother?" Hitch asked with a disconsolate expression. "She is the one who brought you into this beautiful world after all." He added.
"You may see it this way but, from my perspective however, I felt hurt and offended when I was lied to." Chase said with his hooves crossed. "In addition to that, I never lie." He added.
"That may be true Chase but, your mother Sunny was not lying to you so that she could anger you." Hitch told him which made Chase raise his right eyebrow.
"Really?"
"That is correct, your mother Sunny and I both discovered your alicorn magic when you're still a little infant buddy. And I gotta admit, we were both very shocked to say the least that your mother inherited her alicorn genes to you that causes you to transform into an alicorn. But, none of that stopped your mother from loving you as much as possible, she carried you around, fed you, played with you and many more. Despite it being very hard, nothing stops your mommy from loving you for the rest of her life." Hitch told him with a smile.
Chase was took back from his father statement to him, all of that time he has despised his mother for all of this truth which led him on an outrage and yelling at her while being filled with anger and dread which made her very disconsolate and hurt. Now, all of the remorse is starting to be put onto him for being blinded by his own anger towards his mother. He was a fool for thinking that it was her fault all along.
"Oh no, why didn't I realize that earlier?" Chase asked with a depressed expression. "I was a fool to yell at my mother Sunny like that." He said with guilt.
"It's okay Chase, what matters now is that you apologize to your mother Sunny in Maretime Bay hospital."
Chase was scandalised to hear that his mother was in the hospital probably due to his hatred towards her that made her too disconsolate. So, without hesitation, he got up from his bed before rushing out of his bedroom rapidly which made Hitch smile.
"That's my smart and strong colt."
Maretime Bay hospital
Once Chase arrived in Maretime Bay hospital after a four minutes run, he inquiries the doctors and nurses on where his mother Sunny was and received answers from a mare that she is in room 34. The earth pony colt nodded to the mare before rushing to the hospital room where his mom was in.
Ten seconds later, the young earth pony colt has made it to his mother Sunny's hospital room. He looked through the mirror of her room to see her being attached to a monitor which displayed her heart rate which was beating at a normal and healthy pace, she was also seen breathing through an oxygen mask.
"Mommy." Chase said with a disconsolate expression.
Without a second thought, the earth pony colt entered the hospital bedroom and walked to his mother Sunny's bed where she is resting. When he got to her, he sat down on a nearby chair before nuzzling his mother Sunny's forehead gently.
"Mommy, it is me Chase your son." Chase cooed lovingly. "I'm so sorry for yelling at you in anger for what I've discovered today at school, I thought that I was lied to but, when my dad disclosed the truth to me, I now understand that you're just doing that to give me a happy life without any shame or fear throughout it. I'm such a moron for not seeing it earlier." He said in a shameful tone.
As Chase nuzzled his mother Sunny, he felt somepony gently placing her hoof on his head. The young earth pony colt looked up to see his mother Sunny looking at him with a loving smile behind the oxygen mask.
"Oh my beloved son Chase." Sunny cooed as she took off the breathing mask. "Mommy will always forgive you even after today, you're my beloved sweetheart." She said as she gently nuzzled him.
Chase was touched to the sight of his mother Sunny communicating with him in a healthy way as well as earning her forgiveness. The earth pony colt then nuzzled his mother again lovingly, and Sunny nuzzled her son back lovingly too.
"I love you mommy." Chase cooed.
"I love you too my beloved child." Sunny cooed back.
