Entering the Ponyville Spa had always felt like stepping into another world for Fluttershy. When those doors closed, it was as if all the responsibilities she'd been carrying were left outside with the wind. This didn't mean she would stop being her usual demure and soft spoken self, but it made it much easier for her to unwind. That went doubly so if she was fortunate enough to find herself in the company of a close friend.
Today was no exception. The soothing track that floated into her ears and the scent of soaps and blossoms accompanying had quickly lulled her into a calmer state. She sat next to Rarity, both wrapped in freshly heated towels in the waiting room, and already the tension was releasing from her muscles.
"Thank you again for taking me here. I really have needed this," said Fluttershy, turning to the unicorn. "I owe you sometime. You always pay when we come here and it makes me feel guilty."
Rarity dismissed the notion as soon as it had been raised, flicking her wrist absently. "Nonsense, dear. I just enjoy spending time with a cherished companion. Think nothing of it."
"But I—"
"Nothing of it!" Rarity restated. The gavel had been brought, and the verdict chosen. Fluttershy wouldn't get a word in on the matter regardless of how hard she tried. "Besides — and I mean no offense when I say this — but you looked positively horrid. Something so pedestrian as a trip to the spa is the least I could do."
Fluttershy giggled. "As if you looked any better?" she poked. Rarity seemed offended for half a moment before the illusion was broken and she jubilantly agreed in between bouts of measured laughter.
It was true they'd seen better days that afternoon. Rarity had come a-knocking on Fluttershy's cottage door to see if she'd like to join her at the spa that Sunday, her red glasses askew and coiffed mane unkempt. The heavy bags under her eyes had been the last item on the checklist announcing to anypony and everypony that Rarity had overworked herself yet again.
Fluttershy had been no better when she'd answered. Her pink locks were a matted tangle, her fur greasy and unwashed, and every inch of her from head to hoof was coated in twigs and leaves. With the sound of animals and something large loudly crashing in the background, it was rather comical.
Nothing about their disheveled appearance couldn't be fixed with a proper shower and grooming session, but they both knew they needed more than that. Naturally, Fluttershy had eagerly agreed to the prospect. That week was as good a time as any, and it had been far too long since they'd gotten away from it all. Time could slip by so fast, especially when burdened by the stressors of everyday life.
Their amusement at the memory of one another's shared expense was cut short by the entrance of Aloe and Lotus. The two mares stood side by side, hands folded at their lapsin such a way it seemed deliberately engineered for their arms to squish their breasts together and push them out. They wore the same uniform as their employees — a loincloth that draped just below the knees and a chest strap that was woefully inadequate at keeping their bosoms at bay — unadorned and white in color. The plainness of their attire only served to make their swapped cotton candy palettes stand out more strikingly.
"Good aftairnoon, Meess Rarity!" Lotus began.
"Meess Fluttershy!" finished Aloe, each taking a bow after offering their greetings. Their accents were thick as ever and their motions perfectly in sync. They way they spoke and moved around each other often gave Fluttershy the impression of some mental link between the two.
Before a response could be given, both unicorn and pegasus were swarmed. Their cheeks were held by delicate pink and blue hands, lips then pressed to each cheek with enthusiastic 'Mwah!'s before the sisters switched. Rarity merely smiled once they pulled back. Fluttershy had gone beet red, wings shuffling uncomfortably against her towel.
"Ah, alvays so good to see joo two" Aloe exclaimed. "Truly, our favoreete custoomers!"
"So vhat veell eet be for joo fine ladies today?" asked Lotus, straight to the point of business.
"I, uhm. I..." Fluttershy stammered. She struggled for how to answer, brain still caught in the moment of the twins' kisses. She didn't think it had been any different from how they usually greeted her, but she didn't know then what explained her reaction. It had felt like their lips had been in contact longer than usual, and dangerously close to her own at that. Or had they? She wasn't sure.
Her eyes darted back and forth, heat rising from her face to her ears. The spotlight of having to make a decision wasn't making things any simpler for her. Thankfully, Rarity appeared to take note of her distress and stepped in to answer for her. She was too relieved however to notice the mischievous glint in her friend's sapphire eye.
"We'll each have the... Special Deluxe Treatment, if you can," said Rarity, her voice dipping into a subtle coo towards the end. Aloe and Lotus exchanged a knowing look between themselves and then Rarity, who shot them a smile they seemed to recognize. Unaware of the reason why, Fluttershy watched curiously as their muzzles pulled into matching mirth.
"Vonderful, darleenk. Vee can do zhat for joo, jes jes." Lotus nodded. "Any eenstructions joo vould like to geeve to us?"
Rarity thought briefly, then shook her head. "I don't believe so, no. Do as you see fit, girls. I trust your judgement."
Both nodded, and Aloe then turned to her sibling with a whisper. After a momentary exchange they separated, Lotus reaching for Rarity's hand and Aloe for Fluttershy's. Rarity's took it with gusto. Fluttershy hesitated, but found Aloe's fingers sliding between hers and pulling her to her hooves soon enough.
"Wh... what's going on?" Fluttershy squaked meekly. Aloe attempted to squeeze her hand in a reassuring manner, but the way her thumb caressed over the back of her hand flustered her more.
"Do not vorry. Vee are zpleetteenk presently but vill meet back aftair zhee first part of zhees session," soothed Aloe. Rarity reaffirmed with a nod and twiddled her fingers goodbye at the pair.
"See you later! I get this all the time. Believe me Fluttershy — it's worth it!" the unicorn called out, whisked swiftly away by Lotus' touch before Fluttershy could get a word out.
In a daze from the past few minutes' events, Fluttershy stumbled after Aloe as she was tugged along. She was able to find her hoofing once they'd established a consistent walking speed, all the while wondering what Rarity had signed her up for and where she was being led. That question and any others she might have had fell by the wayside when she discovered the major upside to tailing the perky spa sister though — and that was her major backside.
The loincloth, while covering the back as well as the front, did little in the way of concealing her hindquarters. Two substantial globes of ass presented themselves before her, bouncing with every elegant stride Aloe took. There was a steambathing mare and stallion here, a seeming mother and daughter receiving hot stones there, but none of it actually grabbed her interest. Not much could after getting a glance of Aloe's premium rump. So, she did what any pony would do in her situation and tried to distract herself with conversation.
"Uhm, so..." Fluttershy cleared her throat, prompting Aloe to glance over her shoulder. "What is the, uh... 'Special Deluxe Treatment', exactly? I've never heard of it before."
"Oh, eet ees... not on zhee menu. Not one zhat joo can see," Aloe said. Fluttershy swore she could hear the smile in her voice. She knew there was a secret here she wasn't yet privy to, and whatever it was entertained the other mare terribly. "For special clients only, like joo. Now come come darleenk, vee are almost zhere."
"Y—yes ma'am," Fluttershy blurted, and immediately desired a deep dark hole to crawl into. The words had come of no conscious intent, and she thought passingly to apologize. But why should she? She shouldn't have been embarrassed — 'yes ma'am' was en entirely normal courtesy — but her features were lit up bright like a Hearth's Warming tree regardless. Aloe just chuckled.
Mercifully, no disquieting silence was allowed to form between them. True to Aloe's word it wasn't long before they stopped. Curiously, Fluttershy noted they'd arrived at the very end of the building's left wing, far removed from any occupied rooms. She and Aloe were the only souls present. Fluttershy's suspicions crept ever higher, but she couldn't begin to imagine what was in store for her.
Her guide opened the door and ushered her in. "Aftair joo," she purred.
If stepping into the spa felt like entering another world, stepping into that room felt like being transported into a whole other dimension. She was certain, taking in her surroundings, that nothing else in the spa could possibly compare.
The space was less of a room and more of an indoor garden. Cream-colored stone made up most of the floor, but dipped low into a second tier at the back where sat a spring of crystal clear waters. Toward the corners of the room were areas dedicated to colorful flora and verdant greenery, and at the center stood a cherry blossom tree carved with glowing runes to keep it eternally in bloom.
All of this, to Fluttershy's astonishment, was bathed in the delicate glow of Celestia's golden sun. A ring-shaped skylight let it pour in, framing the centerpiece like a halo.
"Eempressed?" asked Aloe.
Fluttershy could only nod dumbly. She hadn't ever been aware this was a part of the spa. If this was just one draw of the Special Deluxe Treatment, it was no wonder why Rarity had lauded it so much. It made sense to why she'd wanted to keep things hush-hush, not wanting to spoil the magic for her. She was sure there was still more to it than this, but it was a pleasant surprise all its own. Maintaining a room like this — let alone two of them from what she presumed was another on the opposite wing — must cost a small fortune.
"Vhen joo are feeneeshed sightseeink," Aloe shouted from the far side of the room, bringing Fluttershy back to the matter at hand, "Go ovair to zhee cubbies on zhee right and strip for me!" She had moved startingly fast, and was working to lay out a large towel by the water.
Fluttershy nodded again, pointedly making a note to not say 'Yes ma'am' a second time. She went to where Aloe had directed her and unwrapped her towel first, which had by that point long since cooled. She folded it neatly and placed it at the top of the shelf above her compartment, and then worked to remove her clothing.
Going in the order of undressing that she was accustomed to, Fluttershy started with her top. She tugged the peach turtleneck upwards, but the hem snagged on the curve of her rack. When the article was finally yanked off, it was like a spring had been released, and her hefty jugs were sent wobbling furiously. Nevertheless, this needed doing. What would Rarity say if she backed out because she was too skittish to do something as basic as disrobe? It wasn't like she was removing her panties or anything.
Steadying herself, Fluttershy took in a deep breath. She held it for one, two, three, and let it go in a slow exhale. Her nerves — somewhat — settled, she reached for her bottoms next. Finally, at the rim of the towel was a silver bowl with handles on either side, like the kind one might be served curry in. She presumed it must be to hold any excess oil while Aloe worked.
Aloe's gentle ocean blues looked her up and down. A wry tilt dimpled her cheeks, but she shook her head. "No no no, darleenk. My apologies for not beeink clear. Joo 'ave to remove all your clozheenk."
Fluttershy balked. "A... all my clothing?" she repeated dumbly. Aloe nodded in the affirmative.

Fluttershy stared ahead, frozen and fearstruck. If Aloe wasn't a pony she knew and saw on a semi-regular basis, she'd have considered running.
"Ees everyzheenk alright? Meess Fluttershy?" Aloe prodded, concern clearly etched onto her face. The question was dimly received, as if asked from a thousand miles away, and Fluttershy wasn't home.
After a gratuitously long pause, Fluttershy at last found the strength to speak. Her voice was hushed, and her whole body shuffled about nervously.
"C—could we, uhm. J—just do my bra for now?" she asked. Aloe gave her a sympathetic look and nodded, then patted the spot in front of her.

"Let us get zhees off fairst, jes?" Aloe crooned, and slid down to the back of Fluttershy's bra. She undid the clasp in a single motion, and let those butter yellow teardrops fall. She squished into as much of them as she could manage, earning her a squeaky whimper.

Fluttershy meekly shook her head. Aloe took that as her cue and upturned the bottle, popping open the cap and squirting the oil into her left palm. She rubbed her hands together until every inch had been thoroughly coated, and set to work on her client.
In the whole of Equestria, there were a scarce few things that Aloe — or her sister — were as passionate about as massage therapy, and the only thing she cared for more was her sister. It had taken them until their early teens before they'd actually gotten their marks and found their calling, but when they had it didn't take long for them to blossom into the experts they were today.
