Underspawn. That's the name given to the monsters that have been terrorizing the world of Veralon for centuries. These creatures emerge from their caverns at night to feast on human flesh and blood. In response to their relentless onslaught, a noble order of human warriors has formed to fight the Underspawn. The Torchknights, they are called. They train intensively to fight the Underspawn. These warriors are widely regarded as heroes. And Spike hopes to be one of those heroes.

This is a crossover between MLP: EG and my own personal worldbuilding project.
