Enter the Spark; Let it rip!
The sounds of metal clashing filled in an arena as two small spiral in in the shape of small tornadoes clashed together. One is blue while the metal disk around it looked like pegasi wings, when it's not spinning fast the face of it looked like a Pegasus head on it. The other is green with three heads of a dog and the metal disk around it is in a shape of a chain. Both continue to clash inside of a small arena with many ponies cheering in Stadium seats. On both sides of the Arena are two stallions, one is the color blue with a red mane and the other is light green with a dark green mane with yellow streaks in it. The speakers in the Stadium was sound as the announcer can be heard.
If you're just tuning in Bey fans, we are in the the final round of the Grand Bey tournament! The attack type Bey: Universe Pegasus versus the defense type Bey: Chain Cerberus! These two beys are really going at it, as well as their Beyblader. Zephyr Wing: a Pegasus that blazed his way through the tournament with flying colors. Steel Ground: a staillon that let's no one stops him from getting to the top. Which one of these Bladers will win and claim the title of number one?!
"It's going to be me!" Steel shouted as his bey knocked Pegasus back. "I worked to hard to come here and I not letting you stand in my way!" Zephyr just smirked at that.
"I can tell, your Beyblader spirit is shining bright." Zephyr told him. "But me and Pegasus aren't backing down!" His bey started to unleash a flurry of attacks as it continues to clash against Chain Cerberus. In The Stadium seats, a young Earth Pony colt with a bright red coat, ruby red eyes, and golden yellow mane and tail is watching the whole thing with wonder in his eyes. He watched as the attack type bey was continuing its attack against the defense type.
"I'm not giving in! Not now, not ever!" Steel shouted as his Beyblade was glowing bright. "CERBERUS! CHAIN WALL COUNTER!" As a burst of energy came from his Beyblade, through the eyes of the young colt, a green three-headed dog appeared and looked ready to attack. As Pegasus was coming in for another attack, Cerberus stood its ground before knocking it back and it looked like it was about to go out of the stadium. "That's it, I win! We both may have two points, but once your bey is out I win!"
"Not yet! I have faith in my bey!" Zephyr shouted as his bey landed safely in the stadium and continues to spin. The colt watched as both Zephyr and his bey started to glow. "PEGASUS!" Zephyr was resonating with his bey as a burst of energy came off of Pegasus and it appeared in the stadium with bright blue armor with yellow lines in the shape of a star on the front its armor. "UNIVERSE WING WHIP!" The wings like ring on the bey glowed as it charged right at Cerberus at full speed. Once the two beys collided, Cerberus was flown out of the stadium and burst.
"That's Universe Pegasus with a burst finish!" A referee declared. "Points standing two to four, Zephyr Wing is the winner!" Ponies begin to cheer at the amazing match that they had just watched as the announcer spoke up.
Unbelievable fillies and gentlecolts! Just when it seems Cerberus was about to win this match, Pegasus held in there and pulled off a victory right at the end! And now, Zephyr Wing is now Beyblade champion!
The two stallions then shook each other's hooves as they had a great match. After Zephyr accepted the Beyblade champion belt, he looked up into the stadium seats and the colt who watched the whole thing felt like he was looking right him. Zephyr smile at the colt like he sees something inside him. Everypony then gathered in the lobby and the colt was walking with a earth pony mare with a bright yellow coat, orange mane, and ocean blue eyes. "Mom, I think Zephyr Wing was looking at him." The colt told the mare.
"I'm sure he was looking at somepony else, Red Spark." The mare told the colt. "And how can you be sure he was looking at you?"
"I don't know, it's just a feeling I had." Red said before he bumped into somepony. "Oh, sorry about that." The colt looked up and saw the stallion who he bumped into was the Beyblade champion, Zephyr Wing. "It's you..."
"I've been looking all over for you." Zephyr said as he kneeled down to Red's level. "I can tell you loved Beyblade so much. I could feel your blader spirit from where I was."
"So, you did look at me back in the stadium." Red said with amazement.
"Yup, and I can tell you to become a Beyblader as well." Zephyr said before he notice his mother. "Oh sorry, Ms...?"
"Sunny Shell," She introduced herself. "and Red has always loved Beyblade since his grandfather introduced it to him."
"It's true, but what's a blader spirit?" Red asked Zephyr, who gave a warm smile.
"Meet me the hillside outside of town tonight and I'll show you." Zephyr told him before he left. Both Red and Sunny was confused as to why Zephyr invited him outside of town, but Red was a being curious about this. Later that night, both him and Sunny went to where Zephyr invited them, where they see him sitting on the ground and looking up in the sky. "Thank you for coming."
"You're welcome. But I want to ask you something." Red said as he walked up to him. "How did you get to be so strong? Because I want to be strong too."
"It takes a lot of heart." Zephyr answered. "The reason why is because a Beyblade attacks you here." He said as he pointed to his heart.
"I don't understand." Red said before Zephyr laid on his back.
"It's no big deal, just relax like this." Zephyr told him as he looked up in the sky.
"Like this...?" Red asked as he lay down too. "Okay...w-whoa!" He said an amazement as he looked up into the sky. Sunny laid down with them and saw what they were looking at. All three of them saw a beautiful night sky full of many stars.
"A Beyblade and its Blader share a bond, in that bond creates a powerful strength." Zephyr told Red. "A Beyblade's true strength has nothing to do with attack power or stamina, it attacks using the feelings of the the blader who is connected with it as if all the power of the cosmos have been poured into it. You must put your heart that is as big as the starry sky into it."
"Whoa, that's heavy. Really heavy." Red said with amazement.
"It really is." Sunny said. "Hey Red, me and your grandfather have a surprise for you. I wanted to surprise you on your birthday, but your grandfather said that you're ready for it now." When she sat up to look at him, she found both of them fast asleep.
"Go...Pegasus..." Zephyr said in his sleep.
"Yeah...let it...rip..." Red said in his sleep as Sunny smiled. Inside of Red's dream, he was in a bey battle and in the Bey Stadium was a red Beyblade with four blades. Two of them were of a sword while the other two were like shields. The energy layer of the bey had a Glennier face on it and a blue gem in the center about a shield shape center. The bey shine bright in a burst of light before large Warrior in red armor, yellow eyes, and holding both a sword and a shield appeared in front of Red before the warrior spoke.
Do have what it takes to wield my power, and fight with me?
Years later, red has grown up a little as he sleeps and his new bedroom in his new home with his mother and grandfather. They had to move out of their old home and move to Ponyville, and there his grandfather had made a deal with a stallion name Filthy Rich. Next to his bed is a nightstand and on it is a red Beyblade. Long ago when he was younger, he showed his grandfather a drawing of a Beyblade he saw before in a dream. And after Zephyr showed him what a blader spirit is, the next day his grandfather and his mother surprised him with that exact same bey. The balance type Beyblade: Z-Achilles.

"Red! It's time to get up!" Sunny called out from downstairs. "You don't want to be late for your first day of your new school." Red walks up before he yawns and stretches. He then gets out of bed and picks up Achilles.
"New home, new school, but probably in the same old oatmeal." Red told himself before he looked at Achilles. "But I have a feeling once Grandpa's shop opens up, we'll have plenty of fun. Right Achilles?" He then made his way downstairs, to where his mother is cooking breakfast and an old stallion with a small green mustache, goggles on his head with a grey mane, his coat is a greenish red color, and his eyes are blue.
"Morning, sport." The old stallion said to Red. "Are you excited about the new school?"
"A little, but this place don't have bladers. Back in Japony, there was plenty of them." Red said as he sat down. "Why did we have to move?"
"It's for your grandfather's business as a Beytrainer." Sunny told him as she placed some pancakes on the table. "With a new princess of Equestria in charge, she wants to bring the rest of the world in complete harming. Now eat up and get ready for school, it is your first day." Red smiled before he started to eat breakfast. After he was done, he grabbed a red and yellow coat with a Beyblade symbol on the back and put it on before he picked up a saddle bag.
He made his way through a shop filled with Beyblades and other parts for beys. Once he made out of the building with a sign that says "Spiral Tool's Beyblade shop", he made his way through the town of Ponyville. Friendly ponies around every corner as he made his way to his new school, School of Friendship next to the Castle of Friendship. Once he made it, he went through the door and was greeted by a light purple unicorn mare with a dark purple mane with bright blue streaks in it, purple blue eyes. "Hello, you must be Red Spark." The unicorn said. "I'm the Headmare, Starlight Glimmer."
"Nice to meet you." Red said with a bow. "So this is the famous School of Friendship I heard about?"
"That's right, and I have some creatures to show you around." Starlight said as she pointed to six creatures who we're talking amongst each other. A yak, a blue griffin, a light pink hippogriff, a very light blue changeling, an orange dragon, and a light green earth pony. "Red, I would like you to meet Gallus, Silverstream, Yona, Smolder, Ocellus, and Sandbar. They'll be showing you around."
"Cool." Red said as he went over to them. "Nice to meet all of you."
"Same." Gallus said as he hold out his claw and Red extended his hoof to shank it.
"It's really nice to have you here." Ocellus said. "Are you really from Japony?"
"Yup. The place has a bunch of modern tech that you would not believe." Red said.
"You can tell us all about it, while we show you around." Smolder told him before they started the tour on the Friendship School. They showed the sleeping quarters, each classroom from loyalty to honesty, to kindness to generosity, to laughter and magic. As they showed Red around the place, he told them about his old home and how are there technological advancements there. The young six even told him about everything that has happened at the school like a pegasus filly named Cozy Glow and how she almost got rid of all the magic in Equestria. But the six of them had put a stop to our plans and saved the magic. Then there was the time she, Tirek, and Chrysalis almost destroyed the harmony in Equestria. But Princess Twilight, her friends, themselves, the Pillars, and every creature in Equestria came together and stop them.
"That's amazing!" Red said with stars in his eyes.
"Thanks dude." Sandbar said. "It wasn't for all our friendship and the harmony we all share, we all would have been goners."
"Now for our last stop of the tour, the library." Sliverstream told him as they entered the school's Library.
"Red pony will do most studies in library with friends." Yona told Red. Red took a look around the place before I noticed a trapdoor nearby a window.
"If you're wondering where that goes, Cozy Glow use that place to suck up all the magic." Smolder told him.
"Okay, do you guys now use it like a hangout or something?" Red asked.
"Well we used it one time as an emergency escape." Gallus told him. "But that's just about it."
"Come on, will show you to your dorm room." Ocellus told as they turned to leave. Before he left, Red took one last look at the trapdoor and got a little idea.
Night falls and everyone in the Friendship School was fast asleep. Smolder, however was up getting a drink of water. As she was walking back to her room with a cup, she heard a noise coming from the library. It was a noise she didn't recognize at all. She walked into the library and followed the noise, only to find it was coming from under the school from the trapdoor. She quickly ran back to the dorms and got her friends. "I'm telling you, it sounds weird. Like metal clashing against something." She told them as they snuck their way into the library.
"But what could it be and why would it be during so late at night?" Gallus asked.
"Guess there's only one way to find out." Sandbar said as they made their way down the trapdoor and follow the sound. The sounds kept getting louder the deeper they went before they heard some grunts with the clashes.
"Is someone else down here?" Ocellus asked when they heard the grunts. They soon reach the same large opening the Cozy Glow used to suck up the magic in Equestria, only to see a large round stadium with the center of it being curved down. They then saw Red, standing on his back hooves and panting as he was working hard on something. In his front hooves are somethings they never seen before. In his left hoof is a grip with what looked to be a red launcher with a ripcord. And the other look to be a round red spinning top with no small handle to spin it and would look to be a gladiator on the front of it.
"Did red pony brought that down here?" Yona asked when they saw those items.
"And what's that thing in his right hoof?" Ocellus asked.
"Okay Achilles, let's go again." Red said, like he was talking to himself, which confused the young six. He fun his right hoof around before bringing the launcher up and placing the spinning top in it. "3..." He twist the spinning top to lock it in a place. "2..." He then aim the launcher at the stadium. "1..." He then grabbed hold of the ripcord. "Let it, rip!" He shouted as he pulled the ripcord and the spinning top was launched into the stadium. The Young Six watched as the spinning top was spinning so fast as it went around the stadium and hit the walls of it. "Oh yeah! Keep going Achilles!"
"Whoa, I never seen something like that before." Sandbar said as they watched an amazement.
"I...I can't take my eyes off it." Smolder said as she watched the spinning top go faster as it spun.
"Yona, likes what Yona sees."
"So amazing." Gallus said in aw.
"That looks so incredible." Sliverstream said.
"But, what is it?" Ocellus asked as the spinning top continued.
"Come on Achilles, let's go!" Red shouted as the spinning top continue to hit the walls of the stadium before hit the wall one last time and was sent flying out of the stadium. Red watched as it flew out and straight towards Ocellus. She saw it coming at her, so she caught it with her magic before it could hit her. "Achilles!" Red called out as he ran over to the Young Six. "Hey, what guys doing down here?"
"We were about to ask you the same thing." Gallus told him. "What are you doing down here?"
"What's with that stadium?" Sandbar asked as he pointed to it.
"And what is this?" Ocellus asked as she hold out the spinning top.
"That's my Beyblade, Z Achilles." Red told them as he took it back. "And I brought that Bey Stadium down here to get some practice in."
"What's Beyblade?" Smolder asked with her arms around her head.
""What's Be- What's Beyblade?!" It's the most amazing sports back in Japony!" Red shouted. "It's so amazing, that I don't have the words to describe it! But my grandfather does! He can tell you all about them!"
"You're grandfather?" Sliverstream asked.
"I can introduce you all to him tomorrow after school!" Red told them.
"Well, okay but we need to get back to bed." Ocellus suggested. "That means you too. You don't wanted doze off in your first day of school." They all nodded in agreement before heading back to their dorm rooms. As Smolder laid in her bed, you couldn't help but think about Red's Beyblade and how she couldn't take her eyes off it. She then closed her eyes drifted off to sleep.
A mighty roar woke up Smolder and she found herself floating in a strange Place filled with orange clouds as flames are all around her. "Where am I? She asked before something zipped past her. It was moving so fast, she could barely see it. But by the way it was moving, it looked like a Beyblade. She squinted her eyes to get a better look and she could see the bey was bright orange with what looked to be yellow dragon claws etched on the signs with a red dragon face on the front. The metal disk is a B-189 and its spin driver is a red reboot driver.
She watched as it was spinning around her before it went into the clouds. The second it went in, a orange dragon with a very long body emerged from the clouds and looked at her. At first, Smolder was scared of this dragon before it felt like it wasn't going to hurt her. Then she heard a voice coming from the dragon itself.

Smolder wakes up in her bed after having that bizarre dream. But it felt so real and everything. Throughout the day, both Red and the young six have been going to classes but smolder couldn't get her mind off her dream and that Beyblade she saw in it. She even drew the Beyblade she saw in her dream in her notebook. Red saw the drawing and had a feeling that Beyblade has her full attention. One school was out, Red was leading his new friends to his grandfather's shop. "So, are you sure that your gramps will tell us about this Beyblade?" Gallus asked Red.
"Totally, my grandpa is like an expert in Beyblade." Red told them as they reached their destination. "Welcome to Spiral Tool's Beyblade shop!"
"Oh, so this is the new shop I heard about." Sandbar said before Sunny came out.
"Red, who are all these?" Sunny asked.
"Hey mom, these are my new friends." Red told her before he began to introduce them. "This is Gallus, that's Yona, over there is Ocellus and Sliverstream, he's Sandbar, and she's Smolder. I brought them here so grandpa could teach him about Beyblade."
"It's true, we saw him practicing under the school." Ocellus told Sunny.
"Oh, so that's where one of our stadiums went." Sunny said as she looked Red who was looking away with a nervous smile. "Well your grandfather is inside, working on some things."
"Thanks mom. Come on guys!" Red said as he went inside. The Young Six joined in and they saw rows and rows of cabinets filled with many different Beyblades, metal discs, and many different spin drivers. Not only were there Beyblades and parts for Beyblades, but they're also some launchers as well. Smolder then saw the mental disk and the spin driver she saw in her dream.
"Wow! There's so many!" Silverstream said with excitement.
"This part is the store where you can fine Beyblades, the parts for it, and a launcher." Red told them. The top part is where me, my mom, and my grandfather live. The basement is my grandfather's workshop. So you see, he's a beytrainer. They're sort of like doctors for Beyblades."
"You got that right sonny." Spiral said as he was walking up some steps. "Oh, one day at school and already you made new friends."
"Nice to meet you Mr. Tool." Ocellus said with a smile.
"Oh please, call me Spiral." He insisted. "Now why did you bring them here, Red? You know we're not ready to open yet."
"I know but, I wanted to show them what Beyblade is about." Red explained. "They saw me practicing under the school last night with Achilles. And I told them that you would explain to them what Beyblade is all about. Smolder here is already taking interest in it." He said before he quickly went into our bag and pulled out her notebook.
"Yeah, don't go through my stuff!" Smolder told Red as he was flipping through the pages of her notebook until he found what he was looking for in it.
"See," Red said as he showed Spiral the drawing she made. "She made it during class. I never seen a Beyblade design like this."
"It was from a dream I had last night." Smolder explained. "And I didn't mean to draw it. I just couldn't get out of my mind." Both Red and Spiral looked at each other and nodded.
"Well then, why don't we make that dream a reality?" Spiral suggested surprising the others but Red.
"Wait a minute, are you saying you can make a Beyblade?" Gallus asked.
"Why not? And it's not just me who's going to make it, it's also going to be her." Spiral told them as he looked at Smolder. "Come with me." They followed him downstairs to the basement where there are a few tools and a bunch of metal for creating Beyblades. "Now, why don't we get a few pics of your design." He took a tablet that was sitting on a table and took a few pictures of Smolder's design. He then walked over to a computer and uploaded the pictures he took.
"Are these things from Japony too?" Ocellus asked as she was looking at the tablet Spiral used.
"Yup, we brought some of our stuff with us." Red told them.
"Yona never seen things like these before." Yona said.
"Hey, Smolder was it?" Spiral called out. "Come over here." Smolder walked over to and saw some things on the computer. "Which type do you want your Beyblade to be?"
"Type?"
"Yup. You see there are four types of Beyblades in the world." Spiral explained. "Attack type Beyblades focus on attack strength of course. Defense type Beyblades have powerful defense. Stamina can spin for a long period of time. And finally there's balance type Beyblades, they're able to have one of each type."
"Like my Achilles. He's got attack, defense, and stamina." Red bragged.
"Well, I guess I'll go with attack type?" Smolder said. Spiral smiled as he was typing some things in on the keyboard before a 3D rendering of the Beyblade was shown on the monitor. "That's it! That's the Beyblade I saw in my dream, only it was orange and the claws on it were yellow and the dragon head was red."
"Well then, let's get to work. And while we do, I'll tell you all about the history of Beyblade." Spiral said as they begin to work on the Beyblade. They started by gathering some metal and melted it down. Spiral then instructed her on hammering the metal to match the 3D rendering. As she beated and vented the metal with a hammer, Spiral explain to them how the first Beyblade was forged from a meteorite that fell thousands of years ago. Once she was done, Spiral place the metal face layer into a machine and started to 3D print the design onto it. Once it was done, he gave her goggles so that she can edged the rest design of the bey to create the claws and the dragon head. Smolder asked Red to get the metal disc and the red reboot driver she saw up in the store and told the reason why is because she saw that in her dream.
Smolder work hard on the bey and didn't take her eyes off. She felt something inside herself, like this was meant to happen after seeing Achilles. She's been noticed a bright light coming from the bey as she worked. She was then somehow transported to the same place she was in her dream, and right in front of her was the dragon from before. "You again." Smolder said before she heard the dragon spoke.

"What do you mean?" Smolder asked.
Simple, my flames can only be controlled by one who's heart is filled with both passion and courage.
Smolder had felt something inside as her eyes widened at those words. In a flash of light, she was back and her Beyblade was finished as it had the color pattern she described. It looked exactly like the one in her dream. "Whoa! That looks so cool!" Red shouted with gleam in his eyes. He then gives her the B-189 metal disc and the red reboot spin driver. Once she clicked all three together, it was exactly the bey she saw in her dream.
"That looks so awesome." Sandbar said when he and the others saw the bey.
"It's not finished yet." Spiral told them. "Now you need to give your Beyblade a name."
"A name, huh?" Smolder thought about it before she came up with the perfect name. "I'll call it, Blaze Draco."
"All right! Now let's give that bey a spin!" Red shouted as he holds out Achilles. "You're going to need to learn how to control that Beyblade, so I challenge you to a Beyblade battle!" As he smiled, there seem to be a spark in his eyes.
"I couldn't agree more." Spiral said with a nod. The all then went outside and brought out a Beyblade stadium out. Smolder was given an orange launcher before they came out. "Now, this is a one-on-one battle. Ring on finish and a survivor finish are worth one point. But a burst finish is worth two points. The first to hit two points is the winner."
"Get ready." Red told Smolder as he spun his right hook around. "Because I'm not holding back." He then ready to his launcher. Smolder locked her bey in her launcher and took a deep breath as she closed her eyes. She couldn't quite explain it, but she felt Draco use its tail to mover her arms around her somehow.
"Ready and set!" Spiral set as he jerked his hoof up.
"3..." Both Red and Smolder shouted as Red locked his bey into place and Smolder took a step. "2..." He then aim the launcher at the stadium as Smolder open her eyes. "1..." He then grabbed the ripcord as she brought her arms back around while she hold the ripcord on her launcher. "Let it, rip!" Red and smolder pulled the ripcords and launched their babbling into the stadium. Both beys landed in the stadium and spun around at top speed within it. The others watched as both Achilles and Draco are moving at top seed and circle each other before they clashed.
Both beys pushed each other back and hit the walls of the stadium before they kept going. "Don't give up, Achilles!" Red shouted as he swung his hoof around. Both beys then clashed again, and this time it caused some sparks to fly before they pushed each other back again.
"Look at them go!" Sliverstream shouted in amazement as they watched.
"Sparks are literally flying between them!" Yona shouted as she smashed the ground.
"This makes me want one of my own." Gallus said.
"Don't give in, Draco!" Smolder shouted as the reboot driver kicked in and Draco moved faster. It charged right at Achilles and knocked it into the wall. "Yeah!"
"Don't think it's that easy! Me and Achilles aren't giving up!" Red shouted before his body was covered in red energy as he roared. "Achilles!" He shouted as he resonated with his Beyblade. Achilles was then covered by the same energy as Achilles avatar appeared. Achilles then charge straight at Draco at full speed and knocked it into the air.
"What was that?!" Ocellus asked when they saw him resonate.
"I won't give in!" Smolder shouted as her body was covered in an orange energy well she roared. "Draco!" Both her and her Beyblade resonated as Draco's Avatar appeared as well. Her bey safely landed on the stadium before charging right at Achilles again. Both Bladers roared at each other as their beys were heading for a head-on collision. Both Beyblades clashed and spun against each other before both were sent flying out of the stadium. Red was shocked as Achilles flew out. Smolder was impressed by this before Draco burst just before Achilles landed on the ground. "W-What happened?"
"That's Z-Achilles with a burst finish. Red is the winner." Spiral declared.
"What was that energy we saw come off of them?" Ocellus asked.
"The two resonated with their Beyblades." Spiral answered. "Think of it as a symbol of their bond." He told them as Smolder picked Draco and put it back together.
"Let's go again." Smolder told Red. "I want to try again and battle you." Red looked at her before giving a smile.
"All right, let's go." Red said as they both ready their beys.
"They're going again?" Gallus asked.
"That's the thing about Beyblade, it's just something that's so fun you just want to keep going over and over again." Spiral said. Sunny, Starlight, Trixie, and Sunburst was watching them from the start from a distance.
"That really interesting to watch." Sunburst said as he pushed his glasses back.
"It was incredible to watch." Trixie said.
"That's Red. He has always loved Beyblade since he was young, and he always loved doing it with others." Sunny said with a bright smile.
"I have a feeling that this the start of a great journey for those seven." Starlight said. Both Red and Smolder launched their beys into the stadium and begin to battle again. This is only the start of a great journey ahead.

A few weeks since Red showed the Young Six Beyblade and things have never been more fun. The moment his grandfather's shop opened, many fillies and colts bought their own beys and was having so much fun. Red challenge some of them to a Beyblade battle and won them. He would do most of his battles with Smolder and her bey, Blaze Draco. She would win some, he would win others, and they will end up tying. The train had stopped at the Ponyville train station as some ponies were getting off the train. One of these ponies is a bright blue colt with a dark blue mane with red streaks. His cuitrmark is a bey surrounded by blue Lightning and in his hoof is a blue Beyblade.
"This is our stop!" The colt shouted when he jumped off the train. "Let's see if there's any strong opponents here, Valtrek."

The colt smiled bright as he made his way into town and ready to battle.
At the School of Friendship, Red had transformed the large area under the school into his and his new friends personal training ground with Beyblade posters, some training equipment, and still has the Beyblade stadium. After class, the group goes down there to get some practice in. It's mostly just Red and Smolder doing the practicing. Sometimes Yona, Gallus, Sandbar, and Sliverstream would practice. Ocellus was more interested on the tablet and the Beyblade information it has.
Right now, Red and Smolder are battling as Gallus was making Beyblade drawings in a notebook. When he's done with the drawing, he would mark it with an x before make another. "Hey Gallus, what are you doing?" Sliverstream asked.
"I'm trying to come up with the design for my own Beyblade." Gallus answer her. "The only problem is I have no idea what to design it! I don't know whether to make it a attack type, defense type, stamina, or balance!"
"I'm sure you'll find a way to make it." Sliverstream said as she padded his back.
"If you need some help, check out these." Ocellus told him as she showed a few beys on the tablet.
"Let's go, Draco!" Smolder shouted as her bey clashed with Achilles. Achilles pushed Draco back and it bounced off the walls of the stadium. The reboot kicked in and Draco unleashed a flurry of attacks on Achilles.
"Hang in there, Achilles!" Red called out as the two beys clashed. Soon both beys were sent flying out of the stadium and ending their battle in a tie. "We tied again?"
"That's five in a row." Sandbar said. "By the way Red, who's that staillon?" He asked as he pointed at a poster of Zephyr Wing.
"That's Zephyr Wing!" Red shouted with glee after he picked up Achilles. "He's my Beyblade idle. He tought me about a blader spirit and everything! He's my homeland's Beyblade champion!"
"Red pony is big fan of champion pony." Yona said.
"You bet I am! And one day, I'm going to challenge Zephyr and become the new Beyblade champion!" Red declared. "So, let's go again!"
"Alright." Smolder said as she ready her bey.
In the park, Snip and Snails are at a bey stadium as they were Beyblade battling with their beys. "Let's go!" Snip called out.
"Go, go, go!" Snalis shouted before both their beys knocked each other out of the stadium. "Aw, again? Why can't we get that cool glow like that Red guy and Smolder can?"
"I don't know. We try like five times and we still can't do it like them." Snip said as he picked up his bey.
"Hey, I'm if I join in?" They turned to see the colt that arrived on the train. "I saw you guys battling and I want to join."
"You have a Beyblade too?" Snalis asked.
"Yup, my name is Bolt Light and this is my partner, Wonder Valtryek." Bolt introduced himself as he showed off his Beyblade.
"Looks so cool!" Snip said. "I will take you on!" Both him and Bolt stood on opposite sides of the Beyblade stadium as they got their launchers ready.
"Get ready, because I'm about to go all the way!" Bolt told Snip as he ready his bey.
"Ready and set!" Snails called out.
"3..." Both Snip and Bolt shouted as Bolt jumped back after locking his bey in place. "2..." He then grabbed the ripcord on his launcher and he leaped forward. "1..." He slide on the ground before he aimed his launcher at the stadium. "Let it, rip!" They both pulled the ripcords and launched their Beyblades into the stadium. Valtryek went a full speed as it clashed into Snip's bey and bursted in one hit. Both Snip and Snails were shocked and surprised to see Bolt's bey was able to beat him in one shot.
"Wow! You're strong!" Snails told Bolt.
"That's me and my partner for you!" Bolt said as he picked up his bey.
"Maybe he's stronger than Red." Snip said as he put his bey back together.
"Who's Red?" Bolt asked before Snip and Snails start explaining about red and how he and his Beyblade partner Z-Achilles is so strong. "Now I really want to meet this guy! Where can I find him?"
"Let's go, Achilles!" Red called out as he and Sandbar are battling. Achilles charged at Sandbar's bey and burst it. "Alright!" He picked up his bey. "We are on a roll, Achilles!"
"That's another win for you. How did you get so strong anyway?" Sandbar asked.
"It take a lot of heart to be strong. Because of Beyblade attacks you here!" Red told him as he pointed to his heart. "That's what Zephyr told me."
"How does that make any sense?" Smolder asked.
"How does Beyblade attack a heart?" Yona asked.
"I can show you all what I mean tonight and show you something very special." Red told them before Trixie came in.
"Hey Red, there's a colt here that's looking for you." Trixie told him. "He said he wants to battle you." Red was confused by this but soon all seven of them followed Trixie to the headmare's office where Bolt was sitting in a chair in front of Starlight's desk.
"So, you're Bolt?" Red asked when he saw him.
"Yup, and you must be Red Spark I heard about." Bolt said as he stood up.
"He just walked in and said he wants to battle you. He's also a new transfer student." Starlight explained.
"Nice to meet you Bolt." Sliverstream said as she went up to him.
"So if you want to battle me and Achilles, you must be pretty strong." Red said as he pulled out Achilles.
"So that's Z-Achilles?" Bolt said before he pulled out Valtryek. "This is my bey, Wonder Valtryek."
"Cool bey." Sandbar said when saw Valtryek. They soon went to the Courtyard where Beyblade stadium was being kept and both Red and Bolt were standing on opposite sides of it. "I will act as the referee. Please inspect each other's beys." Red and Bolt hand over each other's beys and looked them over.
"So this is Achilles?" Bolt thought as he looked over the bey. "It has four blades; two swords, and two shields. Looks pretty tough, but nothing me and Valtryek can't handle."
"Wonder Valtryek." Red thought as he checked out Bolt's bey. "It has three swords, and a Volcanic driver. Best guess, it's an attack type Beyblade like Blaze Draco. I better be careful." They gave each other back their Beyblades before reading their launchers.
"This should be good." Smolder said as she and the others watched from the sidelines.
"Read and set!" Snadbar said as he raised his hoof.
"3... 2... 1... Let it, rip!" Both Red and Bolt shouted as they launched their beys into the stadium. Both Achilles and Valtryek been around the stadium at full speed as they circled each other. They soon meet in the middle and clashed into each other before pushing each other back. Valtryek hit the wall and one of its blades pushed back and launched it forward faster.
"Whoa, what just happened?" Gallus asked when they what Valtryek did as Ocellus took out the tablet and looked up Wonder Valtryek.
"Hey, take a look at this." Ocellus told them as they showed them the data on Valtryek. "It looks its spin driver can wobble a bit for more attack power."
"Let's go, partner! Rush, rush, rush, Rush Launch!" Bolt shouted as he thrust his front hooves.
"Go Achilles! Z-Launch!" Red shouted as both beys we're unleashing a flurry of attacks at each other. Soon Valtryek's reboot kicked in and his attacks were stronger.
"Let's go, Valtryek!" Bolt shotted as he resonated with his bey. His Beyblade burst into energy as its avatar appeared. It looked to be a blue night with a long sword and riding a horse. Valtryek charged at Achilles at full speed. "Go, Wonder Flash Launch!" Bolt called as Valtryek hit Achilles and sent it flying out of the stadium.
"That's Valtryek without a ring out finish. Point standing, one to zero." Sandbar declared.
"I was hoping it would be a burst." Bolt said. "But I got to admit, you and Achilles are pretty strong."
"Thanks, you and Valtryek are strong too." Red said as he picked up his bey. "Looks like I need to come up with a different tactic. So that means..." He thought as he turned Achilles over and was doing something with its spin driver.
"Did he just raised Achilles' height?" Smolder thought as Red and Bolt got ready for the second battle.
"3... 2... 1... Let it, rip!" They launched their Beyblades into the stadium again. Achilles has managed to take the center as Valtriek are delivering a attacks from every directions. Bolt had noticed that Achilles was a bit higher and his attacks weren't doing as much damage.
"What's going on?" Bolt asked as Achilles was able to hold its own.
"Hey look at this about Achilles." Ocellus told the others as she showed them the data on Achilles. "It looks like Red can raise and lower Achilles' height so he can attack from different angle."
Valtryek was able to push Achilles out of the center when the reboot kicked in. "Ah! Achilles!" Red shouted as he resonated with his bey and Achilles's avatar appeared. Achilles then charged at Valtryek at full speed as its two blades on its sides glowed. "Give them your Z-Whip!" Achilles then clashed with Valtryek before knocking it out of the stadium.
"That's Z-Achilles with a ring out finish. Point standings one to one." Sandbar declared. "You both just even out the score."
"Well, I'm about to take the next round." Bolt said as he picked up his bey and ready for the battle, along with Red.
"Let it, rip!" They launched their Beyblades into the stadium again. After they circled each other a few times they soon clashed in the middle and burst.
"Simultaneous burst finish! It's a draw!" Sandbar declared.
"Let's go again!" Both Red and Bolt shouted as they go again, only for both of them ending in a burst. They went again for another burst on both. When again for another double burst. And again, and again, and again.
"Round...uh, round..." Sandbar said as he lost count of the rounds.
"It's round 15." Gallus told him. "Let me take over."
"Hope you're not backing out now..." Bolt told Red.
"Are you kidding? I'm just getting started..." Red told Bolt as they got ready for the next battle. For hours, the two of them kept on battling and ending up in ties. It wasn't up until it was sunset that the two looked exhausted.
"Get...ready..." Bolt said as he panted. "The next round is...105..."
"I'm ready...when you are..." Red told him.
"Those two are really going at it." Smolder said.
"3... 2... 1... Let it, rip." The both said as gave both the rip cords a poor pull only for their Beyblades to fall out. They trying to catch them as they stumbled down and fell to the ground. The two of them were both panting as they were both out of breath and exhausted as they lay on the ground.
"I got hand it to you..." Red spoke. "No pony has... ever giving me a challenge like this before..."
"I was going to tell you the same thing." Bolt told him as he tried to stand up, but he was completely energy that he fell back down.
"I think it's safe to say that you both need some rest and to call this a draw for now." Ocellus told them.
"Yona will go get them some water." Yona said as she went to do just that.
After a quick rest, it became nightfall and Red went to his dorm room only to find Bolt in it. "Bolt, what are doing here?!" He asked.
"What's it look like? I'm your new roomie!" Bolt answered him. "I didn't you were a fan of Zephyr too."
"Yeah, I am." Red said before he shook his head. "Wait a minute, I didn't agree to a roommate!"
"Tough luck, looks like you're stuck with me." Bolt told him as he laid back in his bed.
"Ah! This is so not cool!" Red shouted. Smolder can hear him shout from her room but didn't let her bother her. She has a feeling with two Beybladers here, things are going to get more interesting.

Fundamentals! Blaze Draco versus Emperor Fourneous!
"Let it, rip!" Both Smolder and Bolt shouted as they launched their beys into the stadium. Both Valtryek and Draco spun around the stadium as they circled each other before they collided in the middle. Sparks fly when they collided before they pushed each other back and hit the walls of the stadium. The reboot kicked in on Draco and charged at Valtryek at full speed as it zigzag.
"Let's go, Draco!" Smolder shouted as her bey clashed with Valtryek.
"Don't give in, Valtryek!" Bolt cried out as his bey pushed back and the two resonated together. "Wonder Valtryek Whip!" He called out Veltriak's special move as it struck Draco and burst it.
"Ah man!" Smolder complained. "I almost had you!" She picked up her bey and put it back together.
"You just need more practice is all." Bolt told her. "You still just a beginner, but a good practice will help you get stronger."
"I know that." Smolder told him. "By the way, where's Red? I thought he was going to practice." They soon found Red carring a large tire wheel on his back doing laps around a field near the school. He then used his front hooves and continue his training. "Wow, that some training."
"I know, right?" Bolt asked before he saw Spiral there with a stopwatch.
"Let's go again!"
"All right, Red." Spiral spoke. "It's time for some push-ups with just your right hoof."
"You got it, grandpa!" Red shouted as he did what he was told.
"Wow, he's really going to do that?" Smolder asked before she looked at her bey. "I have a feeling I have a long way to go before I get to their level." The train travel along the train tracks with one of the passengers being a Blader. A hippogriff with teal feathers, ocean blue eyes, and navy blue for the mane, hooves, claws, beak, and accents. In his claw is a defense type Beyblade, Emperor Fourneous.

Back at school, Smolder were doing some push-ups with both Red and Bolt with training as they were pulling some ropes tied to a tree. "54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, and 60!" Spiral called before all three stopped. "Good work out! Tomorrow we go for 100 rips!"
"100?!" Smolder shouted before she fell on her back. "I didn't think being a Blader would be this hard!"
"If we want to be the best, then we got a train like the best!" Red told her before he looked at his bey. "Isn't that right, Achilles?"
"But you both have been Bladers for like years." Smolder told him.
"But you and Draco have a special bond like us and our beys." Bolt told her. "You just need to understand the fundamentals of Beyblade and you'll be a pro no time." Smolder decided to take a stroll around town as she was thinking about what they told her.
"The fundamentals?" Smolder asked as she hold her beyblade up. "What kind of fundamentals are there in Beyblade? I could use your help here, Draco."
"Hey you!" A voice called out to her. When she turned to a hippogriff with a determined look on his face. "I see you got a Beyblade. Is it an attack type?"
"Yeah, and who are you?" Smolder asked when she turned to him.
"My name is Sea Shard." He introduced himself before he hold up his Beyblade. "And this is my partner, Emperor Fourneous."
"That's a nice looking bey." Smolder complimented. "Are you challenging me to a battle?"
"Not right now." Sea said as he put his bey away and turned his back to her. "I will once you have your things straight."
"What was that?!" Smolder shouted.
"You obviously don't have your fundamentals down." Sea told her before he started to walk away. "When you have things straight, then we can battle." As he walked away, Smolder's face was turning red with anger.
"FUNDAMENTALS?!?!?!" Smolder shouted at the top of her lungs with so much frustration.
The following day after school, Smolder was already doing some hardcore training as she was jogging around the school grounds, doing handstands while jogging, and instead of doing 100 push-ups, she did 200. "Is she doing okay?" Ocellus asked as they watched Smolder pushing herself.
"Something tells me that something or someone really got her blood boiling." Red guess.
"Maybe if she's doing this much training." Bolt said before he looked at the others. "Plus in class, I overheard her grumble fundamentals over and over again. Maybe she's trying to get them down." They later went down to the stadium under the school and both her and Red were battling.
"Go Achilles!" Red called out as his bey clashed with Draco. Draco's reboot kicks in and went to full speed.
"Blaze through Draco!" Smolder shouted as her bey zip around Achilles and attack at every angle. Soon Draco knocked Achilles out of the stadium and Red was a little surprised by it.
"Looks like you're getting stronger. I told you that special training would help." Red told her as he picked up his bey.
"Let's go again!" Smolder demanded. "I need to get these fundamentals down and I will show Sea Shard!"
"Sea Shard?" Red asked. "Is this guy the reason why you're acting like this?"
"You bet it is!" Smolder shouted. "He thinks he is so cool just because I don't have the fundamentals down!"
"Well, it looks like you see him as your rival." Red told her. "A rival can keep you up your game and everything."
"Well right now, he's making my blood boiling like crazy!" Smolder shouted.
"Well then, let's keep going." Red said as he readied his launcher. "If you really want to show that guy you got it down, then we keep on practicing." Smolder smiled as she ready her launcher.
The next day, Sea was taking a walk through the park till Smolder and Red stood infront a couple feet away. "Oh, it's you." He spoke. "Who's your friend?"
"The name is Red, and my friend here is ready to battle." He answered.
"That's right!" Smolder shouted as hold out her bey. "And I won't take no for an answer!"
"Fine, I will take you on." Sea said as he took out his bey. "Get ready to be taken down by Fourneous." They soon went over to the park's Beyblade stadium and both him and Smolder got ready.
"I guess I will be the referee for this." Red said as he stood between them. "Ready and set!"
"3..." Both Sea and Smolder shouted as Sea locked his bey in place. "2..." He then brought his arms back with his launcher. "1!" He then stepped forward. "Let it, rip!" They shouted as he swing his arms around and when his launcher was aim to the stadium, he launched his bey into it as Smolder launched her bey. Both their Beyblades landed in the stadium and circled each other before his face made it to the center.
"I'm going to show you I've know the fundamentals!" Smolder shouted as her bey charged at Fourneous. But when they clashed, Fourneous pushed Draco back with ease. "Wait, what?!"
"Emperor Fourneous is a defense type bey and the strongest defense ever!" Sea explained it to her. "There's no way you'll be able to break through." Draco continue to clash against Fourneous but unable to push it out of the center. When Draco's reboot kicked in, it was able to push Fourneous out of the center before Sea resonated with Fourneous. "Fournious!" a burst of energy came off of his bey as its avatar appeared. It was a shark with black armor on. "Go, Emperor Drift!" His bey zigzag until it clashed with Draco and knocked it out of the ring.
"That's Emperor Fourneous with a ring out finish!" Red declared. "Point standing one to zero!" Smolder picked up her bey before she glared at Sea.
"I thought you were going to show me you got the fundamentals down." Sea said.
"That was only the first round and you need two points to win!" Smolder told him. "Now get ready, because I'm winning the next round one with a burst!" Both of them ready their launchers for the round.
"Second round!" Red called out. "Ready and set!"
"3... 2... 1! Let it, rip!" The two shouted as they launched their beys into the stadium and like before, Fourneous took the center as Draco circled around the stadium. Draco then charged at Fourneous at top speed.
"Emperor Guard!" Sea called out as his bey eye glowed and a wall stood tall. It barely budged an inch as Draco clashed into it over and over again. After another hit, Fourneous pushed Draco into the air and it looked like it was about to go out.
"I won't lose that easy!" Smolder shouted before she and her bey resonated together. "Draco!" She called out as her beys Avatar appeared before it landed in the stadium just when the reboot kicked in and charged straight at Fourneous. "Go! Blaze Claw Slash!" She called out a move as she slashed her claws. The claws on Draco glowed as was spinning. Once it clashed with Fourneous, it broke through its defense and send it flying out of the stadium before it burst. Sea was shocked to see his bey had burst before Red spoke up.
"That's Blaze Draco with a burst finish! Smolder wins!" He declared before he holds up his hoof for a hoof and claw bump with Smolder for the win. "Nice job!"
"I'll say!" Smolder said before she looked at Sea who picked up his bey and put back together. She then walked over to him and offered a shake. "Good battle. If you're up for another, I'm always down for it." Sea looked at her before he smirked and took her claw to shake.
"Sure. You seem to have all the fundamentals down, so it might be fun to battle you again." Sea said before turned to leave. "See you around."
"Aw man." Red said as he put his hooves over his head. "I wanted to battle too."
"Who knows, maybe next we run into you'll get to." Smolder told him before they both chuckled.
