He stretched out his wings and used them like a cover around his body. Wild Rose could still feel the heat coming off of him as she opened her journal and flipped past a few pages. “Looking for something in particular.” Wild Rose lifted her green eyes to him she could feel her cheeks growing warm. “Is that a red hue I’m seeing, besides those alluring dark green eyes of yours?” Rogus said with a grin, he could see the redness in her cheeks darkening. Wild Rose giggled at him. “Thanks, Rogus.” She lowered her eyelids a little with her long lashes which cast a darker hue on her already dark green eyes. “So tell me, is that why you kissed my cheek earlier?” Rogus cleared his throat; and felt his heart skip a beat from the look in her eyes. I just wanted to, that’s the truth, Wild Rose. He thought to himself but said. “Am I in what you’re going to read to me?” Wild Rose smiled and used her unicorn magic to flip a few more pages in her journal. “If you wish, I will.” She was able to see what she’d been skipping over even though she was looking at him. The pages contained memories that haunted her that she wrote down so she could forget about them. Rogus had become a good distraction and one that she was enjoying. Glancing down at her journal she placed her hoof on the page. “Ah, here we are.” She ran her hoof along the paper while lifting her gaze back up to Rogus. “I’m having fun teasing you-” She let out a gasp as her jaw dropped. “I um…” She hadn’t been looking at her journal, those words just slipped out. “Same here…it’s why I kissed your cheek,” Rogus admitted hearing what she said. “Go ahead and read to me.” He added and extended a clawed hand and let it rest against her front leg. Wild Rose looked at his claw, the sharp edge of his nails was jet black and stood out from the brown dirt and blades of grass she was laying on. Her heart started to be a bit faster as she started to wonder how they felt running along her fur again. “You okay Wild Rose? Should I move my clawed hand away from you?” He asked flexing his fingers and scraping the tips of his claws into the dirt. Wild Rose took in a deep breath and let it out while she turned to her journal. “I found myself thinking and wondering…” She began. She didn’t say no…so… Rogus thought while he listened to Wild Rose’s soft-spoken voice while she read. The wheels in his mind were spinning with ideas. “What was it about this dragon that I find myself unable to stop thinking about as I’m writing in my journal.” She found herself smiling as she was reading and paid no mind to the heat she could feel on her cheeks. “It could be those dark blue eyes of his that remind me of water on a moonless night, so dark and mesmerizing...” Rogus could hear her voice lowering, with his dragon hearing it wasn’t hard for him to still hear her. His eyebrows lifted when he thought he saw a twitch on her flank. Thinking of something else while you read to me? “Have an itch? Mind if I scratch it for you?" Rogus asked and did his best to smile instead of grinning. He lifted one of his arms and flexed his clawed hand. The second she heard him say that Wild Rose could feel her mouth going dry. Her green eyes became fixed on these sharp claws. “If you…um…wouldn’t mind.” I was already wanting to claw on my fur again. Rogus stood up on all four and walked slowly around Wild Rose, taking in her soft pink fur, long flowing red tail, and mane. She was truly a sight to behold. Just as alluring the first time he’d seen her, now she was even more tempting. Standing behind her he sat down letting his long tail stretch out behind him. Wild Rose’s gaze never wavered, she could feel the anticipation from the feeling of his claws, and her heart was beating a bit faster. Rogus leaned back on his rump and lifted both of his arms above her. His blue eyes locked on hers. He let a smile slowly curve his lips. His gaze moved to her flank where he’d noticed the muscles twitching. Lowing his claws he let them hoover just above her fur. Wild Rose waited for the feeling of his claws running through her fur, grazing her skin beneath, yet he just held them tantalizingly close, he looked frozen. With a smile and look in his eyes that sent another shudder through her body. Is he hesitating or is he teasing me? “You could read to me if you think you can keep your concentration on your journal.” Wild Rose heard the now deeper tone of his voice as it reached her ears, both of the twitched a bit. She smiled at him and flicked her tail letting it sway a bit and watched the look in Rogus's eyes change as her tail grazed the side of his legs. When she stopped the look in his eyes returned to normal. “Can you stay in focus too?” She asked knowing full well that just the touch of her tail made him space out for a second. Rogus laughed a bit at that. “You have a point. I still remember the first time I caught sight of you. Those eyes of yours wouldn’t let me go, nor did the look of your mane and tail being blown by the wind.” “I remember…Rogus…” She felt her breath catch in her throat as she said his name for longer than she’d wanted to when his claws grazed her soft pink fur. “I’m sorry what was that?” Rogus asked and found himself grinning at the sound of his name when he’d started to run his claws along her flank. He made sure not get to close to her tail. His claws danced in a rhythm along her upper back lifting them and down as he trailed down to her lower back. The feeling of her fur under his claws felt similar to his lips when he’d kissed her cheek. Wild Rose felt her body practically melting at his touch, the way he moved his claws and teased her fur and skin she found herself biting her lower lip. It wasn’t painful by any means; she knew that she didn’t want this first time to be her last time feeling this sensation. While he was using his claws, his blue eyes didn’t move from her body. He was being careful where his feet went and how long they stayed in one particular area. A time or two he felt her tail flick and her mane graze the side of his legs. He chalked it up to a reflex. Pausing he lifted his head to find that Wild Rose had laid her head down on her front hooves that she’d stretched out. He smiled and took in a deep breath; the scent of roses filled his lungs. “Should I keep going?” Wild Rose opened her eyes when he said that. Her mouth opened in a yawn. She summoned her unicorn magic and flipped a page in her journal. “You can keep going while I see if I can read to you.”On the inside she was grinning, because of what she was about to read to him. This should be interesting. She couldn’t help but admit that she didn’t want this to be the last time he did this. You’re hooked Rose and you know it. She let out a snort at her inner voice while she cleared her throat. She nodded inwardly and started reading. “I had found myself thinking about those claws, claws of a powerful dragon. Running along my body through my mane and tail. The slight prick of their sharp tips grazing my skin. I pictured what it would be like…” While Wild Rose was reading Rogus happened to glance up at the journal and his eyes widened. A blank page? His jaw dropped, he placed his hands back down and flexed his claws as he used his palms and claws together to work her flank staying ever so close to her flank, just above her tail. He could tell that she was lost in the feeling he’d maneuvered his head, so he was just behind hers. Then he moved his head beside hers and noticed her eyes were closed. Having a long neck comes in handy. He thought as he took in a deep breath. “Enjoying those blank pages?” Wild Rose’s eyes shot open; she wasn’t prepared for his voice to be so close to her ears. She let out a gasp and turned her head and found herself staring into those dark blue eyes of his, the heat of his body felt like she was being held. Her gaze moved down, and she realized that if she moved…she was so close to his lips with her own. “Rogus…I um…I… Author's Note I had been listening to a song I found that always gets my fingers dancing on the keyboard: Just a Dream. I am going to, in the end, torture myself with this story! Teetering on the edge between SFW and NSFW. Yet IF I'm tortured...so too will be the reader!! So...it works... Rogus gets a kiss...plus...Rogus grinned at the expression, those green eyes were now like shards of pure emerald, so dark, yet he could see the look behind them. Her red cheeks were his first clue. He’d truly caught her off guard. “Yes?” He used a claw and ran it along the underside of her muzzle. The shudder he felt was his reward. With a mere tilt of his head forward, he could close the gap. Her emerald gaze hadn’t lifted from his lips as they started to close. It was the massage… He thought with a swallow, he removed his claw from her chin, and she opened her eyes. Wild Rose tilted her head to the side. “Why’d you stop?” She asked still feeling the heat of his body like a thick comforter around her. She shook out her mane letting it fall around her head. “I wanted the massage to relax you…we only talked this one time.” He said walking around and setting down in front of her. “You’d kissed my cheek.” She reminded him. I would have let him. She fought a shudder and tried to push the thought of his lips touching hers out of her mind. Seeing his control was something else she wasn’t expecting. She swished her tail around behind her and kept her front hooves crossed. “And I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it,” Rogus replied. “No, I don’t regret doing it.” “Could I um…would you let me return the kiss?” Rogus’s mouth opened slightly. “On the cheek Rogus.” She added with a grin, inside she was giggling, she wanted to see how he’d react. He didn’t say no. Rogus could feel his heart hammering in his chest, and the feeling of her fur on his lips returned to his mind again. He made the mistake of looking into her eyes. Those eyes of hers were still like pure emeralds. She’s going to wear you down; you know that right? His inner voice echoed. I’m not going to give in so easily. He thought back to his inner voice and hadn’t realized he’d nodded when he’d thought that. The next thing he knew was the sensation of fur pressing to the side of his scaly cheek. His jaw dropped open and he felt his head spinning. Wild Blaze hadn’t hesitated, the heat from his cheek felt like touching a warm bowl of soup with her hooves. Rogus felt his legs give out as he dropped to the ground taking Wild Rose down with him. Wild Rose’s front hooves wrapped around Rogus's neck with her mane fanning out around her. “Are you okay Rogus?” She asked giggling a bit at the goofy look on his face. Rogus lifted his head still feeling the tingling sensation on his cheek from the fur around her lips. He glanced down and noticed that the journal pages had been turned. Huh? He’d caught a single word from the pages that were side by side. A single word had been written across both pages. What does it mean? He thought. Wild Rose had noticed that Rogus wasn’t looking at her. Her gaze followed his eyes, and she found the journal and the word that was on the double pages. Images flashed in her mind upon seeing that one word. She watched his head tilt to the side and noticed that she was watching him. Rogus's eyes widened at being caught. “A gust of wind must have turned the pages or your mane…” “Rogus it’s okay. I left my journal open.” “What does Skyvaria mean?” Rogus couldn’t help his curiosity. Wild Rose smiled. “It’s a place.” Rogus tilted his head again at hearing this. “I’ve lived in Equestria all my life. I’ve never heard of Skyvaria.” “Well, it’s not on Equestria.” She replied knowing it wouldn’t answer where it was. “Then where is it?” Rogus asked. “Well…” She glanced down at her journal and then back to Rogus. “Where it is…it can’t be seen all the time.” Wild Rose watched the confusion on his face grow with her cryptic words. “Huh?” He scratched his head before repaying what had popped into his head. “So is it…invisible?” It sounded strange to say yet it made sense. Wild Rose nodded. “I know it sounds strange, but it’s true.” “Would you show me proof, I don’t know if you know that dragons are naturally curious.” “I could tell, it’s written all over that scaly face of yours.” Wild Rose said stretching out while swishing her tail back and forth. Letting out a yawn she laid down on the soft purple pillow. “I can only show you just before dawn.” She laid her head down on her pillow and swished her tail so it would wrap around her body creating a sort of cover. “I’m sorry, but my pillow is only big enough for me.” Rogus grinned and let out a little laugh. “What?” Wild Rose asked seeing the grin on his face. “What’s going through your head Rogus?” “Oh, I see a nice comfy pillow in front of me.” “Huh?” Wild Rose asked looking around and then back to him. “What are you getting at?” "You can be my soft pink fluffy pillow," Rogus said as he laid his head down on her back. Enjoying the feeling of her soft pink fur under his scaly chin and chest. The scent of roses filled his nose as he closed his eyes. "Soft and fluffy, am I?" Wild Rose replied. Rogus cracked an eye open. "Yes..." He slowly said when he noticed a light purple aura surrounding her unicorn horn. "What would you look like all fluffy?" Rogus lifted an eyebrow. "You wouldn't-" A flash of lavender light surrounded him, and he felt his body change from covered in scales to now being covered in a soft green fur on top and yellow fur on his underbelly. Rogus shook his head feeling the new fur move. That feels…good… "You look so cute." Wild Rose said as she ran her hoof along his chest. When his eyes opened, she grinned when she heard a rumbling sound from his chest. "Should I undo my spell-" Rogus shook his head and found himself melting at her touch and the feeling from his fur as she continued to use her hoof on his chest. "My big strong powerful dragon." Wild Rose said as she paused with a giggle from the look Rogus gave her. He’ll now be invisible when I take him to Skyvaria. She smiled at the thought. Rogus ran his claws through his new fur. The sensation felt so new, so strange. So…is this what she felt as my claws ran through her fur? The thought made him grin and it made him want to do that again. “Addicted now, are we?” Wild Rose asked placing a hoof on one of Rogus’s arms. She could still feel the incredible heat coming from him. Being cold at night could become a thing of the past. Her gaze moved to his wings, and she pictured them covering her like a warm blanket. “You’re so…warm.” “I am a dragon,” Rogus replied as he laid his head back down on her flank. “Wild Rose.” He said her name while running his chin back and forth through her fur and felt her hips quivering at what he was doing. Noticing where she was looking, he opened his wings and wrapped them around her body. “Were you curious?” He noticed a smile spreading across Wild Rose’s lips as he wiggled around a bit to get more comfortable under his wings. “Night, Wild Rose.” He said starching out his neck and laying across her backside. Taking in a deep breath he blew it out across her fur. Wild Rose’s head lifted and she glanced back at him and found his eyes closed. An idea popped into her head, and she reached out and kissed the tip of his nose. “Night Rogus.” She said while turning back and laying her head back down on her pillow. Rogus felt his heart skip a few beats; he’d fought his body to not lift his head at the second her lips touched his nose. He let out a long sigh and felt sleep pulling him deeper and deeper into oblivion. Author's Note I have so much fun with these two, they're my favorite of my OC that I've drawn. IF the image works that's the pair I drew using my IBIS Paint program on my phone! It's what's going to happen in the next chapter! Rose scent, dreams, and waterAuthor's Note I am having so much fun writing this "safer" story that I will see how long I can keep it SFW. This means I'm going to torture these two a lot! There's nothing wrong with a little kiss...right? RIGHT?! Rose scent, dreams, and water Wild Rose felt the heat of Rogus's body that was trapped with his wings that partly covered her body leaving just her head showing. A smile had spread on her lips; she’d cracked an eye open while the moon had risen high into the night sky. Rogus had his head right next to hers with a smile on his face. Are you dreaming Rogus? She thought and knew asking it out loud wouldn’t get a response from him. The fur that had replaced his scales moved with a gentle breeze that started to sweep through. Her eyes widened when she tried to adjust how she was laying when she felt something around her shoulders preventing her from moving. Turning her head slightly she found a set of claws dangling just above her front leg. Rogus stirred in his sleep and rolled over onto his side. The arm he’d been laying on found its way under Wild Rose’s stomach. A soft mummer escaped his throat. Wild Rose could feel Rogus pulling her closer as his claws came together. She’d managed to turn on her side to keep a cramp in her back leg from spoiling this. Stretching out her back left leg she managed to make the cramp stop. Rogus lifted his long neck and laid it across her shoulder. “Mmm…fluffy…pillow.” His mouth was right next to her ear and the deep sound of his voice made her ear vibrate. She held back a shudder at the feeling. I’m not a fluffy pillow Rogus. She wanted to say it out loud, but she let out a little gasp when a thought crossed her mind. He’s dreaming about me. I might just have some fun with this. The thought made her lip curl a bit. Rogus's back leg started to twitch coming in contact with her flank. He started to scoot down slightly, putting his lower belly closer to her rump. “Rogus…” She blurted out when she felt his claw that had been over her shoulder start to run down her back. “Wake up…before-” “Hum…” His voice sounded a bit groggy lifting his head it took him a few seconds to realize that he wasn’t dreaming anymore. Glancing down he could feel where Wild Rose was at. “Wild Rose…I um…” Folding his wing to his side he got a better view and let out a breath. His back leg had come up and blocked anything from accidentally happening. “Dreaming of your fluffy pillow?” When she asked that Rogus could feel the heat of his dragon fire filling up his cheeks. Denying that he wasn’t was not an option. “I uh…” He managed to say. “I say you were dreaming of a bit more.” “I wasn…um…I wouldn’t try….to…” Wild Rose couldn’t help but start to giggle at how red he was turning. “Nothing happened Rogus, you were dreaming. It’s why I woke you up.” “You’re not going to let this go for a while, are you?” He asked and already knew what the answer would be. “Well…we could go for a moonlight swim, to close us both off.” Rogus managed to get up when what she said made his eyes widen. Us both off/ Her voice echoed in his mind. So…she would… He mentally slapped the thought out of his head. Don’t go there. We hardly know each other. Yes were close….very close friends…and we have a connection… The scent of roses pulled him from these thoughts as Wild Rose got back to her hooves. “Your scent is intoxicating-” He slapped a claw over his mouth when he realized he’d just blurted that out. My dream…the reason. “It’s why I keep to myself.” She said and said the next thing that came to mind. “Yet, you’re different.” Rogus tilted his head to the side. Besides the obvious what else was so different about him? “You’ve kept in control.” He puffed out his chest and said. “Dragons have strong wills.” Wild Rose stood right next to him. “Hum…” She said and ran her knows along the side of his neck. She felt his body tense up at the feeling his fur intensified. “Now you’re teasing me, Wild Rose,” Rogus said as she pulled back a bit. “Just showing you that you’ll hold back.” Rogus caught the look in her eyes, those green eyes of hers were a darker shade of green and a spark of fire could be seen burning behind them. “Let's go for that swim, it’ll do us both good.” Wild Rose said and reared up on her hind legs and shot off through the woods knowing full well that there was no chance that she’d be able to lose Rogus. Rogus opened his wings and found a clearing where he could jump and let the wind carry him up into the night sky. Using his dragon vision he could see the woods like it was daytime. His nose picked up on Wild Rose’s scent drawing him to where ever she was. She was one friend he wasn’t about to let get away from him. Flying over the forest for a bit he found a clearing where he could see Wild Rose running along the first floor. Hum…I wonder… Folding his wings he dove down towards Wild Rose, opening his wings again he used his powerful shoulder muscles to keep himself airborne. Wild Rose spotted Rogus out of the corner of her eye. She’d been using her unicorn horn like a light so she could run in the dark. He’s fast and strong. I’ve heard about the strength of dragons. Guess the rumors are more than that. “The pond is just ahead.” She said while keeping up her pace. Rogus nodded while keeping pace with her. A grin spread on one side of his face that was facing away for her. He glanced ahead and saw a log in the middle of the road. He timed his move perfectly and caught her in mid-air as she was just clearing the log. He’d caught her around her waist and in a swift motion, he had her on her back. With one of his arms near her neck and the other down by her flank. Wild Rose let out a gasp at the sudden sensation of being weightless for a few seconds than being held by strong warm arms. Her jaw dropped open when she realized that Rogus was climbing up into the sky. “Rogus…” She wrapped her front hooves around his neck but kept her eyes open as the forest below grew smaller. Rogus locked his wings and glided through the night sky; stars dotted the blanket of night above them. “Are you okay?” He asked feeling her hooves around his neck, knowing he could still speak, and breathe this was at least a good sign. “I should have asked-” “I’ve only dreamed of flying.” Wild Rose said with her lips right next to his ear. With the wind blowing she knew her rose aroma wouldn’t be a problem nor would it work underwater. He spotted the pond Wild Rose had mentioned and dove down and hovered just over the surface of the water. Turning to her he noticed that she was smiling. “You wouldn’t just drop me in the water, would you?” Wild Rose asked. Rogus shook his head as he continued to hover over the water. She noticed a grin and then his wings folded to the sides of his body. No fair, I was going to… Letting out a yelp he dropped like a rock into the water. The cool water washed over both of them as they went underwater. Rogus opened his wings and created a buoyance that brought them back up to the surface with him floating on his back. Wild Rose shook out her mane, tail, and body when she broke the surface of the water. Her red mane fell over her face, she took in a deep breath of air. She was glad that Rogus was large enough that she could lay down on top of him. Rogus moved his arms and legs moving them across the surface of the water. His blue eyes had stayed on her, he kept seeing her lips fighting the urge to curve into a smile. “Trying not to laugh?” Her dark green gaze lifted to him, and her red mane cast her eyes in a deeper shadow. Rogus could see her like it was daylight. Instead of saying anything, she just laid down on top of him. Her muzzle ran along his neck stopping every so often. She could feel his pulse under his fluffy fur speeding up and slowing down. A low rumble started in his chest as her nose came up to his cheek. She smiled at the feeling of her body vibrating from it. “Not exactly, I was going to do the same thing.” “Huh?” Rogus fought against the sensations racing through his body. His heartbeat echoed in his ears. “You were going to make us fall into the water?” He asked and then added not able to help his curiosity. “How?” She ran her hoof along his chest and up his neck just under his chin. Her reward was another feeling of his pulse racing again. This is becoming fun. She admitted to herself. Rogus felt his body shudder while he was still able to move along the water, yet he wasn’t able to see what was behind him. “I understand-” She placed her hoof over his lips. “That was only part of it, Rogus.” Rogus noticed that same look she’d had in her eyes after he’d woke up. His eyes widened when she started to lean closer. Wild Rose felt the heat of his body so close to her lips as her eyes started to close when a jolt made her slide off Rogus and into the water. She let out a gasp at the sudden feeling of being in the water again. Breaching the surface she used her hooves to paddle along the surface. Summoning her unicorn magic she spotted what had caused the abrupt stop. Rogus found that he’d run ashore, yet there was a significant drop-off where Wild Rose had slid in. “Um…everybody abandon ship?” Wilde Rose used her front hoof to splash water on his face. “Very cute Rogus.” “Okay, I surrender.” He held up his claws while keeping a grin on his lips. “I couldn’t exactly see where I was going, you know.” Wild Rose had tried to suppress a giggle from his playful acting. “Do with me as you want,” Rogus added and watched her jaw drop open the second she heard what he said. “Don’t tempt me, Rogus.” She took in a breath when she realized what she’d blurted out. Using her back legs she started to move away from the shoreline and back into deeper water. She held out her hooves for Rogus to grab them with his claws. “Come with me.” Rogus smiled and took hold of her hooves. With him floating on the water’s surface Wild Rose was able to pull him along without much effort. She used her back hooves to move through the water. He let his bottom half drop in the water and used his back legs in time with hers. Using his arms he pulled Wild Rose closer and moved his claws up to her shoulders. “What are you doing Rogus?” Wild Rose asked as his claws came up around the back of her neck. “You’ve been torturing me, I figured I’d do the same to you.” Rogues replied while rubbing the back of her neck in a circular motion with his claws. Wild Rose tried to keep her eyes open, but she found them slowly shutting at the sensation he was creating. Her imagination started to take over and show a mental image of what would happen next. “You truly are a beautiful unicorn Wild Rose.” Wild Rose smiled at the comment. “Thank you-” Her breath caught in her throat when she felt heat press against her lips and a familiar feeling from before of scales, she’d felt on her cheeks earlier. Yet the feeling was now coming from her lips. Her hooves had come up and wrapped around his shoulders. Pathway to Skyvaria and a growing connectionAuthor's Note I truly enjoy writing about the love these two show for each other, you can just see how they talk and interact with each other. It's crazy to think it's been over four months since I first drew Wild Rose and Rogus for the first time. They really have a life of their own. I'm working on the next part of this story. Pathway to Skyvaria and a growing connection Rogus felt his head spinning and the fire in his chest growing more intense as she kissed him back. He’d almost forgotten that he was moving around in the water. He’d stopped moving and felt his chin drop a bit to the water, taking in a breath he pulled back and opened his eyes. He started to move his back legs again while opening his wings to help him stay afloat. Wild Rose leaned her head forward and placed her forehead against his. Her eyes opened and found that her vision was blurred, blinking her sight cleared up. A smile curled her lips, and she took in a breath of warm air thanks to the heat coming off of Rogus's body. Rogus started to lean back and take Wild Rose with him, his lower half lifted and floated on top of the water. Wild Rose lay across his body water running off of her body, her mane and tail floated along the ripples that bobbed along with them. “You weren’t going to sink Rogus.” Wild Rose finally addressed the sudden tension she felt coming from Rogus that had caused him to break the kiss. Rogus ran his claws through her mane and let them wrap around her upper back near her shoulders. “I know, I was just lost in the moment.” “So was I.” Wild Rose replied with a grin. What have we started? We’ve just met…yet… She found her heart racing from her thoughts. “This is crazy-” “At our obvious connection?” Rogus asked and was granted with her grin turning into a wide smile with a twinkling in her eyes. “I’ll take that look as a yes.” Wild Rose happened to look over top Rogus's head and spot the beginning rays of the sun that were cresting the horizon. “Home…” Rogus tilted her head at the single word he heard her say. “What do you mean?” “The sunrise, it’s my way home.” Wild Rose replied to him and summoned her unicorn magic that cast her figure in a light purple hue. The next thing Rogus knew she’d vanished from atop him. He started to look around and find out where she’d teleported to. She could have easily vanished when I first scared her. He thought when she disappeared. His blue eyes came to rest on a familiar figure standing on the shore several feet away from where he was floating in the water. Her gaze was lifted to the sun as the yellowish hue of the horizon took on a more golden color. Rolling over onto his stomach he used his wings to lift himself off the water. Gliding over to Wild Rose he landed beside her. “Home how?” Now she’s speaking in riddles again like when I’d first brought up where she was from- “Rogus?” He blinked as if he’d been in a trance. “Yes?” The sound of her saying his name pulled him out of his thoughts. “Just watch, all will be explained.” Wild Rose replied when she’d got his attention. His gaze lifted to where she hadn’t taken her eyes off. The sun peaked over the horizon and started to rise between a set of rocks that were jutting out of the water they were standing in front of on the shoreline. Rogus watched in wonder as a large island started to appear above the rocks floating in the sky. “That’s Skyvaria.” Wild Rose said as a smile curved her lips. “Well, this explains why you said it can’t normally be seen,” Rogus commented. Wild Rose nodded. “We must hurry, the bridge created by the sunlight won’t stay long.” She started to trot up to where the bridge had connected to the shoreline that came from between the rocks and led up to the floating island. “Can’t we just fly up to the island?” Rogus asked spreading his large wings. “I wouldn’t know Rogus, as you can see, I don’t have wings.” “Oh, I know,” Rogus grinned. “I’ve gotten a good look.” His gaze wandered over her body from head to flank, and hoof to tail. Wild Rose snorted. “Very cute Rogus, let's give it a try.” She wasn’t going to object to being held by him again or feeling like she was flying again. Rogus smiled when Rogus reared up on her hind legs and allowed him to pick her up. This time she would be expecting this to happen. Her tail swirled around his legs as he lifted her off the ground. With this strength, she felt like a feather compared to her. Opening his wings he flapped them and started to lift off the ground. Wild Rose smiled as she watched him lift off ground. Her mind drifted back to the first time he’d taken her on a flight. The shock of being lifted off the ground had been replaced with the joy of actually flying. That same feeling was back again. “Still amazing.” “Me or the fact that I can fly?” Wild Rose smiled at him. “Um…I’d say both.” She replied and felt her creative writing juices flowing again. Luckily for her, the spell she’d cast on the items Rogus had found her with would follow her no matter how far she ventured away from them. They climbed higher into the sky as Rogus followed the pathway of light up to the island. The land of the island came into view as a vast forest could be seen over the edge of the island. “It looks so much bigger from above,” Rogus said taking in the look of the island. “It’s Skyvaria’s magical skyrose crystals.” Wild Rose replied. “It’s what hides the island and gives magic to the creatures of the island.” She summoned her alicorn magic and her body started to glow a light lavender color. “What are you…” He felt her body lift off his arms as she levitated beside him surrounded by a purple aura. “How…’ “I have access to my full magic when I am on or close to Skyvaria. When I am down on Equestria my magic is limited.” Her mane and tail swirled around her body with the wind blowing around them. “Care to show me around Skyvaria?” Rogus asked as he used his wings to hover near Wild Rose. “Sure.” Wild Rose said with a warm smile on her face and a twinkle in her eyes. She had ideas in her head. Rogus lifted an eyebrow at the way she was looking at him. “Are you okay?” “Of course Rogus.” She replied flying off using her unicorn magic. Glancing back she found Rogus close behind. Rogus caught a grin on Wild Rose’s lips. His dragon curiosity was growing stronger, there was something about the way she kept looking at him. “Where’d you have in mind?” “I’ll take you to my place.” Wild Rose kept the same grin on her lips as she used her magic to move through the air. “Unless you want to look around on your own.” “Then show me where you live, I’ll be able to find it again,” Rogus replied while flying alongside her as she dove and twisted through the trees and down below the canopy. He watched her tail swirling in the wind and came close to not seeing an incoming branch. Images of her journal popped into his head for some unexplained reason, but it gave him an idea. “You want to write, don’t you?” Wild Rose was glad she was flying by her magic, Rogus could have dropped her with a motion of shock that she felt her front hooves jump in a spasm. “Um…yes…how-” “Lucky guess,” Rogus admitted he grinned at how she’d reacted. Guess I was spot on. Wonder what she’s wanting to write about. He couldn’t help but let his mind wander. I could give a few suggestions-. “Here’s my place.” Wild Rose said landing on the soft green grass that had a few fallen leaves around a tree-like house. “I’ll keep the upstairs window open; it leads into my bedroom.” Rogus landed in a nearby tree, where he was able to see her and hear what she’d said. “I’ll…keep that in mind.” He replied while looking at what could only be described as a large tree trunk, overhead that’s all you’d see. “Don’t stay away too long, it gets lonely.” She said with a smile and her eyelashes lowered a bit caster her dark green eyes in deeper shadows. Turning she walked through the door of her home. Rogus felt his back claws gripping the branch he could feel his back legs starting to cramp up. He loosened up his claws and took off from the tree branch he’d been standing on. *** The sun had moved down past the island casting the land in deep the deep colors of indigo, shadows merged as Rogus made his way back to where Wild Rose’s place was. He felt that only a few minutes had passed, yet it was more like a few hours. I bet she’s had enough time to write… He hadn’t even seen half of Skyvaria its beauty kept him from exploring more. Wild Rose had been writing away in her journal. Her light purple aura from her horn kept her quill gliding across the paper. She only stopped to dip the quill and go right back to writing. Her stories always involved romance and passion. Her mind started to drift to a particular dragon she'd seen around and just so happen to spark a bit of inspiration. Rogus flew as fast as he could on dragon wings to the place Wild Rose said she lived. He noticed a window was open and he landed on the balcony. Making sure to not make a sound he could see Wild Rose writing away. You weren't kidding about writing. What do you write you haven't said... Moving silently he crept into the room through the open balcony window. She had a light on so he knew he wouldn't cast a shadow. Curiosity from being a dragon was pulling at him. He was able to make out a few words on the page she was writing. He found himself lost in the words until a name on the page made him let out a gasp. Wild Rose's quill jabbed the page and a glob of ink looked like an oversized period. Rogus had put his claws over his mouth. “Sorry.” He managed to say when he realized he’d accidentally scared her. Wild Rose turned to him. "I um...didn't hear you come in..." Rogus could see the slightly darker pink on her cheeks. "You were writing...and...I didn't want to disturb you.” What were you writing about…about me, I know I spotted my name on those pages. She kept glancing back at her book and then at Rogus. “Guess I can stop for a bit and spend the rest of the night with you.” Rogus took in a deep breath and said what was on his mind. “Does what you’re writing have something to do with me? I remember hearing you talking about me when I’d found you in the woods down on Equestria.” Rogus and Grape LollipopsAuthor's Note Such an odd title for a chapter don't you think? Well...grape lollipops are Wild Rose's favorite candy and could be Rogus's undoing. Rogus and Grape Lollipops “You fascinate me Rogus, the way you look, that fiery heat of your body, those blue eyes…” Her voice trailed off, her writer side had been out, and she’d just blurted out what was on her mind. She tilted her head down and her mane hid most of her face from him. “It’s the same thing with me,” Rogus said as he used his claws to lift her mane so he could see her beautiful face. “We have a connection; you can see it as much as I can.” He tucked a lock of her mane behind her ear, he’d cupped her right cheek. Wild Rose felt the heat of his claws on the sides of her cheeks. “I know Rogus. I felt it the second I heard your voice, see you.” She turned to her journal laying on the floor. “I’d write about my first encounter with you…I added in…um…more details of my own.” “Fantasies?” He asked and watched her turn back to him with a look in her eyes that told him that he’d asked the right question. He smiled slightly. “I remember hearing you talking about me. I’ve kept mine in my head.” “Did you read over my shoulder when you came into my bedroom?” Rogus nodded. “My dragon curiosity won out.” He smiled and ran his index claw down her cheek. “I should have asked first. That gasp I had let out was when I found my name on the page you were on.” Wild Rose couldn’t hide the shudder that came from just his touch. She could feel her body relaxing with just the feeling of the heat of his body so close to hers. “I…um hoped…you were behind me while I was writing. My words are my way of saying what’s on my mind…” Rogus's mouth dropped open slightly. He remembered the redness of her cheeks when she’d turned around from his sudden gasp. He saw out of the corner of his eye that he’d picked up the purple quill pen she’d been using to write with. A thought struck him. “Are you by chance ticklish?” Wild Rose took in a breath. “I…uh…huh?” His words had stopped her from speaking for a second. Her dark green eyes kept the focus on the quill that Rogus was twirling in his claws. “You…wouldn’t…” The feather end of the quill touched her chin just below her mouth. While Rogus had Wild Rose held by the feather on her chin, he happened to notice strange white sticks on the floor around her journal. He turned to her. “What’s with all the white sticks on the floor?” “Okay, I confess.” A grin slid on her lips. This could be fun… “I go down to Equestria to get grape lollipops, they're my favorite candy.” Rogus lowered the feather he’d been holding. “Looks like you’ve run out.” She stuck out her lower lip. “Right.” Her lower lip started to quiver. “I’d like more, and you can fly.” Rogus tilted his head. “Meaning?” “You can fly down to Equestria and be back here in no time.” Wild Rose replied lowering her eyelashes. “How will I get back here? Won’t I have to wait till sunrise?” Rogus asked. He couldn’t understand her love of grape lollipops. Wild Rose summoned her unicorn magic as he watched a strange crystal float over to him. “I have a gift for you. You can use this skyrose crystal, it’ll let you know where the island is even if it’s not visible.” He held the crystal in his claws it had a light pink transparent hue to it. “I get my grape lollipops at Sugar Cube corner-” “That’s a shop in Ponyville right?” Wild Rose nodded. “I see you’ve been there.” She smiled. “Good.” “I’ll return as fast as I can.” Rogus had said before he’d taken flight. Wild Rose sent him down to Equestria and gave him her skyrose crystal, with it he’d be able to find Skyvaria again, even if it wasn’t dawn. What he didn’t know was that she hadn’t needed to bring her crystal because she could feel where her island home was. He held the crystal next to his chest, he could still smell the scent of roses from it. *** Wild Rose had watched him fly off and she put her hoof to her chest, she felt her heart squeeze for a second as he vanished from her sight. “I already miss him.” The words came out as her hoof came up to her mouth. She could feel a warmth rising in her cheeks. She kept thinking about him returning her favorite candy, the thought got her grinning as she activated her unicorn magic and picked up her quill. What would have done with the quill? The thought had her quill dipping into the ink, and she was thinking about her candy and how Rogus might react. *** Rogus could feel the crystal pulling him back to Skyvaria and Wild Rose. He was returning with a large paper bag of what she’d wanted. A strange pink hyperactive pony had smiled at him before he left Sugar Cube corner. The words she said to him echoed in his mind. Good luck, have fun tonight.” Wild Rose had been writing away in her journal again after he’d left to go get the item she requested. This time she’d heard him land on the balcony the sound of paper crackled and her ears picked up on that. “You, have it?” Rogus flew into her bedroom just as Wild Rose glanced up her jaw dropped open at the sight of him hovering over her. “Wow, you look amazing.” Rogus clenched the paper bag in his claws at that. “Thanks. You look so beautiful with those alluring dark green eyes and flowing red mane and tail.” “Oh…” Wild Rose felt her cheeks grow red. Rogus grinned and landed beside her. “I felt the need, to be honest.” Her green eyes lifted to him. “I was writing again…about you.” Rogus smiled and noticed the look in her eyes. The strange hyper-pink pony's words came back. “You’re a romance writer if I remember right.” When she nodded, he went on. “What was I doing with you?” He let out a gasp as he’d just blurted out without even giving it a second thought. “I’m sorry, that just-” Wild Rose put a hoof on his shoulder. “You guessed…right.” Rogus's jaw dropped open. “I um…brought back your candy, a strange hyperactive pink pony said something strange ‘Good luck, have fun tonight.’” Wild Rose cleared her throat. “That would be Pinkie Pie, she has a way of seeing things, she calls it a Pinkie Sense.” “Really?” Rogus put his claw on her hoof that was still on his shoulder, he sat the bag beside her journal. “So what were you writing about? With us?” Wild Rose took in a deep breath, she wanted to let her true self out. She wanted to ever since she’d first seen him. “I…could show you.” Rogus only nodded. Wild Rose used her magic to lift a grape lollipop and hold it between her hooves. “I…was picturing you, or a part of you as the head of this while I was writing.” She replied twirling the stick around in her hooves. Her tongue had been licking up and down the sucker part as she did this. Her green eyes never wavered from Rogus. She grinned and winked at him. Rogus felt his jaw drop open at what she’d just revealed. “I’m curious about you Rogus, that’s why I wanted you to go and get me these. Ponyville is where I can find them down on Equestria. I usually bring them back with me to Skyvaria.” Rogus felt that his throat had gone dry and not from the fire that was stirring in his chest and stomach. “Uh…huh…” His blue eyes were fixed on what Wild Rose was doing with the grape lollipop. Teasing a dragonAuthor's Note I've been busy with life and it's been a while since I've had a chance to add to this story. Rogus and Wild Rose are writing this story, I'm just writing down what they say. I hope you are enjoying this story. IF you have a suggestion for the next chapter post it in the comments below. Teasing a dragon Wild Rose couldn’t keep herself from grinning from the look on Rogus's face. She ran her tongue around the circular candy on the stick. “What are you thinking about Rogus? Your face is a little red.” “I wouldn’t have a reason now, would I?” Rogus replied. He ran a claw over his chin. “As for what I’m thinking about…” He watched her slide the lollipop into her mouth. “Well, I wouldn’t want you to choak.” Wild Rose let out a giggle while she kept the lollipop in her mouth and twirled the stick between her hooves. Pulling out the sucker she ran her tongue over her lips. “So tasty...” Rogus could hear his heartbeat hammering from his chest in his ears. His head started to spin; the cause was the rush of blood flowing away from his head. He felt his legs give out as luck would have it, he was standing beside Wild Rose’s bed that was a thick pallet on the floor. Landing on his back he let out a long breath and then felt a weight beside him on the bed. “Rogus?” Wild Rose ran her hoof over his forehead. “Are you okay?” Seeing as he was already warm to the touch from being a dragon, knowing if he had a fever would just be a guessing game. “Yes, I’m fine.” Rogus the look in those dark green eyes of hers had his heart going crazy again. He felt his heart skip a beat at seeing those dark green eyes with an added look of concern. Her tail lay stretched out behind her on the floor, flowing like a river of lava. She tilted her head at him causing some of her main to fall over his body. An idea crossed her mind, she started to move her neck back and forth. The action caused her mane to slide over his furry body. She was enjoying the feeling of her beside him; she’d pictured doing this from the time he’d gone down to Equestria. I finally had one of my wishes come true.” “What fantasies have you had about me?” Each word in his question came in the shuddered breath’s from the feeling her mane was having on his body. He could feel a certain area of his stirring to life. Wild Rose ran her hoof over the upper part of his chest. “Oh, I’ve already had weeks to think of many Rogus.” Rogus's brow scrunched up in a look of confusion. He took in a deep breath and let it out slowly. “How could weeks have passed?” “Well, Skyvaria is a very magical island, thanks in part to skyrose crystals. They affect time in strange ways. Just like we could have already spent weeks together already.” Wild Rose took in a breath. “I kept myself entertained until you came back, I knew you eventually would.” “This would explain why I wanted to get back to you as fast as I could. I’d felt like I’d been gone longer than I thought.” Rogus said. “I waited for you…” “So, then all these nights, all this time, you’ve…waited.” Wild Rose paused. “On…me…” Tears made her pause again she could feel the on her cheeks. “Why…would you?” Rogus ran his claw along her cheek. “I thought you would have realized why by now. I’d wait forever for you.” Wild Rose could feel the heat from the palm of his claws. The tears slapped onto the back of his claws. “Why?” Rogus's lips curved into a smile. “I thought your heart would have answered that for you.” “Rogus, why me? I’m not even a dra-” “A dragon?” Rogus finished for her, and she nodded. “So.” He smiled. “You’ve always smiled when you see me, no matter your mood.” Wild Rose’s ears fell back against her head and heat rushed to her face. “Okay yes, I’ll admit that-” She felt her heart squeeze in her chest. “Then why is that I wonder?” Rogus asked not missing a beat and held up a claw before she spoke, he used it to trail down her chin and flick over the bottom of her lip. That act made Wild Rose’s body shuddery. “I can tell part of you knows why, will the other finally admit it?” Wild Rose had closed her eyes at his touch and kept them close while he spoke, she took in the feeling that only he’d been able to cause in her. “Rogus…” Her eyes opened and looked right into those sky-blue eyes of Rogus. With how she was laying, and Rogus was partly on his side same as she was. She could feel something poking her stomach that caused her eyes to widen. “I take it that’s a normal reaction?” “You’re the one who’d been teasing me with that grape lollipop and now your main,” Rogus replied with a grin. Wild Rose could feel the heat of his body all around her own. This reminds me of our time sleeping in the woods and feeling so warm and safe. What was he dreaming about then? Hearing him let out a shuddered gasp broke her from her thoughts. She felt the bottom of her hoof was warmer than normal. Glancing down her eyes widened at the same time her mouth dropped open. Rogus noticed that her hoof had drifted close to his lower area. “I wouldn’t…go any…lower...” He swallowed and added. “Unless… Wild Rose felt her cheeks turning a bright red from the rush of blood. “Oh...I um…” She found herself unable to turn her head away from him. “Well….” What she’d written in her journal popped into her mind. Writing is one thing…plus what almost happened in the woods before she’d woke him up. Rogus noticed the desire in her eyes, yet he could hear the hesitation in Wild Rose’s voice. Her eyes say something different. “Your writing…” He watched her nod, and he went on. “Writing is one thing…” “Right…Rogus.” She replied still unable to puller gaze away from where they were looking. “I…I’ve…only…” I might as well just admit it. He was right in front of her and in full view.“Pictured…” “Wild Rose,” Rogus said her name as he used his claws to lift her head to look him directly in the eyes. “I could just take a cold shower.” She tilted her head at him. “Even if you did, it won’t erase the image in my head.” Rogus knew she had a point. “I bet you’ll never see your lollipop the same way again.” He said while he got up off the bed and searched for a shower. “Um…Rogus…” He paused and glanced back at her; his jaw dropped open from the possession she was now laying. Teasing a Unicorn part 1 (NSFW)Author's Note Wheeew, this chapter took a bit longer to write. I was wondering when I'd go from SFW to NSFW with these two. You can blame Wild Rose and her grape lollipops Rogus had got for her. Oh, don't worry, Rogus will get her back. ^_^ Teasing a Unicorn part 1 (NSFW) Rogus stared at Wild Rose in the same way she had been staring at him. His blue eyes were locked on her body and how her back legs were spread open. His sensitive ears picked up the sound of her giggling. His jaw dropped open. “You’ve been teasing me.” He said and watched a grin slide on her lips. “Do you still want that shower?” Wild Rose asked. Rogus swallowed a lump in his throat from the look in her eyes and on her face. He found himself unable to move now. Her voice was low and seductive, she ran her front hooves over her chest and then just low enough to give Rogus a little tease. “I…um…” He licked his furry lips at the thoughts that were racing through his mind. Wild Rose watched Rogus’s tongue with interest. Her body shuddered at what it could be doing to her her mind wandering with possibilities. Rogus found his legs moving under their own power. They’d already established an unmatched connection between them that they’d had from the moment the two of them first met. Taking in a deep breath he took in the scent that was growing stronger the closer he got to her. Along with the scent of roses coming from her body, he found his head spinning from the combined aromas. Wild Rose felt her heart beating faster in her chest, her eyes were glued to what she’d only thought about in her writing, what she’d only imagined his member to look like without actually seeing it. The ridges along the shaft had little soft spiky bumps, with the head being thicker in size. The whole shaft and head were a lighter green than his actual fur or the scales he’d once had before her magical manipulation. “You look better than anything I could write about or imagen. Rogus was smiling as he knelt on the floor in front of her. His blue eyes were glued to the source of the scent that overpowered his mind. His gaze lifted momentarily to catch a nod from Wild Rose. Rogus nodded back as he leaned in letting his tongue slide out and taste a bit of the wetness of her pink folds. He heard Wild Rose let out a gasp before his lips latched onto the pink flesh of her marehood. Wild Rose’s eyes shot open at the heat of his lips and tongue, the combined assault had her mind spinning as her body moved along with him. Her rear legs came around his head to hold him in place. The feeling of his claws along her flank sent a new wave of sensations racing through her body and mind. “Ro…mmm…gus…Rogus.” She almost didn’t recognize her voice. She let out a loud gasp when Rogus's tongue slipped deeper inside of her, she could feel his tongue flicking along the inner wall. Rogus noticed that his vision was clouded, his head was in a fog. I never knew a mare could taste this good… The sound of her saying his name brought out a primal dragon desire just like that intense connection he’d already felt with her. So…good- His thoughts were interrupted when he felt her body starting to shudder, her scent was growing stronger along with the wetness coming from her. Her legs tightened around his head, and he heard her let out a series of gasps. A flood of liquid ran down his tongue and into his mouth as he lapped up every drop. When her back legs released their grip, he lifted his head to find a smile on Wild Rose’s face with her tongue hung out of her mouth slightly. “Are you okay Wild Rose?” “Mmm…” The sound came out in a whisper. Her left back leg twitched along with the mummer. Blinking her eyes she noticed she didn’t see clearly. Closing her eyes tightly she opened them again and her vision finally cleared up. Lifting her head she noticed Rogus was watching her. Her dark green eyes focused on his erection still standing up and ready. She’d been thinking of the ridges on the shaft and how they would feel inside of her, it helped make her release that much more intense. She took in a deep breath and felt some of her strength returning. “Can you handle my…” His voice trailed off when she lifted her front hooves and pulled him. “I don’t want to see you suffer; besides I was the one who caused your issue. My idea. I want to feel you inside me.” She ran her hoof along his cheek. “Please.” Rogus leaned over her and kissed her as he did this her front legs came around his neck. She managed to mumble the word please why Rogus's tongue was giving hers a workout before his eyes opened to a strange feeling. He could see her unicorn horn glowing in with a lavender light he broke the kiss. “Problems Rogus?” Wild Rose asked with a grin, her unicorn magic had a grip on his shaft. “Are you going to torture me-” He glanced down when he felt a wetness on his head. Wild Rose was using her magic to rub it against her outer folds. His mouth dropped open at the feeling. Wild Rose waited until his eyes closed before she used her back legs to wrap them around his waist and move him forward. She let out a gasp as he started to slide inside of her. Each spiked ridge of his shaft rubbed against the sides of her inner walls. Rogus let out a low ground when he felt himself completely inside her. Wild Rose’s inner walls clenched around his shaft. He grinned as he her back hooves let go of him and she nodded. Pulling nearly all the way out he thrust back to the hilt of his shaft. The sound of her moaning made his grin turn into a smile. “Go…faster…” Wild Rose said with the slightest movement felt like dozens of fingers massaging her inner walls. Rogus's mouth dropped open when he pulled out and felt her inner walls flex around him as he increased his pace. A sensation started to work its way through his body and down to his shaft. Wild Rose could hear a low growl coming from Rogus. Her hoof came up and started to rub the underside of his chin, this in turn made him open his eyes and glance down at her. Rogus took in a deep breath and left himself buried inside of her. “Did I get carried away? Are you okay? Wild Rose smiled at his concern for her. “No, I’m fine Rogus. I…um…didn’t want this to end so soon.” Rogus leaned down and wrapped his arms around her neck. He took in the scent of her body his mouth opened and he started to nibble on her neck. The second his teeth grazed her neck he could feel her lower half twitching under him and her inner walls flexing against his shaft. “Rogus…” She tensed up her hips and felt a rubble vibrate from his chest through her. A flood of warmth washed through her body as Rogus released inside of her. Wave after wave of warmth hit her inside as he continued to release. His front hooves wrapped around his neck as his release subsided and he fell limp on top of her. She let out a long breath and heard him let out a low chuckle. “Spur of the moment Rogus?” She asked referring to him nibbling on her neck. “Some…something like that.” Rogus replied lifting his head up and giving it a shake to clear out the cobwebs in his head. He could feel himself still buried deep inside her. Inside he was grinning at the thought of sliding back out knowing what the spikes along his shaft would do. “Do you want that shower now?” Wild Rose asked with a grin while she added. “I’d make sure to get you clean from head to claw and everywhere in between.” Teasing a unicorn part 2 (NSFW) A slip in the shower.“In between huh?” Rogus's blue eyes gazed down at her. Wild Rose noticed a twinkle in her eyes. “What are you thi…thinking…” Her eyes widened when she felt him start to slide out of her and then stopped. Rogus grinned at the shudder he felt from her. “Should I slide out fast or take it slow?” “You planned this…” “Yup,” Rogus replied while he moved his hips back and forth, causing his shaft to wiggle inside of her. Wild Rose could feel the tingling sensation from the spikes on his shaft. Her back hooves started to twitch. “Having some issues?” Rogus asked rocking back and forth, slipping out and back in. Each time he moved inside her he felt her back legs shaking. When he pulled out leaving his head just inside and slid all the way back in. Wild Rose wrapped her arms around his neck and let out several gasps as she shuddered under him. Once the feeling subsided, she opened her eyes. She felt her head still spinning from the orgasm. “I know this won’t be our last time.” She said with a warm smile as he was still buried inside of her. This feeling was too good not to experience again. Rogus kissed her cheek as he pulled himself out, a popping sound could be heard along with a long sigh from Wild Rose. “Agreed.” He rolled off of her letting her turn over on her side to face him. Her red mane was a mess and slick with sweat, but she didn’t mind. My mane has always been wild. She thought while shaking her head, taking in a deep breath she let out slowly enjoying how relaxed she felt. “Your mane lives up to the first part of your name,” Rogus said and chuckled a bit at Wild Rose rolling her eyes at him. He shrugged his shoulders. “Had to say it. Are you going to be able to walk? I could carry you to the shower if you want, it is no trouble.” “I’m not asking you to do so.” Wild Rose replied, with her strength returning she was mostly sure that she could walk under her own power, but her growing curiosity was getting the better of her. He must be rubbing off on me. She lifted up on all four legs and took one step to turn around only to get her back right hoof caught on the sheet. Falling forward she landed on top of Rogus with her head facing away from him with her left back hoof laying slightly over his chest. Giving him an uninterrupted view. “Oh, this could be-” “Rogus!” He couldn’t help laughing at the way she’d said his name. “Wild Rose, I’m kidding, we still have all night.” Wild Rose shook her head as she felt his dragon strength lift her up off of him. Finding her hoofing she hopped down from the bed and stretched out her legs and back. Her tail swished back and forth while Rogus watched it like prey being hypnotized. Out of the corner of her eye, she happened to spot his head moving along with the rhythm of her tail. She flicked her tail up and watched it land on his snout and slowly slide down. Rogus took in a deep breath; the scent of roses made his head spin. “I’m never going to get tired of this scent.” Wild Rose smiled and turned to face him. “It’s how you found me.” She replied as Rogus got out of bed and stood beside her on his two back legs. “Ready for that shower?” Rogus asked with a smile. She glanced down at his claws and she pictured them running down her body. Her dark green gaze lifted to him. “Yes.” I’m going to become hooked I just know it. Rogus leaned over and scooped her up, she’d rotated so she was facing him. Her long tail flowed out behind him. “I’ll never need a cover again even on the coldest nights.” Wild Rose said snuggling into Rogus's arms. “Sounds like you want me to stick around,” Rogus remarked and realized where his claw was close to and timed his move just right. She got ready to speak and he made he flicked his claw. The laugh from Wild Rose came out as a snort and she covered her hoof with her mouth. She cleared her throat; her body had relaxed as fast as she’d tensed up from the sensation. “Oh, that was cute,” Rogus added. Wild Rose could feel the heat rushing to her cheeks. She felt his claw flick over a very sensitive nub at the top of her marehood. “Mind your claw.” “I’m sorry, where is your shower?” Rogus asked. “Just walk out of my bedroom and turn to your left and you’ll see where the shower is.” Rogus carried her out of the room from the corner of his eye he spotted the walk-in shower area, it had a shower head that was in the center of the room. He spotted a pair of what looked like seats on the sides of the shower. “Roomy.” He commented. “The space in the shower makes you feel like you’re outside in the rain.” Wild Rose replied as she activated her unicorn magic and turned on the water. Soon the room smelled of flowing water, and fog started to fall around the room. Rogus carried Wild Rose into the shower and let her stand on her hooves. She walked under the stream of water that flowed from above rearing up and lifting her head her main flowed out around her head. “You look beautiful all wet,” Rogus said and glanced around to find bottles of shampoo and soap. Grabbing a shampoo bottle he walked over to her, opening the bottle and the scent of roses floated in the air. Wild Rose had her eyes closed and she could smell the shampoo, she came back down on all four legs. Rogus squeezed out some shampoo and worked it with his claws in his palms. He then ran his claws through her mane working up a lather. He smiled as she leaned her head down and he ran his claws along her neck massaging her skin. Wild Rose let out a moan from the feeling of his claws on her skin through her fur. This feels amazing…better than I could have imagined. She thought and happened to open her eyes only to find a part of Rogus growing hard again. She slid out her tongue and ran it over the head as she activated her unicorn magic to levitate a bottle of soap over Rogus. She drizzled some of the lavender-scented soap over him. Her magic was like thousands of hands working the soap into a foamy lather. Rogus's eyes widened from the sudden combined feelings, he was focused on her mane and neck. Wild Rose smiled at the sudden gasp she heard from Rogus. I guess caught him off guard. Leaning her head down she took the head into her mouth. She felt his body stiffen as her head started to bob up and down. She used her tongue on the sides of his shaft where the rings of spikes were. When she did this, she felt his claws relax and slip from her mane. She continued to work his shaft as his claws came around her waist she let go of his shaft as he lifted her so she stood on her hind legs. Turning around she had her back to him Rogus felt his back claws come out from under him and his backside came down on a seating area on the side of the shower. Without thought and in panic he had ahold of Wild Rose by the waist. Both of them let out a combined gasp. Wild Rose’s eyes widened at the sudden pentation. She took in several deep breaths before replying. “This…feels familiar.” With him being wet with soap and water he slipped inside her much easier than if he’d been dry. She found her flank setting on his lap, the heat of the shower was nothing compared to his body. Wiggling her hips a bit she could feel the spikes on his shaft rubbing her inner walls like before and she’d found up they were sensitive to the touch. Her tongue had proven that. She was rewarded by Rogus’s claws flexing around her sides. Rogus felt the warmth of her inner walls around his shaft again. “You had gotten me hard again.” He replied with a grin and added. “I don’t see you wanting to or trying to hop off.” He added running his claws up and down her sides. Wild Rose leaned her head back on his shoulders where he could look him in the eyes. “You just feel too magical.” She kissed his cheek. “You were getting hard just running your claws up and down my neck.” “Like I was when we’d fell asleep in the woods, and you’d woke me up.” Summoning her unicorn magic her entire body started to shimmer in a lavender light. “Wild Rose…what are you-“ His voice trailed off when she lifted up and then back down again on his lap. Her levitation ability. His mind echoed as he recalled her being able to float around once they were on the island. While levitating she was wiggling her hips each time she lifted and back down on him. Rogus leaned his head back and let it rest on the back of the shower wall. His head was once again spinning from the sensation he could feel his body tensing up, his hips started to move in time with her. His claws slid down and held onto her flank as she continued to move up and down on him. Wild Rose could hear his breathing getting faster and faster she knew he was getting close again… Hearts let go before going down belowSomething has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter.Spike corners Rarity, pent up emotions are let loose.Author's Note I enjoy writing about Spike and Rarity that's not a secret. Wild Rose and Rogus are similar, yet they are more open about themselves. Guess that changed once the four met. Spike corners Rarity, pent up emotions are let loose. “Wild Rose, you’re putting them on the spot,” Rogus interjected. “I had been too shy to even bring up this topic with Rarity,” Spike admitted turning to Rogus. “What…top-” Rarity’s jaw dropped open; her heart started to hammer in her chest. “Wild Rose started this, and I could see the wheels in your head turning,” Spike said to Rarity. Oh and I’ve found a scroll or two with your writing on it. It’s far to elegant be any pony else. I know a way to bring it up. Spike started to move his arm like he was writing something down. “Whatever are you talking about?” She asked clearing her throat and at that moment she realized he wasn’t finishing his sentences, she was. “You’ve been snooping.” Spike’s closed his mouth and then opened it. “You just admitted it then.” “I’ve said nothing, Spikey.” “Rarity, you left the scrolls out knowing I would see them,” Spike replied stepping closer to Rarity. He was finding it enjoyable seeing Rarity frazzled. “Are you following any of this?” Rogus asked setting next to Wild Rose. “Guess we stirred something here.” Wild Rose replied and added. “I didn’t talk about scrolls.” Rarity took one step back and felt her flank brush up against the wall. “Scrolls? I did not…” She swallowed a lump in her throat. “Well, not initially…” She wanted to slap herself mentally. On that day she’d been occupied with thoughts about Spike and wanted to write them down. Then got busy with making more dresses on order and forgot about the scrolls. “Spike those…um…” Her voice trailed off when she realized she had no way out of this, that was until an idea struck her. It was bold and she knew it would catch Spike totally off guard. Spike started to open his mouth to speak when he felt a pair of front hooves come around his neck. The next few seconds seemed to feel like minutes. Her lips came into contact with his. He let out a muffled sound and felt his arms go limp at his side. Rogus and Wild Rose sat with their jaws open. Steam started to come out of Spike’s nostrils as Rarity’s lips started to move along with his. Rarity felt her lungs starting to ache forcing her to break the kiss she knew that had just changed everything. She kept her front hooves around Spike’s neck. “Sounds like Rarity writes as you do.” Rogus said to Wild Rose as he watched Spike and Rarity still lost in the moment, he knew that had changed him and Wild Rose. There’s no going back now. He thought. Spike could feel his head spinning from that kiss out of know where. He’d dreamed of it happening and even read it in her scroll. Rarity had gone into great detail, but both the dream and the written word didn’t compare to real life. Rarity opened her eyes to see the dreamy look in Spike’s eyes. Taking in a deep breath the fuzzy feeling in her head started to subside. “That was better than I could have imagined.” Spike found that he was able to move his arms now. “You’ve…kissed my cheeks before…” He could feel the humming of his blood coursing through his veins that fueled the fire in his chest. Reaching down he pinched his arm and felt the pain. He wanted to make sure this wasn’t some crazy wild dream. He noticed Rarity had been watching him. “Still thinking this was a dream from what Pinkie Pie had said?” “That name sound familiar,” Rogus said. “I ran into her at Sugar Cube Corner.” “Yes, that was nearly a month ago, she’d bolted over to my business and told Spike and myself.” “So this has been growing?” Wild Rose asked wanting to know more. “Well…I knew about Spike’s crush on me, everypony did.” She grinned at Spike and then looked at Wild Rose and Rogus. “I had thought Pinkie was telling another of her wild stories.” She admitted then summoned her unicorn magic causing two scrolls to float over toward her. “It’s why I started writing, it’s my way of well…exploring my feelings. I truly enjoy having Spike around that’s no secret even my Spikey knows it.” “I…” Spike could still feel Rarity’s lips on his, the soft tickle from the fur on her lips. “I knew I’d taken you by surprise.” Rarity said placing the scrolls on a nearby table, she smiled back at Spike feeling proud of herself. I knew once wasn’t going to be enough, I bet Wild Rose can vouch with Rogus. Wild Rose, what’s it like to mate with a dragon? “I can vouch for that, I bet that was our only kiss,” Spike said and watched a grin form on her lips. He noticed a different look in her eyes as they clouded over and turned a darker blue. The fuzzy feeling on his lips and in his head had subsided. Rarity only shook her head and lowered her eyelids at Spike. “Guess we should head back to Skyvaria,” Rogus suggested seeing the situation developing between Rarity and Spike. Wild Rose smiled at Rogus. “I have a feeling they knew we were coming here.” Rogus tilted his head at her. “Let me guess the Pinkie Sense?” “Wild Rose would be correct Rogus.” Rarity said. “He’s been being extra romantic with me for over a week.” “I thought it wasn’t affecting you,” Spike asked. Rarity turned back to Spike with that same look on her face she’d had earlier. “Oh, I think tonight will answer how much it’s affected me.” She pulled Spike into a hug, enjoying the heat of his scales. “I have a question for you two, and you two can stay the night here if you wish.” She ran her hoof up and down Spike’s scaly chest. “Ask away and thank you for the offer.” Wild Rose said she’d watched Rarity rub her hoof on Spike’s chest. This could get interesting. “It’s about the difference between Spike and Rogus, not that I’m objecting to how nice Spike’s scales feel, I’ve always found them fascinating.” She said placing a kiss on his chest and was rewarded by Spike taking in a shuddered breath. “Oh…um that…well, it was my fault,” Rogus said speaking up. “Well go on darling.” Rarity said, she noticed a smile that was followed by a giggle from Wild Rose. “Well…I had commented my soft pink fluffy pillow. She’d laid down on her big purple pillow and I’d laid down behind her and laid my head on her back.” “You haven’t objected to it.” Wild Rose replied. “It’s sort of grown on me. How was I to know you would or could do that?” Rogus asked and added. “I’m unique among dragons now.” “Same for my Spikey-Wikey.” Rarity commented. “Can you blame me for lo…um liking you for all these years? Spike watched Rarity’s eyes widen and her jaw drop. He could feel his cheeks and most of his body turning a bright red. “Nice slip and recovery there Spike,” Rogus commented catching what Spike had almost said. “Waiting for years…can be torture in itself.” Wild Rose added with a warm smile to the still jaw-dropped Rarity. I bet that kiss said more than any amount of words could ever. Spike found his throat was now dry. Guess I can’t just play off my little slip…yet it wasn’t a slip…nor was how heartfelt that kiss was. He thought while Rarity picked up her jaw from the floor and composed herself. It was Spike’s turn for his jaw to hit the floor. “Rarity, you feel or should I say have felt the same way.” Rarity has fun teasing Spike and enjoying his claws.Author's Note Teasing can lead to fun, the fun can lead to emotions, and emotions can lead to confessions. Rarity has fun teasing Spike and enjoying his claws. Rarity’s ears twitched at Spike’s words, and she spun on her heels facing away from them. “Whatever are you talking about darling?” She knew if she turned and faced Spike, Wild Rose, or Rogus they would see the redness on her cheeks that was spreading to the rest of her face. She cleared her throat. “How about you turn around and tell me,” Spike said knowing full well she knew what he was talking about and that she was just playing with him, she’d done this before. A thought struck him. “Well, I guess that kiss told me all that I need to know then, right?” His gaze moved to the scrolls. I don’t remember there being two…ah… “I bet this other scroll would have the answers.” “Don’t even think about it Spikey-Wikey.” Rarity could see him from the corner of her eye. She took a deep and turned to face Spike, her mane flipped up and landed in curls along the side of her neck. Spike caught the redness still on her face, and his eyes widened. “How long…when?” He asked his growing curiosity wouldn’t let this go, and his smile was growing wider. “Um…when we were…um falling. Does the fire heart ruby ring any bells.” Spike’s jaw dropped open. “Back then? So you hid it from me?” “Not on purpose. Oh, trust me, darling, it wasn’t easy. Each kiss on your cheek from then on was my way of letting out some of the frustration of not being able to tell you…well…until now.” She held up her hoof. “You're torturing me after Pinkie Pie’s little visit, I’ll be paying you back for that.” Wild Rose and Rogus were both smiling. “Reminds me of when I let it slip myself,” Rogus commented to Wild Rose. “Yes, I thought I’d be the one to slip first.” She said leaning into Rogus's chest with her head. Rogus ran his claws along the top of her head and up and down the sides of her ears. His arm moved down and wrapped around the front of her neck. He rested his head on top of hers. “Guess I beat you to it…love.” He heard a sigh from Wild Rose. “I’m glad I found you, Rogus.” Wild Rose ran her cheek along his arm. “My heart just tells me this is right.” She added. “I can tell. That connection was our hearts telling us on the first day we met.” Rogus replied. “Those words between you two sound more like vows to me, darlings.” Wild Rose and Rogus's eyes opened. Their lips were just about to touch when Rarity spoke up. “Huh?” Both of them said at the same time. “Darling, will you please follow me?” Rarity asked Spike as she could hear Wild Rose and Rogus whispering, no doubt talking about what she’d said their words sounded like. She turned back and caught a look from Wild Rose that had her grinning and nodding. Spike took a moment to realize that he’d most likely not be heading back to Twilight’s castle tonight. He had been teasing Rarity and knew that she would eventually return the teasing. Images of using his writing quill to tickle her on separate occasions came to mind. Would we have ever come together on our own? He thought while Rarity came over to him. The pair then walked off together into another room. Rarity sat close to spike and ran her hoof over his head feeling the green spines bounce a little. “What’s on your mind darling?” Spike leaned against her side. “I’ve just been thinking.” “Please, do tell me, darling.” Rarity said. “Well it’s…would we have come together on our own?” Spike asked, he wasn’t objecting in the least that it had finally happened after years of waiting. “You mean would I have ever said anything because I’d known about your crush on me?” “Yeah?” Spike looked at her with a smile. “Well, in truth, we’ve always been together, everypony saw it. No pony had any objection to us. Oh, and I wasn’t about to let you go even when Gabby showed up.” Spike recalled how jealous Rarity had been and all she’d done to ensure that Spike knew Rarity had carried about him and the thought of him not being at her side. “I remember, I even know you told Twilight that you missed me.” “Let me guess Twilight mentioned this?” “Well no. I could just tell. When I’d come down the hole in the ground and found you and Pinkie Pie gathering gems. You saw me and your face lit up. Plus I saw the look on your face when I made my comment, I’ll always want my Rarity time.” “And I’ll always want my Spikey time.” She said with a warm smile. “I’ve wondered something Rarity.” “Oh?” Rarity tilted her head. “What word…um-” “Oh, I think I know what your…” Her voice trailed off and her eyes widened. Oh my, we are like Wild Rose and Rogus. We do finish what the other is saying. Have I just never noticed, or have I just gotten used to it? “So we were thinking the same thing,” Spike said with Rarity nodding in response. “I want to be honest darling, that word…also has me…well…curious.” Spike felt his heart skip a beat at the realization. “So…when?” “Well, darling…” She ran a hoof under her chin. “You’d been torturing me. Also, you’ve brought me chocolate, my favorite ice cream, and roses.” Spike noticed a different look in Rarity's eyes plus a grin on her face. Hum…I wonder… He was right next to her as they were talking. His heart hammered in his chest as he lifted his left claw and ran his index claw down her back as he went down, he added more claws and eventually his other clawed hand. The softness of her fur and the warmth of her skin felt so amazing. Sure they’d hugged before so feeling her fur was nothing new. Yet this was different. Rarity laid down and crossed her front hooves and glanced back at Spike. “Those claws of yours feel simply divine.” She said arching her back from the feeling running through her body. He’d stopped just at the base of her tail. Spike’s mind began to wonder about possibilities, he’d had dreams of being with Rarity like this but those were just dreams. He’d paused with his claws resting on her flank near her cutie marks. Rarity swished her tail from side to side. With Spike on all four, he could easily walk over Rarity. She noticed Spike following her tail and take a glance down and grin, then follow her tail again. Pausing she now left a particular area fully exposed to his dragon gaze. Spike’s jaw dropped open. Rarity couldn’t help but grin at the look on Spike’s face. “You’ve caught glimpses before, it’s not like we wear clothes a lot.” “Point…taken,” Spike replied as Rarity flexed her hips causing the area to sort of wink and him. “Teasing me now-” “It was your claws darling.” Rarity replied. Spike blinked and realized that his claws had been circling the area below the base of her tail on her rump. “Oh…” He heard a giggle from Rarity, her eyes weren’t looking into his eyes, but her gaze was lower. “Oh my darling, I had no idea…” Spike felt himself standing erect, the way Rarity was laying gave her a full view. Rarity marveled at the dark purple member, with ridges running down the shaft with what she could compare it to spikes along the ridges. “Princess Twilight has a few books on dragons…but not of their anatomy.” “I doubt many ponies wanted to be near dragons when they’re like this,” Spike added with a grin seeing the dreamy look in Rarity’s eyes. He moved his hips back and forth causing his member to sway back and forth. He’d scooted up a bit and he felt it slap against Rarity’s rump. “Teasing me again darling?” Rarity asked as she moved her hips in time with him. Her eyes stayed on him, and she felt her magic stirring, she used her magic to grip his shaft as it neared her lower entrance. Spike could feel her magic around his shaft. He then felt a warmth envelope his head. Leaning down he kissed her on the lips. She muffled a gasp as he moved forward sliding himself partway in and was surprised to find her already wet. Each spike on his shaft rubbed against her inner walls. He could feel her quivering under him and then whence a bit. Rarity cracked an eye open and found that he hadn’t slid all the way in. His eyes had widened. “Darling it only hurt for a bit.” The realization hit Spike. “So…” “Spikey, did you honestly think any stallion ever got even this far?” Spike shook his head. “Not even one, I was always there to comfort you when your dates unfortunately ended.” “Then quit teasing…me…” She said wiggling her hips causing a ruble to vibrate on her back from Spike’s chest. “Oh…sorry…darling.” Spike let out a chuckle at the grin on Rarity’s face. “Didn’t want to hurt you.” “Always my gentle dragon.” Rarity replied as she opened her back legs more to adjust to his surprising thickness. “I am okay now Spikey.” He nodded and moved his body over her sliding up to his sheath. A series of gasps could be heard from Rarity as her body tensed up when he was all the way inside her. She let out a long breath as her body responded followed by her legs twitching. “Oh…” The word echoed as she heard Spike let out a low rumble as her hips clenched around his shaft. “Sweet Celestia.” Rarity muttered feeling full as her orgasm subsided each spike on the side of his shaft kept rubbing her inner walls kept pushing her closer and closer to the edge. Oh my…if it felt that good going in… Her inner voice trailed off as she felt Spike starting to thrust his hips back and forth. Sliding out slowly and driving back in up to the hilt. She could feel her wetness dripping down her legs, Her mouth hung open as a series of small orgasms rippled through her. She could feel a bigger one building up as Spike’s thrusting was getting faster. Spike was sure this was heaven. The feeling of a glove surrounding his shaft had made him nearly space out and become lost in the moment. He could feel his back legs starting to twitch, his breathing became labored. “Don’t…hold….back…” Rarity said as he started to thrust deeper inside of her then paused on a thrust and held himself in place. Her back legs clutched up as the massive orgasm that had been building up finally let loose just as Spike released rope after rope inside of her filling her. “Spikey…” She could feel a warm liquid running down her legs. Spike shuddered over Rarity as his release subsided. He managed to lean to the side as his legs gave out, he didn’t want to fall on top of her. Letting out a low growl he slid out of her. “Darling…” Rarity manages to mutter as Spike put his arm around her, his claw trailed down her side, and she could feel the sensitivity throughout her body. “I was…just going…to…talk…” She said while taking in several lungs full of air. “But?” Spike asked. “Those claws of yours…” She said with a long sigh. “Are simply divine.” She added and noticed Spike’s ears twitching like he was hearing something she couldn’t. “I should have mentioned my rose scent and what it does.” “They’d walked off before you even thought about it,” Rogus replied. “It just brings animals together, not against their will. It works on feelings already there in the heart.” Spike lifted his head at what he just heard. So Rarity does…then she wasn’t kidding…I don’t think she even heard them come back. “Spikey?” She noticed a smile spreading on his lips. “Everything okay darling?” “Oh…” He said turning to Rarity and kissing her on the cheek causing her to blush. “I would say so.” Rarity tilted her head at the grin on his face. “We should get cleaned up.” A realization for Rarity and Spike.Author's Note This'll be the end of this little story. I might at some point do a part two, with a little time skip into the future. I left it open on purpose so the imagination can have fun. A realization for Rarity and Spike. Wild Rose and Rogus said in the main area of Rarity Boutique. Wild Rose was stretched out on a particular red couch. Rogus was setting in front of it with Wild Rose’s front hooves wrapped around his shoulders. They could hear a shower going and couldn’t help but grin at the memories between them. Soon after Rarity and Spike came out and found the other pair relaxing. “Thank you for staying around.” Rarity could feel the weight of her wet mane as it lay in small loose curls down by her front legs. “Spikey heard you two come back and apparently also heard you two talking but has refused to tell me what was said.” “And as I said you’re going to turn red Rarity,” Spike replied. Wild Rose grinned at the situation between Rarity and Spike as she recalled what she’d been talking to Rogus about earlier. Rogus and I had been talking about what my scent’s unusual does to creatures. She recalled. “Ah...yeah, I know she’ll blush,” Rogus replied playing along with Spike. Rarity tapped her hoof on the floor. “It’s rude to keep a lady waiting.” She looked right at Wild Rose, “Darling please tell me what you and Rogus were talking about?” “I bet you noticed my scent than as you do now?” Rarity could still smell the heavenly scent of roses. “Of course darling, it simply smells divine.” “Well…” Wild Rose smiled. “It just brings animals together, not against their will. It works on feelings already there in the heart.” She said it just as she had earlier. Spike watched Rarity's expression slowly change as what Wild Rose said started to sink in. Rarity’s mouth started to slowly open as a little sound came out followed by her eyes widening. If she were a teakettle, she would hear herself whistling. “So…” Her voice trailed off for a second. “So…um…” She tried to fight the grin that wanted to show on her lips. Spike watched as a tent of pink came in slowly and darkened, eventually her face had turned red as did most of the rest of her body. “Not a word Spikey.” Rarity said and could hear her voice at a higher pitch than normal. She could see the look on Spike’s face, his eyes sparkled as he let the smile on his scaly lips grow larger. “All I was going to say is that you always look beautiful, even if you are now a nice shade of red.” He held up his index claw. “Now, are you going to deny what is now obvious?” “And what would that be my darling Spikey-Wikey?” She lowered her long eyelashes at him casting her sapphire eyes in shadow and slowly lifted her head. She reached out a hoof and ran it from the base of his chest up to his neck. Spike fought his eyes from closing at the feeling of her touching him in such a way. His heart hammered in his chest, and he tried to speak but nothing would come out. “I seem to have my dragon now at a loss for words. Whatever could I do to fix this?” She let a grin slide across her lips. Her hoof came across his cheek and stopped just under his chin. “Would a kiss be of help?” Spike felt his legs starting to shake, the desire in her eyes and the sultry sound of her voice had his voice frozen. Just simple acts from the unicorn that had captured his heart all those years ago had him falling apart like this was his first time seeing her. He found that he was only able to nod. Rarity could feel the heat of his scales on the bottom of her hoof that was still under his chin whenever she was near or hugged him that heat would always increase. She pulled him close and let her lips pressed against his. Spike let out a warm breath as his tongue touched her lower lip and flicked some of the fur. He could hear a little sigh as she opened her mouth and turned her head slightly as her tongue found his. His arms came around her neck. Rarity allowed herself to be willingly pulled deeper into the kiss as her tongue danced along with his, she felt the points of his sharp teeth. She wasn’t phased by this if anything it made this more exciting. Spike could feel the emotions pouring out from the kiss. Words can be beautiful when spoken, yet actions can be so much louder. He pulled his tongue back into his mouth as Rarity broke this kiss to take in a much-needed breath of air. “I got a bit carried away darling. Lost in the moment as it were.” Rarity managed to say after catching her breath. Spike was all smiles with a dreamy look in his eyes, his mind was still spinning from the kiss. He could feel the fire burning hotter in his chest, with steam wafering from his nostrils. “I can tell your tongue works just fine now, how about your voice darling?” Rarity asked. “Sorry love, my head is still spinning,” Spike replied noticing that his vision was still a little blurry. “So sorry darling…I-” Rarity’s voice had caught in her throat at the same time her mouth dropped open. Wild Rose and Rogus had caught what had made Rarity’s jaw drop open. They look at one another with a questioning looks on their faces. “Do you think-” Rogus started to ask “I have no idea.” Wild Rose replied. Spike close his eyes and shook his head to clear the cobwebs. Opening them he found his vision clearing. “Huh?” He asked hearing Wild Rose and Rogus. He had his mouth covered by his clawed hand. “Darling, don’t you recall what you said?” Rarity asked. Spike nodded. “I said. Sorry, my head is still spinning.” He knew Rarity wasn’t able to see the tiny grin on his lips. “Are you sure about that darling?” Rarity asked tilting her head a bit. “I could have sworn I heard you say something else.” Spike felt a laugh starting to rise in his chest, he cleared his throat to suppress the urge to let it out. Rarity eyed Spike for a few seconds and happened to catch a twinkle in his eyes. “Darling, are you...giggling?” Spike dropped his claw, kept his grin, and turned his emerald gaze to Rarity. “What? I can’t have a little fun with the mare I’ve loved for years-” Rarity had jumped up into the air and pounced on Spike who was able to catch her in his arms. “My darling Spikey-Wikey.” Her mane fell over his snout, tears welling up in her eyes as her hooves came around his neck in a tight embrace. “Guess we came back at just the right time.” Wild Rose said with a smile on her face and a gleam in her eyes. Rarity turned to Wild Rose and Rogus while she dabbed her eye with her hoof. “Where’d you to wander off to?” “To a little corner store in Ponyville,” Rogus replied and smiled while he added. “She was in a particular hyper mood; a big grin and she wouldn’t stop jumping up and down.” “Pinkie Pie-” The second Rarity said that she heard a familiar giggle. Turing her head she spotted Pinkie Pie looking through the window of the Boutique. “Took you two long enough, glad it finally happened.” The Pinkie Pie darted off in the blink of an eye. “It won’t take long for her to spread the word.” Rarity said as she shook her mane. “Guess our future is now what we make of it.” “Yeah, the imagination is the limit to what could and will happen,” Spike replied. Unmistakable feelings.Wild Rose could hear the quill racing across the pages of her journal she loved to write in. Images flashed in her mind of the dragon she’d met earlier today. Her long red mane was spread out around her purple pillow she loved to lay on and write, using her purple quill and purple journal. There was something unique about him, something that had drawn me to him. She thought. Her magical aura around her unicorn horn glowed a light purple while she wrote. Her light pink coat had a slight purple hue from her unicorn magic. This is crazy. She thought as she looked over the last several pages she’d written. She needed to take a break. Stretching out her back hooves she crossed her front hooves over one another and levitated the journal in front of her. He’d called himself Rogus, I think it was those blue eyes, they reminded me of the ocean on moonless nights. One gaze and he’d pulled me in, I didn’t let him know. How could I? I’d just met him. Yet I can feel a connection to him almost immediately. I wanted to say something to him, but how strange would that have been? “What would Rogus have said in return?” She glanced up at the night sky, her dark green eyes seemed to glow from the magic that held her journal it held. Rogus had been able to easily follow Wild Rose, he’d remembered her name. He hadn’t been able to get how she looked at him out of his mind. You’re stalking her and you know it. His inner voice echoed the whole time he’d been tracking her. Hey, can you blame me, I meant just look at her. I was the one who’d surprised her. He thought and knew that other dragons would turn a nose up at the scent of roses that he’d found irresistible or the fact that the scent was coming from a unicorn of all creatures. He’d used his wings to fly through the woods, landing softly on bare tree branches, trying to stay as silent as he could. His green scales made him blend in with the leaves in trees or grass, and the yellow of his underbelly came in handy when he found fields full of yellow flowers. For if he laid on his back it made him harder to see. His mop of brown hair with two long-born horns gave him that draconic look. Same with his pointy ears. He paused when he landed on a branch. The scent of roses was stronger now, but that wasn’t why he paused. He could hear the sweet sound of the voice he’d heard this morning. “What would he say?” Wild Rose repeated a little louder this time unaware that she wasn’t alone. Her thoughts, journal, and quill were her distraction. “I could go find him…” She loved to walk the woods at night, she had a cave nearby where she kept the items she had with her. Others would find it strange that she liked caves, they were for dragons and their hordes, not for unicorns and their stuff. Is she talking about me? The thought had Rogus leaning over the edge of the tree branch to get a better look. He noticed that she was holding a journal with her magical unicorn lavender aura. Is she writing about… A branch started to crack. Me…” The snap echoed as Rogus tried to catch himself from falling. Wild Rose paused in mid-thought when she heard the sound of rustling leaves. A glance up had her jumping out the way taking her journal with her as a figure came falling only to land on her purple pillow. She struck a defensive pose but dreaded the thought of having the throw her journal at whoever had just dropped in. “Who…” Her eyes widened. Rogus had readied himself for a hard landing on the ground, yet it felt like he’d landed on a pillow. Up above the branch had snagged on some of the other overhanging branches stopping its fall. Lifting his head he shook his head. The scent of roses filled his nose. “I’m so sorry…” His voice trailed off as he caught sight of Wild Rose, his jaw dropped along with hers as the two of them just stared at her. The journal she’d been holding slowly lowered to the ground beside her while she kept her eyes locked on him. I’m not dreaming, that’s for sure. She said noticing the leaves that were sticking out of her mane and clinging to her pink fur. “You.” They both said at the same time. “Sorry for um…dropping in like this,” Rogus said after he found his voice again. He glanced over and notice the journal. The thought of it being impaired on his horns wasn’t something he wanted to see happen. “So, you’re not going to throw your journal at me?” Wild Rose felt her lip curl a bit even though she hadn’t said anything back to him. Her gaze moved to the journal. “Reflex.” She said in a soft tone. “I wasn’t sure who or what was even going on.” She admitted, that she could feel the heat rushing to her cheeks from the grin on Rogus's face. “You are okay, aren’t you?” Rogus gave her a head-to-hoof look, it gave him a chance to look at her and have an excuse to do so that didn’t look out of place. “Side from a few leaves and my heart nearly jumping out of my chest I’m fine.” She couldn’t help smiling at him. “Guess my pillow helped you out.” “Pillow?” Rogus looked down at the pillow that was somehow still intact, he’d heard how delicate pillows were, if a creature flopped or in his case fell on one, they would scatter feathers everywhere. “I used my magic to and a layer of protection around it.” Wild Rose explained while he lifted those dark blue eyes back up to her. She slowly trotted up to him and watched his eyes widen. He took a breath and said the one thing he had been thinking and knew the kind of reaction he’d get. “I heard you talking about me.” Rogus blurted out and watched her front hooves catch on one another sending her off balance. Wild Rose felt herself start to fall as she activated her unicorn magic, she felt something warm around her. She blinked when she felt a beating heart that was thumping on her side. It was faster than her own beating heart. Turning her head slightly she was surprised that Rogus had moved and caught her within what she could figure as a few seconds. “Wow…” “We don’t need you falling to,” Rogus said as he had his arms wrapped around her upper midsection close to her arms. His voice froze when he realized he’d just reacted without thinking. “I’m…uh…” “Dragons are fast…” Wild Rose said, and she was surprised to feel how warm he was, the chill of the night air didn’t seem to even matter now. “So…warm-” She brought her hoof up to her lips when that started to slip out. “Uh…yeah…” Rogus said and let go of her. She stood on her hooves again. “I shouldn’t have just blurted that out like-” “I was.” Wild Rose said while taking in a deep breath, she stood next to Rogus, the two of them were nearly equal in height, yet she knew he was far stronger than she was. “Was what?” Rogus asked, he noticed the look in those dark green eyes of hers. That this is going be a night of awkward moments and hinting around? He thought. You don’t just tip like that….same as I don’t just fall out of a tree. I don’t remember ever doing that before… His thoughts trailed off when he noticed that she had been staring at him. “What?” He asked seeing the look in her eyes. “How’d you find me?” She asked as she laid back down on the pillow. She summoned her unicorn magic to bring her journal back to her. “I followed the scent of roses,” Rogus replied watching the journal land beside her. He took a seat beside her and folded his wings to his sides. “I was born in a bed of roses, it’s where my scent comes from and where I got my name, plus I love to run wild.” Rogus tilted his head at her. “Fits.” He said and couldn’t help looking back at the journal. It was the dragon's curiosity that kept pulling at him. Something she’d said easier popped into his head. “Am I in that journal?” He asked and happened to notice a shade of red cross her cheeks. “I like to write…to get things out of my head, things I want to remember.” Wild Rose said, she took in another deep breath, trying to keep herself from getting tong tied again being around him. They were talking, unlike the first time, they’d met. She shook out her mane and found that the spikes on his back had caught the strands of her mane. “Oh…sorry…here,” Rogus said using his sharp claws to pluck the strands from his scales. He was surprised at how soft her mane felt and found himself running his claws along her mane. Wild Rose could feel his claws grazing her coat just below her mane. She found herself starting to space out at the sensation. “Feels…nice-” Her voice froze at the same time Rogus had stopped moving his claws through her mane. Both looked away from each other. Several minutes of silence went by. “I think we have a problem, Wild Rose.” She turned to look at Rogus who was gazing up at the sky and the stars hanging above. “What would that be?” I have an idea. She thought and noticed a grin forming on his lips. “Besides awkward ways for us to meet. “A dragon…and…a unicorn.” “Do we need to be the same creature?” Wild Rose asked. “Do you think we’re the only ones?” “Oh so now it’s we.” Wild Rose emphasized the last word. Rogus glanced up and caught the grin on her lips. Ah… “If you’re objecting, I could just take to the skies and forget I found you.” He said glancing down and spotting the quill beside him on the ground. The wheels in his head started to turn. “Will I be hard to forget? Wild Rose asked still looking at the stars, she knew Rogus wouldn’t be able to see the twinkle in her green eyes. Rogus had picked up the quill. “I doubt I could forget about you. It’s why I wanted to find you, talk to you. It’s strange. Feeling a pull to a unicorn.” He said gripping the quill in his claw. He heard a slight giggle from Rogus. “You’re very charming.” Wild Rose could feel her heart hammering in her chest, the heat from him chasing away the chill of the night. “I’ve never thought of myself as charming,” Rogus said. He lifted the quill and turned his head to find that Wild Rose was still gazing up at the stars. Wild Rose felt something touch the side of her neck, she froze then let out a giggle, it took her a second to realize it was the end of the feather that he was using on her. “Rogus…” She leaned her head to the side and felt the sensation of heat overtake her cheek, with the soft warm wind blowing on her cheek. He just…he… Her head was spinning from the touch of his lips on her cheek and the sensation of the feather on her fur. Rogus pulled back and turned away. He could feel that his heart was about to jump out of his chest. I didn’t ask. I just went on a feeling. I know I’m right…I just know… His voice trailed off when Wild Rose turned her head towards him. “I still have my journal.” She said still feeling the heat of his lips on his cheek. Rogus noticed the grin on her lips. “Well I could just grab it and fly off before you’re magic could stop me.” “So…if I were to go to sleep, you’d still be here when I wake up? Guarding me?” Rogus felt his mouth open slightly. It was in the dragon’s nature to guard. He hadn’t been able to get the feeling of her fur off of his lips. It was a strange sensation; it left a tingling sensation he’d never felt before. “Yes.” Author's Note I have wanted to write a little romance story with these two in a solo story for a while now. On my Facebook page, I have a picture of 18 other artists who've redrawn Wild Rose over the past 2 months or so. She's becoming a very popular unicorn. Fills my heart with so much joy.
Reading and a bit of teasing“I love writing…well romance.” Wild Rose said as she turned away from him. “Is this something that embarrassed you to talk about?” Rogus asked and watched her green eyes widen. “You don’t need to be if it’s what you like.” Wild Rose turned back to him with a smile, she summoned her unicorn magic and levitated the purple-colored journal, and laid it down between her front hooves. “Would you like to hear some of what I’ve written?” Rogus repositioned himself so he was laying down in front of her, he wrapped his tail around his body.
I remember hearing you talking about me when I’d found you in the woods down on Equestria.”
Rogus and Grape LollipopsAuthor's Note Such an odd title for a chapter don't you think?
“I’d make sure to get you clean from head to claw and everywhere in between.”
Teasing a unicorn part 2 (NSFW) A slip in the shower.“In between huh?” Rogus's blue eyes gazed down at her. Wild Rose could hear his breathing getting faster and faster she knew he was getting close again…

Spike corners Rarity, pent up emotions are let loose.Author's Note I enjoy writing about Spike and Rarity that's not a secret. “Rarity, you feel or should I say have felt the same way.”
Rarity has fun teasing Spike and enjoying his claws.Author's Note Teasing can lead to fun, the fun can lead to emotions, and emotions can lead to confessions. “We should get cleaned up.”
A realization for Rarity and Spike.Author's Note This'll be the end of this little story.
