The smell of disinfectant was heavy in the air. "Have a seat," she pulled the chair out on his side of the desk, taking her seat opposite him while Diamond nervously did the same.
"I'm Nurse Redheart, and I'll be performing your procedure," she began with a gentle smile, her sky-blue eyes lightly marked by crow's feet, and neatly framed by a light-pink mane tied up in a loose bun. "Before we begin, could you tell me a little about why you're here today?" she asked, taking a few sheets of paper from the desk and glancing over them.
