*Wastelands Zoey/Ichigo's POV (still)*

I spoke "That was weird...."

Josuke asks "About what happened yesterday, what was that?"

I spoke "We don't talk about that!"

Josuke asks "Okay?"

Tailsko and Wastelands Sandstorm soon caught up with us.

Tailsko asks "You wanted us here. Why?"

I set Wastelands Firestar down before removing the shirt he was wearing, revealing a pair of wings.

Tailsko and Wastelands Sandstorm immediately started blushing madly.

Wastelands Firestar chuckles "{What?}"

Tailsko's tails were spinning by themselves as Wastelands Sandstorm started crouching with her tail wagging, ready to pounce.

I spoke "Easy ladies, save that for later."

Deep Lilac spoke "Hey Josuke, I just had a look at the recent census for Morioh residents and I didn't see Mikitaka's name anywhere on it."

Josuke spoke "Lilac, just drop it, ‘cause I really don’t think he’s here to cause trouble."

I pull Deep Lilac's left ear in the same manner as Misty would whenever Brock tried flirting with a pretty woman.

Deep Lilac spoke "OW!!! Not the ear!"

I spoke "But Josuke, she has a point. neither Mikitaka or I are on the census papers as residents."

Josuke spoke "People here are more concerned about going on their day and what they’re having for dinner. Just saying it like it is, not like anyone’s gonna have a problem with that."

I spoke "And it's not like anyone's gonna question why there's a half alicorn half catgirl in town either."

Later, we got onto a bus, seeing Rohan riding along as well as Josuke looked away.

Rohan spoke "Are you just going to ignore me? The least you could do is say hello. It’s common courtesy to address those older than you, Josuke Higashikata."

Josuke turned around. “Sorry about yesterday. So, uh, that fire was crazy, wasn’t it?”

Rohan spoke "Yes. That was approximately 625 thousand yen worth of furniture. Those pieces were used in ten movie “Pretty Woman,” you know? Not that any of that bothers me. What? Have a seat."

Josuke and the rest of us took our seats as the bus went into a tunnel before Rohan looked out the window and back in shock.

Rohan spoke "That was… Josuke, did you or the others see that? There was a door to a house in the tunnel wall. Someone’s inside. *Gasp!* It’s a window. There’s a room beyond these tunnel walls, and, from what I can see, someone’s living in it!"

Deep Lilac’s eyes were glowing, silently telling me that she was using a spell before she whispered to me. “There is a room, but no one’s inside. Whoever Rohan’s talking about is just an illusion.”

Rohan spoke "There’s a man, too, but I can’t see their faces! What is he attempting to do? *Gasping* Josuke! Tell me you or anyone else saw that!"

Deep Lilac spoke "I literally saw nothing happening."

Josuke spoke "*Stands up* Enough! I’ve had it with you! Don’t think you can screw with me forever!"

Rohan spoke "No one else can see the room."

Later, we arrived at a bus stop before coming out as Rohan explained what he saw.

Josuke asks "You expect us to believe there was a room inside the tunnel?! You’re not fooling anyone. Is that half-baked like your way of getting back at me?"

Rohan spoke "So you have no faith in me. Is that what you’re saying? That’s rich coming from a cheater like you. And not only are you a cheater. You’re a cheater who lies to cover his tracks. You have the gall to accuse me of lying? Well, I should have known we would never see eye to eye. You wouldn’t understand, even if I took you back there to see it."

Rohan then left.

Deep Lilac spoke "Guys, we should go after Rohan. I saw the room too, but no one was in there. He could be walking into a trap."

I spoke "I tagged Rohan with a tracking spell. That way, I'll know if he's gone off my radar."

Josuke spoke"Well, let’s get going."

Soon, we arrived at the entrance of the tunnel.

Josuke asks "I was hoping I’d never have to see Rohan’s smug face again, but here I am. He may think I’m a dumb liar, but he’ll see that I have a heart, too. Now where the heck is that guy?"

But then a motorcycle with no driver came out of the tunnel.

Josuke asks "What?!"

The motorcycle then crashed.

Josuke asks "Is that Rohan’s motorcycle? Why’d it just fly out of the tunnel? And where’s Rohan?!"

I spoke "I still have him on radar, he's alive."

Josuke spoke "Rohan! Hey! Rohan, you here?! *As we started going into the tunnel* Hey, Rohan, answer me! Come on! Rohan!"

But then we saw a room with an open door and an unclosed window, making us gasp.

Josuke spoke "Wait, is that…"

We went to the room, seeing Rohan inside against a drawer.

Josuke spoke "What the-Rohan!"

“Rohan! Are you okay?” I asked.

Josuke spoke "What is this place? If I didn’t know any better, I’d say someone lives here."

Rohan spoke "Everyone, run!"

We gasped in confusion.

Rohan spoke "No matter what happens, you all can’t come into this room! If any of you do, you’re dead!"

But then Josuke stepped inside. “You really don’t know me at all, do you? I’m not one to sit back and do as I’m told. Now let me at this jerk-wad! Tell me where he’s hiding, and I’ll get to work."

Rohan spoke "What? Didn’t you hear a single word I said? You and the others have to escape! I just told you he’s deadly. You always do the exact opposite of what I’m thinking. That’s why I despise you with a burning passion. That’s why you bug me out so much! He’s going to attack you, fool! *As weird footprint-like objects suddenly flew at Josuke* You’ve already let him grab hold of your scent!"

But then the objects landed on Josuke.

The Stand spoke "At last! Time to eat!"

Rohan spoke "Heaven’s Door!"

Heaven’s Door got Josuke as his right cheek opened up like a book with a command saying “Move yourself with a speed of 70KM per hour while making sure the others escape*, causing Josuke to suddenly fly back with a scream as he grabbed the rest of us.

Rohan spoke "Josuke, Highway Go Go will follow you anywhere at a speed of 60 kilometers per hour! You have to find the user! Your only way out of this predicament is to defeat that thing’s user!"

But then something grabbed Rohan by the back of his head, making his skull visible through the skin.

The Stand spoke "You don’t shut up, do you? It’s a bad habit."

Josuke spoke "*Gasp!* Rohan!"

All of us flew out of the tunnel as we managed to land on our feet with me carrying Shizue while Josuke rolled off his back.

Josuke spoke "*Groan* I can’t believe it. *Bleeding a bit* Rohan went out of his way to save us. It’s weird. I’m getting choked up over it. The guy’s alright. *Repairs the motorcycle as I brought out a warp ring* Leave it to us, Rohan. You said all we had to do was to find its user. *Gets on motorcycle as I threw it, making a portal to another location in Morioh* But we’ll do much more than that. We’re gonna pummel his soul-sucking butt. *Drives off as the rest of us jumped into the warp ring with the footprint-like objects chasing Josuke* Hang in there, Rohan!"

After getting through the warp ring, Deep Lilac, Shizue, Tailsko, Wastelands Firestar and Wastelands Sandstorm found ourselves at Koichi’s house.

“We must’ve gotten to Koichi’s house for a reason. Let’s head on there.” I said.

Tailsko spoke "I have a bad feeling about this..."

Deep Lilac spoke "Come on."

We went inside the house.

“Koichi? You there?” I called out before I heard grunting as I looked to the left, seeing Koichi pull a leash on the collar of a sleepy dog, Police. But then we heard the telephone ringing as Koichi came to answer the phone.

Koichi asks "Hello. Hirose residence. *Notices us* Ichigo? What’re you and Shizue doing here? And who are they?"

Josuke spoke "*On the phone* Koichi!"

Koichi asks "Eh?"

Josuke explained everything on the phone. “So that’s the deal. If we don’t find the user, I’m as good as dead. I get the feeling he has an obsession with the tunnel. It’s like he has a grudge against it or something. Any info on incidents involving that tunnel?”

Koichi, the others and I searched through the news before the Quilladin found something with a gasp. “There is. It was published in the paper and on the web two days ago. I actually remember seeing something about this on the news. Some careless biker Frosmoth guy was driving real drunk and ended up crashing into the tunnel’s entrance. According to this, he’s unconscious and covered head to toe in bruises. He’s in intensive care at Budogaoka hospital now."

Josuke asks "*On the phone* Oh, man. Sounds like the Stand got him, too. Is there anything else?"

Koichi asks "Give us a sec. I remember the news reporting there was blood all over the road. You said the Stand feeds by absorbing people’s nutrients, right? The wounds are totally different. Maybe the rider from the motorcycle accident actually became the Stand User. *Notices some silence* Hello? Josuke? What’s wrong?"

Josuke asks "*On the phone* Guys, whatever you do, stay on the line! Understand?"

The phone was still on the line as we waited a minute.

Koichi spoke "Josuke!"

Josuke spoke "*On the phone* Guys, I worked it all out! The guy from the accident has to be the User. You have to find out what his name is."

Koichi spoke "Got it. *Ends call* Guys, we gotta get to the hospital now."

I teleport with the group to the hospital.

Koichi spoke "Come on, the checkup’s just inside."

I spoke "Koichi, I can't bring the cats into the hospital."

Koichi was about to go forward before he slipped and fell at that.

I spoke "Not only that, I'm half cat... I might set someone's allergies off."

Deep Lilac spoke "Don’t worry, Tailsko and I will go with Koichi on this one."

I tag Koichi with a tracking spell.

I spoke "This way, I can keep you on my radar. If something happens, I will know. Oh and Twilight, hand over your sword. The hospital might have a no weapons rule in place."

Koichi, Deep Lilac and Tailsko went into the hospital after I had been handed the sword.

*Tailsko's POV*

We soon saw a nurse behind the checkup desk.

Koichi spoke "Excuse me. We’re in a bit of a pickle here. We need to know how to find the guy from the drunk-driving accident in Futatsumori tunnel, and we need to know right now. What’s his room number? *As the nurse took a sip of her tea* It’s an emergency!"

The nurse spoke "Get off my case kid, and I suggest you and your friends read that sign over there."

Koichi asks "Huh?"

We looked at the sign to the right as it said “Visiting hours are over for the day”.

The nurse spoke "If you need your eyes examined, then you can come back tomorrow morning at 9:30."

Koichi spoke "You don’t understand. We’re not here for a visit! There’s a reason we need to know his name! *As the nurse groaned* I’m serious! We need to know!"

The nurse spoke "Maybe you didn’t hear me. I asked you and your friends to go home."

Deep Lilac calmly asks "Ma'am, would you deny a royal from visiting a patient after hours?"

The nurse spoke "Look, if the sign’s up I can’t do anything about it."

Deep Lilac spoke "*tail thrashing* This is urgent ma'am, a manga author's life is in danger."

The nurse asks "Really? Where’s the proof?"

Deep Lilac froze at that, knowing that proving how would be impossible before I heard Koichi quietly whisper while turned around, “Do it, Act 3.”

Reverb Act 3 appeared. “Okay, master! Let’s kill da ho! Beeetch!”

We heard glass rattling before looking up, seeing two jars of medicine going towards the edge.

The nurse spoke "*Gasp!* Oh, no! *Catches the jars, stopping them from falling* Thank goodness. That would have been a disaster. These medications run us 50,000 yen a bottle. *As the two bottles started getting heavier with two more joining in, making the nurse’s arms bend* Huh? They’re so heavy! What the hell?! They’re gonna fall! *Groan* Hey, you three, don’t just stand there! Pitch in, and help me up!"

Koichi asks "*Feigning ignorance* Uh… Sorry about that, Ms. Adult. Was that, “Hey, you three,” supposed to be directed towards me and my friends?"

The nurse spoke "Of course it was! You’re the only ones here besides me! I can’t hold this much longer!"

Koichi spoke "That sounds like a personal problem. And you told us to go home, so we shouldn’t get involved, you know? Besides, since I’m so shrimpy, I probably couldn’t reach it. *As the nurse groaned* Though we do have a question for you. Is your superior going to reprimand you if those break? I would do just about anything to keep that from happening."

The nurse spoke "Fine! Have it your way! I’ll tell you his room number! Yuya Fungami is in room 525! Just take that elevator to the fifth floor, and you’re there! You can’t miss it!"

But then glass shattered as Josuke drove in through the entrance on the motorcycle.

Koichi spoke "Josuke!"

Josuke: Koichi. Deep Lilac. Tailsko. Did you find out where he is?"

Koichi spoke "You need to head to the fifth floor! His name’s Yuya Fungami, in room 525!"

Josuke spoke "Thanks! You’re the best, Koichi!

We saw the footprint objects running in as Deep Lilac and I went to the elevator.

Koichi spoke "The Stand! Take the elevator! Put an end to this, Josuke!"

Josuke drove into the elevator and crashed as Deep Lilac and I got in right after him right before Shining Diamond slammed the doors shut with feet pattering against it. But then we saw one trying to get through.

Josuke spoke "Damn, it’s persistent."

We saw more footprint feet trying to get through as they sniffed.

Josuke spoke "Great. Bastard’s slipping his way in!"

But then one of them suddenly shot down, hitting the other footprint feet, pinning them down.

Josuke spoke "It’s Koichi! He’s using Reverb Act Three!"

The enemy stand left the door, allowing it to fully close as Shining Diamond to withdraw.

Josuke spoke "*Gets up* I don’t know what any of us would do without you. Thanks for having our backs, Koichi."

The elevator started going up.

Several Chaos Chains and Blood Chains snare the individual pieces of Highway Star, stopping them entirely.

Nightmare Danyelle spoke "Nice try punk!! You forgot my Chaos Chains and my eldest son's Blood Chains!"

“No time for thanks! Move!” I urged as we soon reached the fifth floor and got out before looking left.

Kuro spoke "Right, so get going!

Josuke spoke "There it is! Room 525! *As we started heading to that room* Can’t believe we finally made it.

But then Josuke was suddenly struck by a footprint foot as we saw more suddenly appearing out of thin air.

“What?! How did they get out of that?!” Deep Lilac gasped.

Josuke spoke "Once they get the rough location of its target, the Stand shows teleports and uses scent to zero in for the kill!"

Josuke yelled as Shining Diamond held the freed feet at bay.

Josuke spoke "Bastard! I won’t let you stop us when we’re so close! I’m swear I’m gonna kick your ass into oblivion, even if it kills me!"

Josuke reached the door before more feet attacked, draining his energy as we opened the door, seeing a male Frosmoth Poke-Mobian tended by three female Poke-Mobians wearing similar outfits, one being a Volcarona with reddish-brown hair on her head while wearing a purple collar, another being a Galvantula with blonde hair and an orange collar, and the third being a Lokix with black hair and a green-blue collar.

The trio of females ask "Hmm?"

Josuke spoke "There you are. I hope you’re ready, asshole, ‘cause when I make it to that bed, I’m gonna beat you within an inch of your…"

The Volcarona asks "Who the hell does this douche bag think he is?"

The Galvantula asks "How dare you waltz into this room without permission?!"

The Lokix spoke "This is Yu’s room, idiot!"

Yuya spoke "Leave that loser alone."

The trio of females ask "Huh?"

Yuya spoke "You don’t look so hot, pal. I thought it had been a while since that first guy in the tunnel gave me his nutrients, but now I know what was holding up my meal. So you’re the second sap I’ve been chasing around, huh? Making it this far is commendable. I’m kinda shocked, actually."

The Galvantula asks "Wait, you know who this guy is, Yu-baby?"

Yuya spoke "Huh? *As Josuke groaned and panted while struggling to get up* Not at all. I’ve never seen the guy before. Couldn’t care less who he is."

But then Josuke was pinned on the ground as Highway Go Go fully came back together, draining more and more as Deep Lilac and I managed to keep the two bug ladies away from Josuke. From how it looks like, those three are head over heels for Yuya. But what surprised us was his sense of smell as he could tell a peach was rotten scent alone while finding out Ichigo, Shizue and the two cats were outside by their scent. The Volcarona’s name was Akemi, the Galvantula’s was Yoshie, and the Lokix’s was Reiko, not to be confused with the male outworld soldier. Yuya could even tell that Yoshie was on her period. But Josuke had enough time to get better and back up as Yuya unknowingly smelled his anger.

Yuya spoke "You better not be fibbing. One of you is about to pop, so tell me who it is."

Josuke spoke "It’s me."

Yuya asks "Eh? Huh?"

Josuke spoke "That full-bodied odor you’re whiffing is courtesy of yours truly, you dick!"

Yuya asks "That’s impossible! Your body should be a nutritional wasteland by now! How in the hell are you standing?!"

Josuke spoke "It’s simple."

Yuya spoke "*Gasp!* You were suckin’ down my I.V. like a malnourished vampire!"

Josuke spoke "Calm down. It was just a taste. Even so, it was enough to perk me up a bit. Rohan… You’re holding him captive in the tunnel, but that’s about to end."

Yuya spoke "*Laughs* You imbecilic numb-nut! It’s like you’ve totally forgotten that Highway Go Go has your scent!"

Highway Go Go was under the bed and fully formed as he tried to attack Josuke from below before Nightmare Danyelle and Kuro restrained him again.

Nightmare Danyelle spoke "Not this time!"

Shining Diamond shouts "*Strikes Yuya by his left leg* DORA!"

Yuya screamed.

The Bug Trio spoke "Yu-baby!"

Josuke spoke "I don’t wanna hear a peep outta you three! You can call me Josuke Higashikata, and my Stand is known as Shining Diamond. I’m limited to close-range attacks, but I assure you my punching speed is a lot faster than 60 K. M. H. I’ve never measured, but if I’m close enough, I’m sure I can get to about 300 K. M. H."

Yuya spoke "You just stay away from me! I know by now you’ve heard that my back has been broken to pieces! My arms and legs are fractured, too! I can’t even roll over to scratch my ass! Are you really gonna slap around a feeble, bedridden hospital patient? *Chuckles as Josuke growled* All right, I admit it. I was a jerk. But if you let me go, I’ll free the guy in the tunnel. I think he’s still alive, though it certainly wouldn’t hurt to give him some nutrients. So do we have a deal or what? *As Josuke growled again* Oh, come on, man. You wouldn’t beat up a poor invalid, would you? I know you’re not that cowardly! If you did, you couldn’t call yourself a man!"

The Bug Trio spoke "Yeah! So back off, you coward!"

Josuke asks "Damn. Guess you got a point. Beating the heck out of an injured victim would leave a real bad taste in my mouth, and it definitely wouldn’t be manly. It’s not right, you know?"

Yuya spoke "That’s what I’m saying! Kicking the ass of a tool like me will haunt your conscience forever."

Josuke spoke "To prevent that nightmare, I’ve taken the liberty of fixing you up."

Yuya asks "Hmm? *Gasp*"

As Josuke said, Yuya was completely healed to full health.

Josuke spoke "Well, look at that. You can move. Congrats. You’re completely healed."

Yuya spoke "Yeah. I’m totally fine."

Josuke asks "Yup, and since you’ve gotten a clean bill of health from Shining Diamond, when I pound your ass into the ground, I can avoid looking like a coward, right?"

Yuya asks "Huh?"

Yuya gasped at the realization before he screamed right as Shining Diamond delivered a flurry of punches, sending Yuya flying out of the window and building, then into the fountain water. It was clear that Josuke let the Frosmoth off with a warning about using Highway Go Go to heal himself like that again.

Josuke spoke "*Sniffs before giving a relieved sigh* Man, I feel so invigorated. I feel like it’s the early hours of New Year’s Day and I just put on a fresh pair of my favorite underwear."

The bug trio went down as they helped Yuya out of the water as Ichigo, Wastelands Firestar and Wastelands Sandstorm smiled at what Josuke did.

Tail thrashing, Ichigo growls "If he comes near me or Shizue, I will INCINERATE HIM!"

Josuke spoke "I dunno. After he went on about a man’s pride, I don’t think he’d go after a kid, a pregnant woman or an animal. I was the only blip on his radar after Rohan."

Ichigo spoke "Still, smart on letting Yuya off with a warning like that."

Soon, we were back at the tunnel with Midnight coming along as Josuke healed Rohan, restoring his nutrients.

Rohan spoke "*Groans* Oh, it’s you. Guess you won."

Josuke spoke "*Withdraws Shining Diamond as Rohan got up* So, uh, look, Rohan-Sensei. Here’s the thing. I know we’re not friends, but-"

Rohan asks "Why did you heal me?"

Josuke asks "Eh? Huh?"

Rohan asks "You’re such a moron. I would have preferred wasting away than the likes of you save my life. *As Josuke growled with an embarrassed blush* I told you and the others to run away, but, as always, you had to step right into the enemy’s trap. How do you function?"

Josuke spoke "Wha-"

Rohan spoke "By the way, you and I are even now."

Midnight spoke "Oh good grief…"

Nightmare Danyelle wingslaps Rohan upside the back of the head.

Nightmare Danyelle spoke "It's just how Josuke is, he's got a sense of justice. And two of my adopted kids would have been sad if the Pink Dark Boy manga was suddenly cancelled for no reason."

Nightmare Danyelle then noticed Wastelands Sandstorm and I looking at Wastelands Firestar, who now had wings.

Nightmare Danyelle asks "Ichigo... did you do a blood transfusion on the tomcat?"

Ichigo asks "With Fire Streak? Yeah. What other choice did I have?"

Nightmare Danyelle spoke "Great StarClan... Ichigo, you're an idiot... But you're Josuke's idiot."

Ichigo asks "*Embarrassed blush* W-What’s that supposed to mean?!"

Nightmare Danyelle flings Ichigo at Josuke, causing the two to kiss.

Nightmare Danyelle laughs "I honestly don't care if Cadence and Zoey yell at me for that! It's because of my cutie mark!"

I was on my stomach while laughing.

“That’s too good!” I laughed.

Nightmare Danyelle laughs "I sense a royal wedding in the near future!"

Ichigo asks "Josuke?"

Josuke asks "Huh?"

Ichigo spoke "I want to help you protect Morioh, since it is the place I had become half alicorn after all."

Nightmare Danyelle spoke "That reminds me! Josuke, I got good news on Shigechi."

Josuke asks "Huh?"

Nightmare Danyelle spoke "The cloned body will be ready soon!"

Josuke spoke "*Smiles with a chuckle* About time."

Nightmare Danyelle's wings shot up since she had a vision.

Nightmare Danyelle mutters "Kawajiri..."

Josuke asks "What happened?

Nightmare Danyelle asks "I saw a little boy called “Hayato Kawajiri”, but why? Maybe some kind of hint?"

Rohan spoke "Hmm… Now that I think about it, I did see a boy with that name while taking photos."

Nightmare Danyelle spoke "Anyway, it’s been a long day."

Ichigo spoke "that short burst of a vision might be what we need to find that Yoshikage jerk!"

Nightmare Danyelle has yet another vision.

Nightmare Danyelle mutters "Paramedic... Ambulance... Yoshikage... Explosion at hospital..."

Ichigo asks "Something happen?"

Nightmare Danyelle spoke "Nothing important. Besides, what we learned now might not be enough yet."

Deep Lilac spoke "With bits of info from the two visions you had Dany, along with the photos that Rohan had taken... We don't know where the Kawajiris are."

Midnight spoke "Well, we shouldn’t overwork ourselves in looking into it. We got some info, so that’s enough for now."
