Searching for a quick way to escape the cave, Twilight saw a window and jumped through, sliding down a snow-covered slope until she touched solid ground. Although, she knew that she was not out of the woods yet. If she didn't get the lacerations on her back closed up, she was going to bleed out and die. She did not know where she was in Equestria because a snowstorm was going on. She found an old backpack buried in the snow and discovered that there was a compass inside. When she saw that the needle indicated north was behind her, she began running with all of her might.

After running for an hour and a half, her muscles were fatigued and she collapsed from exhaustion and fell face-first into the snow.

Twilight has killed King Sombra and escaped from the cave where he was holding her. However, he has partially achieved his goal and gotten her pregnant. Is she going to die from blood loss, or is she going to be rescued? Also, can the foal be removed before full-term?
