The Slaver City of Fillydelphia, home to many hundreds of slaves and numerous slavers. Here, the slaves toil under the watchful gaze of Red Eye's slavers, working for a greater purpose. Sometimes slaves step out of line, sometimes they fail to do their job, and the slave masters step in to punish them.

Today, a slave named Band Aid has failed in her duties to her master and Red Eye's and her master punishes her in a fitting way.
