Chapter 1View OnlineKuro, The Kitsune GodChapter 1Author's Note I only got custom names for 2. Sorry. Chapter 1 I watch the sun rise. It's beautiful. We have finally made it to the surface. "Kuro, wake up you lazy fluff ball!" With a bit of a snort, I wake up to Ceri standing over me. His 6 white tails swish as he watches me stir. "Wake up already." He lifts me up to where I'm looking into his silver eyes. "Good morning..." I say with a yawn. A dream? Or worse. "Morning? It's afternoon already! I even had time to comb all nine of your tails!" I look at my holographic colored tails. They're a lot smoother. He sets me down. "Thanks bro." I say tiredly as I stumble down the stairs. "You're welcome. I made us some noodles so feel free to dig in!" He says cheerfully. "Ok." Ceri's cooking isn't the best, but it's been improving since he started cooking lessons with Undnye. "It's good. Thank you for the food. I'm going to my post. I'll see ya later Ceri." He happily waves me off. I can't place my finger on it, but something is wrong. I do the standard greeting for new humans with a whoopie cushion in the hand. "Strange. People usually laugh at that. So, my names Kuro. Kuro the Kitsune. What's your name?" . . . 'You sure know how to pick em lady. I then noticed dust on their hands and feet. "Let's go. My brother is gonna be coming through here any minute. You might wanna hide." . . . "Ok." "Kuro, have you found a human?" "Yup. Right here." "Great!" He disappears and the 'human' starts to leave. "Hold it." They stop. "Listen here kid, my brother has never seen a human before so if you can and act like one, that would be great. One more thing, if you keep going down the path you're going... I WILL KILL YOU AN INFINITE AMOUNT OF TIMES. YOU WILL BEG FOR MERCY, AND I WILL SHOW NONE." I teleport away. Throughout the day, the human continued to show no emotion. Later... "I'm going to confront the human." I choke on my drink as Ceri says those words for a good 2 minutes. "Absolutely not. That human will hurt you, Ceri. Please don't." I say strained from choking on my drink. "I have to try. All they need is some guidance! You saw how strained their movement was right? I think somethings wrong and they need my help!" I won't be changing his mind any time soon. Eventually the time comes when he confronts the human. (Pov change to third person) "Human, I am the great Ceri, and I am here to assist you!" the human steps towards him. "Hold it. I've noticed a few odd things about you. First of all, you're covered in dust like a weirdo! Not to mention you don't even like puzzles!" The human steps forward once again. The human seems hesitant to get any closer. "I think all you need is some kindness, so I am here to help you!" The human changed and slashed Ceri across the chest, cutting deep into him. "I-I didn't expect that..." He says with a wheeze. "Don't g... don't give up hope human. There are still others who can save you..." He says softly. "You can still do the right thing... Still, you can do better. Even if you don't think so. I-I believe in you..." He turns to dust, his dark blue scarf softly floats to the ground as the human moves on. (Back to Kuro POV) I fall to my knees at the dust left on the snowy ground. I shakily grab Ceri's scarf and hold it close to my chest while tears run down from my face. This pain... It hurts. I look at my Pink and Red soul. It pulses and my grief is replaced with anger. A burning anger that can't be quelled by simple means of revenge. I will avenge him. Much later in the last corridor... "You've been busy. So, do you think that even the worst person can change? That everyone can be a good person, if they just try...? Well. I sure as hell don't. I will kill you. I don't care about anything other than ending you. You took my brother from me. Now I shall take your soul from you." I summon my scythes and begin splitting the air, slashing at them at blinding speeds. They barely live through it. "Buckle in kid. You've reached hell." The fight begins. I check their name and it's frisk. That can't be right. I do a gaster blaster rotation attack and they manage to avoid most of the beams. "Listen kid, there are a few things I don't understand. First of all, why go through all the trouble of bringing us to the surface, just to come back here?" This seems to stir the human a little. They attack and miss. I slam my fist into the ground making them fly up, I run and aim to split them in half with my scythe, but they block it and instead fly into a wall. "Give up kid. You aren't beating me. You're way too weak." The 'human' gets up like nothing happened even though they took considerable damage. Almost like they can't feel it. (Third person POV now) The fight drags on for a long time. The human persistent as ever continues attacking, slowly wearing him down. Until... "Listen kid, we have been at it for a while. Listen, I know that at one point, we were friends. Even if it was in another timeline. So, kid, are ya in there? If you are, please put the weapon down, and my job will be a lot easier." Kuro says. The humans weapon suddenly drops from their hand and Frisk begins crying. "Calm down kiddo. You're going to make me cry." Suddenly, Kuro is Infront of the kid, scythe raised. He suddenly stops when an apparition of Ceri appears, arms out protecting the human. "Ceri...? What are you doing here? I thought you were dead..." "I am dead. But I've come back to save the human." "Save them? How can you think about doing that even after what they did to you?" Kuro said, his voice breaking. "Because I still believe in them. Please show them mercy Kuro." "I can't... I just can't..." Kuro is emotionally breaking. "Then... Do it for me. Spare the human for me, Kuro. Please." With those last words, Ceri fully disappeared, and Kuro broke down. The human now had the chance to kill him. But instead, they gave him a hug. Kuro then realized something. This was his chance. He hugged them back for a few seconds before speaking. "Sorry about this kid." A bone suddenly pierces the human, and they gasp in pain as Kuro begins pulling them off the bone slowly. (Kuro POV) My suspicions are confirmed as I fully pull Frisk off the bone. There are two separate humans. I had to keep healing frisk through the procedure. The bone disappears, and the other human fully stands up. They have pale skin, red cheeks, red eyes, and a creepy smile. I push Frisk behind me as I begin to pour all my energy into my attacks. After a few minutes, I'm completely spent. I only hit them a few times. I expect them to kill me but instead they rush Frisk. Slash I cough out some blood as I take the slash for frisk. We aren't winning this. Its time to dip. With a snap of my fingers, Frisk and I teleport. I'm suddenly in a large room all by myself surrounded by ponies. What I think are the guards surround me. But before I can say anything, I pass out.
Chapter 2View OnlineKuro, The Kitsune GodChapter 2Alrighty. A dungeon. I think to myself as I gently pull on the chains keeping me on the wall. I'm still wearing his scarf. I'm alone. But there seems to be a shining spear in front of me. I use my foxfire to melt the chains holding me and approach the spear. The air near the spear is warm and familiar. I grab the spear and hold it. I know why this is familiar now. It the warmth reminds me of my mother. She was the goddess of suns. Although, her warmth was more controlled and kinder. This one is a bit untamed. I can almost feel her here with me. I'm then interrupted from my thoughts as I hear a gasp. "Guards! The prisoner has freed themselves from the chains!" I teleport back to that big room I came in first and open my menu. *Kuro LV.1 EXP 0/5000. I can't teleport anywhere else because I don't have the coordinates. I got to figure out...where I am. There are more ponies than before now. They're all staring at my hand in disbelief at the object I'm holding, especially the white one with the multicolored mane and tail. I don't see what's special about this spear. I tap it against the ground, and it melts when it gets close to it. I see now. The spear seems to disintegrate out of my hands. The guards begin to rush at me at the same time. I reset my speed to normal which makes them all seem like a motionless picture. I walk around and give each guard a forehead flick and then return to my spot and lower my speed. The guards fly back and slam into the walls. "He can use a short-range shockwave spell." A purple unicorn says. If she only knew how wrong she was. My ears flick as I hear the one on the throne get up. I look towards her. Before she can say anything, a spear is run through my stomach and out to the front. Time to find out what she was going to say. I can stop all of my vital signs from showing up through any kind of machine or magic without suffering any consequences. I pretend to grasp at the spear as it's ripped out again and I follow with the force of it, landing on my back facing the ceiling with lifeless eyes. Time for a fourth wall break. You may wonder, why was I not killed by that action? Also, If I can go that fast, how come I didn't do that against the human? The thing is, I did. They were just faster somehow. As for why I'm not dead, I'm supposed to be immortal, but the human seemed to be able to somehow bypass that said factor. Now back to the story. A yellow Pegasus quickly comes to my side and holds their ear close to my chest. "Poor thing's dead..." the Pegasus holding me says as they gently run their hooves over my head. The colors of the ponies by the door seem to drain a little besides the pink one. Not only was this a bad idea, but now I feel bad. "I'm going to try and detect his soul. Please move out the way Fluttershy." This won't work. I can't really hide my soul so I gotta make a body double. I reset my speed to normal and get up, while leaving a magic signature behind. Once I'm fully up, I fill the magic signature and create an effective body double. I use cloaking magic and move somewhere nearby and slow myself down. . . . "I can't detect his soul at all. Please explain your reason for killing him soldier." "Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, when inspecting this thing, it injured guards when they touched him. There is no way he was unconscious and therefore, he was threat." The princess rubs her forehead in frustration. "While he was out, we did a spell to see if he truly was unconscious. He was." Luna said. "But-" "I did an experiment to see what caused him to attack, it was his scarf. You could prod him anywhere but his scarf. It seemed like he was very protective of it. Now we don't know the reason, and we never will because he's dead." "But he's not dead." The pink pony said. To which I chocked on air. "What do you mean by that Pinky?" "He's not dead Twilight. He's right here." Pinky jumps at me and I sidestep her. Must be a fluke. Except that she jumps onto my head. The rest gasp as they can only see her floating. I sigh and deactivate my magic. "Heya. How are you doing?" Understandably, they're mad. Twilight seems curious as well though. It also seems like someone has another sneak attack up their sleeve. Sam appears and bites their spear in half. Sam is a quadrupedal nine tailed Kitsune I created with my own magic with white fur, Dark blue runes written on her tails, Golden eyes, and an electrical current running across her body. She has my Speed, Stealth, and a bit of strength. She's also four times my size. She just flicks her paw, sending the guard across the room and into a wall I made which stretches so he doesn't get hurt. "WOW! ANOTHER FOX TO PARTY WITH!" Pinky yells. Then she seems to poof into thin air. "Anyways... I'm sure you got some questions so, one at a time please." I make my holographic colored tails rhythmically swish side to side. All the ponies become mesmerized except the orange pony, the rainbow Pegasus, and the princesses. "Could ya stop that? It feels like you're trying to hypnotize me." The orange one says in a western accent while covering her eyes. Luna gets up and charges her horn but Celestia stops her. The rainbow one on the other hand, yells and charges at me. "Quit it!" She kicks at me, and I block her with my tails. "I see now." My stop waving my tails and the ponies return to normal. "So, orange over there is patient and asks questions first. You also seem rather honest and unafraid to speak your mind. Princess Luna, You're a bit rash with decisions sometimes even if you mean well. Princess Celestia, you take your time to think things out and plan carefully. Although, you on the other hand" I look the rainbow pegasus in the eyes. "You shoot first and ask questions later. Could of covered your eyes like the orange one over there." "Names Applejack." She says looking over her friends. "What did you do to them though?" "What happened? Twilight asks curiously. "Mesmerize hypnotism." Twilight seems sad to of missed this. "There are no aftereffects. Now, back to the questions." Sam lays down behind me.
Chapter 3View OnlineKuro, The Kitsune GodChapter 3I sat down and began to brush the tail that Rainbow Dash had hit and before the questions, we had a brief introduction. "I see. Pleasure to meet you all. Name's Kuro, The God of Creation and nicknamed, 'The Angel of Death'." I said with a bow. Before anyone could say anything, Twilight was the first to say something. "What are you and that thing over there?" I'm not sure how but she seems to have a quill and parchment ready. "Her name is Sam. She's a kitsune like me. I created her with my magic. Although she carries more of the fox traits than I do." "I must know darling, how do you keep your tails looking so polished, smooth looking, and what dye do you use?" Rarity asked. "Daily brushing. From tip to base. As for the color, I was born like this. All natural." She lets out a gasp of shock. "Why are you called the Angel of Death?" Applejack asks. "Because of how effective I was at fighting, and for other reasons that I will not say." "What are those reasons?" Luna asked. "I said 'reasons I won't say', didn't I?" "Tell us your secrets." "Why don't you tell us yours Luna? All about Nightmare moon." She reeled back at my answer. "Exactly. Not a past we're proud of or want to be reminded of." I sigh. "Sorry about the sudden aggression. As I said, not a past I want to remember." "How'd you know about that? You're new here." Rainbowdash asked suspiciously. "Mind reading." "Pfft. There's no way you can read minds." "Pfft. There's no way you can read minds." "Stop that." "Stop that." "Thats enough." "Thats enough." "Rainbowdash Is 100% the greatest flyer in equestria!" "Rainbowdash is 100% NOT the greatest flyer in equestria." "What?! I am the greatest flyer!" I laugh at how she didn't expect that. "I've got a question." Celestia says. "What gave you such a wound? It took three Alicorns and six Unicorns to heal that wound." "This kid did." I hold out my palm and an image appears, showing the kid with red cheeks and red eyes. "They're so small. You must be seriously weak." Rainbowdash says smugly. That got on my nerves. "Alright then. Can you keep up with these movements?" I show the battle I had with them at regular speed, and everyone flinches in shock. "Y-Yeah I can." She says nervously. "Quit lying Rainbowdash. It's obvious that none of us would stand a chance against them." Applejack says. "Could you tell us more about where you're from?" Princess Cadence asks. "Yeah sure." The picture changes showing my hometown that I was born in. People are talking, eating, and laughing. "It's so peaceful there." Cadence says. "Yeah. It was peaceful." I say sadly. "Was?" Celestia asks. The image shakes as explosions begin appearing over the area while people begin to run and scream. I cut the image before it gets to the bodies. "Was. Well now I have my questions." I try my best to ignore twilight doing her little experiments on Sam. "What is this planet called?" When I look back, Twilight has created a mini laboratory out of nowhere. "We are on a planet called equestria." Celestia responds. "Cool, cool. Do you have a world map?" "Guards please get him a map of equestria. Any more questions?" "Yeah, just one more." Twilight's mane frizzles as she tries to touch an electrical current from Sam. "Can you stop?" I snap my fingers and twilights mini lab disintegrates. She hangs her head in sadness and defeat. "yes..." Twilight sits down. "Great." The guard returns with a big map and hands it to me. Or hooves it. I place it on the floor and imbue some magic into. Numbers start appearing and I begin to memorize them. After 2 minutes, the numbers stop. "What was that? Numbers flew out the map at blinding speed!" Twilight says as she comes over and grabs the map inspecting it. "I used my magic to make the map give out all coordinates. Now I can go anywhere I want." I stumble a little. "Are you okay?" Fluttershy asked me. "Yeah, I think so. I just need a lil bit of sleep." I carefully lay myself against Sam and bring out my soul. Sure enough, It's damaged. Nothing too serious but unless I heal it, I'll have a bit of trouble using my natural magic. "No more questions for now. I'll accept new answers tommorow." "There's no way you can sleep right now. You can't sleep on command." Rainbowdash says. "Wanna bet?" I say. "Bet." "Alright then. Be-" I fall asleep.
