Pinkamena Diane Pie returns to a place where she had been sent when she had violent outbursts when she was a kid. But, she doesn’t have fond memories there... Instead, she remembers the torture and discrimination she faced daily, which bubbled into the hatred she now feels in every inch of her body.

There is, however, one problem; how will she survive the Asylum that is being torn apart from the inside by a creature with sinister intentions?
