A General Destiny: The Overlords reapers

The final test was progressing well as expected. The Overlord looks at the progress that Sombra
had been going through in the last scenario, that he had learned from his new master.

The test however would be the final bone for Sombra to break before satisfying the Overlord.
But.. Sombra will find it would had satisfied the Overlord too much..

Sombra was in the Crystal empire, he had started to take point and obliterated the entire Royal brigade
without mercy.

With the guards down he made it inside, while this he grabbed the crystal heart and corrupted
it with the dark crystals.

However standing behind him was the usual group, the mane 6, Twilight mumbled about
friendship and how they will stop him once and for all but the thing is Sombra didn't
heard it.

Because he acted quickly before she could even say anything and caged her and her friends.

However a brigade of strange vehicles arrived and it looked like they can kill a pony as strong
as him. That is his old self that was.

He teleported inside the armored vehicles and terminated the crews inside, one by one
the remaining brigades retreated as the armor vehicles backed off and with the surviving
crews running for their lives.

Sombra smiled, while he can draft them to be his own soldiers he had other plans.

So drafting the royal guards he defeated with mind control helmets the troops stormed the castle
with the royal family and without saying anything the two were snuck behind by Sombra and
the Mind control devices was placed on their heads.

The ones named Cadence and Shining armor, tried to fight it but ultimately failed as they stood
still and stiff.

Sombra looked around his surroundings and saw no one else was challenging him so he
let out a evil laughter as a helicopter was behind him and blew up the wall.

However he knew what happened as he saw that same tan pony with the green uniform and the helmet.

Sombra studied this one, he apparently has control of the entire Equestrian army.. And killing
him would destabilize that army and Equestria would be left vulnerable.

So quickly he dodged the bullets that the Helicopter sprayed on him as he fired his mage,
somehow he burnt a back pack that got the tan pony concerned but without studying why,
he shoots the helicopter down with his magic and it was disabled and was crashing to the lower
bottom of the palace.

Looking down from the obliterated wall. The Helicopter was destroyed and James is dead.

The scenario ended, Sombra looked at the Overlord who had been watching but
so was Tirek as he was clapping.

"Bravo, don't know you, but bravo." Tirek remarked.

"Who's he?" Sombra asked.

"Tirek, didn't you know?" The Overlord reminded.

"Oh.. Him. That's Tirek?"

The Overlord rolled his eyes annoyingly before speaking.

"Well I guess while you don't know your fellow classmates. It's nice that you have finally passed that
test.. But.."

"But what?"

"But unfortunately, there is one last thing you must do in order to achieve reformulation."

"Reformulation? What's that.." Sombra asked.

"A reward, lets just say if you do this one thing then you will earn it." The Overlord smiled.

Sombra looked at the Overlord. He seemed to be smiling for once but... Not in a good way as always
when he smiles..

"What is it then?" Sombra asked.

"I like you to reconfigure and recruit to our cause so that we may have one more atleast to give
a convincing speech or something in the lines of a little reminder about mercy." The Overlord
Smiled.

"MERCY?! But you told me that we shouldn't give mercy!" Sombra said.

"Unfortunately for once.. I may have done that a little wrong, or then again I feel merciful today,
it's one of those things that you feel like taking out your anger on everyone you see in your
sights and then again want to just threaten them at the same time. If you get what I mean?"
The Overlord simplified.

"Also we need a spy." He finished.

"I guess so.. But who am I recruiting?" Sombra asked.

The Overlord smiled and turned backside to Sombra.

"Hope."

It was the barren wastelands, Radiant Hope continued a journey to the land of Tartarus.
Her objective was to find the Umbrum's protector and defender Sombra.

Sombra was her life time friend. And when she told Celestia and Luna about Sombra's reign in the Crystal
city she was deeply saddened when she heard about her friend banishing the entire city.

But.. There was something else more than what was let on when Celestia told her..

But when she met the Umbrum they chose Sombra to defend them from the outside, their champion!
And savior! And she wasn't going to let them defend by themselves nor is she going to let them
be trapped forever in a crystal.

So as she continued on through the snow a black cloud of shadows formed right in front of her.

She stood her ground but in a curious and wondering face.

"Sombra??" She said.

Finally the black figure formed, it wasn't Sombra and didn't look like a Umbrum.

"Hello.... Radiant Hope." The Overlord greeted.

"W-who are you!" She trembled.

"Be not afraid, I am your savior and I have to say. You had a great plan you cooked up here."
The Overlord chuckled.

"You mean about the-"

"Umbrum? Well of course what else wouldn't I talk about other than my pets."
The Overlord smiled.

"Pets..?"

"Yes, the Umbrum may look adorable and harmless in your eyes, but when magic is shown they are
formed into their own true forms. But don't fear they just can't stand the peaceful magic, and they
themselves tend to stay peaceful. Most of the time atleast.." The Overlord explained.

"But.. They seemed so nice.. But who are you really? And why did you come to me?!" Hope asked.

"Hehehe. Maybe, repeat that question to someone else." The Overlord chuckled.

He brings in the one she had been trying to restore for all the years she had been wondering around
for. He brought her Sombra.

"I believed you two have met before." The Overlord assumed.

Sombra was a bit grumpy, but atleast he was with somepony he was closely near to.

"Sombra!" Radiant hugged him, a unexpected move that made the Overlord
turn around and gagged himself in disgust.

"You betrayed me." He said, Hope released him.

"I didn't know what to do! It's been a long time and when I learned about what happened I
didn't know you would do something to a city!" Hope said.

The Overlord rolled his eyes, and then got the hitch that was probably already guessed.

"Does this new information on the day he was banished happened to include that?" The Overlord
asked.

"B-BANISHED?!"

"Huh. So it's true they lied to you maybe this element might remind you of what happened."
The Overlord hovered the Alicorn amulet over Radiant's face and flashed her.

As she was now given what truly happened Sombra looked at him in angered confusion.

"Why do you want to recruit her as a spy? Why can't she come with us!" Sombra asked.

"Because, while she has a plan to save my pets that I could release myself, It doesn't account her
to be a villian enough. You on the other hand was chosen first because of a image that all
villians can follow through." The Overlord explained.

"But why? Why can't she?" He asked.

"She's not a villian, but she does make perfect use for a spy atleast." The Overlord grinned.

"But if she gets caught?" Sombra asked.

"Then I will take her in, until then she will be perfect to see what is going on while we prepare."
The Overlord crossed his arms as the Amulet finished showing Hope the things that truly
happened to Sombra..

And she seemed devastated.

"They really banished you.. They banished you underneath.. And without provocation either!"

Sombra looked at the Overlord profoundly and the Overlord replied.

"Atleast now you understand why I came to you, Sombra had told me a lot in between his training
sessions."

"Training..? But what are you training for?" Hope asked.

"A rebbellion, we will overthrow Celestia and everyone else who oppressed the ponies that had been
lied to their entire lives. And then after that. We will make it all perfect once again." The Overlord
lied.

Hope looked at Sombra, she was guilty with what Celestia had done to her friend. And lying to her?
This was a outrage and she didn't stand for it anymore. She looked at the Overlord determinedly
and asked.

"What could I do to get thing's straight." Hope asked.

The Overlord smiled.

"Sombra, would you like to tell her?"

Sombra looked at Hope, he's worried for once but that's because she is his only friend he had gotten in
this world.

"You can.. Spy on the high ranking leaders of Equestria, my friend and master, the Overlord,
will take you to your first target." Sombra said.

"Who do I spy on then?" Hope asked.

"Twilight Sparkle." The Overlord replied. "Twilight Sparkle is a thorn in my side,
for ages the villians had tried to take Equestria and she and her friends had stopped them, that's why with you
spying on her I can write down and memorize her weaknesses, your eyes will be mine just so you know."
The Overlord explained.

"I will do it then.. And. Sombra, I'm sorry about what I did. I never wanted you banished I didn't
know that they were eager to banish you! But I see now.. Their true nature towards the kingdom.
And maybe, we can finally pick up the pieces of Mi amore and tell her and.. Apologize. I guess I should
start goi-"

"Hope, you were my best friend when other ponies then never saw my potential, but
now I have been unblinded because of his will and together when this is all over.
We can finally rule together as we were suppose to be." Sombra smiled.

The Overlord was a bit cringy watching it, when he sense love between them like.
Love love he had to put to stop of it now.

"Alright we get the point you two are 'best' friends, Hope in my words good luck. And put that
brown hood of yours on when I teleport you to Ponyville." The Overlord said.

"But what about the Umbrum though? Who's gonna protect them?" She asked
despite that she was told they were a bit edgy when there is magic present.

"Oh don't worry, I will make sure they are protected. Now good luck Radiant Hope." The Overlord
waved.

She was teleported out of their sights as the Overlord teleported himself and Sombra back to
the darkness.

It was time....

As Sombra looked at the plain fields of darkness he now wondered... Was she in love
with a monster?

The Overlord heard his thoughts to be annoying but satisfied.

"Sombra, it's time for the reformulation. Or in words, your great reward." The Overlord
smiled.

"I'm ready." Sombra said.

The Overlord teleported everyone in the lands as they watched Sombra with their voices
muted by the Overlord he raised his shadowy arm.

and hovered his palm infront of Sombra's face.

At a moment nothing happened before waves of darkness swarmed over the recruited villians as
veins of darkness entered Sombra's body, this reformulation. It was a transformation.

Sombra's armor was shattered and replaced with a green one, his horn was shattered to a new
sharp dark colored one, his robe was well still the same. But his mane instead of it being
pure black was now streamed red right, left, and in the middle. His tail stayed black.
His crown was silver to red.

Finally the transformation ended in a new face of evil. As it gave birth to a new villian in
physical form while keeping his mind in a mental shape. Sombra physically but not mentally.

Was dead. And now arise a new villian. Same but reformed, reborned, and transformed.
As he landed on the shadowy ground he got up with his head down as if he was bowing to
the Overlord.

The Overlord smiled and finally commanded.

"Rise. In the name of darkness, true emperor of the Crystal empire, I rename you...
Skiá..."

Skia, raised in the name of his new master's upon his new name as Tirek asked in the background
after being unmuted.

"How do you feel?"

Skia looked and grinned..

"Perfect..."

As she teleported to Ponyville she looked at the corners and quickly head in the bushes,
it was daytime and she can hear a voice?

A voice of betrayal as a Tan pony who seemed to been have heart broken ran from the castle..

It seemed the Tan pony was the one who happened to shout from the castle..

The Tan pony ran into the forest as the purple one ran after the tan pony.

Was this tan pony a bad guy? No that couldn't be because the purple pony would
have a face of anger.

Wait a minute that was Twilight Sparkle. She would say to herself.

So knowing that Twilight, her target, was in the area Hope said to herself.

"Gotcha."
