The Rise of Dharkon

Once Flurry Heart saw Galeem’s forces beginning to form up, she called out to the Disney Fleet.

“Raise shields and prepare for enemy engagement.”

Everyone raised their shields to full capacity and accelerated to attack speed. Minnie’s nieces detached from her ship and everyone armed their weapons. Once they were close enough to Galeem, his forces started appearing on radar.

“OPEN FIRE!”, Mickey yelled over the radio.

Blasts flew from both fleets and struck each other, but Flurry and the Disney Fleet had the upper hand. Galeem’s forces did not all have the opportunity to put their shields up before they were hit. Their ships were destroyed and they perished in either the vacuum of space or in the explosions. Those that had put up their shields armed their weapons and started pursuing individual ships.

“Jasmine, you’ve got one on your tail. I’m coming to help you.”, said Aladdin as he chased after a fighter.

“Tigger, pull up!”, yelled Christopher Robin as Tigger shot down a fighter and flew through the blast.

Tigger was quick to avoid the hottest part of the blast.

“I got a little cooked, but I’m alright.”, he replied.

After an hour, the entire squadron from Galeem’s fleet had been taken out. Belle’s sensors indicated that there was another one coming. She relayed this to Flurry, who did not take the news lightly. In a fit of rage, she called out angrily to Galeem.

“OH NO YOU DON’T!”, she screamed.

Suddenly, Minnie radioed in. She was panicking.

“Gold Leader, I need your help. The twins have split off too far from me and have turned their radios off. I can’t contact them.”

Flurry widened her radar range and picked up the twins at a stationary position. A scan revealed that they were aiming quantum torpedoes at the Light Master’s main reactor. Flurry told Minnie what was going on.

“They’re aiming at the main reactor?”, she asked in an astonished tone.

“Affirmative, and I think I know why. If they hit the reactor, and cause the ship to blow up, Galeem and his remaining soldiers will be forced to evacuate. That will also have the result of releasing the Harmony Fleet from captivity.”, Flurry replied.

Flurry was right. Strong blasts flew from both Millie and Melody’s ships and pierced deep into the center of the Light Master. Multiple ships from Galeem’s fleet came shooting away in an attempt to escape the destruction, including Galeem himself, except Galeem was the only one who survived. Many of his soldiers’ ships were damaged and were blown up as they tried to escape. As the ship blew apart, several ships that Flurry recognized came flying away from the blast. When she spotted them on her radar, a smile formed on her face. Meanwhile, Millie and Melody had returned to their aunt and turned their radios back on.

“Way to go, girls.”, hollered Minnie over the headset.

Flurry called out to her fleet from Equus.

“Harmony Fleet, this is Queen Flurry Heart. Do you copy?”

The entire fleet acknowledged and was happy she was back.

“I see that you have found some new soldiers to help out.”, said Gallus.

“You’re right about that, Gallus. I never lost faith in her.”, added Smolder

Flurry called out to everyone and said they were clear to land on Equus since her shield was still standing.

“All fighters, my shield against Galeem is still holding up. We are clear to land.”

Both fleets acknowledged and began the landing sequence.
