Spike, running to the fake Dazzlings, was now surrounded by dark and light green flames around his body. He was now in his dark armored dragon form and joined the girls in the fight.

"Spike?" Sunset said

"Girls! Don't hold back! Those aren't the Dazzlings!" Spike said pointing at the three doppelgangers.

"What?!" The Rainbooms said confused.

"So. The Present to now Future Hero knows." Dark Adagio said with a sneer.

"Surrender now and we'll leave your friends alone." Dark Aria said

"I don't think so!" Spike said with defiance, his eyes flaring red as he spoke.

"Get ready girls!" Sci-Twi said

The others nodded and got ready to fight the Dark Dazzlings. They charged and dueled with the three. With Spike, Sunset and Sci-Twi fighting Dark Adagio, Rainbow Dash and Applejack battling Dark Aria and Fluttershy and Pinkie facing against Dark Sonata.

Dark Adagio managed to counter each of Sunset and Sci-Twi's magic attacks and fought hand to hand with Spike, with both proving to be equally matched. As they did, Dark Adagio managed to blast away Sunset and Sci-Twi into a wall, knocking them down and kicked Spike down, though he countered with a flaming kick to her side.

"Their too strong! They weren't like this last time!" Sunset said

"It must be because Spike's future self created them with the magic in him!" Applejack said in turn

"We have to keep going!" Spike said

They continued to fight, but were noticeably more exhausted. However, Venom said suddenly in Spike's head

"Spike, I have an idea! Grab one of them and stare them dead in the eyes!"

"What? Venom? What are you suggesting?"

"Just trust me! I have a plan!" Venom replied with hurry.

Spike, seeing no other option, complied and managed to grabbed Dark Sonata by the arms and then held her head to face him dead in the eyes.

"What are you doing?!" Dark Sonata asked as Spike, made her face him.

As soon as Spike did that, his eyes then turned black in his sclera and then with red pupils. Dark Sonata screamed as red flaming beams of light shot from her eyes and mouth. After a few seconds, Spike threw her off him and Dark Sonata disintegrated into nothing but dust.

"Whoa! What the hay?" Spike said, seeing what he just did.

This also shocked the dark clones of Aria and Adagio while the Rainbooms gave looks of shock at Spike managing to make the clone of Sonata disintegrate into nothing but dust.

"Whoa!" Rainbow Dash said upon seeing what Spike did.

"SONATA!" The clones of both Aria and Adagio shouted.

The now angered dark Dazzlings charged at Spike, who's eyes flared as the Rainbooms gave looks of mixed shock and worry.

"What is he doing?!" Rarity asked in shock upon seeing Spike's eyes flare.

Spike's eyes turned red in the pupils while the white sclera had became completely blackened and Spike only frowned and only waited as they charged. Just as they got closer, Spike teleported in a dark green flash.

"What the?! Where did he go?!" Dark Adagio asked in confusion

As she and Dark Aria looked around, Spike was nowhere in sight, not just to them but also the Rainbooms. As the all looked, the area began to become a bit foggy.

"Huh? Girls, why is the place getting all misty?" Pinkie Pie asked, noticing the foggy mist.

The girls took notice and looked around, they noticed that most of the mall has become dark and all the mall goers were gone. The area was dark and foggy and this began to slowly increase the tension between them.

"Aria! Get ready!" Dark Adagio said.....but there was no response.

"Aria!?" Dark Adagio said again but when she turned back, the dark clone of Aria was gone. This began to slowly frighten not just Dark Adagio, but also the Rainbooms. Even Rainbow Dash sweated in fear while Fluttershy only cowered more then usual. Suddenly a demonic hand had emerged from the ground and had grabbed Adagio. It dragged her to Spike and he did the same thing to Adagio, who then disintegrated into dust the moment she looked in his eyes

After a few seconds, the mist had dissipated and the area of the mall returned to it's normal environment. Spike then returned to his normal form and said

"You girls ok?"

The Rainbooms were baffled until Rainbow Dash said "Squirt! How did you do that?!"

"Venom gave me the idea." Spike answered.

"It's like you just looked them in the eye and they vanished!" Sunset noted.

"Yeah, that reminds me, how did you do that?" Rarity asked confused.

"Like I said, Venom, the guy in my mind helping me gave me the idea. I guess he must have helped me unlock this ability." Spike surmised.

The Rainbooms meanwhile turned back to their normal forms as Spike headed outside and called the Dazzlings on his phone.

"Girls, are you there?"

"We're ok Spike. What happened in there?" Adagio asked with confusion.

"I'll tell you later. In the meantime, you can come in now." Spike replied.

Spike hung up and eventually began to head into the mall and shop for some gifts. As he did, he shopped from a clothing store, a game store and a few other stores....

(In Equestria, in front of the School of Friendship)

Jungle Guardian/Dark Spike was seen in front of the school, only giving a blank look.

"This so-called school of Friendship's false princess is the reason why I was born....why Spike's future was wrongfully delayed into a false one. One that this false excuse of an Element and her minions created and robbed me of.........and the worst part is this time........this new future will erase me if they find out I fused with the Starswirl's scroll that Starlight had used.........not to mention I won't be able to know what will happen next............this time I have to bide my time right......"

"Um....excuse me?" A young voice said.

"Huh?" Jungle Guardian/Dark Spike said, turning his head and seeing a filly.

"Is this the School of Friendship?" The filly asked.

"Um yes it is, why do you ask."

"Golly! Thank goodness I found the school, I haven't been able to find it anywhere until now! Thank you um...."

"Jungle Guardian." Jungle Guardian/Dark Spike replied.

"Well hi there Jungle Guardian. My name is Cozy Glow!" Cozy replied.

Happy Holidays! And I am SO SORRY for the long wait, i've just been dealing with personal things and I've just had some personal struggles and I know you've been looking forward to the story. It's just I'm able to write a bit as I do so to let out my grief or feelings. I do apologize for my lack of updates on this story.
