In this her 37th adventure, pneumatic space ranger Mam Marella is assigned to escort Prince Plenn Te of the Turgid System, in order to properly seed the Universal Emperor's daughter, Zircon.
However, a hidden faction has other plans for the Prince, and Mam Marella will have to deal with forces she has never had to encounter before.
