After re-reading this story, I've decided that the way this story as written is not satisfactory to me. The mixed narrative style of journal entries and events taking place in "real time" doesn't really work how I intended. I believe there's a good foundation for this story, but because I rushed to write this in time for Halloween, I didn't do it out properly.

That said, I will be rewriting this story. I've also decided to use a new title for this story. The new one will be:

A Tapping At My Window

I'm going to rewrite this story and release all the chapters for it next Halloween. I may also have another horror story to put out as well, but I will have to think long and hard about how I want to write that one.

Writing this story has been a good experience, because it's shown me how not to write horror stories. In the future, I intend to do better.
