It's the Grand Pumpkin, Pinkie Pie!
Chapter 2
Previous ChapterNext ChapterA short distance from The Ponyville Pumpkin Patch, Fluttershy stood in the doorway of her cottage, a beaming smile on her face as she went down to her haunches to meet the eyes of her newest visitors.
“And here’s one for the bumble bee.” She offered, pinching the cheek of a little one dressed head to toe in yellow and black. “And another for the our happy little clown, and-”
Fluttershy faltered for a moment as the last of the three children came to the fore, putting her hand before her face and miming the raising of a mask. “Would you mind just…?”
The pint-sized ghoul paused, exchanging a look with the two beside him, but quickly complied, revealing a slightly confused but otherwise grateful face behind the rubber mask.
“Thanks!” the pink-haired woman sighed in relief. “You can’t be too careful on a night like tonight, y’know?”
The the second to last of the full-sized candy bars that had filled a nearby bowl found its way into his bucket, followed by a chorus of ‘thank yous’ in reply as the trio scurried off into the night.
Closing the door behind her, Fluttershy eyed the final bar of chocolate remaining in the bowl, a slight feeling of relief coming with the knowledge that once it was handed out, she would be finished for the night.
Though she loved to hand out candy, the thought of Pinkie Pie, alone in the pumpkin patch, was one she had a hard time putting out of her mind. As soon as the last of her candy was handed out, she would go to keep her friend company.
Besides, she would take any excuse she could find to change out of her costume and into some regular clothes.
She was supposed to be a kitty cat. It had been a choice so natural that she hadn’t even bothered to look at the box before she bought it.
It was only after returning from the pumpkin patch and opening it for the first time that she began to wonder if the makers had ever even seen a cat before.
The tiny ears that sat atop her long, pink hair, the tail that hung down from the small of her back, and the thin, black whisker marks on her cheeks were the only parts that made much sense to her.
The leopard print pattern fit as well, she supposed, though there wasn’t much of it to go around. The leotard, sleeves, and knee socks, together, barely covered her by half, and with how tightly stretched it all seemed, especially around her chest, she couldn’t help but wonder how long it would even do that much.
She let out a long sigh. Next year, she thought to herself, she would be a bunny instead.
Three slow knocks and the door brought her back into the moment.
The last of the candy bars in hand, she swung the door open.
“Oooooh, and what - what do we have… here?”
Her eyes wide, Fluttershy looked the woman that stood silently in her doorway up and down, her unease growing as she went.
She wore nothing but mud, vines, and underwear, and atop her head, a pumpkin that pulsed with an oddly unsettling shade of orange light that bathed the taller woman’s body in its glow.
“Aren’t - aren’t you, maybe, a bit… underdressed?” she asked, a blush coming over her face at the sight of puffy pink nipples standing rigid and peeking out from beneath a lightly torn bra.
The woman gave no reply, standing motionless save for the slow rise and fall of her chest as she breathed.
“Or - or, at least, cold?”
Still without a reply, Fluttershy tried her best to look elsewhere. Her eyes first dropping lower, but retreating at the sight of pulsating vines that spiderwebbed along the woman’s chubby torso and down along the length of her limbs.
Her hand trembling slightly, she clutched her final candy bar. “S - Sorry, but, before - before I give you your candy, would you mind just - just taking off your mask a moment?”
A long pause followed the request, the woman standing motionless, leaving Fluttershy’s heart to begin to hammer in her chest. Then, slowly, her arms began to rise. Fluttershy watched with growing anxiety as they extended upward, the hands soon upon the pumpkin.
She took a step back, prepared to run, the sound of her heart beat rattling through to her brain as the large orange object lifted from her shoulders to reveal…
“Oh! Pinkie Pie, thank goodness!” she breathed, feeling as if an enormous weight had fallen from her shoulders. “I - I barely recognised you.”
Pinkie Pie groaned as she lowered the pumpkin from above her head, holding it out in front of her, the hole facing upward as one would a candy bucket, the ghastly orange glow it emitted now matched by that of her otherwise empty eyes.
“I live to serve The Grand Pumpkin.” she droned, while Fluttershy giggled in reply.
“I guess I should have know better than to believe you’d actually let yourself miss out on all that Nightmare Night candy.”
Pinkie Pie merely stood with arms outstretched, unmoving and unblinking.
“That’s certainly an… interesting choice for a costume.” She looked herself over again, the receding blush on her cheeks reasserting itself. “Not that I should talk, I guess…”
A long, slow groan rattled out from between Pinkie Pie’s lips.
"Oh, right, your candy. You must be in such a rush, starting out so much later than everyone else!" Without another moment’s thought she made to drop the last of the chocolate bars into the glowing orange pumpkin. “If you can wait a couple minutes for me to get changed though, I’d love to come with-” Just as her hand drew close, vines lashed outward and latched onto Fluttershy’s hand, the candy falling to the floor as she let out an ear-splitting shriek.
“Oh - oh Pinkie Pie - that- that’s not funny. You know I don’t like those sorts of…”
The vines continued to creep up her arm, their grip growing tighter, while Pinkie Pie began to lift the pumpkin over head.
“P - Pinkie Pie?”
A moment later, the pumpkin was upon her, forced atop her head by the larger woman, and muffling renewed shrieks of terror. Fluttershy staggered backward, but was quickly caught in a full body embrace, taken in Pinkie Pie’s her arms and lifted from the ground while she kicked and struggled as best she could.
The vines spewed downward, slithering beneath Fluttershy’s leotard, and rending it apart, while spiraling lower and along each of her limbs. A bright flash of orange brought an end to her struggles as the vines continued about their work, holding her upright as Pinkie Pie released her.
Though the sleeves and knee socks remained the largely in tact, the leotard was well beyond saving. Her breasts hanging out through a tear that sank to her belly button, their weight leaving her to sag down along with them until the green tendrils worked their way beneath, offering a modicum of support, though not a shred of cover.
“I live to serve The Grand Pumpkin.” Fluttershy groaned her arms stretching out in front of her as Pinkie Pie turned to the door and did the same.
“All shall serve The Grand Pumpkin” they moaned in unison, walking their way towards town.
