On the second floor of the sheriff's station which is known as Hitch Trailblazer's bedroom. The sheriff of Maretime Bay was seen lying on his bed on his back after having a nice salad meal in order to relieve himself of his stress that was put onto him after witnessing the creature in his right hoof but unfortunately, he was unsuccessful as the creature in his right hoof has woken up and brought down a bunch of books to the floor from Hitch's bookshelf that encompasses information on the pony language, animals, history of Equestria and many more.

"Ugh, I've just finished having a lovely dinner now." Hitch said as he sat up on his bed and looked down on the floor on his left to see the creature reading one of his books. "It looks like it's not enough to quell my shocked state." He added.

As the creature in his right hoof continued to flip through the books of the language book, he was able to comprehend the pony language completely now which would be beneficial to him if he wishes to communicate with his host.

"Have you gotten the information that you need?" Hitch asked.

"Correct, I'm now able to pronounce words perfectly now thanks to the book you've suggested to me to read." The creature said as he turned his eye around and switched the position of his mouth behind him.

"Good for you, then that means I'm able to ask you inquiries right now." Hitch said with a smile. "Okay first off, what are you? Are you some sort of new animal that we don't know about?" He asked.

"Not entirely, I have limited knowledge on my species but, I am called a parasyte." The parasyte corrected him as he turned the position of his eye as well as his mouth back in front of him before making his way to a book based on wildlife.

"Parasyte? As in those organisms that hosts a certain creature and lives off it for food and other purposes?"

"Close enough." The parasyte replied as he flipped over the pages of the book.

"Was your appearance originally that green worm from last night?" Hitch questioned.

However, the parasyte did not answer Hitch as it continued to flip through the pages of the wildlife book that contained information on an abundance amount of animals in the wild but, it did not have any detailed information on the specie that he is right now.

"It is quite strange that none of the books that I've read based on animals have any shred of information about the specie I am right now." The parasyte said turning his eye around to look at Hitch.

"Then that confirms that you're species are unknown to us right now." Hitch told him. Then, he decided to get more answers out of him. "Where did you come from? The ground where other worms reside in? Or, somewhere else in the wildlife?" He asked again.

"I unfortunately do not have any knowledge on where I came from exactly." The parasyte told him as he walked towards him. "My most recent memory is encountering you as well as being a little disconsolate that I've failed to infiltrate your brain." He finished with a depressed expression.

"Wait my brain?!" Hitch exclaimed with a perturbed expression. "Does that enables you to do your previous exertion that you did last night since you're already in my right hoof?" He asked.

"Don't worry, if I wanted to do that, I would've done so already but unfortunately, I've already matured in your right hoof, I'm unable to make a second occupation." The parasyte replied as he lowered his eye in a way to express his dismay.

"Wait hold on a second, what would happened if you've accomplished in doing your first intentions with me?" Hitch asked with a perplexed expression.

"If I were to accomplish my objective, you would still be the same as yourself but, you're head would've gained the ability to crack open like an eggshell with long flesh like tentacles with blades coming out of it in the process." The parasyte replied as he gave Hitch an example by splitting open his eye with his hands.

"Oh my goodness that is so repulsive, but, why did you choose to occupy me in the first place anyways?" Hitch asked with a sigh.

"It was just a mere coincidence Hitch." The parasyte replied as he lifted himself near his face. "You weren't selected for this obligation because you're special or anything, you're just selected because I needed a host to control, and I so happen to have encountered you here in your house." He finished specifically.

Hitch couldn't believe this right now, his life would be ruined if he was exposed to the public ponies as well as his four females friend with the parasyte in his right hoof. He needed to resolve this case instantly no matter the cost.

"I really need to pay a visit to the clinic." Hitch sighed.

"The clinic? Is it the place where ponies mares, fillies, colts, and stallion get treated of an illness that they contracted as well as any injuries inflicted on them?" The parasyte asked positioning himself in front of the stallion.

"Obviously! I need to take you to them so that they can cut you off so that everything can go back to normal with me!"

"For your information Hitch that wouldn't be a validation option to do in this scenario. If I was disembowelled from you, the most likely thing that would happen to me is that I would desiccate and eventually be killed from the disconnection from your body." The parasyte informed him as he showed Hitch an example of him being dehydrated. A brief second later, he turned back to normal before raising a right arm. "In addition Hitch, the other event that you would most likely encounter is that you'll loose your right hoof. That would be a terrible outcome for the two of us now wouldn't it?" He asked him. Then, Hitch suddenly got angry and he held a firm grip on the bottom of his right hoof.

"Okay now you listen to me here, you just occupied my right hoof without my consent so therefore, this is entirely your fault that we're in this situation!" He exclaimed as he shook him a couple of times.

The parasyte looked down on him and began to think of a solution to this problem. A brief second later, he looked back up at him with a plan ready.

"Okay how about we make a compromisation then?"

"What compromisation?" Hitch asked in an irked tone, he doubted that the parasyte would be able to come up with something good for him.

"During the hours that I sleep, I will reconnect the circuitry in your right hoof, giving you full control of it like normal." The parasyte offered as a right hoof appeared on the right side of his body.

"That's the best that you can come up with?"

"Indeed." The parasyte replied with a nod. "That's the only compromisation and choice that we have in fact, during those moments, we will have to learn how to live with one another if we wish to coexist during this situation." He finished as he split his body in two, revealing another identical body that he shook with.

"Okay, here's the thing here, I don't know who the hay you are so, why in Equestria must I listen to you?"

"I'm feeling fatigued now, I need some sleep." The parasyte told Hitch as he morphed himself back into one with a tired expression.

"Hey! You're just trying to change the subject here!" Hitch yelled at its face.

"Remember to use me with care." The parasyte told him as he disappeared into its sleep, turning Hitch's right hoof back in the process.

When that happened, Hitch let out an aggravated grunt before lying back on his bed, looking up at the ceiling in the process. He now has to cooperate with the parasyte that has taken over his right hoof completely and learn how to live with him if he wishes to not be seen as a monster by the ponies.

"I wonder if there are others out there like him?" Hitch questioned himself.

But, the inquiries would have to be saved for another time as the sheriff got very fatigued that he closed his eyes and drifted into sleep.
