Queen Swiss Cheese Legs Part ll
Chrysalis stared in disbelief as her clones melted before her very eyes. She had only intended for the clones to obey her every whim. The reality though turned out the complete opposite.
Twilight Sparkle's expression turned into one of absolute rage as she was pulled toward the crystal tree. She struggled to break free, even attempting with her magic but with no prevail.
"Imbeciles!" she snarled out to the other clones, shooting them a venomous look. "You ruined everything!"
With that being her last sentence, she melted. A blinding light flashed and she became nothing but a block of lavender wood. The other clones became the same.
Chrysalis was still staring. She was unable to decipher all that had transpired.
Eventually, her expression narrowed into it's usual grumpy self. She figured she didn't want the clones anymore. Not when they were scheming behind her back. And definitely not when Mean Twilight nearly overpowered and outsmarted her.
So Chrysalis gave the colorful logs one final glare, vowed revenge on her enemies, then picked up the purple log and flew away.
After a while, the changeling queen landed in a cluster of trees amidst a forest.
She huffed out a sigh and strode forward. The area around seemed to get darker and darker as she went deeper into the trees. But the darkness didn't scare her. She'd experted enough dark things to get used to them.
But then she stopped.
Up ahead, standing within a clearing was a pony.
Chrysalis blinked and stepped forward with great caution. She couldn't identify the pony because they were facing the other way, but as she got closer, she realized the pony is a stallion. A stallion with a light grey coat and a black mane.
Perhaps she could scare this lonely stallion. Even better! She could drain his love. After all, what was there to fear from a lonely stallion in a forest.
So she crouched down and crept closer. Waiting eagerly for her moment to pounce, which was getting closer and closer.
Just the second Chrysalis was about to lunge, the stallion began speaking in a familiar voice.
"Hmm, I did only come here for a surprise visit and expected you to greet me warmly since we are friends. But no, you decide to stalk on me instead," he finished as he turned his head around, his face unmistakably Discord's. Which was pretty odd to see on the body of a stallion and Chrysalis didn't miss that.
"You again!?" Chrysalis said with a mix of a scoff. "What are you doing here?"
Turning into his familiar draconequus form Discord wore a dramatic look of pain.
"Chrysie, Chrysie I told you. I only came here for a friendly surprise visit. Nothing more."
Chrysalis rolled her eyes with an annoyed scowl. "Discord, I really wanted to be left alone right now." Just to think things over in case her latest plan was the biggest mistake she'd ever made.
To her irritation, instead of going away, Discord placed his lion paw around her neck. "Now, now," he chided. "Don't be so grumpy. And just admit it, the reason you tell me to go away is because you actually like my company," he finished with a smirk.
Chrysalis glared at him. "I don't like your company! And your very annoying."
Discord dismissed her comment with a wave of his claws, as though swatting away a fly. "Anyways, Chrysie, what were you doing?"
Huffing in defeat, as there was really no way to make him go away, Chrysalis grumbled her response, "I was thinking. Nothing else."
"Thinking about what? Your latest plan being backfired?"
"How did you know abo-WAIT!!"
"What?" Discord asked innocently.
"WERE YOU SPYING ON ME!!??"
Discord tapped his index fingers together, "maybe."
Chrysalis's eye twitch for the second time that day before she felt rage flooding through her nerves. "DISCORD!!!"
Discord appeared unwavered from her anger. "It was a rather neat plan, at first. Especially since I happen to do something similar when I was a," he faltered with slight guilt, "villain. I almost thought you were inspired by me to make ones of your own."
Chrysalis sighed. "You know Discord, I miss your villain self, honestly. And I've never seen you make opposite forms of Twilight Sparkle and her meddlesome friends."
"Well I did," he replied. "However, the two differences between my evil main 6 and your evil main six are..."
Chrysalis snorted, "evil main 6."
"First, my evil main six weren't copied forms made out of trees. They were the real ponies with altered personalities."
Chrysalis rolled her eyes. "Wow, Discord, I so care they were the real ponies. I'm afraid I'm allergic to the real ponies so my versions are pretty sensible."
"The second difference is the personality of Twilight Sparkle. Where your evil Twilight was a mad, tyrannical, power-hungry, cunning and powerful supervillain. (or she would have been a super villain if it weren't for that crystal tree) my Twilight was less of a supervillain and more of a lonely, depressed pony."
"I kind of wish the Twilight I made ended up like that," Chrysalis admitted wistfully.
Discord smirked. "It's quite concerning how a doppleganger overpowered and outsmarted you."
Chrysalis shot him a glare. "I don't even care anymore. If you were spying on me, you know what happened to her."
"Which I'm admittedly grateful for. Who knows what that mare would have done? Now my friends and especially Fluttershy wouldn't have to worry about facing of with their own friend."
Chrysalis gave him a flat glare. "Don't you feel even the slightest bit repulsive when addressing those fools as friends? Also seeing them face of with the doppelgangers would be awfully satisfying.
The changeling stiffened as Discord disappeared and appeared again from her mane. He twisted around to whisper in her ear, "But the plan obviously went backwards?"
Chrysalis scowled at him. "Well, it's not like any of your plans were successful too."
Discord gave her a dismissive face. "Yes, but my plans were more effective than yours. After all, it took the Elements of Harmony to stop me. For you though, the first time you were blown away by two ponies and the second time is even worse! You were not only defeated but your entire army ditched you. And now, you were overpowered by the copied form of Twilight Sparkle. So tell me: who's the better villain, Queen Swiss Cheese Legs?"
"UGHH, you had to remember that rediculous name! And I am a good villain! The two ponies that defeated me were powerful. And..." she faltered when she failed to come up with an excuse for the two later defeats.
Discord raised his eyebrow, "Aaaannnnnddd?"
Chrysalis fumbled to reply. Her brain couldn't think of anything. After a while, her pupils thinned as she let out a frustrated roar.
Discord's grin widened, "see."
"DISCORD, YOU'RE THE WORST!!!"
"That translates to: Discord! You are a good villain. And way better than me and my crazy ideas."
"UGH!! Would you just leave!? I've had enough with you and your heavily, IRRITATING personality."
"That also translates to: Discord! Your company is really enjoyable. I just wish you could stay with me for an entire week!"
Chrysalis's eyes widened in horror. "You're not actually doing that, are you?" The meer thought of it made Chrysalis want to jump to the deepest prison of Tartarus."
To her poor fate, Discord narrowed his eyes. A sly grin curling across his draconic features.
"Well, it's not like I have anything else to do...so why not?"
Chrysalis just stared at him for a good minute. Thinking things over and over. But then her eyes lowered into line as rage consumed her.
"Leave," she commanded, trying to sound threatening.
Unsurprisingly, Discord didn't even flinch from her fierceness. Instead, he crossed his appendages over his chest, wearing a challenging look. "Make me."
Seething, Chrysalis glared at him, knowing perfectly well she was harmless to him. So was there any point trying?
No there wasn't. He was TOO strong. Which added more to her anger.
Eventually, she sighed in defeat and began to walk. Her green eyes flicked back to see the draconequus follow.
As they, ventured on, Discord continuesly bothered her and she continuesly argued back. Trust me, it won't end until they're both tired.
