During the time after the division of the three pony tribes, one pegasus, a young mare, has led and created her own vision of a utopia in the skies, Zephyr Heights. An airborne city made for pegasi and only pegasi.

That is the only message the pony investigator, Prospect Cover received. When she travels to the secluded sky city, Prospect cover finds out there may be more to this than she thought.
