A while ago, back when I started this account, someone told me my characters don't sound like people who are actually attracted to each other. That's probably true for most people, but I'm an Aspie; the way I express myself, and how I want to be addressed, are different than most people. So, because I write these cute cloppy stories for my own personal enjoyment, I decided to ignore that feedback and continue writing characters the way I like them. Some of my stories, notably Serene, are very much written from a neurodivergent perspective.

In this story, Boysenberry and her friend are very much on the spectrum. That will not be obvious to most readers, because it's not explicitly stated and almost no one has any idea what being autistic means. I hope you enjoy it, and maybe learn something too while you're at it.

And no, just because this is foalcon doesn't mean neurodivergent individuals are more likely to be attracted to horses (or underaged horses).
