The Brewing Storm
    It was another uneventful day in Ponyville. The ponies were walking around doing their regular shopping and chores. The only ponies not doing anything where Applejack and, of course, Rainbow Dash.
“I’m so bored,” Rainbow Dash complained.
“That’s not what you said last night,” Applejack said teasingly.
“What nothing happened last night!”
“Hahaha. I’m just kidin ya.”
    Rainbow Dash was just going to say something when a drop of rain hit her on the nose.
“What the…?” She exclaimed.
“Hu? Well I’ll be. Its gona rain. Did you forget to go help out the other Pegasus ponies again Dash?” asked Applejack
“I… uh… Oh no I forgot that we were scheduling a huge storm! I didn’t tell Ponyville about it!” Rainbow Dash exclaimed.
“Well forget about that we need to get inside and fast!”
    Just as Rainbow Dash and Applejack reached the farmhouse the wind picked up and it began to pour. Applejack was just about to call for Applebloom, Big Mac and Granny Smith but realized that they were all in town.
“Well looks like we’ll be stuck here for a while,” said Applejack.
“Oh no! That means I’ll be grounded for all that time!” Rainbow said frantically, “I. NEED. TO. FLY!!!”
“Ok. Ya don’t need to go blow the roof off. We’ll think of something else to do in the mean time. Come on and follow me, I…. errr… have an idea.”
“Stupid storm. I wish I had remembered about it. Then I would be up their safe with all the other Pegasus ponies, flying above the clouds, in stead of being stuck down here,” said Rainbow Dash to herself as she followed her friend upstairs.
    As Rainbow Dash followed Applejack upstairs Applejack started wondering to herself.
‘What if she doesn’t like me back. What if she tells all the others about my feelings,’ Applejack thought to herself, ‘No! I have to do this. I may not get another chance like this.’
    Just as Applejack was about to open the door to her bedroom she heard a growling sound.
“What in tarnation?” Applejack said looking around for the sound.
“Umm… AJ,” said Rainbow Dash
“Ya.”
“Do you think we can have some dinner first? I’m really hungry.”
“Oh. Ya. Of course. Uh lets go eat.”
    After dinner Applejack was feeling like she might go crazy if she didn’t ask Rainbow if she wanted to go out with her.
‘Wait a sec. If I go out with her I don’t know what to do…’ Applejack thought to herself, ‘Well I guess we can eat together and hang out a lot more. We could kiss…’
“Applejack?” said Rainbow Dash nervously bringing Applejack back to reality.
“Yes sweet… err… Rainbow Dash,” Applejack said correcting herself hoping Rainbow Dash didn’t notice.
“Why were you staring at me like that AJ?”
“Huh. Oh. Sorry I guess I zoned out. Sorry bout that.”
“Oh. It’s ok. You just were staring at me almost like you were… oh never mind.”
‘Oh I wish I could just tell Applejack how I fell about her, but she may get freaked out and not want to be my friend anymore,’ Rainbow Dash thought to herself.
“Well I guess we’d better clean up this mess,” Applejack said looking at the dishes on the table and counter.
“Oh. Ok. Lets get to it,” responded Rainbow Dash as they walked over to the sink.
After the dishes both Rainbow Dash and Applejack were formulating ways to ask each other out and what they each wanted to do with one another. They each continued to fantasize about each other as the storm continued to pick up. They remained this way for about 1 hour when Rainbow Dash finally burst
“I can’t take it any more!” Rainbow Dash yelled suddenly.
“What ya mean?” Applejack asked and thought ‘Oh no she’s going to leave. I blew it.’
“Applejack please don’t be offended.”
‘Ahh crap. I blew it,’ Applejack thought.
“I have had… um… well… feelings and I’m well sorta in… well I mean… will you go out with me?” Rainbow Dash said quickly looking down embarrassed by what she had blurted out.
    Applejack stared at her in shock not believing what she just heard.
“Ahh crap. Sorry Applejack for…”
“YES!!!!” Applejack shouted at the top of her lungs as she threw herself on Rainbow Dash.
