Sorry it took so long, but only one more chapter to go and I'm finally done with this.

What a cute couple they make

Soon enough, everyone was in the living room, with the CMC looking down in shame, whilst the rest were a bit ticked off. Scootaloo then broke the ice when she asked her friends.

“So…you two also took the chemicals?” asked Scootaloo.

“Yeah.” Muttered the two.

“But why though?” asked Scootaloo.

“I guess…we wanted to feel special too.” Said Sweetie Belle.

“Yeah.” Said Apple Bloom. Then looked at Scootaloo and said “Although…how come y’all are still an adult?”

“That’s…what I’d like to know.” Said a confused Scootaloo.

“Ah can’t believe y’all would do that Chemistry!!” said Applejack.

“Indeed!!” said Rarity, “Going behind our backs and giving the vials to them?!”

“Look, back then, how the heck was I supposed to know?!” said Silver Chemistry, “When I made the formula, I wanted it to be a confidence booster, I didn’t know I accidentally used some of my brother’s notes!!”

“And we talked about this, too.” Said Periodic Table.

“Hey, don’t blame me!!” said Silver Chemistry, “Mom and dad told you to burn and destroy the stuff!! You should’ve burned your notes like they told you to do!!”

“Uh, quick question,” said Sweetie Belle, “But who is he?”

Silver Chemistry sighed and said “For those that don’t know, this is my older brother, Periodic Table, who decided to visit during his summer break. And the one who had to clean up Sci-Twi’s mess, twice.”

Sci-Twi groaned from that, and said “For the hundredth time!! How was I supposed to know it would happen?!!”

“You and your friends worked on a highly untested chemical and didn’t run the simulations on a DNA sample like I told you, and you chose to douse it on a mouse outside of its cage instead of inside of it and in a very and extremely secured environment that could have prevented the turning into monster disaster, as well as the shrinking formula that you should’ve tested it on an object and have someone to watch over you in case something went wrong.” Said Periodic Table, then he had a monotone expression, and shouted “WHAT DID YOU THINK WAS GOING TO HAPPEN?!!”

Twilight winced at that, with Applejack asking “Uh, what shrinking formula?”

“Oh,” said Silver Chemistry, “Long story short, Twilight made a potion that could shrink herself to a size of a mouse, she even talked Sunset into joining her. Unfortunately they were too small to open it, and they ended up shrinking more because of a so-called miscalculation and was nearly eaten by a spider, which was my brother’s when he came over to visit Celestia and Luna. They were lucky that the spider was his and that he found them, otherwise they’d be in a tougher situation then they already were.”

“Why else did you think I told them to ban you from ever doing that?” said Periodic Table, “And all for what, to get noticed?”

“But…”

“Cause poor Twilight Sparkle, nobody ever notices you.” Said Periodic Table, who then pulled out a yearbook photo and showed them a picture of a girl with glasses, to which he knows is name is Scribble Dee. “This girl doesn’t even speak a word and half the school doesn’t even know her name, you don’t see her going around and causing tons of property damage.”

As Twilight looked down in guilt, Periodic Table placed the book away and said “But back on topic, how did they convince you to give the chemicals to them?”

“Uh…” said Chemistry when he blushed in embarrassment, “Puppy dog eyes.”

The girls rolled their eyes, for they all know fully well he could never resist a girl’s puppy dog eyes.

“Pff, that’s pathetic.” Said Table.

“Hey!!” shouted Silver Chemistry, “At least I’m not a sucker for big boobs like you are!! Especially to Celestia, Luna and our mom and the Rainbooms’ moms of all people!!”

The girls were aghast in shock from hearing that, with Periodic Table now embarrassed whilst grumbling.

“Uh, ignoring that.” Said Sunset, “But back on track, why did you make a uh, confidence booster for her?”

“Well, I overheard Rainbow’s talk with Scootaloo,” said Silver Chemistry, “And I really wanted to help her out. I was in the same situation she was whilst I was growing up, so, I don’t know, felt obligated to help her. Cause what can I say, I really like helping people.”

“Aw, that’s so sweet,” said Pinkie, “Although, how the heck did you come across your brother’s notes?”

“I was writing down a few notes when one of my brother’s papers fell on mine, so I must’ve grabbed his by mistake.” Said Silver Chemistry, then looked at his brother and said “Told you, you should’ve organized your stuff and placed it in a trunk, like I do.”

As Periodic Table grumbled, but then said “I knew I should’ve locked them away before I gave it to a rainbow haired doofus.”

However, during the grumble, Silver Chemistry heard him, which made him widen his eyes in shock, then looked at Periodic Table and said “Wait, the girl you talked about helping, was Rainbow Dash?!!”

Everyone was shocked at that, even Scootaloo was shocked by this.

“Wait, she was the one your brother talked about?!” said Scootaloo.

“Rainbow?” said a surprised Fluttershy, “Why did you take those chemicals?”

Rainbow sighed in defeat and said “See…when I was about Scootaloo’s age, I also felt worthless and wanted to build confidence in myself. I tried to build it up myself, but it didn’t work, not even the cheering my parents gave me. Then Periodic Table came along and gave me the chemicals. Saying that, ‘this will help you become a better person’, and like I dope I took it.”

“So you were always a dope.” Said Silver Chemistry playfully, causing Rainbow to glare at him, with him signaling that he meant no offense.

“When I took the chemicals, I realized I got older.” Said Rainbow, “Only thing was it lasted for a few hours.”

“Until I was able to build it up to twelve.” Said Silver Chemistry. “I may have made some modifications.”

“You what?!” said Periodic.

“Hey, not my fault half your stuff has flaws in it!!” retorted the smaller brother.

“Wait, you got it last longer?!” said a surprised Rainbow, “How did you do that?!”

“I was born a child protégée.” Said Silver Chemistry.

“Anyway,” said Rainbow, “When it lasted longer, I enjoyed it. Then I ended up having urges.”

“What kind of urges?” asked Rarity.

“My brother also added certain pheromones into it,” said Silver Chemistry, “When animals tend to get into heat, they have a habit to go all out, so he added that into the mix. Only thing is, for humans it takes a while longer, about half a month or so.”

They were surprised whilst blushing madly. “Now that would make it interesting.”

“However,” said Rainbow, wanting to continue with the story, “A few days later, I bumped into a, ahem, man. We ended up falling head over heels for each other. We kept dating for two weeks, then we ended up wanting to have an intimate time. But just before we hit the uh…”

“Goaler’s net?” said Silver Chemistry, only for Rainbow to throw a hard object against his head.

“Who’s telling the story?!!” shouted Rainbow.

However, Silver walked up to her and gave a threatening voice by saying “I can secretly slip a formula into your food that will make you turn into a baby, forever.”

Rainbow felt intimidated with a sweat before Silver went back to his seat. With Rainbow clearing her throat and continued with her story.

“Anyway,” said Rainbow, “I somehow ended up turning back to normal during our time. But then I discovered that the person I fell in love with took the same chemicals.”

“Who was he?” asked Twilight.

Silver Chemistry ended up clearing his throat and said “Eeyup.”

That caused all of them, except Rainbow, to click and shout at the same time “Big Mac?!!”

That’s when Applejack also realized and said “No wonder he was always glad to see ya!!”

“I can’t believe that you and Big Mac of all people.” Said a disbelieved, Sunset.

“Well, who doesn’t like him?” said Silver Chemistry, “Good looks, the quiet type, always listens to others, and he has a certain charm to a ton of girls around him.”

Everyone gave him a surprised look, as he said “What, I can tell. Same way the rest of you girls feel.”

Applejack looked at Twilight, Sunset, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie in shock, causing the said girls to blush and felt embarrassed about it at the same time.

“Anyway,” said Periodic Table, “After another two weeks, my folks found out and they grounded me from ever using them. So by the time both Big Mac and Rainbow Dash were back to normal, they promised to keep their relationship a secret. Although…”

“They wanted to perform the birds and the bees again.” Said Silver Chemistry, which shocked the others.

“But we told them that they weren’t allowed to do that until they turned seventeen.” Said Periodic Table, “And since Big Mac is eighteen and Rainbow is seventeen, so…”

Rainbow blushed again as the others looked at her.

“Okay then, so back on track.” Said Sunset Shimmer whilst she looked at Silver Chemistry, “You said the chemicals would last on the two of them for twelve hours, right? But it’s been more than that, so how come they don’t turn back to normal?”

“That’s a good question.” Pondered Silver Chemistry. He looked at the two of them and said “You still got the last vials?”

Both Scootaloo and Pipsqueak pulled out their vials and showed it to him. When he looked, he squinted his eyes and said, “That’s not right.”

“What’s wrong?” asked Pipsqueak.

“The colors of the chemicals I gave you was yellow,” said Silver Chemistry, “But the chemical shows purple.”

“Don’t they change color?” asked Scootaloo.

“No, they don’t.” said Silver Chemistry. However, when he looked at it, he saw something that caught his attention. “What the…?”

He took out a small scope and used it to study the vial itself. And from within it, there were traces of what could appear to be sparkles, one that he had seen before. He widened his eyes and looked at them.

“Uh, question,” said Silver Chemistry, “Whenever you guys get close to Equestrian Magic, you found a way to make your geodes glow in order to track them, correct?”

“That’s right.” Said Sunset.

“Could one of you…?” said Silver Chemistry as he motioned one of them.

Rainbow was the first to get up and used her geode by taking it off and waving it in front of the vial, causing her geode to glow, much to everyone’s shock.

“The vials were filled with Equestrian Magic?!” exclaimed Twilight.

“They must’ve gone into the vials without anyone noticing.” Said Sunset.

“I have…Equestrian Magic…inside of me?” said a shockened Scootaloo, with Pipsqueak feeling the same.

“Brother.” said Periodic Table.

“Yes, brother?” said Silver Chemistry.

“If Equestrian Magic has somehow mixed into the chemicals,” said Periodic Table.

“Then there’s a chance it’s connected to their DNA.” Said Silver Chemistry.

Both of them stood up and shouted “To the lab!!”

They were then both outside whilst dragging Scootaloo and Pipsqueak along, with the others following. They were soon outside and stood near the shed.

“Welcome to the Shed of Impossible Science.” Said Periodic Table.

“Or SIS for short.” Said Silver Chemistry.

They were somewhat reluctant, for the shed looked a little small.

“Uh, I don’t mean to be a bummer, but the shed’s a bit small.” Said Rainbow.

“Oh, the outside exterior is just the façade.” Said Silver Chemistry.

“Wait till you see the inside.” Said Periodic Table.

Everyone minus the brothers were shocked to see this, for the lab is ten times bigger than they could’ve imagined, with highly advanced equipment around them.

“Oh, man.” Said Rainbow. “You two are good.”

“Just a little British Sci-Fi technology.” Said Silver Chemistry.

“This is where we were also trying to find a cure for both Sunset and Twilight during their monster and shrinking problem.” Said Periodic Table, then looked at the latter sternly, “In a more highly secured area, thank you very much.”

Both of them winced at that and looked away sheepishly.

“Now then,” said Periodic Table, “My brother and I will be seeing what’s wrong with both Scootaloo and Pipsqueak here, the former bad girl and former Crystal Preppie can sit in a corner.”

“What?!” exclaimed the two.

“You heard us,” said Periodic Table, “You and your Princess friend had already done enough damage to your friends and half the city.”

“And your father’s still paying for it.” Said Silver Chemistry when he pointed at Twilight, which caused the latter to look down in shame.

“In the meantime, entertain yourselves over there.” Said Periodic Table as they pointed at a large arcade next to their lab, along with a food court and a fancy bathroom. The girls looked at him confused as Periodic said “What? You honestly didn’t think that we never took breaks, did you?”

“Come on you two.” Said Silver as he dragged both Scootaloo and Pipsqueak away.

As the girls were entertaining themselves with games, having some food and the fancy bathroom (to which Rarity seems to enjoy), the two brothers continue to look at both Pipsqueak and Scootaloo over. Both of them were in their underwear so that they wouldn’t be fully indecent, but both the brothers had to do some thorough experiments on them in order to see what was wrong.

They were first observing their muscles to see how well it affected their physical bodies. They tested their temperatures and they also worked on their dexterity. The next part, is something that the girls didn’t pay much attention.

Both Scootaloo and Pipsqueak were in large stasis like tanks with wires connected to them, and a breathing apparatus in order to see how well their organs and everything else perform. They test their breathing as well as their heartbeats whilst they jogged. They even had to take blood and fluid samples in order to properly overlook them.

They suddenly felt a presence and the two of them looked at Sunset and Twilight, both of them looking guilty and want another chance, to make up for what they did. That, and the science geek in them were begging them to let them tag along. The brothers looked at one another, as if they were debating. The two of them rolled their eyes and gave in, whilst handing the two of them lab coats, badges, gloves, glasses and so on, causing the two of them to smile with glee.

Both Twilight and Periodic Table were looking at the status of the charts on both Scootaloo and Pipsqueak. Just before Periodic was going to write something down, Twilight pointed out a mistake he made. At first, he glared, but he decided to double check, and to his surprise she was right, causing him to nod in approval of what she was trying, making her smile wide at this.

Next up, both Silver Chemistry and Sunset were checking on the chemicals when they added the blood and fluid samples. Silver Chemistry was expecting something from the chemicals, as if it was supposed to have changed color or something, but he rubbed his eyes in frustration. Sunset on the other hand, noticed something off and added a chemical or two. Sure enough, it turned into the color he expected. Silver Chemistry couldn’t help himself but offer Sunset a high five, which she accepted whilst she smiled.

The four of them continued to look over the chemicals, whilst Twilight and Sunset were amazed by the advances of the equipment, they were more amazed that the brothers had more everything under control than the two of them ever could. Maybe they were right, maybe they should’ve done somewhere in a safer and more controlled environment. They looked over the data sheets that were being produced altogether, then they looked at one another and nodded, knowing that they were on the right track.

A few hours later, the brothers had called the others together in order to talk things out over what they’ve discovered.

“So, any idea what’s wrong with them?” asked Rainbow Dash.

“Well, from the looks of things, everything looks normal.” Said Periodic Table.

“But it would seem that Equestrian Magic has fully integrated with their DNA.” Said Twilight.

“Meaning it merged with them.” Said Sunset.

“Though why are we still stuck as adults?” asked Scootaloo.

“Given the fact that the chemicals affected your metabolism, meaning it will keep you in that body.” Said Silver Chemistry. He was suddenly in thought and said “Although…”

“What?” said Sunset.

“I know it’s sometimes hard but,” said Silver Chemistry, “The moment all of you had gained your powers, you had to learn to control them, correct?”

“Yeah, trust me.” Said Rainbow, “I didn’t want to admit it. And I really don’t want to. But the first time I had my superspeed I had a lot of trouble trying to control them, especially whenever I run to do my soccer runs.”

“Same goes for me and the mind reading.” Said Sunset.

“Well, I know it’s simply a wild guess.” Said Silver Chemistry, “But what would happen if Scootaloo and Pipsqueak attempted to do the same?”

“Seriously?” said Periodic Table with a deadpanned expression.

“Well, it’s worth a shot.” Said Silver Chemistry.

Both Pipsqueak and Scootaloo looked at one another and shrugged their shoulders, for it was worth a try. The two of them concentrated hard enough, as if they were mentally trying to turn off the switch. A nearby monitor beeped, which gained Periodic Table’s attention as he investigated. He noticed the levels were lowering. Before they knew it, both their stomachs growled a bit, which Silver Chemistry recognized. At the same time, both Scootaloo and Pipsqueak’s bodies began to shiver.

“Oh dear,” said Rarity as the others noticed, “Are you two cold? Do you need a…?”

Within a split second, both of them went stiff, causing the two of them to shake like a jackhammer, whilst they both made strange drums and boing noises as the two of them babbled, surprising everyone, minus Silver Chemistry.

"Ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ay!!"

Scootaloo and Pipsqueak began to shrink down. Soon the two of them were back to normal whilst they cum together at the same time. After they were back to normal, the two of them panted and were exhausted.

Everyone was baffled by what they had seen.

“What was that?” said a confused Fluttershy.

“Huh,” said Periodic when he noticed, “That’s a new one.”

“That’s what I thought too.” Replied Silver Chemistry. He then turned to the others and said “Apparently that’s what happens when Scootaloo and Pipsqueak turns back to normal.”

“It’s still a bit weird though.” Said Rainbow.

Periodic Table retorted whilst saying “Like you’re one to talk.”

The others were curious by this, with Silver Chemistry saying “Long story short, Applejack and Rarity also took the chemicals.”

Some of them were surprised to hear this, with Apple Bloom getting curious and asked “What side effects did they have when they were slowly turning back to normal?”

“Well, for Rainbow and Applejack,” said Periodic Table, “Both of them had begun to hump one another until they climaxed, then they turned back to normal.”

The said girls blushed in embarrassment, whilst the others were surprised by this.

“But what about Rarity?” asked Sweetie Belle.

They heard someone’s throat cleared, and saw Silver Chemistry smirking. He showed them a video of Rarity as an older adult, until she also had her stomach growled, then suddenly saw that she was desperately trying to keep something in, until she let out a huge fart, causing her to turn back to normal, making her sigh in relief.

Rarity’s jaw was dropped in shock and embarrassment, whilst the others snickered at this, whilst Rainbow had a hard time trying to keep her laughter in. “You recorded that?!” shouted Rarity.

“Well we had to know the body’s reaction.” Said Periodic Table, “And from the looks of things, only Applejack, Rainbow, Rarity, Apple Bloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle had different reactions when they turned back to normal.”

Silver Chemistry then wasn’t sure about something, causing him to go over to Pipsqueak and whispered something in his ear. At first, he was surprised by this, but obliged. He whispered something in Scootaloo’s ear and gently grasped her posterior, causing her to make a slight moan, within mere moments, she grew back into an adult, which surprised the others again. Scootaloo was also surprised, and then once again focused on turning back to normal.

“Just as I though.” Said Silver Chemistry. “The Equestrian Magic is still part of her.”

“What just happened?” asked Scootaloo.

“Well, it’s all in theory.” Said Silver Chemistry, “But from what I’ve seen, Equestrian Magic has affected your body’s natural growth and all. And whilst you can turn back to normal by concentrating, you’ll also turn back into an adult the moment when you began to get, ahem, dirty thoughts. Or when someone speaks dirty to you. And the same will be for Pipsqueak.”

“I thought we were okay.” Said Pipsqueak.

“You are now,” said Silver Chemistry, “But from the looks of things, you’re affected in your preteen bodies. Although the Equestrian Magic on you will wear off in time.”

“For how long?” asked Scootaloo.

“Until you’re in your adolescence.” Said Silver Chemistry.

“But that’ll take a long time!!” said a worried Rainbow.

“As long as she keeps it under control.” Said Silver Chemistry. “So you’re gonna have to watch her to make sure she doesn’t turn into an adult whenever she’s at home, at school or in public.”

“Okay, that shouldn’t be a problem.” Said Scootaloo, with Pipsqueak nodding in agreement.

However, Periodic Table wasn’t so convinced. He looked at them with a flexed eyebrow. He then walked over to a nearby table and pulled out two magazines and opened at the poster section, revealing a naked man and woman. He then placed it in front of the two and said “Here’s the latest model catalogues.”

The two of them had their eyes widened, ended up having dirty thoughts, and ended up being adults, which surprised the others. Silver Chemistry had a deadpanned look at his brother.

“Shouldn’t be a problem, my ass.” Said Periodic Table as he placed the magazines away, with the others giving him glares whilst Silver Chemistry kept his deadpanned look.

“Was that really necessary?” said Silver Chemistry.

“Okay then,” said Scootaloo, “So it’s going to be harder than we thought.”

“Like I said, until you learn to get things under control.” Said Periodic Table.

“And, since the Rainbooms are here,” said Silver Chemistry, which confused the girls, “I know you lot wondered how magic worked in this world and wondered how it would affect your bodies. So…how about we try again. But this time…in a very controlled environment.”

The others looked at one another, with Sunset saying “Well it would give us a chance without a mishap happening.”

“So, why not.” Said Twilight.

“Right this way.” Said the brothers as they guided the Rainbooms, whilst the CMC and Pipsqueak would wait for them.

2 months later, a few days after Summer Vacation

Soon enough, school had started and everyone had begun to go about their business, even if there are some that don’t approve of going back. The Rainbooms and the CMC however, were talking near their lockers.

“Well, looks like we’re back.” said Applejack. “It surely had been a strange summer.”

“Which is an understatement darling.” Said Rarity.

“But on the plus side,” said an excited Twilight, “Thanks to the brothers’ equipment, we were able to study Equestrian magic and how it affects certain individuals.”

“Not to mention we were able to catalogue the whole thing.” Said Sunset with the same feeling.

“Glad we could make your day.” Said Silver Chemistry. “Plus I’m glad my brother was able to forgive you two and allowed you to use the lab whenever you need it.”

“But wouldn’t you have done it anyway?” asked Fluttershy.

“I wanted to,” said Silver Chemistry, “But Periodic Table had the other key and he doesn’t let anyone use the lab without his permission. That and we weren’t sure you two could be trusted.”

“Given what happened because of the mouse and the shrinking potion, I don’t blame you.” Said Twilight.

“Huh, will you look at that.” Said Silver Chemistry with an impressed smile.

“What?” said Twilight in confusion.

“You finally learned that no matter how hard you try, nobody is perfect, and along the line, you’ve truly learned the meaning of humility.” Replied Chemistry.

Twilight then realized it whilst she was surprised. “You know what, I guess I do.” Said Twilight before she smiled and giggled.

“Still, sorry that we went behind your backs about using the chemicals,” said Scootaloo, “And for making Chemistry into giving us the chemicals.”

“It’s alright Scootaloo,” said Fluttershy, “We know what it’s like to feel down and inadequate.”

“But the next time you feel that way, try to talk to us.” Said Applejack.

“We will.” Said Apple Bloom.

“Excuse me, Scootaloo.” Said Pipsqueak, gaining the young athlete’s attention. “You mind helping me out with a few things, I’m kind of stuck at PE.”

“Sure thing, come on.” Said Scootaloo.

The two of them went walking whilst they held each other’s hands, which the girls noticed.

“Awww.” Said the girls, with Pinkie Pie saying “That’s so adorable.”

“I’m really happy that she found someone.” Said Apple Bloom, with Sweetie Belle nodding in agreement.

Sunset looked around and noticed something. “Hey, where’s Rainbow Dash?”

Silver Chemistry heard a familiar chuckle, which caused him to look around the corner. He suddenly smirked and said “I’ll give you one guess.”

The girls looked at what he was looking at and to their surprise, and Applejack’s shock, Rainbow was talking with Big Mac, both of them smiling and chuckling at the same time. Though Applejack was irked, the others were happy for her.

“Who’d thunk Rainbow was into the strong silent type.” Said Chemistry.

“I think we should give them their privacy.” Said Rarity, whilst they were pulling Applejack away, knowing how awkward it would be.

After PE was done, both Scootaloo and Pipsqueak were finished and drying their faces with towels.

“Well, that was fun.” Said Scootaloo.

“Thanks again for your help Scootaloo.” Said Pipsqueak.

“No problem.” Said Scootaloo. “Hey, I’m going to take a quick shower, see you soon.”

Scootaloo went to the showers. However, Pipsqueak noticed that she was going to be alone, meaning…an idea just formed in his head.

Scootaloo proceeded to take a shower and enjoyed the hot water. She was glad that she was alone, for she didn’t want to be disturbed whilst she was showering. She enjoyed the hot water going down her body.

“Boy, one thing I enjoy after PE? The showers.” Said Scootaloo to herself.

Unknown to her, someone walked in and locked the door behind him. He slowly took his clothes off and went over to the shower. He slowly went over to Scootaloo whilst she was showering. He slowly went in without her noticing. Before she knew it, she felt something slowly grabbing her, which she silently gasped in shock.
