Ah, Manhatten. The city that never sleeps and where crime is raised and killed off, only to be inevitably revived. Thanks to the Manehatten Police Department, the grand city of lights hasn't fallen to a giant pile of dust and rubble.

But that is all about to change when Quickdraw, a hard-working newbie, gets appointed a special assignment. A drug on the street, "Dragons Breath", had been a 40-year-old case that still hasn't been solved to this day. But not a problem, Quickdraw has read all the code books, when through every law, and listened to every signal lecture. There is absolutely nothing that can go wrong...right?
