Chapter 6

It had been a few hours and now Midnight Blade was under fire by Raiders and Flak cannon, she was panicked. She only had control of flight Controls, she had no access to weaponry. She also could not let go of the controls as that might cause the plane to get hit and then loose control, she only had one option, kick the plane into high hear. She flipped open a panel besides her seat, the words Jet Engines, was above it. Inside the panel was a single lever, she grabbed it with her hoof and slammed it down roughly.

Her ears pulled back from pain as a new sound entered her ear, it was the sound of screaming metal.

Outside the plane one would see pieces of metal on the wings pulling back to expose a Jet engine, said engine roared as flames spat out.

Her ears started to bleed slightly from the intense sound, her eyes started to water, then it stopped an the plane lurched forward. The Speed of the plane suddenly skyrocketed, to 120mph to 300mph,

She was slammed from the G force into the seat so hard it caused her vision to swim, the plane though burst through the air.

The force was bearable after that initial increase of speed, soon the plane was flying over the ocean.

The Plane was rushing back to Equestria, the mission was a success but Team Peace was not ready for it. The Plane was flying perfectly, It would take a few hours before they arrived into Naruto's chakra reach. Through the entire ordeal Zephyr was slowly crawling along the ground, his body was getting harder and harder to use, before long he would not be able to move even slightly.

While the plane was sturdy and powerful, it was not built for constant use of the Boost, that caused the speed to reach near Mach 1. Yeah, the Jet engines allowed the plane to reach near Mach 1, the plane was moving quickly. She would be damaged for what Midnight Blade was doing but Naruto would Use Steel, Metal, and Mech release to fix any damages.

The Boost suddenly shut off leaving the plane located in the very center of the ocean, The plane started to creak but it sounded fine.

It would take a few more hours till Zephyr made it to Midnight as he started to move slower and slower, slowly his body failed his will, and he collapsed unmoving like all his friends. Just a corpse on renew plane, but that suddenly changed as they reached Naruto's Chakra Influence.

Their bodies gained back a little color, then Jar-nee and Sipho Twitched, Jar-nee's jaw worked silently. 'Summoning jutsu...' He used the last of his Chakra to summon Naruto to their location.

Naruto eyes opened widen, "Whoa!" He looked down at the deathly pale Jar-nee, "What happened?!"

Jar-nee gasped slightly as Naruto's chakra flooded their bodies. "C-chakra loss, sudden, powerful, stunned." Tears began to form at his eyes, Naruto nodded.

He preformed the ram hand seal and pulsed his chakra. Almost instantly their bodies gained their colors back and their illusions formed over their bodies, one could see how scared Jar-nee was. Sipho pushed her self up and groaned, "Wow that sucked."

Jar-nee nodded a little shaken up. Naruto was already thinking of a way to fix this issue. What if he placed Chakra receivers across the planet would that extend his chakra reach, this would be possible but still it would take years for it to work.

"Boss, how bad did we fail?" Sipho asked her voice quaking from trauma.

"None of at all, I should have expected this, your bodies run off of my Chakra." His eyes narrowed, "This was my fault, I wanted to see how Capable your team would be at running the Dancer, and I forgot how to keep your alive." He frowned, "It was my own failure, do not blame yourselves."

On the other side of the plane, Naraka and Lo-mi pushed themselves from the ground and looked at the panicking Midnight Blade.

Naraka smiled and placed her hoof gently on her shoulder, "It's okay now, Boss is here." Midnight still had a crazed look in her eyes, She pulled her into a hug. "Shh, relax no one died, everything is okay. Look at me." She did so her crazed panicked eyes landed on her, "I am real understand? No one is dead, we were only paralyzed, we all were only Paralyzed." Her eyes started to relax, "Naruto is here okay? Calm down, we have a mission to complete remember?"

Zephyr reached the room in a soft Jog, "Is everyone alright?! I tried to make it when I felt how low everyone was on energy but it happened to me suddenly also!" His voice was panicked, but it calmed down when he saw the situation, "Oh good, everyone is fine."

Words suddenly filled the Paths of Peace's heads it was Naruto talking to them. "Bad news, I just got a recent report, The Enclave are sending down a scouting mission, to Old Olneigh. We must to observe, it will only take us... 3 hours? Yeah Three hours until we arrive."

Naraka took controls from Midnight who sat in the Co-pilot seat, The rest of the team was more shaken, all but Sipho and Zephyr. Both Ponies kept their team calm. Naruto sat down and meditated, this would likely cause him to use Sasuke's Susanoo. Maybe,

Through the entire Journey the ponies slowly calmed down, they started to smile.

Naruto's Pip-buck chirped, He looked at the ground a few thousand feet, he then jumped forward. His body started to rocket towards the ground, he closed his eyes before opening them in a flash. His body slammed into the ground, he instinctively bowed his knees to absorb the shock, then he blitzed forward. He slipped his mask on over head, His single Sharingan eye poked out from the orange swirl mask. He pulled out his .44 revolver and loaded Armor piercing rounds, he could hear the Dancer fly silently behind him.

His eyes focused on what was in front of him, he soon detected a weakening magic signature, he moved towards it, when he did he discovered more stronger magic signatures.

Great, he was not prepared for actual combat, he wanted to get the mare and teleport to the nearest base, which was... damn! He just realized he was out of range to teleport! Snarling he burst into the scene of Steelrangers.

His Sharingan eye flashes as he preformed rapid Hand signs. "Mokuton: (Wood Style) Four Pillar Prison!" Naruto shouted causing the Steelrangers heads to snap to him, he slammed his hand to the ground. Instantly wood erupted from the ground and engulfed the Steelrangers, they did not have enough time to even panic. Naruto the did a few more Hand signs, "Kekton: Prison Barrier!" he slammed his hand on the ground again created a huge barrier around the wooden prison that will fade after a few hours, just like the wood.

Naruto launched forward grabbed the injured pegasus mare, who was missing her leg. He did not want to kill anyone, and these Rangers will find out soon how their entire group will join him. He looked at them with his Sharingan eye, "Hia! Im Tobi! Im sorry about being mean, but my subordinance told me about little miss here, don't worry all knowledge we learn from here will go directly to you. It's a fair trade right? You don't wanna deal with a injured pegasus, while I do, but you want her knowledge that's fine! Heh, don't worry I already have your Power Armors signals, I will be sending... Uhh. Who? Oh I know!" 'Tobi' points to a stallion in Power Armor, Rumcake, "You! Yeah that will work, Uhh, Oh I know Tell your..." He blinked, "Elder? Yeah Elder! Tell your Elder the Akatsuki is Watching, and if they want help us message me! Bye bye!" He then vanished in a puff of smoke.

Naruto appeared back on the plane with Jar-nee looking at him, Naruto held the Bleeding Pegasus. He then did another set of hand signs, "Jinseiton! (Life Style)" Her body glowed as his magic and Chakra entered her system, her missing leg started to heal but it did not grow back. Naruto wanted her to have two Mechanical legs. "Kiton! (Mech Style)" A new Biomechanical leg started to form at the end of he missing leg. He channeled more Chakra into her, adapting it to he magic pathways, he did the same with her actual hoof, and body. Metal formed around her body not replacing flesh but overlapping it, giving her a intense strength speed and agility boost. Her other front hoof grew similar claws, her back grew metal plates. Her wings soon formed metallic feathers that functioned and acted just like organic ones only with more durability. Naruto had started to sweat from the intense Chakra and Magic drain. He continued on though. Soon her ears became partly mechanic allowing her hearing to spike, he also changed her eyes for mechanics also.

Some may wonder why he is doing this? Well because she was the perfect test subject for safe Cybernetics, also they were retractable as they were now part of her body like her hoof or wings were. She could control them with ease.

Naruto also gave her a cybernetic horn that will not be functional until her body and magic adjust to the changes. By the end of it Naruto fell over sweating, He was slightly pale but still healthy, he had to use Kekkai Genkai for things like Genjutsu and Healing making him have to use more Chakra for simple things.

Jar-nee was by his side in a moment, he only smiled. "Its fine." He pushed him self up, and walked to Frosty Winds, He opened her right Foreleg to show a screen, he turned it on with a dash of his magic, He tapped his finger on it an suddenly all the armor was absorbed into her flesh. She now looked like a normal pony with a cybernetic leg, but she will find out soon her ears and eyes have not been changed until they are activated. He smiled, She will be a normal pony, a pony with so many powers.

His Pip-buck dinged, He looked to it and sighed. "We can return to Las Unicornia Airport."

Sipho groaned, "Can't we land at a longer runway, or maybe a closer one?"

Naruto shook his head, "We need to keep it constant, the less the Enclave thinks about our existence the better." Those words caused a instant reaction from the Pegasus in the room, whose eyes shot wide open her eyes darted around. "Well, maybe I should have been quieter." He chuckled, He pointed his hand at her head and whispered. "Health Release!" part of Naruto's life force entered her body causing the Pegasi's body to relax. "Better miss?"

She stared a the weird new creature, "What are you?"

"Oh! Im Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, Leader of the only Military on the surface that is not corrupt or evil. An im a Nine-Tailed Fox, a entity of great power and kindness." She just blinked once. Naruto blinked when she did.

"Sorry I am just confused as to where I am?"

"Oh right! Your inside my plane." her eyes widened. "You are free to leave if you like, but the Enclave will just execute you now, I would prefer it if you actually lived."

"Why would they execute me?"

Naruto sighed, "Well while you were asleep I had to replace that missing leg with what you are using now." Her eyes bugged out and stared at her Mechanical leg. "I Built that, its impressive no?" He looked to Jar-nee, "Oh and this is Private Jar-nee of Akatsuki Devils.

"He's a colt."

"With training to take down a full grown mare or stallion, he's a medic though."

"Well what can I do?" Naruto smiled, she could not help but smile at seeing his honest happy expression.

"You can join us to save the entire wasteland, or you can leave and go join someone else?"

"How can a small group save the wasteland?" She ask incredulously.

Naruto smirked and pulled his hand up to his face and pulled it down to expose his Rinnegan eye, "With the help of my God-like powers of course." He then pulled his hand away allowing his eye patch to cover it.

She looked at where the eye was and nodded, "I will join you, I have a feeling you will actually save the wasteland."

Naruto chuckled, "That is the plan, this world needs an Immortal God to keep them protected." Naruto's acceptance of his God status did not make him Cocky or Arrogant, he was still humble but not afraid to use his powers for others.

Naruto looked to Frosty Winds and nodded, "go ahead and rest, you will be armed for war when we arrive to base."

It took a while before they arrived to Las Unicornia Air Defense Station, Naraka had taken control of the plane and started to gently point the nose of the plane down, when she reached a hundred feet to the ground she pulled the nose up. She pulled the engines back and allowed it to glide for the next 300 feet before her back wheels hit the ground and she used the brakes and Thrust reverses.

Naruto cringed from the bumpy ride, "Still need some Practice Naraka?" She blushed but nodded, "Fine we will get the Flight Simulation on so you can use it. I though for sure the knowledge I transferred into your brain would suffice."

Frosty Wind's ears perked up at that, but Naraka spoke before she could ask. "No Muscle memory, need that to fly a plane as wheel as a master pilot can, Midnight would be better for the training, im just a trainer."

Naruto nodded, the plane continued on its path until it arrived at the Hangar, Zephyr was the first one out who looked around.

Naruto flashed next to him along with the rest of the ponies, his single eye looked around and scowled, "Where are the Technicians?" This was not normal. "Jar-nee, Lo-mi, Naraka, and Midnight Blade stay here. Frosty Winds, Zephyr, La-ma and Sipho with me, Team Plane Lo-mi is in command, your mission is to protect and secure the plane and keep it ready for emergency extraction. Engines Hot, weapons ready, Jar-nee summon your team if you need heavy weapons support, Lo-mi stay with the gunner stop."

Naruto looked to Frosty wind and scowled slightly, "Here." He unsealed a small suitcase, "Open your present, it had the ammo already.

Frosties eyes widened and smirked, she opened the case and saw a beautiful gun, a Anti-Material rifle with a 50BMG caliber. She noticed the magazine had black tips, Armor Piercing, She whistled. "Geez these look freshly made, how did you get these?"

"Made them just now." He said honestly, he used Mech Release to create the weapons, and ammo from memory. Her eyes bugged out but she giggled gleefully.

"Yes!" She grabbed the gun and started to put it together eagerly, Naruto smiled but gave her a new suitcase, her smile grew and she cheered "Sweet, What is it?"

"Your Secondary, a custom weapon of the Akatsuki one I personally designed." She opened the suitcase and saw a double barreled pistol that looked like he molded two guns into one, the barrel was wide but the grip was built for a Griffin just like the Anti-Material rifle. The Pistol had a scope and two suppressors, she picked it up expecting it to be heavy or uncomfortable for her claw, but no it felt like it molded to it. The Weight was not even there, it was nimble and easy to use.

"She is named Blizzard, she shoots cyro bullets that actually do what they are supposed to do, she is an Automatic pistol with a few thousand round in a clip, I used some Space-time Seals and magic to make the magazines huge. It also Auto loads, You have two clips, the pistol is Capable with almost all pistol rounds except the larger rounds, but you have to use the switch to change the caliber. She is by far the most useful gun in the wasteland, she cannot shoot .44 .357 or gov rounds." Frosty Wind's eyes sparkled. The Raider part of her mind started to giggle.

Naruto looked ahead and pulled out his Revolver, He grabbed the eyepatch covering his Rinnegan eye, he pulled it off and placed the Tobi mask over his face. "Hia Im Tobi!" He coughed as his voice was deeper then he liked, "Hia Im Tobi!" He nodded his head, He saw Frost looking at him weirdly "What Tobi is trying to get his voice right, Tobi thinks Raiders are fun to scar in funny ways."

"Your weird, but who am I to talk?" She shrugged, having already talked to her alternate personalities.

"Tobi says we go now." Naru- Sorry Tobi, Frost, Zephyr and Sipho walked forward. Sipho soon vanished and ran off to find any survivors or enemies. Naruto and Zephyr used their Sharingan and Rinnegan to find anything odd.

They arrived at to the door of the Base and pushed it open only to see a standing frozen still Sipho, Naruto's eyes narrowed seeing this, she would never loose the element of surprise. He followed her eyes and froze also, Frosty Wind being concerned walked to her not to quietly.

Naruto grabbed her and covered her mouth with a shocked expression Frost squirmed slightly before relaxing. Naruto's Sharingan eyes morphed into Sasuke's Eternal Mangekyou. "Damn, Zephyr take Frost and Sipho and go!" He nodded and grabbed the two before vanishing in a puff of smoke. Naruto's eyes never left the threat known as an Alicorn, a purple one.

"The Goddess wishes to meet you." She says all to calmly, Naruto now understands why his men ran in fear likely. An Alicorn.

"A Monster like you? Nah, I like to be myself and not be molded into that creature." He shivered in disgust, the Alicorn's eyes narrowed.

"You have no choice!"

"Do I?" He looked to his hands and frowned, "Im sure I have one, Defeat you in a battle."

"You dare destroy the future of pony Kind?!"

"Future? FUTURE?! A future of slavery? A Future of becoming monster? Mindless monster?! I am fixing this world, Actually fixing it! Trees that grow use Radiation as Fuel to grow stronger, Grass to turn Radiation to Nutrition for the soil. My trees have the ability to Absorb Radiation, and Soon the Pink Cloud will also be gone! Enervation? I will deal with it! Your species will be useless, a past mistake that needs to be eliminated. Why would Twilight create a monster like you?! Trixie you could have actually helped ponies, or even build love instead of fear" Naruto sighed and rubbed his face, "Your just Like Madara, Pain, Obito, an Sasuke. So twisted to your own faith you think you can only be right, well I have news for you!" He pointed at her and smirked under his mask, "I will take the hate of this world! I will mold that hate into love! I will fix all mistakes from the past, I will make fear into hope!" His Sharingan eye flickered suddenly to purple and rippled, it also had the six tomoe. "I will change the reality of the past and mold it into a bright glorious future! That is my Organization, The New Dawn! An Organization built on kindness and power, Serve those under us and expect the same!"

He pointed at the stunned Alicorn, "An You stand in my way, I will fix that broken heart of yours, an that is a Uzumaki Promise." His heart suddenly ignited with his emotions, finally he was back, the Naruto we all know and love had returned. "An I never break a promise that's my Nindo! My Ninja Way!" His magic suddenly spiked, golden embers lifted off his fur, his Nine orange tails started to change color behind him. "I am Uzumaki Naruto! The Hero of this World!"

His body then exploded with golden embers they engulfed him in a stream of magic flames, His single Sharingan eye started to flicker to a Rinnegan.

The Alicorn was forced to step back from the intense magical presence, it was so bright and powerful but it was not painful. Naruto's head was pointed to the ceiling, his Sharingan pupil dilated, his body was coated in Ethereal golden flames. It was not Kurama's chakra though, it was Magic. Naruto's head snapped back down and he smirked, "So? Wanna play?"

The Alicorn teleported away, Naruto relaxed and the Magic exited his system but remained just in reach for him to pull and use.

He slumped back and started to laugh, "Finally, Im back baby! My heart was closed from all the Trauma I felt, no wonder everything felt so numb!" He was smiling and actually felt his joy again, "I can be the leader my people need now, smile when one else smiles. Now I know peace can be achieved! I will strive for that goal, I will make these eyes of mine seen as Pure and Godly not evil and monstrous."

His eyes focused back on the here and now and saw how Frosty Wind looked at him with a huge smile, "Wow, you sure know how to give a speech?"

"Nope, that was all a spur of the moment deal." He chuckled.

"Really? If that's the case you said all that from your heart?" Naruto smiled brightly behind his mask and nodded. "Cool, um so what will my job be?"

Naruto looked at her for a moment before blinking. "You will be part of a Special force known simply as Akatsuki Devils, your jobs will be to do missions beyond normal Soldiers, some are Super Soldiers like you."

"Wait im a Super Solider?" She tilted her head in a cute manner.

"Well, while you were asleep I took the Liberty to give your body some modifications, You will find out soon you are no long just a Pegasus." Her eyes shot wide open at that and looked at her wings and exhaled, "You have horn, an you may have cybernetic attachments. Don't worry though you are still Frosty Winds, I just made you better. Truth is you don't have to use them, you have absolute control on them. Just thing about changing your right hoof into a claw."

Frosty Winds nodded but did not try it, "So im a Super Soldier?"

"Yep, Like Zephyr, Sipho, Jar-nee, Lo-mi, La-ma, and Naraka. Though they Specialist in one certain Area."

"Okay what is it?" Naruto looked at her for a moment before shrugging.

"Sipho has the ability to control gravity, able to make unstoppable gravity waves La-ma can change her entire body into machine creating cannons out of her hoofs an whatnot, Zephyr is able to suck the souls of ponies and witness their memories. Jar-nee is able to summon animals, me, or the rest of his team. Lo-mi is able to absorb magic in any shape or form to fuel herself. An Naraka can heal anyone by using the same ability of Zephyr, but instead heals them."

Frosty Winds eyes were wide, "Okay so each one has amazing powers?"

Nope! Lo-mi is quite weak alone without a team to Back her up just like Jar-nee, and Zephyr is the Crowd control so he can take care of himself quite well. Naraka is a healer not a fighter but she rarely uses her powers so she is the teams support. Lo-mi uses Power Armor to balance out her usefulness. Sipho is a Spy/Assassin, and La-ma is a explosive expert and like a Steelranger.

"So each one balances each other?" Naruto nods. "So, what team will I join?"

"My Personal team, You will be join me personally, not as a guard but as a Advisor." She tilted her head, "I mean I want you to be the General of our Pegasi, who may or may not still be frozen in ice." She made a O with her mouth, "So we need someone to train them in proper Military procedure, while I could just just transfer knowledge to them I want them to be properly trained. So no Short Cuts, but we only have a few months, can you do it?" She shook he head.

"Sorry im a Solider not an officer, I take orders not give them, its hard to change the mindset of being a soldier." Naruto frowned but shrugged, "Sorry."

"That's fine I expected the answer, well you pass the test, you know when you are beat. You will actually be joining in a Team built and lead by me, we will be doing SS-rank Missions."

"SS-rank?"

"Yeah missions have high importance, now in the wasteland the missions will be all including, water hip collecting for towns. Protecting our towns from small raider groups, Caravanners. Our Organization is a Merc group that always does what's right no matter the cost.

"Okay!" She smiled and nods.

"Boss, we should get to base, an Alicorn can cause a huge freak out among the ponies within out care." Naruto looked to Zephyr, he nodded. He called the rest of the Team back to him, it took no time for the rest of the ground to meet up, When they arrived Naruto Teleported them all to his base Vault 1, directly into his room.

Naruto smiled at looked at his group his mask off, he gave his famous foxy smile showing a little to much teeth and chuckled. "Today was fun right?"

Cue massive Sweat drop.

Chapter 1 Author's Note

I went through so many trial and errors with this story, that I had created maybe 10 deleted stories, so this is how it will stay. To those who don't like it, screw you, I tried.

This stories Naruto, will possess the memories of Sasuke Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, Obito Uchiha, and Itachi Uchiha. He will have possession of every single Sharingan eye, including the ones Danzo possessed. He was deemed to be the best protection of the Sharingan eyes, so he sealed them within him. Then when Itachi was revived and used Kotoamatsukami, he gifted Naruto Shisui's eye as could sense Naruto already possessed the other.

Chapter 1

Naruto's fight with Kaguya was hard and bloody, he lost limbs and lost friends. He fought till the war was on, and in doing so he lost all his friend and family, Sasuke was dead by All Killing Ash Bone, giving Naruto his eyes as a birthday present. Obito was next to die, using the same Jutsu is father used to seal Kurama inside him, to unseal the Bijuu from Kaguya, It worked but Obito gifted Naruto both his eyes, wanting to use his Rinnegan for the good of of others. Kakashi and Sakura were the last, Kakashi saw how Obito gave Naruto his eyes, and did the same. Sakura did something that would forever haunt Naruto. She kissed him and asked for forgiveness at how blind she was.

When they both died Naruto's mind became haunted by how powerless he was but he did not allow it to consume him. He saw the Memories of Obito and Nagato through their own eyes, He saw Kakashi kill Rin and how it crushed them. He also noticed how Obito saw it also, how he took it as betrayal. He then saw Itachi kill his family, and look at Sasuke who he also saw through they eyes of. He was in a loop of witnessing all that happened before him, He also saw through Madara's eyes, the Rinnegan, He saw everything every Uchiha's eyes he placed into him saw. All their pain and emotions, he did not allow it to consume or guide him, he would use all their pain to fix whatever world he joined.

He saw the universe he was in collapse suddenly as he was blasted into what could only be called a True void, he wrapped his body in Kurama's flickering chakra. He was soon knocked out when He heard the Bijuu scream in terror.

Opening his eyes in the middle of a desolate wilderness was a crimson Nine-tailed fox, that had red hair, and all across his body, fur and hair he had blonde highlights. His eyes were a glorious violet slitted eyes. He wore a royal outfit that easily gave him the title. One a belt was the handle of a Kusanagi, along with a Pip-Buck attached to his forearm. This fox was Naruto.

Looking to his body he groaned, "Great I look like some weird combination of Mom, Kurama, and Dad." He closed his eyes for a second before opening them again to reveal the eyes turned red with three black tomoe, "So I still have his eyes." Feeling the nature energy in the world he had no choice but to cringe from pain, the world was corrupted. Nature energy was filled with so much hate, why though? He looked around and understood almost instantly, the world is destroyed, he could see a city in the far distance that was ruined to the point of it being unlivable. It reminded him of Amegakure, but it was damaged beyond repair, he also could see with his Sharingan the level of destruction. His red eyes narrowed on the city.

His single fox ear perked up when he heard the sound of hoove step, then he heard a unearthly snarl, His eyes drifted from the destroyed city in the distance and focused on his sense of hearing.

He closed his eyes and focused solely on hearing, wanting to gain a better understanding of his body, his sense of hearing will be perfect. All Around him came into focus, one thousand two hundred feet to his left, in the middle of a small dead forest was a cabin, inside that cabin was a few walking creatures that had no heart beat, around the cabin was similar creatures. Each one was quadruped no not a human, likely an animal of some kind? But even he not dumb enough to believe animals have no pulse! So what is it?

He felt the slow pulse of an insect behind him, or what he assumed as an insect, it was larger than any he had know of. He turned his head to the direction to the left and saw the cabin that looked old and run down. His ears perked when he heard the sound of an agitated insect, likely spotting him, he put his paw/hand on the blade of his Kusanagi. Running a small amount if wind chakra through the dull blade, causing it to sharpen to a dangerous degree. He felt the insect close in on him, it reached the point of no return in a second, the point where Naruto's blade would easily cut its targets to pieces.

Naruto spun on his heel and sprung towards the startled insect like a viper prepared to strike. The blade sung as it slashed the ugly insect in half, it was all bloated and it looked like a fly. His Pip-buck activated and name the creature as Bloatsprite, he looked at the creature with absolute disgust. "Gross, I don't understand how this thing could even exist!"

He looked towards the cabin and frowned, "What ever they are need to be put out of their misery, with all the knowledge Sakura-chan gave me, I know those creatures are not natural." He swung his Kusanagi spraying the blood across the dirt. As he stopped channeling his chakra into his sword it became dull again, though it was slightly sharper. His Sharingan eyes fizzles out, returning to the Violet slitted eyes. He looked at his tails and tilted his head, "I wonder if I can use these in combat."

He looked ahead to what he could only assume was walking dead, he gave a cruel smirk. "Let us test it, I wonder if pushing Doton Chakra into my tails will harden it, but hardening it does not equal damage. Maybe using, Wind for cutting power?" He nods his head, after gaining Hashirama's cells and Sasuke's yin half of Hagoromo's chakra, he has been able to use every single element, plus his edition of Kekkai Genkai. He nodded his head, and channeled the two chakra's into his tails, this in turn caused his crimson, blond tipped fur, turned an earthy brown. When the wind chakra was pumped into the tail his hairs along his tail straightened until his tails reached a dangerous point created entirely of hairs. The Earth Chakra strengthened every single strand of hair to the point they became durable enough to with stand a full length sword battle.

His Pip-buck soon beeped as it started to activate, he was confused as why it started to work, but when its screen activated. It was the color Orange, there was an adorable Nine-tailed fox cartoon figure in his top right part of his vision. On the bottom left of his screen was a huge bar that had the Initials A.P, the bar with H.P was similar in size. But each one had a number, and his A.P points was easily 10 times the amount of H.P. This was a result of his Uzumaki Heritage and Kurama's chakra. Enormous Chakra reserves and large natural regeneration boosted by Kurama's regeneration. He could regenerate lost limbs or organs, and now his body actively purified Kurama's chakra he would regen from heart wounds but he would be out of the fight for likely months.

He fell down to all fours, it felt so natural for him and so easy to adjust to, though bipedal was obvious for fighting. Sensing the place for his potential targets he blurred from sight, his body feeling faster and mobile, he was able to move so quick he left after images, even with his physical powers suppressed. When he appeared again he was in a dead
tree above the creatures that had no life signs.

His slitted violet eyes narrowed on the undead creatures, unnatural, they had nothing he would claim as chakra, what they had in them was something dark and malicious, he would them now. He used a branch and dropped to the ground so the undead creatures would come to him. When they were close enough he stopped balancing on the tree branch he stood on and allowed him self to wall, he back flipped and landed on one of the undead, it was squashed under his weight. His tails struck with the speed of a bullet, piercing the bodies of the undead, he felt the blood on his tails and grimaces. 'So they can, its just disgusting and highly sensitive.' His eyes narrowed as he walked off the currently crippled ghoul who had swirls in its eyes, he ignored.

He walked towards the cabin and frowned, it as run down sure, but it was not useless. His eyes narrowed when he noticed a plaque outside it, he looked to his Pip-buck and saw the date, 201 years? Two years before the war ended in balefire? Hum, it looked like it could be repaired with a few hours of Shadow Clone work, yeah he found himself a home. Until he could get used to his suppressed powers, though until then he had to clean the place up.

He looked inside the cabin and scowled at the awful smell, it smelled like rot, and well decay. He knew why when he saw the burned corpses on the ground stood up and charged him. He spared no though and pulled his Kusanagi out, channeled Lightning chakra into the blade and charged the zombies. They did not even get close to him as they were slashed apart, he was not dealing with their shit. He sheathed the Kusanagi and summoned twelve clones without using hand signs.

Looking around inside the cabin he noticed how it was clean, mostly, It looked like it was never used for housing. Then why are there ghouls here? Looking around with his Violet slitted eyes, he noticed a off colored plank of wood. It was only noticeable to a well trained and skilled eye, it was only one shade darker, In other words not even noticeable. This was good, meaning whatever was here was important enough for them to be here? He looked at those off colored planks. His mind was racing, Sasuke's, Obito's, and Kakashi's life experience was screaming at him. 'Look underneath the underneath.' His sensei said. The Knowledge of all the Mangekyou eyes flooded into him, how to preform Jutsu, how to create new Jutsu, all the Jutsu it had seen. The Mangekyou also showed all the knowledge the regular eyes had seen in the past, he had seen all of.

His eyes widened and he smiled, He bit into his thumb, and pulled his tattered sleeve down to expose his seal on his upper arm. Whipping the blood on the seal causing it to poof, releasing what it held. There on the ground ontop of a towel was hundreds of Sharingan eyes, some were white but the majority were fine. His eyes landed on a certain pair of eyes, they were in their Mangekyou state, a four sided star. Shisui's Mangekyou, eyes Itachi gifted him, and Obito after he stole the eye from Danzo. He looked at the two eyes and smiled softly, Shisui was kind shinobi, he did not deserve what he got. He grabbed the eyes in his skull and used his chakra to detach all the nerves and blood vessels, Doing so caused him slight pain but not as much as it would if he had ripped the eye out. Slowly pulling the eye our caused blood to drip down his cheek. Keeping Obito's other eye in his body he looked to the bloodied eye in his hand and gently placed it into a jar before opening the jar that contained Shisui's. Pulling out the wet Sharingan he placed it into his eye socket, and attached the nerves and blood vessels to it. He also channeled a huge amount of his Sage of Six Paths Chakra into the eye but stopped short of it becoming a Rinnegan. He opened his now Mangekyou eye to show a black crown form around the pupil.

He did the same with the other eye giving him both of Shisui's eyes. Smiling softly Naruto looked at his hands, they looked more focused unlike Obito's and Kakashi's

Walking towards the oddly colored floor planks, his eyes picking up the oddity of how it looked. Grabbing the planks he pulled it open to expose a large well lit room. It was not small by any means but he could see it looked clean just like the room. He jumped down.

After Jumping down, His eyes widened greatly, before the room looked clean and bright, but now? It was dark and dirty, his Sharingan eyes activated. Looking around he noticed the doors, his body moved forward seeming on instinct.

He reached the door in seconds, His Sharingan eyes searching for what he was supposed to see.

He saw through the door an his jaw drooped, inside was huge, something large was in the center of the room, it looked similar to a giant boat. Only it had clouds surrounding it, he saw long pipes extend from the main body of the thing, it was a striking white with blue clouds, Along with the name A.A.F. Crimson Dawn. That name struck him instantly, only thing with that name was Akatsuki!

He looked around and noticed the same A.A.F everywhere, along with the White and blue clouds. He wanted to know why these things were here! He soon got his answer as a small pole in the middle of the room ignited.

Ontop of the pillar was an Orange Earth pony with blonde mane and tail, her flank had three apples, she looked old and tired. She still smiled, "Well if this message activates it would mean the only person who could fix our mistakes is here. So welcome! My name is Applejack, I was head of the MoWT, which is an acronym of Ministry of Wartime Technology. Now you must be confused, because to be honest, so am I! I was told along with all our friends of a hero that will change this world for the better, after we die. Hopefully you can end this war we are probably still in when you are born. I just hoped this would never happen, so much death and suffering, even my brother is gone because of this cursed war!"

She inhaled and calmed herself, "Sorry, everything inside this place is your own, please create this 'Akatsuki' this was a brilliant idea you had, you saved the world." Naruto cringed at the Akatsuki name, "Now I was told, there was an old Akatsuki by pinkie, who wanted to save the world but did it wrong. They may have done it wrong but you are you, You may not understand why the Akatsuki is needed but I... I do.." Her voice trailed off as her pupils dilated, "I cannot tell you but know this, this world... it is no longer Sunshine and Rainbow."

The Image flickered as it changed to become what he had seen in the door, it had a name attached to it. "Raptor #1929 REX model, Code named Crimson Dawn. Owner, Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, owner of the Akatsuki organization."

He even saw the specs, it was massive stated to be the largest flying machine besides Thunderheads. He was in awe at just how much this ship contained, it had hundreds of things including an Akatsuki Meeting room.

He had to look away, he needed to explore before he chose to stay here.

It only took him an hour to find everything, he even found a few weapons that caught his instant attention. One was a .44 revolver with a stock meant for him, he would see the finger grips. So many weapons that were created just for his use, but they were limited in numbers compared to the vast armory of Pony weapons. He even saw an Akatsuki cloak, he could tell what it was, as it was White instead of black with blue clouds instead of the crimson ones. He was reluctant to wear this cloak but soon realized, it was a different Akatsuki. It was not controlled by Black Zetsu, no it was not. He controlled it, and he would keep it that way. Slipping the cloak on his eyes widened at how soft and light it felt. It was Obviously had armor plating inside the cloak, it was heavier than just cloth but lighter than the Pony armor he saw. Opening his Sharingan eye he saw a huge black mass inside the cloak, it was created from anger and rage, so he started to purge it. Only to make it halfway before his eyes where shocked by something.

looking at the Cloak tag with only one eye open, as blood dripped from his other eye, he saw it. Star Metal plating, requested from MoWT to MoM. He nodded his head.

He stayed inside the Cabin/Akatsuki base, he soon chose to create the Akatsuki only to do it right. The Akatsuki base was truly huge with over one thousand personal rooms for any of his group, it was made for an army to be hidden away. Which is what he will do. His eyes narrowed, he saw the map of the entire country he was currently within the area near Los Unicornia. which was near Las Pegasus, though it was located near the ocean on the other side, unlike Manehattan. or even Canterlot which is located in the very center of the country. He looked at the map and scowled, taking over a country of this size would be difficult to say the least. He smirked as he looked at the location Hoofington, which was a equal distance and the very bottom of Equestria control. Right next to Zebrica. He would expand to Hoofington first, The amount of technology would be a gift.

Though how can he cover his tracks? His eyes widen, becoming a mercenary group who would only accept good mission, not cash. This would give civilians less fear of them, as they would not act as normal mercenary force but instead more like a Military Police force. His eyes lit up, first he needs numbers, how would he get numbers?

While it would be immoral he would use Kotoamatsukami on undesirables, basically he would bandits into proper Mercenary, while he would never use this ability willingly it would be useful.

First he needed to train with his new weapons, and powers, this will take a few days.

After a few days of training with Taju Kage Bunshin no Jutsu he was capable of using every single weapon he was given. though he still preferred the revolver. He soon made his way to a place he found while using his Shadow Clones to search the area. It was abandoned, but it had a few interesting thing, like the huge quantity of Radroaches. It was cleared out almost instantly the clones just found it disgusting, and opened fire with well a slew of .44 ammo.

Inside was nothing important, but a few random items, but he did find a cracked bottle, inside was a liquid that glowed. The bottle had the label Health Potion, he drank it and oddly felt better, his internal new magic source surged. Though he had no idea about this magic source, yet.

He walked out of his cabin, which now looked brand new, though it needed to be painted. He continued his walk, knowing where to go, He flared his chakra and disappeared in a flash of Crimson, his new personal Hirashin seal worked perfectly.

When he appeared again it was over twelve miles away near a small walled off town. His eyes narrowed on his Shadow clones who all nodded and poofed away, he was not expecting to be teleported. The Memories of his clones flooded his mind and he smirked but was internally boiling with rage. Sasuke's personality was starting to grip his control. Looking ahead and he smelt it, the smell of sex and death. His body started to move on its own, his hand lit up with Lightning chakra, the Cloud layer overhead began to darken. He lifted his hand into the sky a trail of lightning reached the cloud layer.

Soon a colossal dragon created entirely of lightning formed in the Cloud layer, Naruto's eyes flared turning into Shisui's Mangekyou Sharingan. He screamed the top of his lungs, his voice easily pierced the heavens. "KIRIN!" He slammed his hand down causing the huge lightning dragon to follow, Naruto's intension was not to kill but to frighten. The huge dragon slammed into the gates, the gate was incinerated by the force of explosion. Naruto could hear the panicked screams of the Raiders within the walls, as their friends on the walls were incinerated to nothing but dust. Pulling out his Revolver, he did one Jutsu and it already tired him out, his chakra level was fine but he was physically tired?

He pulled out his revolver, the raiders were already charging at him, He created hundreds of Shadow Clones, These Raiders were lucky he would only Brainwash them. He needed to have them as his soldiers, he would do dark acts to save everyone. If everyone is saved a little darkness will be okay, as darkness is a part of balance.

The Enclave had no choice but to notice the huge Lightning dragon and it caused even the Minister of the Enclave great fear, they that thing would easily destroy their Raptors or maybe Thunderheads?!

Naruto was currently looking at the gagged and bound Raiders he had captured, there was no survivors in the Raider camp. Naruto's personality was being controlled by Kakashi's. His eyes narrowed on the Raiders. "Do you have any idea why I did not kill you?" no answer, just angry glares. "Fine I was going to be nice but well that wont happen." He closed his eyes for a moment and channeled his Chakra into it, before opening the now Red eye with a black four sided shuriken, along with a crown around the pupil. He looked into the now terrified Raider's eyes who were not able to shut their eyes or look away. "Say good bye to your reality and join me, Kotoamatsukami!" The Raider's eyes became dull for a second as Naruto entered their mind and gave them memories on how they served him loyally and would never betray him in any way, while also protecting the Innocent. Naruto's Mangekyou dripped blood from the eye he had used, the right eye closed from the pain of using the Jutsu. He hissed and replaced himself with shadow clone who would take care of the Akatsuki Recruits.

Naruto entered his room and wipes the tears of blood from his eye, He could use it twice a day, but he would be unable to us ethe Jutsu after both eyes used it once, this was the cost of using such a powerful Technique.

The new Akatsuki Recruits went well, while some were infected by some kind of disease most were just mentally unstable, the ones infected by a disease would have to be cured before they would be considered assets to the Akatsuki. But the Mentally Unstable ones had hard coded morals implanted into their heads by Kotoamatsukami, Naruto's eyes widened slightly as he had an idea.

His progress was slower than he expected, teaching these recruits was something he had not expected to be so difficult. He wanted to get the Crimson Dawn into the Air before anything else, and that meant teaching these Ex-Raiders how to use Technology from the old era. Naruto was not a good teacher and none of his previous teacher would do well. Ero-Sennin was never taught him anything besides Rasengan and how to preform basic Kata. Kakashi taught him basically nothing, Iruka had the same issue. So he had no way to teach them.

Luckily this problem fixed itself as one of his recruits was a previous Engineer for the Enclave, He had no realized it but she was a Previous Pegasus that had her wings surgically removed, Then dropped off at ground level. She only joined the Raiders as no one wanted her, Naruto gave her the Akatsuki cloak instantly, along with the Council ring. She would be in charge of the Akatsuki Engineer school, along with Maintaining his personal ship.

She was named White Sky, she was a white Pegasus with blue and purple stripped mane and tail. She had a branded Cloud and lightning bolt over her cutie mark. She had two scars where her wings would have been, also having a basic Battlesaddle she had a Sniper and shotgun combo Battlesaddle. Naruto was planning on fixing her missing wings issue, but it would take a Medical genius.

Besides that the other Akatsuki recruits were not that important, he wanted Engineers first, they would take a while to learn, but once he read all the knowledge White Sky gave them he would be able to use Kotoamatsukami to gift everyone his knowledge, this would give everyone the knowledge how to run the Rex as it was just a larger version of the Raptor. An while the Crimson dawn was larger than the usual Rex it was still smaller than a Thunderhead.

He needed guards/soldiers for the place, he would use the ill recruits but he was not sure they would not eat someone.

He looked to White sky and used his fingers to create a cross and whispered, "Kage Bunshin no jutsu." Twenty clones appeared and looked at Naruto for a moment before nodding and grabbing the books White Sky had stole from the Enclave an kept safe. These books had the actual knowledge of the Rex and Thunderheads, how to build them, along with Raptors, these books were actually found by White Sky after she was banished.

Naruto looked ahead and nodded, "Sorry, White sky but I have to go get more recruits. I hate how they do things but not them as ponies. They are just misguided or ill, it does make them evil, but I wanna can fix that." He smiled brightly. White Sky blushed and nodded.

Naruto saluted and vanished in a burst of crimson light. White Sky looked at where he was and sighed happily. "I will help you however I can, even without that Illusion you used on us."

Chapter 3

Meanwhile a certain Pegasus had just fled from the Enclave after she was condemned of a crime she did not commit, her coat was Twilight Lavender, she had a tri colored stripped mane and tail, dark purple in the middle, sky blue, and green tea. Her eyes was a brilliant coral orange she had a pen and book cutiemark, she was a writer along with a lawyer. She was a genius in her field, but she made one crucial mistake. She tried to sue to the Enclave for the murder of hundreds if not thousand of ponies, but in doing so she made her self a target, she became the most hated pony in the Enclave in days.

She fled to the wasteland hoping to evade her pursuers, she succeed but she was shot by a lightning rod in her escape. It ran through her heart almost instantly, she would have died that second, if she had not landed in the garden of a certain Nine-Tailed fox.

From that moment onward she was saved.

Most of the Akatsuki recruits were Ex-Raiders, and while this was true, some were not. Some were just random homeless or poor ponies who were close to death when Naruto found them. One pony was a doctor, what the wasteland considers a doctor, Doctor Black was his name. He had a onyx black coat, orange red mane and tail, and Spanish green eyes. He had a Health potion Cutie mark. He was the by far the most important pony in the entire wasteland at this moment. He had already cracked the way to make Cybernetic limb replacement, he also asked a few raiders who wanted to become more a physical force for the military if the wanted to become cyborgs.

Today Doctor Black was working on the Pegasus Naruto brought in, she had to geta replacement heart, which was biomechanical. It would be a few days until she healed enough to awake.

Naruto looked at his book he was reading when the random pegasus entered his garden, he was getting new knowledge from his Paths of Peace, they made a new friend. Along with a new base the Akatsuki would use, but how?

Naruto's eyes closed as he focused on the images, 'I need a loyal army, a army of everything I can get. Dragons, Unicorn, Pegasi, Griffin, Earth ponies, and Zebra.' His eyes narrow, 'Dragons would require me to clone them, which with Doctor blacks help it should be possible, Griffins can be hired. Pegasi will be the most difficult ones to make, clones will not be treated as weapons but as living people.' He nods it will take a few months to create a clone army, each clone will need to have implanted with memories via Kotoamatsukami.

Naruto pulled up his Pip-buck and typed a message to Doctor Black. He gained a response a few minutes later, he grinned at the response. "All you need is biological material?"

He sent a few messages to his Paths, their Rinnegan eyes flickered. "Good, lets make sure these clones are treated as citizens because that's what they are."

Zephyr's eyes widened slightly and smirked, none of the other paths changed their expression, only he did so. 'Only issue I see with your plan boss is the fact we have to find bones or a living dragon, and fighting a living dragon is difficult for infantry.'

"Okay team we are close to our location." He looked to Avalanche, "Right?"

He nodded, "It may only be a few few hours walk at this pace." He stated as he watched the ground blur under the Power armored ponies hooves. they were going very fast for any normal pony but he assumed it was the armor they wore, he heard it enhanced the body greatly.

Not soon after that they slowed down when they reached a hill, Zephyr tapped his metal hoof on the ground causing the entire team to jump off the Armored ponies back, only one left was Avalanche. Who only looked around confused. Zephyr sighed, "You can get off," he nodded and jumped off.

Each one of the team members besides Jar-nee who held no weapon besides a small knife, Sipho levitated out her suppressed auto pistol, Zephyr armored horn lit up levitating out his Tungsten/Titanium alloy sword. Lo-mi's horn also lit up twin heavy revolvers floated besides her assault rifles. They started their short trek until they arrived at the old decaying shack, it had the name 'Property of Pony Hills' They looked to Avalanche who smiled slightly.

"We are close, this is the main entrance to the stable, how the pre-war ponies entered." That caused Zephyr's eye brow to raise behind the helmet. "The other entrance is in a cave, it is the one that was created into a animal den."

Naraka's eyes widened slightly, "How? Stables were supposed to have only one entrance!"

Avalanche sighed, "To be honest I think it had to do with one of the ponies placing a bomb on a wall and detonating it, they wanted to escape, the Overmare went insane from some sort of drug. She became a dictator, killing ponies who did not listen, there was this huge rebellion. They created hoofmade weapons and bombs, one went off and boom the wall collapsed. As if on instinct the ponies inside fled, we think it was created on purpose, because we found skeletons in the cave when we lived there."

Sipho nodded, "Sounds like an Stable-tec Experiment, they likely wanted to see what would happen if they created a monster. Or the way to make enemies into disloyal soldiers." Zephyr head bobbed to say he agreed.

Their walk continued, they soon found a huge opening in the rockface. Zephyr's eyes narrowed as he clicked on his Power armors headlights, when La-ma and Lo-mi noticed they to activated their lights. Zephyr stood to the front, Naraka to his right, and Lo-mi to his left. La-ma was behind him, unable to use her weapons. Sipho vanished in a flicker of light, along with her suppressed 9mm pistol.

The team moved forward, prepared for battle, they gained none.

Instead they found streaks of blood on the ground, fresh from the color, along with random Manticore limbs strewn apart. Avalanche gaged, while the Team remained stoic and unfeeling, their eyes focused entirely on their situation. Only the eyes of Jar-nee looked at the injuries on the limb determining what killed them, it was not pony or more Manticore. His voice pierced the silence, while they shared a mind and vision they did not share their thoughts. "Boss, there is something worse here then even Hell hounds."

Zephyr's eyes never stopped looking around, "What?" he was curious of what was so important.

"Dragons." He hissed, "They are what killed them, this is bad boss." Zephyr could only agree, this was bad, they were not fit to defeat a full sized dragon.

"How bad?" His eyes narrowed further, Knowing his own path, Human/pony path was the weakest and most useless in a combat situation he chose to keep his helmet on. His powers were created for interrogation, not combat.

"Bad bad boss, these dragons are not mentally sound, they are obviously not ghouls but insane likely." He wanted to use his path, but he currently had no animals to summon. An idea pops into his head, he would use the Dragons as his paths while also allowing Naruto to sample their DNA. He sent his idea over and the others nodded, knowing they only needed one Chakra receiver in the target for them to useful.

"Great, we may need to use our other powers." The paths nodded knowing it was true, La-ma had already released the Blood seal to keep her eyes and real appearance hidden, Her Rinnegan and Sharingan eyes glowed behind the helmet, her armor would keep her from visibility but it would also prevent her from using her powers.

Noticing the extra clarity in La-ma's vison the other's eyes widened.

Before long they found a huge opening inside the earth, not far away was two giant dragons.

Sipho appeared before them a scowl of her lips, "What took you so long?!" La-ma scowled behind the helmet, "I been here since 10 minutes?"

Knowing this was true Zephyr sighed, "Its fine, what have to found out?"

Sipho jerked her head to the sleeping Dragons, "They are actually mates, from what I have seen they arrived maybe a days hours ago. They were so tired they feel asleep on the spot."

Avalanche's eyes widened, "What killed the Manticore?!"

Sipho's eyes widened, "Wait what?" She looked to Zephyr who nodded, "They were alive when I passed them! That's weird, could you determine how they died?"

Jar-nee hoof rose Sipho looked at him, "Dragons." Her pupils shrank.

"B-but, how?!" Zephyr's eyes looked around his Sharingan/Rinnegan eyes looked around separated from the helmet. "When I arrived they were asleep, and the Manticore alive! it was likely 2 minutes before you arrived. So how could they move so quick without my knowledge?!" She was a Assassin trained by Naruto to caused mass destruction without being seen, so how?

Jar-nee's eyes landed on the sleeping dragons, "Are we sure they are asleep? Not just faking it to lower our guard, or even distract us?" Sipho's eyes widened to the size of dinner plates. Almost all the ponies looked to the dragons with new horror.

The new terror filled silence was soon removed by the deep throaty grumble. "Damn, my new dinner is smart." The two dragons lifted their head to look at the ponies, the two sets of slitted eyes landed on them. Sipho was not dealing with this shit and released the illusion around her body giving her Sharingan/Rinnegan back. Jar-nee did the same but his eyes widened.

"They are not feral! it was a Trick!" Almost instantly all the illusions around the paths disappeared.

Sipho looked at Jar-nee, "Can we use Kotoamatsukami?!"

He shook his head, "No their mind is to powerful, that's what I just tried, we will have to weaken or knock them out for it to work. Either their mind is to powerful, unlikely, or their mind has a resistance of illusions!" Sipho nodded.

Zephyr's eyes narrowed, "Weaken them?"

Jar-nee nodded.

Zephyr's face turned sinister, "Alright we can unleash our powers now."

Sipho, La-ma, Lo-mi all nodded and spoke. "Right!"

Sipho raised her hoof towards the dragons, they raised an eyebrow and chuckled.

"What are you going to do little pony?" Sipho smirked.

"Death and despair for you, Shinra Tensei!" As if the words were spoken by god an all repelling force erupted from her hoof, instantly the dragons were slammed into the wall at the other side of the cave. "Go!" La-ma launched forward using her Asura path to pull her Power Armor into her eye, Metal wings sprouted from her back. Lo-mi stayed by the other ponies prepared to defend them.

La-ma appeared before the dragons who just now collected themselves, her hoof folded outward to show a glowing cannon barrel. "Asura attack!" The Cannon exploded with a huge 20 feet wide Chakra beam, it impacted the dragons and imbedded them in the wall. They quickly regained their sense and swatted the drained La-ma from the sky, she slammed into Sipho, who was instantly pushed back. The other ponies opened fire on the dragons, Naraka looked at the huge gash along La-ma's synthetic skin. Her body was sparking from the injury. Knowing she could not use Naraka path with Avalanche here she was in a bad spot,

Avalanche's eyes were wide, he was seeing a pony spark, she must be a cyberpony! La-ma's body started to heal, "Damn!"

Sipho nodded, "They hit like a truck!"

La-ma's eyes narrowed, "Could your shield block it?" Sipho scowled and shook her head, "Why not?!"

"To much power, he would shatter it."

While this was all happening Jar-nee had snuck up behind the Dragons, they ignored him and focused on the main threats. He had created a shadow clone and kept his eyes closed so they would not be able to see what he was doing.

When he arrived behind the dragons he summoned a few Chakra receivers, his eyes narrowed before he smiled brightly.

He waited for the right moment to strike.

Back in the fight, Sipho's eyes narrowed, "I can use it again!" She pointed her hand to the dragons, they moved aside attempting to flee the effect, but this time she was using something else. "Bansho Tenin!" The Twin dragons were pulled by the unstoppable gravitational pull. Before they reached Sipho though La-ma jumped forward and her back split open to expose twin gargantuan cannon. "Fire!" She screamed at the top of her lungs, the cannons roared as they launched twin beams of chakra into the Dragons chest, both dragons were sent flying.

They slammed into a wall unconscious. The force was so incredible it left cracks across the entire cave, it would collapse after another attack.

Sipho's eyes widened at the cracks, "Get out I will send them to Naruto!"

Jar-nee yelled across the cave, "No I want them!"

Everyponies eyes landed on him wide as saucers, "No! Naruto needs them more!"

Jar-nee was about to yell back when he frowned. "Your right."

Sipho looked to the Dragons, "Kotoamatsukami!" Her only Mangekyou Sharingan eye flashed and the twin dragons were disappeared a moment later. The team quickly fled from the crumbling cave, the battle was just to much for it to sustain.

Naruto's eyes opened when the Dragons appeared, he was confused as to why they appeared here but he assumed it had to do with the Rinnegan. Naruto looked into their now opening eyes, they looked at him with awe. It would seem the Mind-control worked wonders, "Welcome to the Akatsuki, Blazing moon, and Cool Sun." Blazing moon was a Midnight dragon with black highlights, his sister and mate was a Powder blue and Ruby red highlights. Their eyes were the exact same color, a brilliant silver.

"We are happy to join, what will our jobs be."

Naruto chuckled, "You will be one of our main assault units, don't worry though we will never let you die unless you wish it." He was secretly depressed he had to take a route to gain Dragons on his side, the Griffin will be easy. All he had to do was hire a Griffin Merc group, he then could fuse the DNA with ponies, making Hippogriff. He will also soon fuse Dragon DNA with pony DNA making Hybrids. He may use Changelings if he can get the chance to.

His eyes narrowed on the ground, so many idea's and not enough time.

Back with Team, they rushed out of the cave, while it was not going to fall they did not wish to risk it.

When they reached topside Zephyr was mentally scolding Jar-nee, who by now looked depressed, but shortly gave it up.

They walked away from the cave and towards the little hut the Stable resides under. The hut still looked abandoned, and old. Pushing the door open, they entered. It was bare with nothing inside, they could see the entrance to the stable below the floor with nothing covering it. It would seem the Stable ponies or maybe wasteland ponies uncovered it, by taking everything from the hut.

Zephyr's eyes narrowed on the entrance, he found nothing special about it. "Good, lets move in, I wanna find out if the Akatsuki will find this place useful." The team nodded and started to move down the stairs, each one covering the other.

When they exited the stair case they entered a small room with a large gear shaped door, it was off the hinge?

Sipho's eyes widened, "Geeze."

Zephyr nodded, "Lets enter, keep your guard up, Avalanche are there supposed to be inhabitants?" He shook his head unsure. Zephyr took it as a negative, "Good, check the place for anything or pony. Even if they think no pony lives here we will keep an eye out." His team nodded, Sipho vanished again using her Pip-buck Stealth Module.

Naraka stayed by Zephyr's and Lo-mi's side. La-ma stayed with Avalanche and Jar-nee.

Sipho walked through the stable invisible, her eyes exposed still from not activating the seal allowing her to see with great detail. Her eyes wondered the walls floor and ceiling for any sign of living creatures or maps. She soon found one, The top floor was devoted to Overmare, security and military. The right floors under that were civilian housing, the left floors were like a town, kitchens, stores, science bay, and even a armory. This place was not meant for normal civilian housing, this was obviously created for an experiment. The Bottom floors were tech, engineering, and the farm. There was also extended wings each one made for something special, one was for Cyro, stated to hold around 100 pre-war ponies. This would be useful, the other wing had vehicles, along with a tunnel out? The one to the other side was a empty hangar obviously meant for a Raptor or Rex. The last one was a full Hangar with tons of smaller flight vehicles.

It became obvious the more she read, this was not meant for Civilian use, but instead a military foothold. Why? Why would Stable-tec require a Military foothold?! She looked at the map for a few more seconds for anything new, when she found nothing she booked it towards the Overmare's quarters.

Her path lead her to Security, she noticed the more and more common skeletons the closer she got. Soon the entire hallway was stacked with Skeletons, then she found out why, there was a military Barricade, with two destroyed turrets, that looked easy to fix. There on the walls were skeletons wearing old torn military uniforms, along with ponies with Stable-tec Security armor. Each pony on the side were armed with automatic weapons, each one empty except for maybe one or two rounds. It was obvious by her eyes a war happened here, a short war brutal war, the defending force's bones had been shattered by a powerful force, and even their skull was crushed. Their bones had a few pony teeth bit marks on them.

What the hell happened here?! She rushed past the barricade, her eyes sending everything to her Team, She noticed the old blood trail on the floor. It was many not one, there was many small trails or drips of blood on the ground, she followed them to where ever they lead to. She soon noticed more skeletons of guard ponies, and more regular inhabitants, so many bones. The trails of blood tapered off as she found where the skeletons the blood lead to, Soon it was only one small trail of blood that was slowly getting smaller and long distance between drops. She followed the blood trail until they suddenly turned into a room, following it she failed to notice the Overmare sign above the door.

When she entered she saw something that would shock the entire team, there in the room was the skeleton of a pony. It was hanging from the ceiling, there was pictures strewn about the room showing the act frame by frame, as if it was video taped. The Pictures were everywhere, it showed the living Overmare who was a gorgeous unicorn mare, She was a platinum white along with a Red purple mane and tail, her eyes were a Mango Orange. She was pretty, she also had a very kind expression, even when a Earth pony stallion walked in. Who was Light golden yellow, along with a Shamrock green and hunter green striped mane and tail. His eyes were dilated and crazed Maximum Red. His eyes were blood shot and obviously drugged, he charged the defenseless mare. The pictures after were gruesome, first he raped her until she could no longer resist, then he started to stab her while doing so. He finished her off by tying her to the ceiling for display. The stallion slit his own throat and still alive made the mare drink it. When he bled out he fell over onto his own knife through the heart dead.

Sipho's eyes were wide and filled with tears, but she had to ignore the emotions she should not be able to feel. She walked to the Overmare's terminal, and her eyes bugged out.

"No wonder she was smiling before this whole thing." The words 'Stable 59 Successful, Military wards sealed until Akatsuki intervention.' were on the screen. "They were waiting on us, they were just to early." She typed the password she saw the Overmare type in, it flashed green and she was allowed entry.

She clicked the button that stated, 'Unseal Military ward Y/N" She clicked Y and heard the stable churn, the lights flickered once before dimming. She exhaled, and looked at the skeleton, she saw the picture of her being raped, and stabbed, she only smiled. "Odd, no mare would smile while being raped or stabbed, even if she was successful any mare would cry or scream, so why?" She soon noticed the lack of a second skeleton, "Wait where is the stallions skeleton?" 'Wait do not tell me.' Checking the skeleton she noticed the fact the skeleton had a hole in the sternum, indicating a stab or bullet. This was the body of the Stallion.

"She survived?! How?!"

Chapter 4

"She survived?! How?!"

Sipho's voice rang out, she looked around panicked trying to figure out how! Then she looked closer at a picture, Her Sharingan eye picking up every single detail, there was a small part of the picture that showed shining steel, a gun barrel. It was the last photo, she weas saved, but why was he placed on display?! She also saw the mares injuries were smaller then when she first gained them, healing!

"Boss we have an issue!" She shouted into her radio.

Zephyr's voice echoed back gruff and agitated, "We know, we have an issue also! Robots have started to attack us! Likely from you activating the system, thank you by the way, we need you now Jar-nee will summon you!"

Sipho nodded and she vanished in a puff of smoke. When she appeared again she heard the sounds of gunfire and missile fire.

She looked over and noticed Zephyr, Lo-mi, Naraka, and also La-ma firing their weapons. Jar-nee looked at the Panicking Avalanche and sighed after he summoned her.

Sipho nodded and vanished when she used her Stealth Buck. She appeared behind the Robots at random and hacked into them, taking control, she targeted the heavy bots first before she targeted the rest. It did not take long, the only Mechanical casualties were Ponytrons who lost a few limbs. Sipho exhaled, happily. "Boss will be so happy."

Zephyr sighed, "Boss will also be happy to know, it was not a couple hundred but a few thousand ponies, each one directed to follow the Command of Akatsuki, this will give our Organization more power, along with those dragons we captured. Also Jar-nee noted there was Zebra, Zony, Griffin, hell even a few Diamond dogs along with the ponies. Who ever wanted ton help knew exactly what we needed." He shivered also, "There was one single Dragon Pony Hybrid, she is missing a few parts but she will be useful if she can be fixed.

Jar-nee nodded, "well, should I summon Naruto?" He looked to Avalanche who calmed, down. "Sorry bud but you saw to much to leave the Akatsuki now."

Avalanche paled, "You will k-kill me?"

Jar-nee choked but started to laugh, "No, we want you to join, of your own freewill." Avalanche looked into his young eyes.

"Yes."

Jar-nee smiled, He opened his Rinnegan and Sharingan eye. He slammed his hand on the ground and shouted, "Kuchiyose no Jutsu!" Seals formed on the ground until they were a couple feet wide and then in a puff of smoke Naruto appeared.

His Nine-tails swaying behind him along with the crown on his head, his Akatsuki robes tight, and his revolver on his hip. His eyes were exposed. "So?"

Zephyr nodded, each one ignore the shocked Avalanche face, "We found this Stable, it is for our occupation!" Naruto's eyes widened slight hearing this.

"Really?"

Sipho nodded, "Yeah boss! We have found out tons of things about this place, they have two hangars, both open to the outside world, one Hangar seems to be empty on the map. There is also a Cyro-pods and a Vehicle bay. The stable is actually huge, with tons of weapons within, each pony was armed and armored with Modern weapons! I also discovered this was a Stable-tec, M.O.M, and M.O.A supported Stable." She looked over to the M.O.M and M.O.A Insignia besides Stable-tec. Naruto face palmed.

"Great, but the population did they survive?"

She nodded, "The stable only had a 100 inhabitants before the end of the war, most were hybrids or close allies of a different species they wanted to protect. The rest are Military/Guards from the Stable itself. The Overmare also somehow survived, she seems to have a healing factor boss, like yours!"

La-ma spoke next, "We also a few VIP targets with the Cryo before the war, General Xethia she lead the Zebra army before the whole war started to become this bad, she then forsaken the Zebra empire and fled to the jungle. Where Daring Do found and assisted them, they soon joined the army and were frozen here a month before the bombs fell."

Naruto nodded, "Anyone else I should be aware of?"

"Yes a Dragon/pony hybrid names Frost, She is reported to have a very brash and uncaring attitude but always willing to help those in need. She is white, just white, she has red eyes, Albino. She is also capable of using frost magic, she has a horn and wings, so she was mistaken for a Alicorn quite often she became arrogant because of it and named herself Frost Princess."

"Okay?"

La-ma sighed so Lo-mi took after her, "The last one is a wild card, he was one of the only Diamond Dog to act in the war, he is very protective of ponies and others. He is named Blitz, he joined the military after his friends were killed by Zebra, the ponies accepted his help and had him be frozen here for our potential use."

Jar-nee spoke last, "The last one of note is Griffin, she named Gabby, she is unlike the other griffin always friendly almost like a pony. When the war kicked up she was hidden by ponies, and soon frozen here."

Naruto nodded, "Good, so weapons?"

Sipho spoke first, "The Overmare Terminal stated something about Project Moon Crusher.

Naruto's eyes narrowed. "I have not heard of this."

Sipho, "Not surprising it was made and finished inside the stable." Naruto hummed. "It was made by the the three forces, something amazing and awesome. This project was supposed to end the war alone, the room it was supposed to be done in is that huge empty hangar. The interesting this is, the crew is in those pods." She pulled out a paper and showed the highlighted tag Crew, or Ship.

Naruto nodded, "Good, I will be sending troop to you this instant, they will arrive by our only means of transport, APC."

Sipho sighed, "That will very very obvious, we have nothing that can be used for stealth?"

Naruto shook his head. "Only way to not be spotted would be by foot, but it is dangerous, so we will be using APC."

Zephyr nodded. "Yes boss, also take Avalanche here he wants to join us." Naruto looked to the shocked pony, he nodded.

"So, what are you good at Avalanche?"

It did not take very long for the entire Stable to be alive again, Pre-war frozen ponies were awakened and soon the Stable became the main Akatsuki base, the base where the recruits were truly led to. The Ex-raiders became a very valuable asset, most became powerful warriors or smart ponies. The Akatsuki began to spread to Ashville, where the entire town joined.

The Akatsuki became a new hot topic in most of the wasteland, Akatsuki Mercenaries covered the world, each one searching for jobs or locations.

While the Akatsuki was huge in the wasteland, it was not revered or even feared, Most ponies only assumed it to be a normal Mercenary force yes they cost more and only took dangerous jobs that benefited ponies, but still they had no idea how much power the Akatsuki had.

Currently at this moment, the Akatsuki has around 15k ponies, from stables, Military Bunkers, or more. The Akatsuki had many above ground bases that were once Raider territory, It was only a few months after the Akatsuki founding.

Naruto was looking at the paperwork Zephyr was supposed to do, he was after all the Leader of the Akatsuki but it was a secret only Akatsuki members knew, each one had their Loyalty secure by Naruto's Kotoamatsukami.

"Damn this group." It was about a Steelranger group asking to join them, apparently when they heard what he was doing they wanted to join, he had no issue with it. He just had to use Kotoamatsukami to ensure their loyalty, nothing else. Ne learned not to trust the pony Organizations, so he used the eyes to create a true nation.

He looked to Zephyr and nodded, "Allow them to join but keep them under watch, if you have to use Kotoamatsukami to either erase their memories or turn them allies." Naruto's eye was getting tired from all the use it was getting. "I am soon going to replace both eyes in my socket, while Shisui's is powerful, his eye is getting harder to see from. I don't want this eye to go blind." Zephyr nodded, "Now the Rinnegan will be replaced by Sasuke's It may mean you guys will be out of commission for a few days." He did not mention, the likely death of his soul puppets, somehow the Corpses were revived by Kurama's chakra, only the body. New souls split off his own to create the souls for the puppets, and this in turn caused Naruto less mental issues.

Zephyr nodded again knowing it was fact.

"Don't worry you guys will be find, your bodies will still have their pulse you will just go into a coma."

The day came where Naruto pulled the eyes out of his socket, he wanted to change eyes so he would stop relying on Kotoamatsukami. Now that is army was big enough, he did not have to worry about smaller forces destroying them. Most of his army was either frozen for war or hidden in underground bases. Only trained soldiers were place above ground.

Doctor Black was looking at Naruto from above, his eyes looking over to his nurse who was preparing Sasuke's eyes for transplant.

Naruto was strapped down, and his eyes opened forcefully, Naruto was soon stuck with a needle that put him to sleep.

When he awoke his eyes felt new and different, but familiar, he opened his eyes to expose the Tomoed Rinnegan placed in his right eye. He grabbed his eyepatch and slid it over his eye. He knew now that gaining recruits would be difficult but now he wanted o no longer force loyalty, Raiders are one thing but civilians are another.

Frost was looking at Naruto, he had his eyepatch emplace over his right eye. "Alright today we will be forming One huge team, Akatsuki Devils, You have all proved to me that you are easily able to defeat almost any pony. So Frost, Blitz, and Gabby. You three will be join the Akatsuki Devils, Lead by Team Leader Zephyr. You will be sent to Fillydelphia, we need to secure the bunker located there, but Red-eye and the Steelrangers there are hostile. Ensure your own protection, I do not wish to know a single one of you died." They nodded their heads.

Naruto looked at his clawed hands and scowled, "Kurama?" No answer. "Kurama this is not funny, it has been months! Where are you buddy?" Again no answer. His eyes went wide he felt Kurama's presence so he was alive just asleep it seems. Naruto gave up, He attempted to pull Kurama's chakra but stopped before he did, it was small and weak, no wonder he was getting no answer from Kurama.

He just hoped he was okay, Kurama is like his brother after the battle with Kaguya and the demon Madara.

Zephyr along with his team found out quickly they were able to stay alive even without Naruto's Rinnegan only thing they were missing was their shared vision, or vision in general. When Naruto's new eyes were implanted their eyes felt even more powerful, while they discovered they could not use Kotoamatsukami, like they suspected, they were capable of using Amaterasu, Kagutsuchi, Amenotejikara, and Susanoo. With all their powers, they were easily r-ranked shinobi. While they could mold Chakra it was weaker and less precise as Naruto, their bodies were meant for magic.

Their team had activated their Blood Henges, they were getting 3 new recruits for their team, now names Akatsuki Devil.

Before long the recruits walked into the Devils room, Frost looked at the three power armored ponies, only two had their helmet off while the Officer kept it on. The Rest looked like normal ponies, just with special looking weapons and armor.

Frost and Gabby wore the Quadruped Akatsuki cloaks, while Frost had a machine gun strapped to his side along with a double barrel short shotgun. Gabby had twin 12.7 suppressed pistols along with the same model Stealth Pip-buck as Sipho. Blitz wore one of Naruto's Akatsuki cloaks, along with a semi-auto shotgun.

Zephyr smiled under his mask. "Alright, I wish for you three to understand something, we are the best of the best. Naruto our boss is preparing to give you guys some of his magic for you to gain our level." They nodded, "So what will happen is we have four main places we must watch, One is is near Canterlot, this one is important. We are looking for an innocents soul who died 200 years ago, but still remains, her name is Puppysmiles she is pink with yellow mane and tail. She is wearing a Environmental suit, we will send her to Naruto who will use some Techniques to revive her fully." Zephyr nodded as he looked at the paper and smiled, "Gabby will join Puppysmiles and lead her to the Akatsuki base, we will attempt to revive those she wants but it will be harder then we think."

Sipho spoke next, "The Next on the list is named, er, Hired Gun? This is not right, its Silver Storm. We actually need her help, she is one of the best Markspony in Equestria. This mission will be taken by a whole team, So Main Team Devil will take this mission."

Zephyr spoke next, "The next one is Blackjack, I want you." He pointed his armored hoof to Frost to assist her, but only join her during the events of Deus Death, we will be taking Deus's body for Cloning, where we will transfer his brain."

Sipho looked to Blitz, "You are next, you will be joining Little Pip in helping Equestria, You will have to join her when she attacks Appleloosa." Her eyes narrowed, "You will have to be outfitted for many new weapons and armor, know the Akatsuki is your family, you can call us for help anytime you need it."

Zephyr nodded, "That is all the plans we have, Sadly all this planning will have to wait the 9 months, Akatsuki has still not spread out enough to even get to East Equestria. We are well known to the West coast, but the East coast is empty of us we need to be know to gain more numbers, This will be our mission. We will be exploring the East cost and support, We are headed to Marefort and to the other countries you three will stay here and will be in contact via Akatsuki rings."

Zephyr looked to Sipho when the three other ponies left, "Is the Dancer ready?" The Dancer is a Gunship, that was Earth Pony Design, not useable to Pegasi. Though it was by far the most advanced ship, it had Telekinetic shields heavy armor, 105mm rapid-fir 40mm cannon and a 25mm gatling gun. It was capable of dropping bombs and other things. The Best thing about it was its use of Balefire reactor, one of the few prototypes.

"Yes boss, we ready for our mission to Zebrica?" Zephyr nodded, "How long do you think it will take us to set up a Portal, There are no bases there but we need to investigate the Zebra lands." Sipho nodded, Then the whole team walked from the room, each one going to the exact same location, The Portals. They were currently within the main Akatsuki base, Stable 59.

They were headed to one of the Pre-war Military Air Bases, One the Akatsuki gained access to and rebuilt from the ground up. Along with Secretly rebuilding the Dancer, who will be carrying along a ground rover.

"Sipho is Naraka trained to fly it?" She nodded, "Jar-nee will be located in the plan to help with Keeping it in top shape, Lo-mi will be the Gunner." The two nodded also. "Me, Sipho, and La-ma will be on the ground, in the rover, The Ship can stay in the air for months without landing as long as you ensure it is kept cool. We are doing this Mission first to test our capability with the Dancer, we were trained but we want to know if we can accept it in our own force. Luckily The Zebra lands are the perfect place for testing secret projects, No Enclave. We will be flying to a Zebrica at low altitude until we exit Enclave air space."

The team walked the hallways seeing ponies who may or may not be important, most of them were Engineers, Soldiers, or even Science corp. The entire Stable had become a city underground, these men were either Slavers, Raiders, and bandits. These ponies were now loyal and powerful warriors for the Akatsuki, they will no longer kill or attack innocent ponies of the Wasteland.

They arrived to the Portal room, it was once the entry to the Stable they had blocked off the entire entrance with concrete, now it was the portal room. They had to rebuild the hut the stable was on and also fill the entire entrance way with concrete, Naruto then used Magic seals to create portals in and out of the base, This way the base was extremely defendable. After all this Stable was now named Vault 1 to keep a clear distinction between Stable-tec Stables and Akatsuki Vaults.

The Portal room was not very good looking, it was still under construction, but the idea was there. It would look more like a garden then a portal entry, with fresh living plants, but it was also heavy defended. There would be drop down turrets, wall turrets, and even stand turrets. This place was by far the most defended underground location by the time it was finished. The entire room was Gear shaped, almost identical to Stable-tec door, with small rivers or purified water running down them. The main thing to be of not was how tall the room was, it could easily fit trees, which is what it will do. In the center of the room was a huge portal.

The Team continued on their path, Walking to the portal, before they could enter they were stopped. White Skies, who now had her Cybernetic wings placed on her side, whistled. "Geez When Naruto Said you guys would be going on a mission, I didn't think now, you all just gained newbies!" Zephyr smiled under his helmet slightly, "Though, why are you going to Zebrica to begin with?"

Zephyr nodded, his armored head and spoke, "We need to test out Dancer, the AC-130 was a test model, it should be an amazing ship."

Sipho spoke next, "We need to discover if it had real combat usage, otherwise we may need to fix and change out the guns."

White Skies nodded, "So?"

Zephyr nodded, "Thank you for allowing us entry miss Skies."

She giggled, "You outrank me."

Zephyr shook his head, "Even so you outrank us when it comes to knowledge."

She just sighed. "Get going."

"Right!" They spoke in unison, she shivered.

The team walked into the portal and vanished.

"It so creepy when they talk in Unison."

When they appeared again, they were hundred miles away from their old location, it was Las Unicornia Air Defense Base. They were in the bases underground bunker, in the portal Entrance. The walls were dirt and unclean, after all it was almost uninhabited, only a few ponies actually lived here, but it was by far the most valuable locations.

They walked down the dirt halls, their armored hooved causing the steel to creek, They walked like a unit but without the unity. They reached the stairway to exit the bunker an started to climb. When they exited the bunker they entered a room that was cleaner but also more worn. The paint was peeling off but the floor was cleaned by soap, there in the room was a single Bat Pony Mare, Midnight Black, Dark green mane and blue slitted eyes. She was Midnight Blade, Naruto's personal Assassin, also one of the few ponies who gained a crush for Naruto. She was the Co-pilot for the Dancer, where she will learn how to pilot it. 1

"Yo!" She cheerily yelled, "How are my favorite group today?" Sipho giggled Jar-nee smiled, and Naraka smirked.

"Good, so what is happening to the Dancer?"

Midnight Blade frowned suddenly, "It is under constant repair, unlike the other AC-130, she seems to be sick." Other words she is under constant repairs and had to grounded.

Zephyr groaned, "Midnight, this is not pre-war she has not even gotten off the ground in nearly 200 years." He thought for a moment, "An the Other AC-130 are likely nothing more than hunks of metal now, she is the only AC-130 to survive the bombing because she was placed inside a underground hangar and kept under constant Robotic care for that time."

Midnights pupils shrank slightly, "S-sorry, none of us are used to the fact it is 200 years. It felt like yesterday when I was talking to mom about joining the army, sorry."

"Its fine, we understand, always remember you are not the only one feeling this." Midnight nodded. "Well let us go see Dancer."

"Yeah!" She jumped up and rushed out the door.

Zephyr blinked under the helmet, "Uhh."

Lo-mi smirked, "Lets get going." Zephyr nodded and followed the team. It did not take long to arrive outside. The Bright sun was powerful and they could see the heatwaves in the air, They were near Las Unicornia, which was currently inhabited entirely by Slavers.

They arrived to a huge quad-propeller double decked plane it was 93 feet long 133 foot wingspan. They could see huge 105mm cannon on the side, it was bigger then their heads.

They could the see the ponies run around the plane doing the preflight check, one of the Technicians saw them and ran over. He looked to the Power Armored Ponies, "We are sorry to say this but you cannot wear that armor with you, atleast while you ride, it can be placed in storage."

Zephyr scowled under his helmet, his face had not been seen by anyponies he wanted it to stay that way. "I will remain in my armor, but the rest of you will have to take it off, I will never take my armor off."

The Technician was about to speak but was cut off, "Just let it go, he is one of the only ponies who never remove that armor, most have to take it off to eat. He never has."

Zephyr nodded, He has never ate or drank in public. "Now let us go."

The Technician nodded and allowed them to pass. Lo-mi and La-ma entered the plane and removed their armor and weapons. Lo-mi would not need it for a while, she would stay aboard the Dancer,

When Zephyr reached the main part of the planet he noticed how it looked, it was rebuilt and clean. There was also beds in the Crew quarters of the plane, enough beds for all 7 of them, well 8 beds, in 4 rooms. He noticed how the Crew quarters was near the nose of the plane while the Military quarters was near the back. The 25mm gatling gun was right after the crew quarters 3 feet from it, the 30mm cannon was besides that, and finally the 105mm cannon was right before the wing. This gave the room plenty of room for Cargo which had a small three person rover, and ammo for all the weapons on board.

It was quite cramped in the back but it was roomy in the front rooms. This plane would not stop until it either ran of ammo or damaged.

Boarding the plane they exhaled, their mission was about to start, Zephyr was stuck in the Cargo bay of the plane.

Naraka looked at the Control panels, she groaned, this would be difficult.

Jar-nee went to the Reactor level, the top floor, there was 20 Balefire reactors, each one only weighed 100 pounds, but together they weighted 2thousand pounds or 1 ton. This bade the plane an extra ton, they had to create more effective Props for the plane to even get it to flying speed, but in doing so it caused the reactors to work less. The Plane was able to hold more for less energy.

Now the plane was the most effective plane in the Akatsuki, though it took a little time to get it perfect.

Naraka sat in the seat and started to use the Startup procedure, she could hear the engine hum, soon that hum turned to a roar. It was the sound of the engine starting, It was a Hybrid Prop/Jet engine, it had a Jet engine for high altitude and Prop for close air support. The Plane lurched forward, most ponies onboard were not suspecting that, so some fell over. The Plane's wheels started to roll, the old worn brakes screeched slightly before all the new oil unlocked them, the plane started to roll with little issue.

The Ponies all cheered at the sight of the giant moving again, maybe now they can get to building new ones.

The plane rolled down the Taxi ways, it needed to be at the runway for take off. It took 15 minutes for the giant to reach the entrance to the Runway, Naraka turned towards the Runway and smiled. She grabbed the Radio for the plane and smiled, "081A. Prepared for take off, Give parameters?"

Tower's voice entered her Headset, "This is Tower, Confirm, Runway is rebuilt and clean, Take off. Parameters are fair, weather and wind is negligible, Weapons hot?"

"Roger, Weapons are hot and ready to fir Tower, Zebrica will have no idea what hit them!" She smirked.

"Good, See you 081A"

She deactivated the radio and pushed the throttle to max, The Plane lurched again and soon it was zipping down the runway.

Midnight blade walked in looking outside with a pout, "But I wanted to see how to take off."

"You are about to see. V1!" She then used the hoof gripped wheel and pulled back as gentle as possible, the plane's front tire lifted off the ground, before long the entire plane was off the ground and flying proudly in the air.

She was flying smoothly, no issues were detected in the flight controls, now it was all about getting out from under the Enclaves eyes.

Though it would take some time. 120mph was quite slow for this plane, it was only using prop engine and not its jet engine.

Chapter 5

It had been a few hours since the Dancer took off since then the 40.1 ton plane had made a remarkable distance, it had already reached the ocean and lost sight of land in a few minutes. Now the plane was over the endless ocean, no land for miles, even the radar which could see hundreds of mile in all directions saw nothing.

It had became dark a few hours ago and Naraka along with Midnight blade were the only ones away at this time, Naraka Teaching her how to fly. She was actually a genius, able to pick up anything and everything about the process, She would not take long to gain her 'wings'.

The plane was running smoothly and Midnight Blade was impressed, she talked about it before the war happened. How it was easily the worst plane in the fleet, how many times it had been shot caused it to become hard to keep fixed. Now it seemed like a whole different plane and this was with only a few weeks of repair.

Naraka just didn't have the heart to tell her Naruto used Steel Release to fix the whole plane, then used his Asura path to create new and better machine parts with his body, then used his Mech Release (Which is a thing in Naruto See here To fix any mistakes he missed and also make the new parts more fixed into the plane.

This made the plane more stable and likely more sturdy, Naruto also added Repair seals to some Talisman, then bind them to the plane.

They kept talking to each other and keeping an Air of unprofessionalism, though she would tell her any mistakes she made. Soon The Sun started to rise, and Midnight yawned before going to her room. As Midnight was the Night pilot and Naraka was the Day pilot, only staying together on combat missions just for safety.

The plane just kept on its path across the ocean towards Mainland Zebrica, it would take a few more hours before they reached the place, as they were still flying at 120mph.

Yawning also Naraka kept her eyes open and focused.

It took a few more hours until they arrived at the coast of Zebrica, it looked even worse then Equestria, while it was as dark it was more destroyed.

Below them was a city, or was a city, now it was flat. Jar-nee ran into the room and jumped into a Camera seat, he connected the wire to his Chakra receiver. Instantly his as long as all the rest of their eyes became filled with camera feed.

It looked like it had no healed at since since the bombs fell, just like Equestria.

Naraka Scowled "Damn! I wanted it to be better! We could have used this place for farming!"

Suddenly an alarm went off Naraka's eyes shot wide open and she grabbed the controls before pressing the Flare button. "Under Missile attack!" she screamed into the intercom.

Jar-nee's eyes widened when the camera saw a missile whiz by the plane, "Yes Missile assault! All men to Battle Stations!"

Midnight was in the room at a moment after his words, she was still dressed in the Akatsuki Jumpsuit.

Lo-mi and La-ma were at the cannons. Sipho was in radar and target cameras. Zephyr was by the exit hatch just in case.

Sipho was looking through the camera, "On the ground! Uhh, To our right side, Use Heat vision there was Zebra!"

Lo-mi and La-ma nodded, Lo-mi grabbed the Twin Gatling guns and La-ma was at the 30mm cannon.

Sipho screamed, "CLEAR TO FIRE!" La-ma giggled and slammed the fire button on the target. The Cannon's boom was loud but not deafening. Lo-mis Twin Gatling guns chittered as it opened fire. The Cannon boomed again as it fired for a second time, the Gatling guns continued firing for the entire time.

La-ma was laughing like a manic, while Lo-mi was smiling.

Before long the Ground was clear of hostiles, The Guns stopped firing.

The Zebra Raider's in the area that saw the display pissed themselves, the one who opened fire discovered the huge threat they could pose.

Back on the ship Sipho smiled and High-Hoofed, Lo-mi and La-ma. "Great!"

Naraka smiled, "So it is effective, as long as the target is on the right side, but it a close-Air support plane not a Dog fighter." Luckily this plane had one gatling gun on the opposite side, just one.

They continued on their way, undeterred by the act.

Naruto Uzumaki was now looking at his newest body for the paths, what most did not know was it was possible to have multiple of the same paths. Or maybe it wasn't and Naruto's magic has gifts?

Anyway, the body is one of the clones he wanted to be done, but they all had failed, except for this one. But it never grew up, it died after it left the pod, so Naruto had an idea. The weird thing was this one was not a male, no somehow it was a female. Naruto pulled out a few Chakra rods and started to pierce the body, doing it with a medicated fashion. When it was finished the eyes no longer were red and slitted but black and purple.

The clones eyes opened slowly, "Father?" Naruto jerked slightly he rubbed his head and smiled softly.

"Nah! Im your brother." He spoke happily,

"Oh, brother? W-what is my name?"

Naruto froze and his mind started to race, "Your name is, Sakuse Uzumaki-Namikaze!" Yeah that will work.

"Oh, okay? An your name?"

"Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze!" She smiled softly

"O-okay."

Naruto nodded and turned away before frowning, He looked to her and uncovered his Rinnegan eye, "This is our power sister, keep it hidden but do not be afraid to use it, it makes us special. Just use it to protect everypony in our group, and keep the Civilians safe."

She nodded and Naruto walked from the room and left her alone.

Frost was currently walking through the east Wasteland, her cloaking showing her allegiance, she was headed for Tenpony tower. Her walk was smooth with no time for her body to be exposed from under her cloak, her hood keeping her face covered. Her Minigun/shotgun combo Battle saddle was on full display. The only thing visible of her body was the white muzzle.

When she arrived to the gates ponies blocked her path, she ignored them. She opened her eyes to expose those blood red slitted eyes, she had kept them shut when she saw them. "Yes?" Her voice was not kind it was coarse and tough. "Do you need something?"

"Surrender your ammo."

She tilted her head, in a instant there was a click and two boxes of a thousand rounds for each weapon hit the ground. Her weapons clicked suddenly as the clips they held fell into the boxes. Her horn flashed a blood red that spun out her Revolver, which opened to allow the bullets to fall into a third box that came from nowhere.

"Good?"

The Stallion's eyes were wide but nodded. "Now the caps."

"Caps? Numbers please?"

"A couple hundred." She nodded and tossed a small box of caps.

The ponies opened the gate and allowed her entry.

She walked into the huge courtyard, the ponies inside all stopped and stared at her, then her cloak that was clean and pristine white and blue. They instantly went back to their business.

She smirked under her hood, "Damn stupid ponies? Why only take the ammo, that could be dangerous. Though I do want some rubber, The Akatsuki has a hard time making it, mostly due to the lack of proper rubber."

She was interrupted by a new voice, "Well if the Akatsuki is the name of your group and they lack the materials to make Rubber rounds, I don't think they are an issue." Frost kept silent. "What cat got ya tongue?"

She looked behind her to a stallion, he was older and scarred. She knew this pony Chief Grim Star, She hissed. "You damn Ghoul hater, Who else do you hate?" The Old stallion flinched. "Stay away from me, I actually like and treat ghouls fairly." He flinched again.

She turned and walked off, she needed to talk to Homage first. She blinked her blood red eyes, oh there she is.

Homage was talking to a mare with a smile on her face, Frost walked up behind her. She sighed and put on the best act she could. "Hello! Im Frost, I was wondering if Djpon3 is here? I was told by my leader to come and give an interview, something about wanting to help the ponies in the east."

Homage smiled softly, "Well I know Djpon3 im his assistant, why do you want to do a interview?"

"Oh! We wanted to se up some negotiations, we understand that the SPP towers had ben disconnected." She smiled gently but kept her teeth hidden Homage jerked and smiles.

"Oh really? What would you like to get them connected?"

"Nothing much, just a little knowledge every now and then, nothing impersonal, just general wasteland knowledge." '

"Really is that all?" Frost nodded, "Okay lets go see DjPon3."

She nodded.

It did not take long for them to enter Homage house, when they did Frost coughed.

"Good, now that those damn 'society' is no longer watching we can talk for real." Homages eyes widened. "I will be honest I'm not the best at the whole lies, in honest, so I will stay honest. The Akatsuki want your help."

"Really why me?" She smiled softly.

"We know who you are Homage, DjPon3 though only the higher ups in our Organization know. We want to have know if any stable ponies exit their stables, we want to give assistance."

Her eyes narrowed and hardened, "Assistance?! I don't trust you with that! I have seen stables being overran with Raiders and Steelranger! Executed! Do You think I will sell out ponies!?"

Frost sighed, "Here let me place some facts, Im a Pre-war Dragon-pony Hybrid." She said before quickly pulling her hood off exposing her Crimson slitted eyes, and white scale covered by white fur. "The Akatsuki has created a true country, one with a military, one created to make peace. That is what this robe signifies, Peace and hope." She said as he lifted the robe with her claws. "We accept all creatures, Ponies, Zebra, Diamond dog, Dragons, and anything that can think. We have ghouls, but the main thing is we have the army and tools to cause a war with the Enclave, or Red-eye." The More she spoke the more Homage's jaw dropped, "We have the needed power to easily takeover the wasteland even if we go to war with the Enclave, Red-eye, Steelranger, Raiders, slavers all at once! We have a GOD trying to fix the mistakes WE made, It should be us but HE is trying his hardest to FIX this damaged WORLD!" She exhaled.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to yell, Im just not the best at talking, im the silent type. Thing is we are planning on attacking the Enclave in a year or so, we need numbers, secret numbers. The Akatsuki is seen as a semi-large Mercenary force that brings peace and safety to those it inhabits, we do. We need to protect more, Our... God is fearful of outside invasion. I don't mean other countries... he was attacked by a monster before he arrived here... she was a goddess, and she was killed for killing all his friends. He is now fearful... they will return for revenge... and while he is powerful... he does not know if he will have the power to defend the whole world." Homage nodded. "So join us?" She sighed and nodded. Frost lifted her claw off the ground and dropped a ring on her hoof, "It will fit to you, send magic to it to summon one of us."

Homage nodded before Frost vanished in a magic blink. She then looked to the ring and frowned, "Why do I have a bad feeling that whoever this Gods enemies cant be killed by our technology as easy as we would think.."

Blitz, The Generic Diamond Dog, was walking down the road that led to Hoofington. Unlike Frost he had a actual combat orientated job, he was supposed to eliminate a certain village that enslaved their females. He had a Radio Jammer, it would deactivate the collars, along with anything they were connected to.

His eyes focused on the village and scowled, "Damn pony slavers." He swung his Pip-buck to his face and pressed one simple button, he then vanished.

Before long he Appeared in front of the gates, The ponies jumped, but they were not fast enough. He whipped his revolver out that had a suppressor at the end, he pulled the trigger twice, no sound was heard. The skulls of the ponies caved in by force of the round, His eyes focused on the dead stallions. "Weak." He whipped his Akatsuki cloak, and pushed the heavy gate open, The stallions inside all jumped. His eyes narrowed on them he then moved at blinding speed, he whipped out his IF-88, he was in the ponies face before he could scream, he pulled the trigger. The Gun let off a soft whizz and the ponies skull was just missing. Blitz did his namesake again and appeared before the second pony, "Devils we are, but only the enemy has to fear us." He pulled the trigger again. The Ponies chest exploded.

He pulled out the Jammer and pushed the button, almost instantly the Collars across the village clicked and deactivated. He continued his slaughter, the Ponies within the walls found out quickly how useless it was to fight, they died left and right.

Soon it was only one stallion, the Mayor, "Y-you devil!" He was shaken as he stared at the monster that killed all his ponies alone, how?! This was not a Hellhound, It's claws cut and ripped like a Hellhounds would though. The Diamond Dog was standing calmly in front of him, and pulled out a clipboard and started to talk in a bored voice,

"I am an Akatsuki Devil, a Super Solider for my people, and the people of the waste. Your crimes are as followed, Slavery, Rape, Murder, Selling of ones own family."

"We wanted to Survive!"

"An? So many want that also, tell how anything makes you better then them, or how your situation is unique?" The Stallion shut up then, his eyes bugged out. "If you wanted help, you could have left, Home is where the heart is. But no you chose to enslave your own family, who now will join the Akatsuki, likely becoming Soldiers, Technicians, Doctors, or maybe even Council Members." His eyes hardened, "You would have ended innocent lived for what? You will be Captured, Alive, and have a fair trial. Akatsuki do not Execute everyone, we are a Military Dictatorship, but we are ponies."

Blitz slapped handcuffs onto the stallion, Instantly he disappeared in a flash of light, Blitz looked to the mare in the room. "Do no fear, I have sent someone to help you, He will help you. I have done my job." He said before Vanishing also.

Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze was staring at his reflection, he scowled. "This is my world, I knew what happens in these stories, BlackJack loses all he friends, she dies 4 times! Little Pip, she sacrifices her self for ponies to see the sun! Silver Storm loses faith in hero's but becomes on in the end, she loses her adopted daughter and so many more. Mach has a difficult time in the Wasteland. Puppysmiles Dies! The being of hope Akatsuki needs!" He snarled, he stared at his reflection he noticed how his eyes turn crimson and slitted, Kurama was getting stronger, good he would need him. "I Refuse to allow any Tragedies to happen! I do not know everything, but I know enough, my group will help everypony." He looked at his reflection. "I am going to need every single hero's help, I have a feeling the Ōtsutsuki are not happy with me. I will have to battle them, but I am without Sasuke, Kakashi, or Obito. I am alone in a foreign world, being claimed as God, I will have to be. A God of Peace, and War. A God of Love, and Hate. A God capable of admitting mistakes and trying to fix them, I will not be like Madara or Nagato, I will be a true God." He shut his eyes and opened them again to show a six pointed star with three black blades in the center of the outmost blade. Sasuke's Eternal Mangekyou. He would use these eyes to save this world, and not just this one. He would save them all, he would destroy the Ōtsutsuki clan.

He smiled when he heard his door open, he canceled those blood red eyes. He looked behind him and saw Sakuse. She was smiling at him, "We will save the world, Remember you are not alone. Okay?" She bounced once and tilted her head, giving a bright smile.

"Yeah your right, I should rely more on my people now." She nodded. "Okay, Is the Crimson Dawn Ready?" She shook her head, "Da-I mean crap." She giggled. He smiled at hearing it, "Is your ship ready?"

"You mean Morning Dew? She is getting done, it is not as big as normal Raptors so it takes shorter time to construct." She frowned, "Are you sure you want such a small model ship to be by Crimson's side? She wont be as Reliable for damage as him."

Naruto smirked, "That is fine, she isn't supposed to, she will be a Defense orientated ship, tanking hits for Crimson Dawn, My Barrier Release and Those Gravity Shields should help with the Magical Kinetic barrier."

"Okay." She shrugged.

Naruto smiled, but soon frowned as new knowledge hit his mind. "Wow so the Dancer did well in its first combat situation, though the shaking needs to be fixed."

Gabby was currently walking down the street, she was in a city owned by Akatsuki, Equestria City, Located in the very center of Equestria.

It looked better now, the Once desolate decaying City was looking fresh. Even the roads were clean, Naruto used Mortar Release to rebuild the roads in his Territory. Then he went to the city, and all destroyed Cement was reabsorbed into his body, then he expelled it from his mouth to recreate new buildings. Then used Steel Release to rebuilt the Steel Structures. Then using Glass Release to create glass panes for the city. He also used Mokuton inside the City to recreate the trees and grass.

It was only a test city, to see if doing this would work, It did well. Ponies inside were happy as Naruto had used his Mech Release to create Robots and Turrets all loyal to him. This made the city the most defended in the wasteland.

Gabby smiles softly, it reminded her of Pre-war.

Though it still had the Post-Apocalypse smell, The ponies with the city were a little crazy. Though the Worshiped Naruto, this made things easy.

She continued her walk, before long she arrived at a Inn it was still a little rundown, but better than other wasteland inns. She pushed the door leading to the front desk, behind said desk was an old mare. The mare looked up and noticed who walked into the room, an Akatsuki member. "Hello dear."

Gabby smiled softly, something you never see Griffin do. "Hello ma'am, I was wondering how much it would be to stay within your establishment?"

The old mare hummed, "It is only 12 caps per night deary." Gabby handed a small bag of caps over, "Thank you miss." She started to count the caps, "Okay two days." The Old mare handed Gabby her key.

Gabby nodded, slipping the key beneath the cloak and into one of the many pockets.

Walking from the desk she she walked to the number the key said. When she arrived she walked in and passed out on the bed.

Naruto was currently looking at the Map of Equestria within his Crimson Dawn, while she was able to fly and function something was missing, They needed Council room. The Council room would create holograms of the ponies that was unable to be onboard the ship, it would also allow him to give orders to all factions of his Military.

Why he was looking at the map? Because he was confused. He recently found something out, Pinkie Pie was the pony making the Ministries join together for this one purpose. Apparently she didn't want any of these things to happen, but without an outside help the story would become set in stone, someone needed to join the world before they started. That was understandable, you cant fix what already happened after all, what was confusing was this new magic.

It had aspects of both Chaos Magic and Harmony Magic, he could summon/create anything non-living his powers were seemingly infinite, he was just not trained in them. Then His fox powers, which were all elemental, he could create any element with no Chakra usage, also his Chakra boosted the power of the Elements by a landslide. He could create a small fireball add a small amount of Chakra and boom it explodes in size.

His magic was powerful but that is a Nine-Tailed Fox, a powerful creature, easily stand against gods.

His eyes closed and sighed, 'We must prepare for a war this world should never had to see, Kurama I nee you. I need your power and your voice, you keep me grounded in reality buddy." he was meet with a soft mental huff.

"You don't need me, you can do it yourself, show the world the power behind those eyes first before you introduce me." Kurama's sleepy voice entered his ears, "I need to gain more Chakra and the hate in Nature is so powerful, luckily you are purifying that hate already."

Naruto smiled brightly, 'Finally, your awake!'

A snort, 'I wasn't asleep, I was unconscious the amount of Chakra you needed to survive was extreme.'

Naruto blinked for a moment then his shot wide open, "Where is everyone else? Gyuki, Matatabi, Shukaku?"

"I had to fuse with them to allow you to survive, so they are gone." Naruto's eyes were filled with tears, so many of his friends were lost. His eyes hardened again, He would allow their Sacrifice to go unnoticed. He would create Statues in their honor, after the war with the Enclave and Red-eye.

"Do I have have your support Kurama to fix this world?"

"Yeah, where else is my power going to go? After all, you are partner." He smirked, "So you have my help."

Team Peace was still flying over Zebrica, since that last fight it had been clean sailing. Not a single shot had been fired at them, they even opened fire on Raider bases in defense of Caravanners. It had been a few hours since then, this all happened in one day. Midnight Blade had returned to bed for sleep, and Jar-nee and Sipho were in the small kitchen.

Already Naraka was falling asleep at the controls, she injected her self with a small Stimpak, or a injectable healing potion. When that stopped working she inhaled a small amount of jet, this kept her functioning, and luckily being Undead/Alive has a huge resistance to addiction.

Naraka's eyes started to close again, she then removed the illusion on her Rinnegan eye. When she did so her vision cleared and she could see perfectly. Her body was not trained for overnight missions, she was a Sniper, they needed to sleep to get perfect shots. With Naruto's Magic and Chakra running low with him across the ocean, they had not gained any new energy. It was not just here either, the entire team was suffering from Chakra/Magic exhaustion, it was getting to the point where most of team HAD to sleep just to regenerate magic and Chakra.

Only pony not suffering was Midnight Blade, who was alive. "W-we are running low on energy..." Lo-mi said as she basically crawled into the room, her body was paler and had lost the Genjutsu over her. Naraka could see how deathly pale her flesh was, and how the Rinnegan in her eye lost all its tomoe. The main thing she realized the Chakra receiver in the sides of her neck were visible. Her fur had changed color to the Original, It was obvious now.

"W-we need to turn back, the plane is a success... we .... not so much." Even Naraka spoke with a noticeable slur, she gripped the steering wheel with her hoof and pushed the left pedal to turn the plane to the left. She then tilted the plane sideways and glided down slightly to give better maneuverability.

All Across the plane ponies and things where slammed into the left wall, an Alarm blared as the plane went into the danger zone.

Naraka realizing the mistake turned the plane horizonal again and started to turn it gently. "S-Sorry!" She yelled into the Intercom.

"Sharingan!" Naraka whispered, and suddenly the Red three Tomoed eye activated. Her mind and vision was clearer but it was draining not just her Chakra at a fast rate.

It did not take long for Midnight to enter the room in a flurry, she was half asleep. Naraka looked at her with her blood red eye and whispered weakly, "Sorry." Lo-mi and Naraka collapsed at the same time. All Across the ship all of team peace were on the ground alive but unable to do anything. Their illusions flicked away exposing their now pale skin, Only one semi-safe to this was Zephyr who grunted as his muscles weakened, but his Power Armor held him up and awake.

Midnight started to panic instantly, but realized, she had to fly the plane! She jumped into the pilot seat and grabbed the wheel, noticing what Naraka was attempting she turned the wheel and pedal to turn the plane towards home base.

Through the entire Ordeal Zephyr was crawling towards the Cockpit, his body was weak and shaken but he was getting there. He kept mumbling to himself, "Stupid boss telling us to go out of his range, he must have known, we aren't fully alive yet." He grunted as he passed over a step and fell down, but continued his crawl.

It would take hours for them to exit Zebrica and into Equestria, while the plane was perfect her crew was not.

Chapter 7

It had been a few days since the Akatsuki had adopted Frosty Winds, Naruto was constantly searching for Pegasi that had fallen from the Enclave, soon he gets a message from his spy.

"Great! Okay Team Peace." The ponies in question perk up, "We have a Pegasus we may to recruit only it will be harder then Frosty Mane, she is very meh who she follows, no offense." Frosty Mane shrugged across the room and continued fiddling with her new griffin IF-88 shotgun. "I also will be joining you, you need the Leader After all."

Naruto grabbed ahold of his team and flashed away, leaving behind Frost, Blitz, Gabby, Frosty Winds and Midnight Blade, otherwise know as Team War. Team Peace and Naruto all appeared in the center of a Firefight between pegasi.

"Geez!" Naruto yelled, Naruto jumps into the fray. Team Peace started to open fire on the Raiders. Sipho disappeared and reappeared behind a raider with a knife stabbed into their artery, She spun around and vanished.

Naraka flipped a switch and two Reticle appeared in her vision she soon opened fire with boom of fire, Zephyr had opened fire with his Minigun and Shotgun. La-ma was laughing like a maniac as she opened fire with her Missile launcher and Auto Grenades. Lo-mi was by their side and taking down any stragglers, Together the three Steelrangers were almost unstoppable. With Naraka by their side using her Sniper to take down any flankers, Jar-nee was siting back and watching.

Naruto had arrived at the Side of the Pegasi, they were injured but not Deathly. He looked to the Raider group and scowled, He shouted. "USE YOUR EYES!"

Their ears perked up and grinned, Sipho appeared before the ponies and pointed her hoof at group of Raiders, "FEEL THE WRATH OF A ANGRY GOD, SHINRA TENSEI!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. The Force upended the soil to three feet deep, a huge wall of energy erupted from her hoof 20 feet wide, Anything in its path was sent flying. None of the Raiders Survived the action. The ponies he was sent to save were injured but still alive, some needed new parts but he needed them to remain loyal to the Akatsuki.

"Sharingan: Genjutsu!" The ponies all twitched slight before vanishing, there that had my memories of arriving here and the trust of the enclave.

Naruto blurred and appeared next to a Injured pegasus, she was covered in blood but still awake, "Damn your a difficult pony to track Whirling Feather." She squirmed as if trying to escape. Naruto placed his hand on her back causing her freeze in fear, "Healing Aura." Her wounds started to close easily, "There better, any more pain?" She shook her head and looked back at him only to scream

Naruto blinked, "Huh that was the first time I gained a response like that, meh." He shrugged, "Hello im the Leader of the Akatsuki, we just saved from Pegasi of a Downed Vertibuck, Sadly some of the ponies were dead." She hung her head in shame, "Don't worry, four ponies survived, an sadly what will happen to them to keep them that way will make them unable to return to the Enclave."

"W-what do you mean?"

"Cybernetic Enhancement, some lost an eye or an leg, bones shattered, I just though to replace all their limb with Mechanical replacement but im not cruel of evil. So I Deicide to make the situation better for all involved." He looked into her eyes and smiled, "Sorry, Sharingan: Genjutsu!" Her mind was implanted with new knowledge, and an new emotions.

"Woah." She blinked in confusion, "Head rush, but I don't think the Enclave it self is evil just some ponies in control. Though sure why not the Enclave wont last any longer, and the Akatsuki will thrive, changing and bending. Fighting for Peace just like what I want, because Peace cannot be achieved with Weakness."

Naruto nodded and smiled, She disappeared in a also, Naruto made his way to the Vertibuck which was still intact, just damaged, Naruto tapped the Vertibuck and used his Mech style and fixed the entire machine, He also scanned the vehicle, he smiled and gave it a name. "Thunder Bird." The Vertibuck disappeared in a flash.

Naruto looked back at his team and smiled. "A few more months and Little Pip, Blackjack, Silver Storm/Hired Gun, and Puppysmiles will be here. After that the Akatsuki will be Exposed for what it truly is, a Super Power with a idea of peace and love. An idea of power and love, Keeping Children safe from war but ensure adults know how the world once was, to ensure it never happens again. Bring peace and love to the world, the world will loose this cloud layer and show everyone the sky again." Naruto's Sharingan eye ignited, "Then I will show my full power to the world, The Enclave is to big of a threat to be defeated by Military Might alone, I would need equal number of ships and men to even stand a chance, but we lack that. So Instead I will be the Weapon and the leader, I will be the Shinobi no Kami of this world and bring an era of peace to the world."

Naruto looked to his team and they all smiled also, "Lets go guys!" he flashed next to them and flashed away.

Naruto appeared in the Devil's hall, and smiled at his Huge team. "Alright guys, Today we will be training Frosty Winds." The mare in question blinked owlishly. "She needs to learn how to fight with her new additions."

Frosty Winds made an 'O' with her mouth. "Well uh, how will we do that?"

"Heh, We will be using the most painful Process the Akatsuki has." The ponies expect for Frosty Winds paled to look like ghost. "Bell Test!" The ponies in the room looked at Team war with Pity, Bell Test was what Naruto did to train all the ponies and he was not gentle.

The Group was outside, "Okay since you guys are missing one guy we will have to use a stand-in. Sipho will join." Sipho Appeared looking pale, only Team war were not pale, "Now know this, it will not be like Military Training, this training is meant to make you understand things about fighting a more powerful opponent. Your mission is to take these bells from me." he held the bells up and attached them to his belt, "You are allowed to use any weapon, try and kill me is your mission, But I will be trying to knock you all out." They nodded and Sipho prepared to go Invisible.

"Start!" Naruto blurred from reality and appeared before Blitz the fasted of the ground and punched him in the chest sending him flying before his mind could process what happened. Naruto backflipped landed on his hands just before Sipho's bullet through the space he was just in. Sipho opened her eyes to expose the Rinnegan and Sharingan, "Shinra Tensei!"

Naruto pointed his hand at her and said the same words, "Shinra Tensei!" The Two attacks clashed forming a shockwave and a dust cloud. Naruto's eyes narrowed at seeing the ponies were missing. "Good you can hide." He complimented even though he knew exactly where they were, normal ponies would not be able to find them, that's all they needed.

He grinned, 'I hope they figure out the purpose of this test.' Seems his hope was not misplaced, Sipho appeared behind him suddenly and slashed at his throat, he ducked back, stepped back only for her to disappear, A gunshot was heard and Naruto ducked down allowing a bullet to pass over his head, He looked over to his right and saw Blitz standing there smirking. Naruto then heard a louder gunshot, '50BMG' He activated his Sharingan and spun on his heel to avoid the bullet. Frost appeared before him with her claws clenched, She swung at his face, Naruto bended his back under the punch with a whistle.

Before he could react Midnight Blade had snatched the bell, Naruto's eyes shot wide open at the speed she displayed. "Well that was unexpected, though it is impressive."

Naruto looked around and smiled, "Well I am going back to bed, Im tired. We will wait for a few months before we do anything else to calm down any suspicions about us. That means you all have few weeks off while I try and stabilize the army."

They nodded as Naruto flashed away

Naruto looked at Obito's eyes and Shisui's he started to channel the of either eye to both eyes. Soon they changed, Shisui's eyes gained a sharper edge. While Obito's gained a thicker point, looking almost identical to Shisui.

Naruto grabbed Sasuke's original eyes and pulled out a huge amount of Itachi's chakra, he slowly placed Itachi's chakra into Sasuke's eyes. The eye gained a more defined blade with black tips.

Naruto smiled and he finally had a gift for his Sister, "Hey Sakuse, I have a present for you!"

The Smaller Fox girl entered his room in a hyper rush, "Big Bro!" She jumped into his lap and he chuckled like she giggled.

"What is the present big bro?"

"Well I was thinking, you need a way to defend yourself so I thought, I would give you the eyes of the brother of my best friend. He would have wanted his eyes to be used for the love of others, and to bring peace to this world. So here they are, you will be going into Surgery later to get them implanted."

Sakuse looked at the small black eyes, "Why now?"

Naruto frowned, "Because I need help little sis, I'm not all powerful, I have limits. I want you to help me, Join me in my mission for true peace, not forcing others. That is not peace."

Sakuse looked at the eyes then to Naruto's own tired eyes, "yeah! I will help you." She scowled, "No Surgery though, I want you to do it, I trust you more then Doctor Black."

Naruto's mouth dried, "It will hurt."

"That's fine I can take it, I wanna be powerful like you."

Naruto sighed, "Okay little sister."

Sakuse was now laying on the medical bed, with Doctor Black watching the Procedure, Naruto stood over her his eyes formed into the Sharingan.

He his moved as his Chakra detached the nerves and blood vessels from the eye without harming a single one, the eye was perfectly removed, he pulled the eye out gently knowing the sudden darkness would scare her. He placed the Fresh violet eyes into a jar, he then placed those Sharingan eyes into her socket, knowing she would gain Itachi's Abilities. He reattached the nerves and blood vessels not spilling an ounce of blood. She opened her eyes suddenly to expose the Eternal Mangekyou eyes, "Everything is so clear and focused."

Naruto smiled, "Good, it means it worked. Now I have to train you in the use of those eyes."

4, months, 2 weeks, and 6 days till the likely time of Little Pip's arrival.

It had been a few months since Frosty Winds and Whirling Feather, who fully accepted the truth while her team stood by her even though some lost limbs. Sunshine lost a eye, and Striker Twins lost wings but had mechanical ones replaced that feel and work exactly like their organic ones. Hurricane was covered in scars but otherwise fine.

The Team Pegasi of the Akatsuki Devil was formed, They had done well in their test, so well in fact Naruto had placed them aboard the Crimson Dawn as a Scout and Assault team when it was deployed. Team Peace was also placed there but for good reason, they had to stay near Naruto for the max chakra.

It would not be much longer till the new year a month or so, so the Akatsuki would start to build more and more secretly. The Akatsuki had become stronger then Red-eyes forces and now they were going to keep it secret the best they could, Naruto had been using a form of Mind Release of Raiders, Slavers, Bandits, or even corrupted mercs. His army was growing at a constant rate, while he did not enjoy the fact he was turning others into puppets, it was needed for this world. This was unlike The Elemental Nations, that world was okay and living while this one was dead or dying. He was trying to revive it an the only way possible was to bring peace, he still help onto his views. He needed to take all the pain, anger, sadness and everything he could onto himself.

The Akatsuki had started to grow and grow, it would not stop. Naruto would never let it stop growing, his life was eternal, so he would ensure he stayed alive long enough to keep this world safe.

Naruto was sitting at his desk in the Overmare's office in Vault 1, now named Kage's Office. He was reading the reports on the wasteland and groaned, nothing had changed, Homage had not found anything significant. She was also working with them with suspicions, but Naruto trusted her, he trusted her a lot.

He was looking the reports and scowled, he would be sending Team Peace to go land in the nearest location to Marefort, where they would set up a portal room to allow them to teleport back to base. Team war was headed to a cave located ontop of a mountain, the One that contains Spike the Dragon.

Team Pegasi will stay on base as a defense unit, who will be used in battles.

Naruto was Building Team hero, but it would not work without said heroes, Naruto also to watch out for Scoodle, he had to ensure her life would be saved. While he would not save her in front of Blackjack he could bring he back to life. He would also have Blitz take those children from Blackjack's care, he would then save them by Mech Release. His eyes narrowed, he could take the things from Blackjack but she needs to learn. Though he would ensure those who died from her mistakes would not actually die.

The Akatsuki had grown into the Main of Equestria by now, the numbers had reached 20 to 25k, with 4,000 to 4,200k activate agents. The Force had grown also, now it was by far the strongest military by far but still would get squashed by the Enclave. Knowledge and talent has no benefit against Experience and skill, none of the pilots in the Akatsuki has any real combat Training only Simulations.

Naruto was currently setting up military stations across the country now that he had the numbers to defend them properly. He looked at the Pre-war issue Military map, it was old and moldy but it still worked. "We have a new base, this one was a Harbor for Battleships, Though it is empty."

Sakuse looked at the map and smiled, "We can construct our own Battleships?" Naruto nodded. "How long would it take you to build a Aircraft Carrier?"

Naruto tapped his chin, "Maybe a few days of total Chakra and Magic Exhaustion, but it would be done in a week from using Sage mode and Mech, Steel, Wood, and my Asura Path to create a fully armed Aircraft carrier, with all the planes that go with it. Battle Ships would take longer, as I would have to use seals for armoring them up."

"Well why don't we do that?"

Naruto sighed, "To do that we would have to expose my powers to the Enclave, while I alone can defeat them I want to allow Pip and Blackjack to be here first, that would allow me to have some wiggle room. Not being a huge threat in the Enclaves eyes would be a bonus, right now they think of us like a weaker red-eye without all the tech and power just a huge Merc group."

"So why not just take the land?"

"Again issue, we have not been spotted in the East coast only the west Coast, while we have vaults and bases they do not wear our colors. They wear general Merc clothes, to ensure their secret, we are a Secret organization built on protecting ponies under us by any mean."

"Sometimes to protect the light you must accept the dark?" Sakuse asked tilting her head.

"Yep." Naruto smiled, "It's about balance."

Naruto's eyes narrowed, he only needed a few more months and then he can expose his power, expose his wishes. Expose the Akatsuki and bring forth the Speech he needed, He would channel it across the wasteland, DJPon3 and other stations would be Hijacked by his message. He would do it there and then, he will send the message right before the Akatsuki Join the battle between the Enclave and Red-eye. He would also prevent the Balefire detonation in Maripony, he would ensure Steelhooves is not killed.

He had so many things to do on that day, but now he will wait and build his forces, playing the weak and the foolish. The longer this act was there the more powerful he could build his forces, he learned this in Konoha, the stupid and weak are not hunted as much. The Stupid and Weak are left alone for later disposal. Just how the old Akatsuki treated him, attacking the other Jinchuriki before him, and when they finally moved to take him, he was strong. This is his tactics and everypony in organizations fell directly into trap.

He was prepared for a full scale war, was Red-eye and the Enclave ready? He didn't think so, Red-eye lost the war in the Original timeline, and the Enclave was disbanded as they had not expected such powerful resistance.

He shook his head trying not to spoil the surprise, for the Audience, an himself. Wait what did he just think?!

The Akatsuki kept building at a rapid rate, soon Raiders in the West has disappeared only with a few ponies doing similar things. Though these ponies were captured and either executed publicly or forced to join the Akatsuki via Kotoamatsukami.

And soon the West half of Equestria started to grow as ponies looking to settle down joined up but it was mostly detached from the east coast by Akatsuki rule. There were not many Caravanners traveling the vast desert in the center, though the Akatsuki started to spread out easily.

Before to long the Akatsuki had build into the east coast but only as a Merc group for Caravanners and other peaceful groups. An the pay was cheap while they were effective guards. Their Cloaks gave them away easily but soon the Cloaks had not been used instead replaced with an Akatsuki Military armor.

Sakuse and Naruto were standing inside the Crimson Dawns Pocket Dimension, Naruto had his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan activated while Sakuse had her activated also. Sakuse looked at Naruto, "Read big bro?" Naruto nodded.

When an unheard signal went off both disappeared. Naruto was Faster so he appeared before Sakuse quicker then she could. Though she moved with an accelerated agility, and spun on her heel delivering a spin kick to Naruto. Naruto blocked it with his arms, but still he was sent flying by the superior power his Sister had. Naruto back flipped to slow to movement before landing his feet on the ground and skidding back.

Naruto smirked as the bruise on his arm healed, "Geez you sure are getting powerful, And this is without any of the boost I have? Impressive, you could easily be Kage level. Likely able to take down those eyes owners Itachi, though you both would have to use them."

"That's enough I wanted to test your speed and strength, great job!" He gave his foxy smile with his famous thumbs up.

Naruto was spotted in his room again, by this time. He was looking a picture of Team 7 before Sasuke left, he also looked at the pictures of his Human form. He wanted it back, he love his fox form as it blended him into this world, but he wanted to be human for a while again.

He looked at the picture and shed a few tears, "Don't worry guys, I will bring peace to this world, I will not let your Sacrifices be in vain. This world will know war again soon but after that true peace, not like Madara or Kaguya wanted. I will just need to be leader of the country, under my rule of love and power peace will be achieved."

His tears dripped from his cheeks, "I won't fall into hate like so many, I will stay one my path." His eyes hardened, "I will always protect my friends, My family. An this whole group is part of my Family, this world will soon be part of my family, I will bring everyone under my banner." Naruto smiled bright but his eyes were still hard, "An that's a Promise."

It had been a few weeks after Naruto's second bringing to the light, he was becoming more and more like he was before all this.

While the Akatsuki grew in the West it seemingly was frozen in the east, ponies assumed it was because of the vast desert between the West and The East, and the difficult crossing. Though the Akatsuki was still building it self strong. It still kept its actual power hidden, for a month it was a big deal and then it was never heard of again in the East coast. Perfect.

Chapter 8

0 Months, 0 Days, 0 Seconds

Naruto smirked when he saw the report placed in front of him, 'A Grey Unicorn with a brown mane and tail had been spotted near Ponyville', Perfect. He also saw the same report in Hoofington, 'A White mare with white and black mane and tail had been spotted with a blue buck companion.'

"Finally, we cam prepare for war," He looked at his Radio, "All of Team War to my Office." He only had to wait now.

He looked at Blackjacks report and smiled, "Good, she was spotted today at her stable, meaning she will be at the Raider Base tomorrow."

Team war, Lead by Frosty winds entered the room. "Okay Frosty Winds, you will be taken with team Peace to assist Silver Storm. Blitz, Frost, and Gabby it is time. You three know your jobs. Frost prepare you will be teleported near Boneyard, grab Scoodle even ifs she is dead and teleport back. Blitz, Go observe and assist Pip only join her when they go an attack Appleloosa, I want to send that Message to Red-eye, We are his enemies. Gabby you can wait till Puppysmiles wakes it will be a few months."

"The Akatsuki will rise to power, All hail the Akatsuki!" Team war nodded.

Blitz disappeared like his namesake, and Frost was gone. Naruto stood up from his seat and started to walk to the portal of Bunker 1's portal, his walk was joined by Sakuse who smiled and followed him. "We are ready sister, the Akatsuki will rise to absolute power in the time of need. We will allow Pip to use our Megaspell in return of the Balefire Bomb.

Sakuse nodded, "We are ready brother, are you sure you can handle them alone?"

Naruto have his foxy smile, "Who do you take me for? A Lower fox?" He then returned to his Serious Expression. His single visible eye morphed into his Sharingan, He whispered under his breath in a very serious tone. "Know this Red-Eye, Enclave, Goddess. We the Akatsuki will stand by the side of the heroes instead of against them, I will us my full power to defend them. I am a friend and brother to all in my Organization and those who fight for peace and love. My eyes will witness your down fall, We will expose out self after Pip exits Fillydelphia. I wont slack off this time, The Akatsuki will bring peace this time and not war."

Frosty was watching Blackjack's journey she was flying above using her Akatsuki cloak and Stealth Power Armor to keep invisible. Midnight and Frosty Winds had joined Team Peace because of their need for fliers.

Blackjack had just exited the Raider den with a bunch of fillies, she needed to learn who things worked but Scoodle should not have died. Frost would open fire with her Sniper and Assault rifle, and her Alicorn Power Armor would ensure her safety. Her Sniper and Assault rifle pointed ahead of Blackjack and her group, her slitted red eyes watched behind her helmet. The then entered Boneyard, her eyes narrowed. Her battle saddle clicked as it loaded. "Ready?" She asked herself, she checked the weapon ammo count and nodded. "Good, boss will be happy." She blushed slightly but nodded.

Then all hell broke loose as Black Jack awoke the horde. Instantly the booms of the Anti-material rifle and 50.Beowolf was heard. The stealth field dropped exposing her customized armor for all to see, how the tail had a spike at the end, her horn and wings. Her T-60 Customized Power Armor. The White cloak with blue clouds.

Frost started to laugh as the Ghouls were in a state of shock as, "Feel the cold! Slumbering Ice!" Spikes of ice erupted from the ground and save the ponies below her. She slowly lowered to the ground her red slitted eyes kept focused and darted around wildly under her helmet to pepper the Ghouls with shots. Before long the Ghouls were on the ground either dead of missing limbs. "Well. Stable ponies don't know nothing." Her Helmeted face looked at Blackjack in particular, "You could have killed them." She said emotionlessly, pointing to Scoodle and the fillies. "They may be good, but everypony has limits little mare, learn this. I helped you this one time because it would be a good lesson." She looked at the stunned ponies, "Oh what? Never saw my cloak? We exist you know, Oh and here." She dropped a box of Shotgun Shells, "A Little present for the wasteland, to you, Now if you excuse me." She looked to the dead ghouls, "I have a certain sane ghoul to take to my base for her safety. Silver Spoon?"

"Diamond Tiara?" The Ghoulish voice was heard.

"No, im not, she was reported KIA in that little hell hole known as a prison. Focus Spoon, the Akatsuki want you, here." She pulled out a small syringe, "This will help cure the Radiation in your body, your sick spoon."

"W-will it really?" She she would gulp if ghouls could, "I just cannot see."

Frost blinked under her Hemet. "Oops here I forgot about that." She pulls out a clean set of glasses waiting for Silver spoon.

Before to long the the rotten ghoul exited from a trailer, she was glowing. Instantly frost suit clicked madly but she shrugged it off. Frost first gently injected the needle into Silver spoon, the glowing and Radiation died down greatly. Frost then slipped the glasses over her eyes. Silver spoon blinked, then smiled. "Well hello miss Steelranger."

"Sorry, that's not what I am miss, Im an Akatsuki Devil or a Super Soldier of my group."

"Okay? What can I help you with?"

Frost smiled, "Join us to create true peace and love, you will be seeing our leader this second, bye." Silver spoon disappeared in a flash of silver light."

Frost smiled under her helmet, "Well that's done, I get to go to Megamart, I need more ammo after that." She turned her eyes to Blackjack's group, "Thanks for the Distraction." She giggled softly, "learn from this stable pony, the world is not sunshine and rainbow...yet." She then disappeared in shimmer of light.

Blitz was watching Pip when he sighed. "Great, frost got the excited job I get this?" Then there was a gunshot and a scream of pain. His eyes shot wide opened, "Damn! I forgot Calamity!" He blitzed like his namesake, and he appeared before Little Pip taking a second shot to his armored chest. He grunted as the bullet pierced his armor, he spat up blood but He pulled out one of Naruto's Stimpak fille with his blood, Chakra, magic, and normal healing potions. He injected it into Pip, he smiled even as blood dripped from his mouth. "Yo kiddo, ya gotta be careful with what ya wear.

Boom!

Blitz stumbled forward as the bullet entered his body, his eyes slitted slightly. "BACK OFF!" he yelled at the top of his lungs, He pulled out his Machine Gun that was slung over his back. He placed the stock to his shoulder.

There was no more shots. He pulled out a new Stimpak and injected it into his neck, the wounds sizzled as they closed.

"What the hell?!" He looked to the Orange pegasus stallion, "Why are you defending a raider?!"

"She's a Stable pony, I watched her exit the stable, I was curious." He looked to the mare, "You made a big mistake with wearing Raider clothes, an sorry about not helping with the slavers if they actually tried to hurt you I would have stepped in. You ponies need to learn the difficult way sometimes."

"W-what?!" She looked at him but exhale. "Why did you help now?"

"I decided to help? I wanna see what you will do, you took down a Raider base with a single single hoof. You had poor weapons and Armor, and still beat them? Impressive, The Akatsuki would love to have a pony like you."

The Stallions eyes widened as he stared at Blitz, "Woah? You part of that group? I though they only existed in the West Coast?"

"We are spreading out but the desert is a difficult bridge to cross." He looked at Pip and smiled softly, "I will help you." He stared at Calamity. "You will also, you owe her after you nearly killed her, that shot in me would be a death sentence If it was anyone else."

Calamity lowered his head and nodded.

Blitz Picked up Little Pip who squeaked in surprise, "Sorry little pony, but We gotta go fast." He disappeared in a after image. Calamity's eyes widened in shock. "s-so fast.." He followed behind the trail.

Frost had landed in front of Megamart, deactivating her stealth Module that was overheating. She appeared before the guards that jumped, They pointed their weapons at her she didn't even bat an eye.

"Wow? Im unsure if I should be impressed. The weapons are cool, but you were to slow to detect me."

"Can we have your ammo and 100 caps." Frosty didn't even blink, the ammo just feel to the floor the rifles clicked as they were emptied.

"Can I go in now? Im tired, sleepy, tired, and bored."

The Guard pony nodded and pushed the gate open to allow Frost to enter. She entered alone, and started her walk to a inn. Only to be stopped by Bottlecap, she looked at her armor then cloak.

"Wow, I thought the Akatsuki was just a myth, I mean you can see a few ponies wearing those colors now but its rare."

Frost cleared her throat after her smile, when she spoke it was clear and blunt. "The Akatsuki is here, we are no myth, we saved our ponies from Raiders and Slavers." She turned away and continued her walk, she arrived to the inn and payed for a bed.

Naruto was looking at Canterlot from within Crimson Dawn, the Stealth Module online an working. His eyes focused on Canterlot, his entire Raptor Force had bene secured in locations like caves, underground hangars and more. His was the only Raptor that was in the open, and Morning Dew was being towed behind. This was Naruto's personal ship, it had the best Stealth system. Chakra seals, Magic seals, Stealth Talisman, together the ship would never be visible until he wanted it to be.

Naruto sighed, He could not be seen until after the whole Little Pip leaves Fillydelphia. Only a few weeks away. He is needed and the Akatsuki must actually show its love for the ponies in the East. Maybe he will send out Akatsuki Scout Raptors. Or Smaller Rex Raptors. What he really needed though was the Moon Crusher to be in space, but no. He wanted the Moon Crusher for space strikes. He need it to be in a Geostationary Orbit, or close to one. They were currently creating newer models of the Titan-class Akatsuki Space ships.

All they had to do was wait for a little longer.

Blitz had looked over Pip when they reached the Stable, his eyes looked around and sighed. "This place is evil.. The Akatsuki will watch it Little Pip, We are not taking you inside." She pouted, "No, This place will kill you, You are my responsibility."

"I don't wanna be, I just wanna explore that Stable."

Blitz sighed, "You won't let this go will you?" Calamity was in the middle looking between the two.

"Nope!" She cheerfully answered.

Blitz grunted and shook his head, "Fine." He looked into his Magic bag and pulled out a suit of T-60 Dimond Dog Style Power Armor. He also pulled out a IF-88 Automatic Shotgun, He slipped the Power Armor over his body. "This will ensure the Safety of the team through me." He grabbed his revolver and placed the holster on his hip then placed his Akatsuki had ontop of his Helmeted head. He slung the Shotgun over his shoulder, then pulled out his Custom Machine Gun. Red dot sight, suppressor, and bipod.

He looked to Calamity and smirked under his helmet as the stallions eyes were bug eyed. "Let us go." He grunted and started his walk towards the Stable. His Machine gun placed on his shoulder, his eyes focused ahead of him. "Keep alert, this stable is full of poisonous creatures." Calamity and Pip looked at him with raised eyebrows. "They live in the vents, this was supposed to be a Akatsuki base but these creatures... killed our Survey team, unarmed and unarmored." He hissed in disgust, "They returned to base later poisoned, we could only save one of them. She died a few hours later.." His advanced hearing heard a sound behind them and he spun on his heel just in time to watch a shadow move away.

"Knew it.." He growled, "If only boss was here, he would use those damned eyes of his."

Pip tilted her head, 'Damned eyes?' "What did you see?" She looked to where he was looking to see nothing.

"Chimera." Was all he said before he continued his walk like it never fucking happened.

"What is a Chimera?" He ignored her. She scowled but soon understood why, a red dot on her PipBuck.

"Above us, in the ceiling." She looked up and saw a pair of yellow horizonal slitted eyes stare at her. She opened her mouth wanting to yell or scream but Blitz placed his armored paw over her mouth. "Silent, do not alert them you knew they exist... they will attack if you do." Pip's eyes widened. One word entered her mind, 'Hunters'.

Blitz's body suddenly tensed up inside the armor it was noticeable as his ripped muscles became visible. "This is wrong.." He looked around with his Armored Helmet, "They are gone..." His eyes narrowed under the Helmet, "This is bad." He spun around suddenly and pulled the trigger on his Machine gun, the small flash lit up the tight hallway. In the back of the room was the creature he was going to kill, it was a Snake body with a cat head, horizonal pupils. He was gone that very moment. The monster did not expect what happened next, Blitz grabbed it by the neck and slammed it into the floor hard enough to shatter the steel and Concrete. There a earth shattering boom, the Creature was nothing more then a smudge on the ground now.

Pip and Calamity's eyes were wide as they stared at where he was just at. "Purify!" He shouted as his own magic engulfed the monstrous creature, the dark magic fusing the creatures together snaped and soon they reverted back to their original forms a Cat and a Snake. "Hirashin!" He shouted again as the creatures disappeared in a flash of brown. Blitz then coughed up blood, he shrugged it off, using Purify has that effect.

"Damn that was interesting, how did you do that?"

"I can break Dark Magic... My magic is named Purify as I said. Now that its over we can go home. Please?" He looked to Little pip who nodded, she did not want to stay now that she saw that...

They turned and walked away.

Frost opened her eyes behind her helmet as she awoke. "Geeze, Blitz why did you have to allow Pip into that place." She scowled at the message from Blitz, but sighed. "Pip is just to curious, its not his fault, he could not stop her anyway."

He pushed herself up, an frowned. "I slept for 2 days?"

She looked at her map an saw the tracker of Blackjack pointing to the Raider den. "She was either being slow or careful now, and since I was not there to save from getting shot by Glory she would have to rest." She walked from the Inn and tossed a bag of caps to the pony, "There.." She grunted out and walked to the Market.

She noticed Steelrangers looking at her in disgust, she ignored them. She gathered ammo for her Minigun, Shotgun, Sniper, and assault rifle. Her Revolver had plenty ammo. She tossed a small bag of caps to the stallion. His eyes lit up when he noticed they were actually made of gold instead of steel. She smirked, "That is real." Made by Naruto using Gold Release. The Stallion nodded after feeling the intense weight.

She turned away and started to walk. She was headed towards Fluttershy Medical Center. Her sights set on those innocent ponies. Those ponies Naruto will revive. She walked out of Megamart her Tracker beeping in her ear. She turned her head and saw Blackjack approach.

"Hey! Why are you here?!"

"I said I would be in Megamart, I am leaving so do no fret." She spread her wings and flapped once lifting off the ground and she boosted forward.

Blackjack scowled, "Really? Why is she so secretive!"

Morning glory looked at where she was, "She was an Alicorn.."

P-21 looked at where she went, "No, her tail did you notice it? That was not a ponies tail."

Frost flew overhead invisible, her body was again engulfed in her invisible cloak. Her weapons prepared for combat, She would ensure the fillies and colts in this place would be saved by Naruto's Mech Release and Doctor Black's Project Steelpony.

She landed on the only place she could, the sky wagon landing pad, She became visible again. Her helmet retracted in to her armor, though her hood remained in place. She opened her red slitted eyes again and smirked, her razor sharp teeth glistening. "Time for some play time." She detached her Sniper and Assault rifle from her Battlesaddle, she then levitated both of them around her. She charged inside, her weapons orbiting around her like a defensive shield. Her eyes kept focus was she spotted the room she needed but froze, It was locked.. She scowled.

"Damn, That's bullshit, the damn kids wanted to ensure their safety they were not stupid. That means I do need Blackjack to enter the room but now I wont let her suffer from being gutted. She waited, an waited.

She soon had to turn invisible, but she still waited still barely breathing.

When Blackjack entered it had turned to quiet to loud very quickly, The sound of Blackjack's sound was deafening, her shotgun booms more so. Frost smirked with her terrifying teeth, "Perfect." She waited until it went deathly silent, Then she saw her chance. She walked into the room after the bots carrying the Unconscious Blackjack. While they strapped her down, Frost had already started to deactivate the systems but ensured they would not know until the last second. She waited again for an hour, till Blackjack woke and when she heard her scream in fear she pushed the button.

The Robots hummed and turned off suddenly, then all beeped as new mission parameters was initiated.

Frost became visible that moment and smirked at the shaking Blackjack, "Yo."

"You again?!"

"Yeah sorry," She noticed Morning Glory and P-21 enter the room gawking at her, "This was part of my mission save these children from themselves." She hummed, "Only issue is how to do it? I need them alive..." She looked around and blinked, "Ah yes!" She smirked causing the ponies to shiver at her razor sharp gleaming teeth. "Gotcha!" She grabbed a radio off a table with her magic and started to fiddle with it until it turned on. "Sweet!" She levitated the radio to her ear, "Hey boss, Mission is complete. No I was spotted again." She looked to the three ponies, "Yeah it was just the three, When will the Vertibuck be here?" Morning Glory perked up at that. "Later today?" She suddenly snarled. "...That won't cut it boss." The Ponies flinched from her cheerful voice become gravely and dark. "These youngins need out of these pods NOW!" She put the Radio down and waited.

P-21 wanted to state the obvious but it was Blackjack, "Wouldn't that take a while?"

"He can teleport directly to me." As if that was the command a Quadruped masked pony appeared. The Mask was orange with a swirl on the front, He had a single glowing red eye poking out of a the mask. "Yes?"

"Boss. These ponies will not survive if we extract them.. Use your healing, Please?" The Masked pony looked over to the other ponies and sighed. "Forget it boss drop the illusion!"

"We must keep my existence a secret until the Enclave attack the surface Frost."

"Fuck the Secret! We are supposed to help ponies why are we cowering?!" The masked pony flinched. "We have you and your sister! Then we also have Team Peace! We have more than enough power to defend ourselves."

The Masked pony sighed, "I know... I also wish not to hide... but we must not be rash. The Enclave is always listening." He looked to Morning Glory with his single visible red eye. She shivered slightly.

"Just show them boss." The Masked pony nodded and suddenly the pony disappeared in a puff of smoke, "Cast an illusion on them so they think they killed the kids and send them away boss." A Bipedal nine-tailed fox stood where the pony was he looked into their eyes and said. "Sharingan: Memory Block." Their eyes glazed over and He teleported them away.

He sighed, "I will be blaming this on you, just so you know." Naruto looked at the young ponies and young ponies. Lets do this slow and steady. Take one out and place them on the table I will heal and remove the memories of them to keep them sane.

Sakuse was training with her eyes. "Susanoo!" She shouted as she was suddenly coated with a Orange-red ribcage. "No! More power!" She pushed more chakra into her eyes, she had seen all of Itachi's and Sasuke's memories. She knew who to do it it was just her body was not use to it. She trained with jutsu before her Eternal Mangekyou. Soon she was surrounded by a perfect Orange-red Chakra Construct, it was easily 1,000 feet tall. The Susanoo held the Totsuka sword, and Yata Mirror. Sakuse smiled softly at what she created, A prefect Susanoo.

"I did it! I DID IT!" She screamed happily. She looked around but frowned, "Where is big bro? He was just here." She shrugged and continued to train.

Naruto had given the little fillies and colts new organs made of Mech Release an Life Release, creating a Biomechanical organ. He implanted these organs to ponies who lacked them, hearts, lungs, kidneys, even skin. These ponies looked more like machines but these machines ran off their natural magic supply, or Chakra depending on how bad they were hurt. After each one was safe to transport he sent them to the Akatsuki Hospital, Where they would get true Cybernetic implants.

Frost had left to watch Blackjack by this point. He was alone in the room no more kids to take care of he disappeared. Right before a stallion entered the room. Blinking at the bloody table.

Blitz along with Pip and Calamity made it back to New Appleloosa. He sat besides them without his Power Armor on, he had his White and blue Akatsuki cloak, along with the Standard Akatsuki Hat. He was relaxing next to Pip when she had to ask the dumbest question.

"So Red-eye is not your leader?" Blitz snorted loud, the ponies all looked at him.

"Red-eye is a pretender of a pony, he unlike the Akatsuki who protect those under them, use those same ponies as slaves. The Akatsuki tries to keep the ponies under it safe by having creatures like me work as Caravan guards, or just normal guards. He uses ponies as nothing more then pawns, he had his view of life twisted, He thinks he is creating a nation. He will only loose." He said his peace and leaned in back in his seat as Pip started to drink Cider.

He watched Pip leave with Calamity he followed behind them. "Why are we headed to the train station?" He asked out of intrigue.

"To go to Appleloosa. I wanna save Velvet Remedy."

Blitz smiled, "I will join you again, You will have the Air support of the Akatsuki." He whispers to Pipbuck, that sends an alert across the Akatsuki network.

Team Peace with the Dancer will be ready but first they need to implement a stealth field.

Blitz boarded the plane and prepared his weapons and armor for combat, "I will not engage the enemy unless I hear you have failed your mission of stealth. Then I will use the Big Guns and get you out of there." Pip nodded. "Calamity be the support, sniper and air support when that fails. If that fails I have a group of ponies with the really big guns prepared to act." He looked down as the long Train ride started.

He was ready for battle.

Chapter 9

Blitz looked out the train window and sighed, 'I am gonna have to battle an alicorn at the end of the day right?' He grumbled at his luck, he had to deal with the wasteland's most difficult monster. He wished his day would go better then in the original dimension. He really did not want Pip to have to drop a box car on the Alicorn, it would give away her power. He looked to his board and sighed. 'Why are you not with Blackjack Frost?' He thought to himself.

His eyes suddenly narrowed as he saw the city ahead, he pulled out his Power Armor and slipped it over his body. He grabbed his Machine gun, Shotgun, and Revolver. He whispered his prayer, and nodded his head. "Let us go," He looked to Little Pip who nodded, He Stayed by the train and relaxed while Pip and Calamity went to do what they. He just looked at his PipBuck and started to play a game.

'Hum, a new message?' He opened the message and "Wha?" He looked at the message, "The Akatsuki will be sending some Agents to this part of Equestria. Great more support, so what will their plan be?" he mumbled to himself, He looked around and lifted his ear to enhance his hearing. He heard nothing, he nodded and continued playing his game.

His eyes shot to his left for a brief moment and he sighed. "This place is just disgusting." He looked back to his game. His ears perked up when he heard gunshots, he sighed. "Dammit Pip." He grunted as he pushed himself off the wall and charged the direction of the shots, he pulled out his shotgun as he charged forward. His body became a solid blur
'Pip I was about to defeat that boss! you had do pick now?!'

He sighed knowing it was pointless to get angry about something he knew would happen, pumping his shotgun he appeared just before the two minigun stallions were about to open fire. He appeared before one of the stallions, his shotgun directly in his face, "Die bitch!" He screamed with smile, and held the trigger down and he spammed the pump, three rounds of buckshot hit him directly in the skull, the face was missing by the first, the bone was dusted by the second and the third ripped the skull off. He then spun on his heel pulling out his revolved and fanned the hammer unleashing six rapid shots into the body of the second stallion. While it was not perfect it did it's job by killing the pony, he then slipped the revolver back in its holster an unleashed his claws.

He jumped towards the still shocked alicorn and almost slit her throat. She blocked it with her shield just in time. All this happened in the time Little pip blinked her eyes. Blitz muzzle was crossed in a statistic smile when the shield blocked his claws, he chuckled. "So? The Little Alicorn can't take a small scratch?" He exposed the small amount of blood from the alicorns neck on his claws, he then licked it off then spit it out. "Disgusting, just like your species." He glared at the alicorn, "Attacking defenseless children? Have you no shame monster?"

He pulled out his smoking shotgun and loaded fresh shells into the Magazine tube, he then pulled out his revolver and emptied the contents, before sliding fresh ammo into the cylinder.

His eyes never left the Alicorn the entire time he did so, "So monster, does little Twilight like you being such an evil monster?" The Alicorn flinched as if it was struck, "No? Man my friend must really hate what you did to her, a true monster. No longer pony, ha!" His eyes narrowed, "Let me show you what I Gained from a friend of mine!"

Slamming his paws into the ram seal, "Plasma Style: Burning Inferno!" He screamed. He inhaled before exhaling a literal wall of pure blueish white plasma, it was easily able to cover most of Appleloosa if it was to be used as such but it was restrained and focused.

The wall of plasma hit the Alicorn's shield, which instantly melted to as the magic was incinerated, and the Alicorn inside was turned to dust like the twin ponies, only their weapons were spared any damage because of Blitz control.

There he stood in the before a literal trench of burned dirt and stone, Only thing still useable was the Miniguns and Battlesaddles. He turned around and sighed, his body was now drained of any and all energy. He fell to his knee's and panted as his sweat started to coat his body. He was the only one who actually trained in his gift, the rest had to do physical training. He trained hard to, he learned how to use his gift effectively in 5 months.

He pushed himself up and smiled at the stunned ponies before him, "Don't worry about it, I just don't use this much energy much. Mostly result of using my most energy expensive abilities."

They nodded, but soon they entered the train, with little less then scratches.

While this was happening, Frost was asleep, so we will not see any more of her until we catch up to her. So let's catch up with Team Peace. Who was currently flying above the now moving train, going in circles to keep an eye on it.

Naraka and Midnight Blade were sitting the pilot/co-pilot seats, while Frosty Winds was sitting in the kitchen cooking. Jar-nee was meditating, trying to gain access to the Animal paths. Sipho was staring at a desk before her, on it was a book created by Naruto for her to write her ideas on paper. She hummed and pulled out her pen ready to write.

Zephyr was sitting in the cargo hold again just sleeping while standing. Lo-mi and La-ma were both messing with the guns when suddenly the Alarms blared, Zephyr was up, ready to be dropped. Lo-mi and La-ma were preparing the weapons for combat almost instantly, Jar-nee was at the camera seat, an Sipho was preparing for magic ammo loading,

"Bad news guys, it seems the Merc group wanted to attack was quick as possible after seeing what happened to the Alicorn. Fire at will!"

La-ma and Lo-mi were ready by the end of the message. Jar-nee had already located the targets and gave them their locations.

Sipho shouted, "Prepared to fire!"

"Firing!" La-ma shouted also pulled the launch for the 30mm cannon. The Loud boom was heard, then the explosion a griffin attacker.

La-ma started to laugh like a manic as she opened fire, Lo-mi opened fire with the minigun though the bullet had no tracer so the poor griffin had no idea what was happening.

The entire Ac-130 jerked from the kick of each shot of the 30mm cannon, Frosty winds and Midnight blade prepared to exit the plane incase they were attacked by Griffin attackers.

They were unneeded, but soon the plane stopped firing, this was needed.

The Ac-130 flew to the closest base they could locate, in Manehattan, still invisible.

Inside the train was chaos, Blitz along with all the ponies realized they were under attack, but only Blitz knew it was a Ac-130 defending them from the attackers. He slipped his Power Armor helmet on, then grabbed his Saw Machinegun. He attached his ACOG sight, a suppressor, and a foregrip. He flicked a switched turning it into a Semi-auto rifle.

Ready to go he pulled out some of the Stimpaks and handed them to Velvet remedy, His gruff voice spoke calmy to her, "This will heal any injury as long as you have the missing limb, it will reattach the limb to the body itself perfectly. Almost any injury will be healed with it, only one thing it can't fix." She perked up slight, "Death." She nodded. He charged up the ladder and shouldered his machine gun and smirked under his helmet.

"Die bitches die!" He hollered and laughed. He then opened fire, his muzzle flash only a small flicker in the night but it was still enough. A Griffin fell from the sky dead, a bullet in her skull. He opened fire with his semi auto. He never missed a shot, most were hit in the wing or in the legs, but they always hit something.

Soon he was even overwhelmed by the numbers that showed up, his magazine emptied and he snarled before jumping down. He slip the Machine gun over his shoulder and pulled out his pump shotgun. He charged into the car next to his and his eyes narrowed on a Griffin holding down Pip. He pulled the trigger blasting the skull of the Griff off with ease, He grabbed her hoof with his paw and pulled her up when he reached her. "Focus little pony! Your life is at stake!" He looked at he shaken look of horror, before realizing what actually happened that was not a combat tackle. He growled and grabbed her shoulder, "Do not fear, While I exist your life will be spared, I never let anything hurt my allies." He said softly causing her relax slight. "This is worse then boss assumed." He mumbled to himself within his armor.

"O-okay, s-sorry. I-its just w-w-what they planned to d-d-do." She shuttered from the idea. He patted her head gently.

"Its okay, I would never let anyone hurt you, okay?" She nodded.

His eyes were now filled with hatred, with everything he done in his past this was hitting to close for home. He had done some ...terrible... things in his past, but what Rarity and Twilight said to him, he wanted to change. They did not berate or even scold him, it was like they wanted to understand why he did it, he wanted to explain. He just didn't know how.

He would never allow what he did to others to now hurt his allies, His shotgun landed on his shoulder again as he charged into the next room, his shotgun ready only to be greeted with. He tilted his head at the sight before him, it was unlike anything he saw before. It was like a circle in space, beyond it was three heads on a mountain but they were huge, they did not look like pony or any species on the planet. The space thingy closed before he could investigate it. He shook his head and charged forward.

Entering the new room he opened fire on the skulls of the Griff team that just entered, His hands were a blur as the skulls of the Griffins exploded. He kept moving and shooting, each cab was clear. at some point he regrouped with Calamity. When they reached the front of the train the group was joined by some stallions, Blitz's eyes darted around and scowled.

"They have made it to the back of the train where Velvet is, let us return." The ponies nodded as he turned around and charged, with his shotgun pulled out, he was a killing machine. His hyper skill at aiming made him truly a one-shit kill for any unarmored targets. He always shot the heads, and if that was impossible he would pull out his revolver and blast the weak points of the armor without fail. Even Calamity was impressed by how skilled he was, and his lack of missing his target, though he still made mistakes. Sometimes he would shoot the wrong Griff instead of the most dangerous one to the group, he would quickly realize his mistake and attempt to put 'em down, only for Calamity or Pip to shoot 'em dead.

He nodded to them each time, his machine gun came out a very few times, he was the least skilled with it. He preferred his shotgun 'Error Meus', and his revolver 'Spes Nova'. His shotgun turned in a blur and he pulled the trigger, he was now pointing behind a stallion. The poor Stallion's eyes widened as the shotgun boomed, the pellets missed the stallion by a mile and strike a unseen griffin. The throat of the Griffin was missing, leaving her to gurgle up blood and fall over dead. "Watch your 6." He grunted out, The Stallions eyes bugged out and nodded.

Blitz's PipBuck chirped as new hostiles entered the room, only this time it was different. These were not the henchgriff, but the big boss, he was wearing Power Armor made for a Griffin. A minigun and a Missile launcher combo on his Battlesaddle, and finally he his face was the only thing visible.

The Griffin sneered as he saw Blitz, "So? It was a Hellhound that destroyed my group? Red-eye will be displeased when he hears of this."

Blitz smirked under his helmet only to sneer a second later, He was surrounded. Tons of Griffin pointed at him in particular from outside the window, holes in the ceiling, and behind the big boss. He was not afraid just wary, even these numbers could defeat him. His eyes darted around, he already used Plasma Release today so it was a no go, Purify is useless in a combat environment, his speed may be a gift to others but it was a curse here. He was in a tight spot, with only a small area to move, he was trapped and everyone knew it. "Damn, where are you Team Peace?" He received no answer, only a jerk of the entire train. His eyes shot wide open, "They would not." He mumbled to himself.

The ceiling suddenly caved in with a deafening boom, Two blurs entered the room with a flurry of red laser fire. The Sound of a minigun spinning up and firing was heard. The room was suddenly filled with smoke, unable to see what was happening Blitz covered his group with a throw down shield.

The Gunshots and laser fire lasted for a few minutes then the smoke cleared. Showing, nothing. It was clear, not even blood or ashes on the floor, it was just empty. Even Blitz was confused, "What?" He grunted out but shook his head. "Lets go!" The ponies all nodded and followed him.

Zephyr, Frosty Winds, and Midnight Blade did not do this, infact the entire Akatsuki was watching Blitz camera feed with udder confusion.

Naruto scowled, "What the hell happened?" He looked to Avalanche who was fiddling with a broken 9mm pistol.

"Minigun, 4 laser rifles, power armor, pegasi, Yep makes me think of Team Peace." Avalanche nodded, "Only issue, Team Peace was away trying to restock ammo, 30mm ammo is hard to carry when you have crates of Minigun and 105mm cannon shells. So someone had used Akatsuki knowledge to help us, real weird." General Xethia nodded.

"I agree sir, Whoever did this had military training of the highest caliber, these were not normal soldiers, they had the best training one would think a pony has."

Naruto scowled, "Tobi!" A black swirling portal opened, allowing a black haired stallion wearing a orange swirling mask to walk out.

"Hia Boss! Uhh what do you need?"

"I want you to find out who defended our soldiers, they are not to be treated as hostiles unless attacked first. If so, eliminate them, I have to many hostile factions to keep track of, one more is one to many. You are to spy and infiltrate the enemy." Tobi nodded before disappearing a black whirl.

Xethia looked at where he went and sighed, "Boss why did you create him?"

Naruto smirked, "Because the Akatsuki needs a spy."

Tobi appeared a few miles away. His eyes darted around and he smiled, "So this is where you hid Vice-General Frostmane." His deep voice echoed across the ocean before him, he saw through the disguise. "Your petty trick of the eye will never work against me, For I am an Uchiha." He opened his eyes exposing his narrowed Sharingan eye. He disappeared again a black whirling portal. "The Akatsuki appreciates your assistance, but if you wish to be fixed an healed come to the Akatsuki, who will truly create peace in this world." His strong voice echoed across the ocean, the ponies within the small floating city were shook.

Blitz had by now made his way to the back of the train, Only for Calamity to do what he did in the original timeline. He detached the Train cars from the caboose. Blitz's was seething, but he remained deathly silent.

"How are we going to slow down?" Pip asked, Blitz wanted to snap and answer her but remained silent.

"We use the Caboose."

"The Caboose was the one we detached right?" Calamity and Velvet Remedy paled.

"Oops."

"This is why your name is Calamity yes?" Velvet snickered.

"Foolish." Blitz finally spoke. He walked to the front of the train, he was already prepared to jump. His power Armor would take the shock, "Next time you do something ask me before doing it." He was about to jump off the train when everything flipped.

"Damn." He grunted as the entire train went flying off a cliff, Blitz appeared before Pip and nodded to Calamity. He ran
full sprint with Pip in his arms, and he jumped out of the train at full power. "Hold on little pony." He knew she would not survive a jump like that, he would be fine but she would not. He armored paws landed on a steel surface denting it slightly. There was a flicker of light as Giant metal plane appeared below them, his eyes widened but he smirked. His radio crackled, "Got ya big guy." Naraka's voice entered his ear. Pip's ears perked up at hearing this with her own.

"Yeah, thanks for the save Team Peace."

"We will get you as close to the ground as possible before you have to jump, 100 feet." Blitz nodded, that would not be so dangerous carrying Pip she may gain some minor bruises but he would use the Stimpak to heal her.

"That will work!" Naraka hummed. Soon the entire place was diving, it was not a gentle dive, it was full force dive. Blitz grabbed part of the plane and held himself stationary, Soon the plane pulled up but the moment let it drift to a 80 feet off the ground. Blitz let go of the plane's body and was sent flying.

The plane became invisible again as Blitz rocketed to the ground like a missile, he pulled out his revolver as he landed on the ground in a earth shaking boom. Pip grunted from the shock, her eyes formed into spinning spirals. Blitz injected her with a Stimpak, any bruises or broken bones mended instantly.

"Geez that was horrible." Pip groaned after saying that.

"Sorry but the Dancer must not be visible for very long, they only had a few minutes until the Enclave noticed." Pip nodded dazed.

Calamity along with Velvet landed, they were not able to see the Dancer, pip, or Blitz until now. Blitz waved his hand over his helmet and frowned, "Great." He pulled off his Helmet showing his sweaty head. He deactivated his armor and pulled it off, sealing it into his bag. He slipped his Akatsuki hat and cloak over his bare body. He stretched and groaned, "Finally, that armor is stuffy, though it is fine for short use." He pulled out his shotgun and loaded as many shells he could into it.

He jerked his paw, "Let us go." The ponies nodded and followed behind him, he had a plan. He would take over the Rex-Raptor Cloudsdale had and was never touched. It was small like a Skywagon, but inside it was huge. It was something Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack, and Rarity built. Though it never made it to the front lines, as the bombs dropped the day it was supposed to be used. Only issue, the ghouls.

It was like he thought, ghouls, to damn many to take down alone. He needed a full team, but this would be Pip's only chance at getting a Rex-Raptor. He growled, looking to Pip he grunted, "We are here for something specific, something the Pegasi left behind when Cloudsdale was hit, something small but agile. It only needs a Flux Regulator, it was going to get said Regulator from Ditzy Doo, or Derpy. Unluckily said Regulator with it was damaged. We tried to fix it, but it is now a gift for you pip." Calamity rubbed his jaw.

"What is it?"

Blitz smirked, "A special issue raptor that looks like a Skywagon on the outside, but inside a massive ship. Enough weapons and armor to easily destroy a full grown dragon, only issue is the external Flux regulator. See the Skywagon, is just an illusion a constant one. An illusion that literally warps regality, making the huge raptor into a tiny Skywagon."

Calamities jaw dropped, "Why did the Pegasi not know?"

"It was a secret project, it was so secretive that all ponies who worked on it besides the Ministry mares had their memories wiped. Hell we only assume it was even built, but we think it was, only issue the is the ghouls."

Pip looked around, "What why are ghouls considered an issue?"

Blitz looked at her and sighed, "Because these are not the ghouls you know, these are Feral, Zombie ponies." Pip cringed. "Though the Akatsuki is looking for a to cure it before it happens, it is.. impossible to bring Ferals back. So do not fear for Ditzy, she will not fall to the insanity."

"How will we deal with the Zom-Ferals?" Blitz frowned, "What?"

"You should know Pip we are just to weak to even try, they have overwhelming numbers, we will have to comeback later to retrieve it." Blitz sighed in disappointment, he was really hoping to collect info on it for the Akatsuki.

Pip's jaw dropped. "Why did you bring it up then!"

"Because so it will be on your mind! You are the leader Pip, Im just a planner, you three seem to lack any plan making skills." He looked to calamity, "And that one is a walking definition of his own name, A Calamity." Calamity frowned, but nodded.

Pip sighed, "Okay, lets just get out of here, maybe this DJpon3 will have an idea on what we should do."

Her team nodded. Blitz rested his Akatsuki hat on his head, allowing the beads to fall over his head like a curtain. He was ready for whatever happened, or was he?

Chapter 10

Naruto was looking at the papers before him, he sighed, the Akatsuki was flourishing. Only issue, he had no given the order to start the plan, this made many soldiers itch for a battle.

Whirling Feather entered his room with a sigh, "Naruto, most of the Akatsuki is wanting to do the plan now."

"Patience." He says with a gentle strained smile.

"Is that even in your own dictionary? We know how your personality is Naruto, you do not want to wait to safe the world." Naruto cringed as she hit it on the head.

"We must not become overzealous, we must gain a bigger army and more time before we could possibly stand against the Enclave, Red-eye, Harbingers, Zebra Remnant, and the Eater of Souls."

"Naruto listen to your words! We need a hero, we need a ray of hope! This world is so dark and hope abandoned it! They need a God someone who will defend it, like the Celestial sisters were for the old ponies, we need someone who will defend their people. Not sit and wait! Not even sit and rule, they need a leader who will support and protect them while also allow them to grow and gain their own power! What about what will happen to Pip and Blackjack? Do you really want that to happen?!"

"No but-"

"-But nothing! You want them to learn from what will happen?! Just show them how things will end without you! Show them the future as you know it, show them their own memories like Pinkie Pie did with them. Naruto remember this is a world missing peace and power, no one rules it, no one can. You must take the world and protect it!"

Naruto looked at his paper and sighed, "Okay, you convinced me. The Akatsuki will be a ray in the dark, it will be what I designed it to be. I wont let the future happen, I will make my own present." His eyes looked to Whirling Feather a burning flame within them. His Rinnegan eye gave a steady glow of power ready to be unleashed, his single blue eye had the look of power bursting at the seems.

He pushed himself up, "I wanted things to keep with the story as much as possible because then I could plan better, but you made a good point. I don't what happens in the future to actually happen, the Akatsuki will not allow anyone to die." He slipped his Akatsuki cloak on, his Sharingan eye activated and he looked to Whirling Feather. "Prepare the army for a war, we are ready to save this world now." He then grabbed his revolver, Namikaze Certified his Assault rifle, Uzumaki Certified his Shotgun, and his Kusanagi. He slipped each weapon into their placed across his body. "Let us go." He walked from the room, his eyes alit with a flame not seen in him. The Soldiers who witnessed the flame started to follow his lead, each step Naruto made his passion and memories went through his mind. All the times he saved people or fixed an issue he should have never been able to solve. Like Wave, like Land of snow, like fighting pain. Every time someone or something stood in his path, he always beat it, this was no different.

He would fix this problem like he did with every single other issue, beating it to the ground. His eyes landed on the Crimson Dawns Council room, he pushed the door open and walked to his seat. He tapped the coms System. Almost instantly holographic figures of his Council appeared. Frost looked at Naruto and smirked, "So what is it boss?"

"Prepare for war." His voice was solid and cold, "The Akatsuki had been silent for to long, prepare to show the wasteland our might, though keep our raptors hidden if possible. The Enclave has already seen our plane, The Dancer, so we have no need to hide it. Show the wasteland our true power though, Sister." Sakuse perked up, "You an I will do a message for the entire wasteland, Then we will show ourselves to the world in person, Sakuse you will go to main Equestria, I will go to Hoofington. The Crimson Dawn will remain near Canterlot, I want two of our Stealth Rex-Raptors to tail and defend us from outside threats."

Naruto closed his eyes before opening them again to show the red six pointed star with a black three pointed star near the pupil. "No more holding back. The Akatsuki needs to be seen as a powerhouse now, Red-eyes bases will be under watch an or bombardment. Bring out the entire military, I want to see Tanks in towns as a defense, Planes in the air for air support, Bombers destroying enemy bases, Helicopters as ground support. I want the entire wasteland to know who they are messing with. I will be with Blackjack, Sakuse join up with Pip."

He looked away and smirked, "The Akatsuki will show the world how peace can be achieved."

"Peace will be Achieved!" His council screamed, knowing that code. The holograms flickered away. Naruto relaxed into his seat with a semi-blissful smile, it was good to finally get rid of all the stress he had been holding for the past year.

Sakuse sat next to him, "Finally brother we will now bring peace?" He nodded, "Am I allowed to expose my eyes." He nodded again.

"Just use them carefully, Susanoo will likely not be needed." He pushed him self up straight. He pushed the Message button on his his eyes shut as the Message was broadcast across the entire wasteland. The S.P.P towers, Pipbucks, Radios, and Power Armor all broadcasted his message. "This is the Akatsuki, most think of us as a weak army, a force built to be destroyed. Ha, funny. It will be the Steelrangers, the Enclave, Red-eye, and so many more who will crumble at our hooves. One does not piss off a God Afterall, though the main part of this is to expose one commonly known fact. The Steelrangers are ponies from The Ministry of Wartime Technology, they betrayed their nation, and ponykind. To consider them ponies any longer would be a taint to the name of ponykind, they are now monsters like Raiders, Slavers, and the Enclave."

"Though that is not what we wanted to communicate, "For those in the clouds listening, The Wasteland is not an abandoned wasteland with no inhabitants, we live, and we needed help before. Now we do not, for the Akatsuki will bring a prosperous future to the wasteland like we did with the West Coast. Red-eye your plane was a failure to begin with, you will be executed for your crimes by the Nation known as New Equestrian Empire. You see even the Enclave could not determine our true power, we kept all out men, weapons, and Raptors hidden underground." He smirked, his eyes still closed, "Oh the enclave military must be freaking out? They must think its a bluff, well let me just show you how deadly serious I am."

All Across the wasteland hundreds of Raptors appeared above Raider dens, Slaver holdouts, and above towns and cities, a hologram of Naruto appearing under the ship.

"We are not joking, We never joke. Now let me show you how we will save this world." He slowly opened his eyes, His Sharingan and Rinnegan eyes glowed softly, "We have the might of Gods." He walked from the room as the Camera followed after him, soon he was at the Bridge, overlooking Canterlot. He held is hand out, "This will fix this once prosperous city, "Gas Style!" His chakra reached out and grabbed the entire Pinkcloud, The wasteland looked at the holograms in awe as the entire cloud was pulled from Canterlot, the Gas soon disappeared absorbed into Naruto's magic. He kept his hand held out, "Mokuton: Nativity of a sea of trees!" Almost instantly the once dead tree's across Canterlot revived and grew pink leaves. Absorbing the Pink cloud in the air.

Looking to the camera Naruto sighed, "We are no longer hiding, The Akatsuki wants to help, so if you see one of us. Play nice." The Camera flickered away as the Broadcast ended the raptors over towns, and cities disappeared. Though the ones above Raider bases remained, each one turned their weapons on the frightened Raiders. They would never scream in fear as they were incinerated, or so it would have seemed from any outside observer when in reality they were teleported away to be brainwashed into the Akatsuki.

The entire Raider base they were in was incinerated though. Those captured by the Raiders were released. The Slavers had a similar fate, taken and brainwashed while their slaves were released.

The Enclave had started with huge riots, that would end them. These were not small riots, no they were huge.

Red-eye's jaw was on the floor as the pure power one creature shown, he really was a god.

The Goddess's life had started to fall apart from that single image of the Pinkcloud being stripped away from Canterlot, if he could do that he would do so much more.

The entire World had seen and heard the message. They had seen his eyes, they had seen his power. All that was left now was to actually show them he can do what he says.

Naruto now stood ontop of his new Rex-Raptor, Raider numbers had dropped, only issue he had now was Crimson Hoofs. His new Raptor named Luna's Dream, it was a exact copy of the other two Luna Dreams. He looked down and scowled. He received a message earlier that Silver Storm was headed towards the Crimson hoof, instead of sending Team Peace he would act independently. He walked forward the battle was raging below his feet, the Luna's Dream had no fired a single shot and it was not seen, yet.

"Prepared to engage." He mumbled to his radio and jumped off the edge of the Raptor. His body rocketed towards the ground, He coated his entire body with Kurama's Chakra.

The Enclave alarms beeped sensing a Megaspell level threat and all eyes landed to where it was from. Naruto.

Naruto screamed at the top of his lungs, "Kurama Sync with me!" A huge spectral body of a nine-tailed fox formed around his body, Naruto opened Sasuke's eternal, as a thick purple armor plating formed over Kurama's body. The giant fox landed right behind Silver Storm who was about to be shot by the silver bullet, only for a giant armored glowing tail to land between the Silver and Smooth Tongue.

Smooth Tongues eyes bugged out at the huge glowing fox, "Attacking a member of the Akatsuki is punishable by death." Kurama's deep demonic voice boomed across the entire wasteland for miles.

Smooth Tongue pissed himself and shook, "W-we did n-not know."

Silver Storm looked behind her and paled, she froze when a tail wrapped around her stomach and pulled her within the energy construct. She looked around the golden glow and noticed, the dead Wildfire whose body started to heal and mend from the lethal injured. She looked over to see a Bipedal Nine-Tailed fox, he had a gentle smile has he looked at her.

"Don't worry she wont die now that im here, Im sorry im late but getting across the country from Canterlot is kinda difficult." He rubbed the back of his head with his hand/paw. Silver looked to the entirely healed Wildfire whose eyes started to gain some life, "My name is Naruto and I would like you to join us."

Silver glared at him at that, "Why would I?!"

"Fame, Adventure?" He looked at her unamused face, "Wow cool, I like that." He smiled, "The Akatsuki had fixed the West Coast, now it only need the East Coast. By mean Fix I mean we brought peace to it and created working cities."

"Oh yeah and how many have you had to kill to get there?!" Naruto blinked, "Or how many have you stepped on to get there! Or maybe how many died because of your actions?!"

"None, very few, and very very few." Naruto stated calmy, "Those we stepped on got more then they lost from us, and those who died because of us received a memorial, Miners who died mining, Construction worked dying from accidents everything was made into a Memorial and those effected received a hefty sum of caps. Plus the revived pony who died."

Silver storm blinked, "Why would you revive them and build a memorial?"

"To show how dangerous a Job is but make others understand I will never leave my people dry."

"What are you to talk about reviving ponies so casually?!"

Naruto tilted his head as he kept his eyes locked on Smooth Tongue, "Oh me? Im a God." His eyes narrowed on the shaking Smooth Tongue. "Now excuse me I have to kill a fly." Naruto swatted his hand, Kurama followed his led and Silver Tongue was sent flying across the land. "Open fire." Silver Storm's eyes a moment later as laser fire and plasma fire rained from the sky incinerating each and every Raider of the Crimson hoof. Naruto looked to Silver, "Do you remember Foundation.." Her eyes lit with a fire unseen by many. Naruto took it as a yes. "You wish to see her?" She did not answer, "Do you wish her alive?" Again no answer, Naruto shrugged and put his hand on Wildfire's head. "Rinne-Tensei" Her body pulsed as her eyes lit up entirely and she inhaled. "You feel okay?"

Wildfire looked at him oddly but nodded. "Y-yeah, I just saw... something.."

"It was likely the Shinigami or the Soul Eater, Though I wanted to know." Wildfire looked at him, "Should I revive Foundation like I did you." Wildfire's eyes widened.

"I died?!" Naruto nodded, "How am I back?"

Naruto smirked and opened his right eye to expose the Purple rippled eye, with six pairs of tomoe. "Rinne-Tensei."

Naruto grabbed both of them in a hand of chakra as the Giant construct of Magic and Chakra vanished, he disappeared in a flash of golden light.

Only pony left was the shaken Summer Silk, he knew he should have died. He felt a sharp pain in his chest now that the Adrenaline started to fade, it was a perfect circle in his chest. He was dead he just did not know it yet.

Naruto appeared within the Akatsuki Council room, His godly glow vanished. "So, Should I revive Foundation?"

"No." Silver said sternly. "I do not trust you, I don't want whatever you do to ponies to happen to her."

Naruto only smiled, "I will let you choose in time, Just know the Crimson Hoof is gone now, The Akatsuki will be staying in Marefort." Naruto looked at Silver. "You can join us if you like, I will not force you."

Silver Storm's jaw tightened, "F-fine!" She grunted out. Wildfire nodded.

"Okay good. The Akatsuki will always have you my sisters." He held out two pairs of robes and hats each one build for the Akatsuki. "These are yours, they will show you to be part of the Akatsuki, an part of the New Equestrian Empire." Silver nodded.

He smiled, "Well we have a mission to do now. Hoofington is only a few hundred miles away, we must get your Akatsuki ID. Come with me, Your picture is the only thing we need."

The trip to Hoofington took a while, but when they arrived, the Luna's dream vanished as Naruto along with the two power armored mares stood behind him. He slouched and grumbled, "Sasuke why did you have to die?" He grumbled out. He wanted the Akatsuki to be a secret force until the moment to strike happened. But Whirling Feather had a point, He did not want what actually happened in cannon to happen again. He wanted to fix the world not wait until it is attacked to fix it.

"Let us go, we will be stopping Deus with a single glance."

Wildfire perked up and suddenly shook in fear, "Deus ex Machina?" Naruto nodded like it was nothing, to him it was. "He is a monster!"

"He is only a pony given a bad hand in life, he is a monster sure, but he can be redeemed. I think." he scratched his chin with a honestly confused expression.

Silver facehooved.

Naruto sighed, "Im a very forgiving person, if they actually want to repent for their crimes, if no well death will be a good punishment." He an his team started to walk, they were not going to join Blackjack yet, Frost reported Blackjack had left Megamart after her bounty had been placed. She was already heading to the Brimstone's fall. Naruto was going to help but Frost was there.

Naruto pulled out his revolver and placed his Riot Auto Shotgun and G3 over his shoulder. He slipped his Akatsuki hat over his head. He kept his right eye closed. "So girls?" Silver and Wildfire looked at him through their helmets, "how should we do this." He looked to the city of Hoofington, he would gain control of Project Horizons, but first he must destroy the Eater of Souls. He would use Project Horizons for one reason, the Capital ship for his space fleet, only issue was the enervation. He could not absorb it, he had tried before. The more he absorbed the more it made, he had to give up when he started to suffer from the Enervation he absorbed. He scowled, "Forget it this was a mistake, I will not loose any of my family again because of my own stupidity, I will take care of this alone!" He put his paw/hand on Silver and wildfire and vanished in a yellow flash.

Frost was having a bad day, first Blackjack had attacked Gorgon, then she attacked. Only now she was fighting a loosing battle with a very very skilled Cockatrice pony hybrid, even with all her powers and advanced abilities, looking into his eyes would turn her to stone. So she had to fight via her other senses, but he was invisible to them, he moved silently, he had no smell. Hell he was perfect for what he did.

Frost had been cornered, an she would not last long. Then she saw a yellow flash, she exhaled.

"The fuck?!" A new voice screamed across the cave.

He stared directly into Gorgons eyes unaffected by the stone. "You trying to kill my family?!" Gorgon gave no answer, "You tried to attack an Akatsuki member?" Naruto's single visible eye lit up, it had that odd red star pattern. He looked at Gorgon and growled, "Do you enjoy what you have became? Stonewing." Gorgon froze, "Oh yeah I know what that horrible excuse for a doctor did, fuse you with a Cockatrice for science, hmm the pain must have been intense. We could unseal you from what you are now, we have a specialist in purifying ponies."

Gorgon growled, "So yes?" No other answer, "Okay." Gorgon vanished suddenly, Naruto looked at the frozen Blackjack and scowled, "How?"

Frost coughed, "The bluff didn't work boss, Gorgon didn't give a shit." She looked to the power Armored mares, "Who are they?"

"Silver and Wildfire." Naruto said for them. Frost nodded understanding.

Naruto looked to the stone ponies, "Amaterasu." The flames engulfed the stone and only the stone, it cracked and popped until it fell off each pony effected.

Naruto deactivated his EMS before ponies noticed, "Well hello!" He cheerfully smiled and spoke, "How is everypony now?" He heard the pained groaned and curses on his life, he only smiled. "Okay lets fix that then! He did a few handsigns: Life Release." A green aura flooded the entire area, injured and broken stone ponies started to mend, before long the room was filled with healthy ponies. "Better?" Ponies nodded.

"Good, sorry I was late Jackie." He looked to the still recovering Blackjack, Naruto looked over and saw Lancer had his rifle pointed between his eyes, though Naruto whispered a single word that made Lancer shiver. "Susanoo." A set of purple rips formed around Naruto, "So I have to talk to the Zebra Remnant the Zebra who want nothing but war, the same zebra who destroyed the world. Why hello." He smiled, "Im Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze."

Lancer scowled, "What are you?"

"A Nine-Tailed Fox." Naruto cheerfully answered, an as he looked into Lancers eyes. Everything around Lancer changed, he saw all the memories he never had, memories from the future, so many. It was overwhelming, though something inside him snapped when he realized how messed up his father was.

The illusion flickered away, 'Thanks for the Memory orbs Pinkie Pie, I don't know how you gathered the memories of everypony but im happy you did it.'

He looked towards Blackjack and smiled, "Sorry Zebra an me have a bad history, I think we got over or issues though." He looked directly into Blackjacks eyes and again reality warped around her.

She saw how she would loose her legs, die from blood loss after being raped, how she gained cybernetic legs. She saw everything, she saw how she beat Deus only to find out he survived and joined her. She saw Priest die from Sanguine, how Morning Glory was hit by a direct Megaspell, P21 died from an explosion. Lacune an alicorn she befriended scarified herself to save the Alicorn race, Rampage, a Immortal earth pony, being left on the moon after just learning who her parents were, and her own name. So many things hit her head, she saw how she killed the Soul Eater only to feel empty after, no friends or family alone in a world she saved.

While this happened Naruto did the same thing to Morning Glory and P-21, their eyes widened and their pupils shrank. The Memory transfer was effective because what it did was reset their minds to accept the new info.

Naruto did not feel joy from doing this, outside he was smiling but outside he wanted to stop. Blackjack would likely commit suicide, or maybe mentally break. P-21 would have trouble adjusting. Morning would have issue thinking of Blackjack without issue.

The illusion soon ended, Tears leaked from all three of their eyes, "W-what was that?!" P-21 yelled.

"The Future if I had not interfered, I had seen what will happen and chose to interfere." He looked away, "That an, entering a new world alone after loosing your own..." He looked back at them smiling, "This is why I am here, to fix what would have happened, That Eater of Souls will be defeated by my han.. er paw!"

Blackjack looked at him an growled, "Why?! Why did you show me that! I never wanted to see them!"

Naruto looked into her eyes, "Did you learn from all the mistakes you made? Did you not create a better world after you won? Her glare lessened the more he spoke, "Im not the bad fox here, im trying to help because you would have wanted everything you just witnessed." She looked away. "Where are we Jackie?" She looked around an her eyes widened.

"Brimstone's fall?!"

"Yes, no one is dead, your here everypony you care about is also alive. The Akatsuki had already entered your stable and purified it from the Raider Disease, The Overmare had been overthrown an the inhabitants are under the rule of one of my agents." He looked to P-21, "The Breeding Program had actually been shutdown, the stallions have gone to therapy, most still do what they did before but now they do not get beat."

He looked to Morning Glory, "The Enclave is already falling apart because of my actions, Your family had joined the New Equestrian Empire when the Enclave abandoned their Thunderheads to us. Raptors had been given to us because of how many innocent military ponies betrayed the Enclave and joined us. The Steelrangers had also done similar."

He turned away, "The Akatsuki is fixing this world, and slowly but surely the Akatsuki will become the New Equestria Empire, under my control and rule. Cities in the West coast had been repaired, fully functioning Electric, Sewer, water, everything. The Military has been rebuilding and soon Battleships and Aircraft carriers will be in the water around the coast. The Raptors will be defending the air, while my secret toy will be protecting the new Capital. A floating city, with solid ground held up by clouds, able to reached by train, teleporter, or air travel." He smiled, "We have to rebuild the world."

Chapter 11

Blackjack did not know how to take what the bipedal fox said, was it true or was it a lie, She had no idea. After what she was in the future she would do everything for it to never happen.

"What is this floating city called?"

"Cloudsdale." The single eye of the fox landed on the only pegasus. "Its Cloudsdale right?"

Naruto smirked, "Close, Cloudcity." He looked over to Lancer, "So will you join me." The Zebra looked at him and nodded brokenly. "Okay."

"First point of business is to that poor poor mare, what was her name?" He looked to Blackjack, she scowled. Naruto nervously chuckled, "Sorry. She just died before I could truly remember her."

"Tumbleweed." Naruto nodded.

"I will use a ability that will cure the actual disease." Blackjack nodded, "After this I will be hunting for Rampage and Lacune, then I be traveling to the moon."

Blackjack perked up, "Why?"

Naruto smirked, "to hopefully prevent the destruction of the world." Blackjack nodded understanding.

Sakuse looked down from the bridge of her newly named Raptor 'Blood Skies' her eyes landed on the four bodies of Team Pip, they had left Cloudsdale. They were currently headed towards the house of the Party mare Silver Bell. Sakuse overlooked the their movements and prepared to take the Megaspell, she would allow for her enemy Red Eye to gain access to it. She would also need Naruto to transplant the memories into Pip. She was powerful but she lacked the training Naruto did, an she was small, like really small.

A pink coated pegasus mare wearing a doctor coat, she had a white and red stripped mane and tail, she was named Strawberry Mint. "So Miss Sakuse how is your growing doing?" She looked down to the small two tailed fox. Sakuse had to have her body checked to ensure it was actually growing, she looked like a twelve year old girl and only weighted an astonishing 76 pounds.

"I'm feeling drowsy, just wish brother would give me some time to rest, all we do now is train." Strawberry Mint only smiled, "I mean, I love training but bro barely spends anytime with me for a few months, I wanna explore or go out to eat." She grumbled, "Something fun."

Strawberry nodded, "You have to understand he is trying, while he could just use his clone ability he said he wanted to do things personally to ensure he keeps a reputation. Just be lucky he gives all his clones the Paperwork." Sakuse and Strawberry giggles.

"Okay Miss Mint, I weight 76.9 pounds and have grown a sixteenth of a inch I think." Strawberry nodded as he measured Sakuse to find those exact numbers. Suddenly the Raptor shook as a Rainboom hit it, Sakuse's eyes lit up suddenly as she lifted off the ground. She wrapped her body and twin tails around Strawberry Mint, her eyes lit up as orange-red ribs form around her body to defend her and Strawberry.

The Bloody Sky stunned was unable to defend as the Enclave's Raptors opened fire on the ship, the Ship and her crew quickly regained their senses and opened fire on the Enclave Raptors, there was a incredible number of 12 Raptors targeting the ship.

Sakuse spit up blood when she slammed into the ceiling and back into the ground, she grunted. Strawberry looked her over and paled as she noticed the large bruise and the blood dripping from her mouth, "Y-you okay miss Sakuse?" She grunted and nodded.

Sakuse looked outside and her eyes bugged out, the Bloody Sky was warmed by Pegasi, she tried to count how many but it was a useless effort. "Fuck!" She jumped up and grabbed her cloak an slipped it on, Grabbing her Double barrel Shotgun an Automatic double barrel pistol. The Ships alarm suddenly went off indicating a large number of hostiles within the ship, an as if the alarm was a message from heaven a power armored pegasus jumped out from behind a corner and opened fire with the twin auto lasers.

Sakuse jumped forward and pointed the pistol between the bug eye styled visor, she pulled the trigger twice, the twin Armor piercing .44 bullets punch through the armor with ease. The Pegasus hit the ground dead, Sakuse's eyes widened at the bile rising in her throat, she had never killed before. She shook her head and activated her Sharingan to allow her mind to focus on other things.

She started to run down the hall with Strawberry on her literal tails, She skid suddenly when She found some Akatsuki guards fighting off a pair of Pegasi. Not even thinking she jumped forward and shot one of the pegasi in the visor with her shotgun, which scratched the lenses to a unseeable degree, she pulled out her pistol and shot the other pegasi in the eye as well with her pistol. She spun around and tail smacked the uninjured pegasus in the gut sending him flying. She panted as she looked to the bleeding Akatsuki members, one had a new missing eye and the rest had varsity of wounds.

She cringed and spun around to target the two pegasi, the one with the now missing eye glared at her with with pure hate under the helmet. The Other one cringed as their ribs popped back into place. Sakuse looked between the two, her eyes never looking away or getting distracted. "Guards go to the Bridge and support them, tell the Captain to request for reinforcements!"

The one eyed guard grunted, "There will be no reinforcements, the entire Akatsuki have been under siege, we are being attacked by Pegasi, our numbers are still not ready! The Other chance we have if Boss comes to save our flanks!"

Sakuse's eyes widened and she paled slightly, this was not how this day was supposed to go. The Bloody Sky was not meant for combat engagement, the only reason she still floats is likely because of the Enclave wanting her. "Brother we need you." She looked to the two pegasi, scowling her eyes morphed into Itachi's Eternal Mangekyou. "Guards, Strawberry go to the Bridge regroup all Akatsuki members to that location." They nodded and ran off leaving Sakuse to deal with the Pegasi.

When they left her eye sight she looked at them and growled, "Amaterasu." The Eternal Black flames engulfed the eyeless pegasus in a instant, She then appeared before the only other stallion and mumbled, "Tsukuyomi." The Pegasus ponies eyes dilated as he was tortured for what felt like twenty years straight, his mind was broken by the end and he fell over a lifeless mentally damaged pony.

Sakuse looked at the now not so dead corpse, she pointed her pistol to the back of the ponies head, "Forgive me, you picked the wrong side." She pulled the trigger twice, the Stallions head hit the ground hard dead. She turned away, an started to run to where she knew the bridge was.

She skid down the halls and pushed open the big door right before a group of pegasi entered, her eyes widened and pushed into the Bridge. When she entered the room the door shut in a loud bang, She turned around and saw Captain Ironshot, he was bleeding from multiple bullet wounds but healing quickly from the use of Healing potions. "Girly, thank the King your here. We need King Naruto can you get him Princess Sakuse?" She shook her head and he frowned, "Why not?"

"Captain this was my mission, we should be getting support from Team Peace and Team Pegasi. Team war is split, The only team that may come to our rescue is Team Hellriser." When she said that name the Captain froze and his pupils shrank, Team Hellriser was a infamous team. The Leader was General Xethia, and the members were Cool Sun, Blazing Moon, an White Sky. While White Sky was the air support for the team, Cool Sun and Blazing Moon was the heavy hitters, General Xethia would be the ones to fear the most. She was a leader of the highest caliber, she was able to turn a bad situation good with her strategic mind.

"Are you sure Team Hellriser would be able to help us?" Sakuse frowned but nodded, "Okay let's hope we get some support soon, The Enclave is not holding back on their last offensive move. They are trying to capture more Raptors but they are loosing quickly against the Overwhelming might of the N.E.E, most of their soldiers an civilians abandoned their nation, they lost nearly 30 Raptors, an one Thunderhead. They only have Two Thunderheads, and 80 or so Raptors remaining. They have no choice but to fight to survive, this is their only chance." Sakuse nodded.

Meanwhile Tobi had discovered how the Bloody Sky have been attacked and rushing into attack, only issue is he was a spy not a fighter, so he could only call support to the rest of the N.E.E. They answered quickly but most were to far away, an those close enough to support were engaging in hostile Pegasi, an Raptors. The N.E.E would not be able to support them now, he had to act. Tobi realizing how fucked everything would be if the ship and her crew fell had to use a technique he did not wish to over use. His eyes morphed from the regular Sharingan to Obito's Eternal, which was almost identical with it only being thicker, and activated his Susanoo. His Susanoo flapped the wings, and he shouted. "Kamui Shuriken!" An his Susanoo threw out tons of small shuriken that impacted the hulls or the bodies of the Pegasi and expanded pulling them into his Kamui Dimension. Infact he accidently pulled a whole ship into the Kamui Dimension, the ponies being sent into the Dimension along with the ships would stay there for a few days.

Tobi looked around and noticed how the Rest of the Raptors pointed to target him, he was about to dodge when a the Raptors all fired in Unison. Eyes widen and unable to even dodge the projectiles, the Susanoo collapse under the collective impact. Bleeding from the eyes Tobi scowled, "Fuck!" He started to do handsigns and pushed his Chakra into the soil below the Raptors, "Mokuton: Intertwining Trees!" He shouted as thousands of trees burst from the ground and wrapped around the Raptors Intertwining along the way to make it even more difficult to escape. "I do not wish to kill anyone, though to attack the N.E.E's princess is an Act of War." He scowled, "Mokuton: Crushing Branch!" The Intertwined tree branches crushed the Raptors like little plastic toys, most exploded as they were crushed some caught flame and only a few remained.

Tobi panted from Chakra Exhaustion, being a Blood Clone made him more durable and less reliant on Chakra but still he needed it. "Damn! Boss will not be happy I use those two Jutsu, he had to create those two personally." His Kamui activated and he teleported away. While that may seem like a win it was really a loss, they had started a war against the Enclave, and soon Redeye would join.

Naruto looked at his Pipbuck as it chirped, "Fuck the Enclave engaged in War with us, this mean bad news, i wanted to keep our forces mostly hidden but they somehow found a way to bypass our Stealth Fields."

Blackjack's eyes widened, "How?! This never happened before?!"

"Dunno, Fuck!" New Info hit his mind as Tobi reported in, "Tobi you bastard! That Jutsu was supposed to help me defeat the Enclave peacefully! Though now that they engaged in a war there will be no peace, fuck!" He wanted to shout and scream, but he realized something. Peace happens after War, the only way to create peace was to end a war. After the Pegasi army is defeated he can recruit those under them. He looked at the shocked Morning Glory, "Sorry Glory, but the Enclave have dug their own grave." She looked like she wanted to protest but did not, Naruto started to type on his Pipbuck. "There" He said after he finished his Paragraph, "The Moon Crusher will now engage in the war, it has been release by Twilight Burst, she will be piloting it."

"Ehh? Is she related to Twilight like me?" Blackjack ask.

Naruto shook his head, "Her ancestor was Twilight Moon, A Pegasus related Twilight Velvet, so yes she is related to Twilight Sparkle. Though she is nothing like Twilight Sparkle, she has that photographic memory like Twilight did." Naruto looked to Blackjack, "Sadly you seem to have lost that." He smiled, "It will be easy to bring back." She only frowned. "You wanna come with us Stonewing?" He looked to the Chimera, who nodded. Naruto nodded and scowled, his eyes burning with unseen power. "Go to Chapel BJ, you will find a Raptor named Luna's Dream she is your ride. Im Going to fight an beat a Reaper, then an Alicorn." He disappeared leaving behind his two Earth Pony guards.

Wildfire looked to the scowling Silver Storm, "Oh lighten up, he told us he had other business. Though I do not trust that pony." She pointed to Gorgon, whose head slumped slightly.

Frost smirked under her hood and pulled it back exposing her face, "Welp." She looked to the Slave ponies, "Your free!" They all looked to Gorgon who nodded, they cheered as he Revered his Stoneification. Gorgon soon disappeared in a yellow flash, most ponies looked confused at what happened, only Frost understood what happened.

Frost looked to the New Team Black Jack she smiled, "Team Blackjack, this is your title, you are Hero Team. You all have Specialist, though you are missing two members. Blackjack is the Leader though she is not the brightest," "Hey!" "She has Experience and knowledge of how teams work. She will be leading the team. We are to be headed on the Railway, we need to get to Chapel after that I will be able to leave." She exposed her claws and pulled out a file and started to sharpen them, "Oh an Tumbleweed will be fine." She looked at them an smiled.

They had been walking for a few hours following the train tracks, Frost had put her Power Armor on and placed her hood over the helmet, Silver Storm and Wildfire had flanked the group Protectively. Lancer had disappeared and was likely watching them from a distance, P-21 had collected as many bombs as Brimstone's fall allowed him to gather, and Morning Glory had her own Laser rifles which she attached to Battlesaddle. Blackjack had gained her shotgun shells and Frost had gave her the twin revolvers, Duty and Sacrifice, along with her families pistol, Vigilance. The only outliers in the group were the two Zebra, Sekashi and her daughter Majina, like the original timeline. While the other Zebra's survived they had quickly joined the Akatsuki when Naruto healed their ears, they joined for Potion creators and other jobs.

With the group ready they were prepared for the combat between the two groups, The Enclave, and the Bounty Hunters. Then they heard it, the sound of a Vertibuck, They all tensed. Then Silver Storm opened fire with her twin AA Cannon, the deafening booms were met with screams of countless ponies. They heard the screams of 'FUCK STEEL RANGERS', then they heard the automatic buzz of Wildfire's twin Plasma cannons. They heard the yell/scream of Deus screaming 'CUNT' only to be silenced by a second shot. Silver storm along with Wildfire became visible as they exited the tree line and were covered in smoking ash. Lancer appeared besides them bleeding slightly, Frost's eyes glowed behind her power armor. She looked up to see the Vertibuck, She looked to P-21 who nodded and fired his grenade launcher into the sky. When the grenade hit its max height it popped as red cloud of smoke was emitted.

As if the smoke was an answer the sound of 105mm plasma cannon along with the faster 30mm plasma cannon, the Vertibuck was hit and started to smoke as the sight of the AC-130 covered in the white and blue clouds appeared above it, cannons smoking. Seeing the Vertibuck, Silver Storm opened fire, her cannons boomed as they launched the now Flak rounds. When the shells hit the max they exploded, directly before the Vertibuck, though it was not critically damaged and the crew alive if slightly harmed. It fled the Situation. The AC-130 followed behind it, Silver Storm, Wildfire, and Lancer all stood next to Team Blackjack. Suddenly the Pain train known simply as Deus appeared covered in smoke and debris, pissed and ready to torture those who hurt him. When he saw the three Power armored ponies, one with a horn and wings, while the other two who where obviously just Earth Ponies. All three wielding some truly devastating weapons, then he saw his Target Blackjack who now looked like a training warrior with 4 different weapons all pointed directly at his head. The Pegasus with two laser weapons at his skull, The Earthpony buck pointing a grenade launcher at him. He knew he was outgunned, even if he did have these cannons, two others had very similar to his own.

Then he saw the Akatsuki cloak on the Power Armored ponies, he scowled. "Akatsuki." He grumbled.

Frost giggled, "Ohh? Do we scare you?" She grabbed her Helmet and pulled it off with a pressurized hiss, and pulled her hood back exposing her ghostly white fur covered her white scales, her blood red slitted eyes landed on him. Her muzzle filled with razor teeth twisted in a sadistic smile, If Deus had eyelids or organic eyes his eyes would be side. Sensing his surprise Frost giggled, "Ohh? Am I that shocking to see? You likely though I was dead, dummy. So Doof, how was the two hundred years you have been alive?"

"Shit Frost, You survived the bombing, good for you." Frost frowned at his blank tone.

"I know what happened Deus, I do not blame you for that bitch's actions, im not talking about Twist." She saw how he clenched at the name, "Im talking about Brass." Frost looked at him and pulled out a Syringe of the heaviest sedative the Akatsuki could create. "This is 5 times stronger then the shit Sanguine has been giving you, I would know." She looked him in the eyes to show the Honestly, "This will be the first of many, we will also be placing that brain of yours into a cloned body of your own to remove all that pain, or we could fix those Enhancements you have. Like really fix, no more pain, you would look more pony like, not so much machine." She pleaded with him.

"What is the cost." He almost looked convinced, though something was odd, his eyes were hazed.

"No cost, not even joining the Akatsuki, your are free to do whatever you want." She almost got to him when he froze, her eyes widened as his weapons clicked, his eyes were hazed over entirely. He no longer seemed to be in control, no, he was not in control! She popped her Helmet on and jumped back, Her Minigun and Shotgun clicked as she back flipped within the heavy armor. Just barely dodging the deafening booms of the AA Cannons of his own.

While this was happening P-21 caught U-21 and Teleported him to the Akatsuki by a Hirashin tag, he would not have him die. Naruto would gift him what little memories he had later, now was more important though. He looked over to see the Charging Deus who slammed into the body of Frost, he knew something was wrong, Deus was about to accept! He jumped back and had to think. Blackjack jumped forward and shot Deus with the IF-88 'Sexy', then with Duty and Sacrifice. Morning also opened fire, neither one aimed to kill, only incapacitate.

Frost's armor was crushed under the Cyber-ponies massive pool of strength, Silver Storm jumped forward and pushed Deus off her Deus then targeted her. Though their strength seemed to be almost equal if only Silver had Cybernetic enhancements, she started to loose. Wildfire jumped forward and helped together as a group they started to push him back,

Frost pulled her helmet off and spat up a large glob of blood, her horn was cracked and her armor was ruined. She pulled it off quickly and had to send it back to the Akatsuki, she had broken ribs and likely internal bleeding but she pulled out a Stimpak and injected it into her neck. Her eyes flash briefly, then she roared like a a half of her. The Roar was actually deafening causing the ears to ring of the ponies near her Silver Storm and Wildfire jumped back when the white blur struck Deus. The hit causes a shockwave to form and the ground to crater under the strike.

Team Blackjack, this includes Silver and Wildfire, has their jaws on the ground from the sheer power.

The scream of an angry Dragon hit their ears, they had to fold their ears back to protect them, even Silver and Wildfire's power armor did not defend their ears from it.

Multiple more shockwaves hit the area, the scream only increased as time passed, trees started to collapse. Then they saw the ragdoll of Deus hit the ground before him, he was bleeding from multiple injuries. His eyes still had the same hazed look but they started to gain the life they should of had.

Frost landed before them, her body was more buff then before, her cloak was ripped an torn to shreds. She had two long horns stand proud among her Unicorn horn, her body was wider and taller. Her eyes had a more feral tint, "You want more!" Deus picked his head off the ground and stared into her crazed eyes, he shook his head. "Good!" He voice boomed across the wasteland like thunder, it scared the remaining ponies senseless, if she could defeat Deus she was easily a Reaper.

Her body started to shrink and returned to its original lean style, her mane and tail swayed behind her as her two dragon horns shrunk to small little numbs on her head.

Then they heard a whistle, The voice was gruff and very Familiar to Blackjack and her friends, They turned their head to see the form of the Armored Rampage. She had that smirk on her face as she looked at Frost, "So you beat ole Papa?" She said the last part teasingly, her eyes then landed to Blackjack and frowned at remembering how they last met. "Sorry about betraying you BJ, I will not do it again." She smiles softly, "Afterall friends don't betray them after they remove the evil from them, Hm?" She looked to the two Power Armored Earth Ponies and smirked, "Oh so the Akatsuki recruited you? They did the same with Big Daddy. Who was it again, weird name, bipedal fox with nine tails. OH right Naruto, He beat Big Daddy's ass like Big Daddy was just a baby, man it was hilarious. Then he fought the entire Reapers alone and then after he won he recruited to be his warriors and placed Big Daddy on his Council along with his chosen." She giggled.

Blackjack's eyes widened, "Really?!" No one beat Big Daddy, only reason he died was because if was self Sacrifice. Rampage nodded, she looked to Dues and sighed. "Join 'em Dad, they are actually doing what they say."

Deus vanished after he nodded, Frost glared at nothing, thinking about her now ruined armor that actually months to create. "Im gonna be so pissed if they don't have a replacement armor for me." She grunted out and looked at Rampage, "That demon, let her out." Rampage's eyes widened, and her Cutie Mark becomes a Skull. Her eyes narrow on the Hybrid dragon. "Hello little Demon, are you ready to die?" She walked forwards slowly. Her eyes had solely found Nurse Candy/Hoofington Angel of Death.

(This will likely be a one time thing but it will work, Hopefully.)

Frost's eyes had a maniacal glint as she walked forward like a animal stalking her prey, she pounced and landed ontop of the stunned Hoofington Angel of Death, she punched Nurse candy in the jaw causing the ground to crater, she looked up and saw the Dancer fly above them, as a small colt fell from the back. Before he hit the ground he pulled a cord that activated the parachute, when he hit the ground he slammed his hoof to the ground and screamed, "Summoning Jutsu!" There was a huge puff of smoke as a group of six ponies appeared, The Dancer had turned away and flew towards the directions of Chapel.

There was three Power Armored ponies, two mares, one stallion. A Teenage mare wearing a Sniper and Assault rifle Battlesaddle, a small filly spinning a revolver around in her magic field and the Colt who was entirely unarmed and looked smug. The male Power Armor pony walked towards Rampage, "Well, hello Angel of Death. You are Sentence to execution on multiple accounts, though you are in a body of an ally so the body will remain alive." He grabbed his helmet and pulled it off exposing the red Sharingan eye and a 6 Tomoed Rinnegan. "I am the leader of Team Peace, the force designed for peaceful environments, and protection of VIP during Peace talks, though we also do War mission if we are required." He looked at the disgusting creature known as Nurse Candy,

"Though we have specialist, I am crowd control with my minigun and shotgun, I am also the leader. Sipho the filly is devoted to spy and recon along with leading the team besides me. La-ma is the Explosive expert with her Auto Grenade and Missile Launcher." He looked to the two and smiled, his eyes landed to the next of his group, "Lo-mi is the gunner with her Machine guns, she is also out twin master, as she calls it, and wields double of each of her weapons. Next is Naraka, she is Sniper/Assault Support, she prefers to stay hidden and kill from afar. Then there is Jar-nee is the medic." He smirks, "Now you may ask how will any of that kill you, Simple really, it wont. See I left some facts out."

He pointed to Jar-nee, "He can summon us and any chosen animal with these eyes." Then Naraka, "She can heal and revive anyone with the King of Hell." Next was Lo-mi, "She can absorb magic with her hooves and use it as fuel for her own magic attacks." La-ma giggled as she figured out what he was doing when he pointed at her, "La-ma can turn her entire body into cybernetic implants, creating weapons capable of flattening mountains if she so choose all it cost is magic." Sipho smirked when he pointed to her, she also noted the progressively more shocked expressions of Team Blackjack. "Sipho is able to create gravity waves with enough power to pulverize bone, and flatten metal, she is the likely the strongest amongst the group if she she uses it." He looked to the sweating form of the Angel of Death, she had been trying to retreat back into the mind but all the souls resisted with plenty of force she was stuck as the controller.

"These powers come from our eyes, though the last one will scare you little Demon, Me. I have the power to separate the soul from bodies, I can see all the memories of those whose souls I gain, I can also give others the same memories. I can also Interrogate others by using the King Of Hell, like Naraka can use it to heal others." Now The Angel of Death wanted to flee, "All I need to do is touch the head of the one I want." He did as he said placing his hoof on the head of the Angel of Death, "Good Bye Demon." He pulled his hoof up ripping the soul of the Angel of Death from Rampage, His Rinnegan flared, "Ningendo!" The Soul released from the body as it went slack, "There. The Demon is no more." He turned to his team, "We are finished team, let us head to Chapel." They nodded and walked off.

Frost jumped off the now awakened Rampage, "Well that is over, Let's go guys!" She looked to the jaw smacked Team Blackjack. "What? Is that the fir- Oh it is, well your just witnessed the vessels of Naruto, our God." Rampage whistled, "He has been hidden for a while now to keep the world as peaceful as possible, until you and Pip appeared." She looked into the sky and smiled, "I have faith that he will save the world, an maybe others, he has what is needed to create peace. Love and Power, Love for everyone around and him an power to protect those he loves. I just hope that monster he is scared of is not around."

Frost and Team Blackjack started to follow behind Team Peace, every few minutes they would look at Zephyr Sipho, or La-ma.

Naruto looked to Hoofington, his eyes did not see the city though. He focused on what would be a crater a few hours from now, He had been setting up the shields for the world, double layering, Triple, Quad, he placed so many shields that he lost count, his Magic and Chakra had been exhausted, Kurama had been knocked out after they built the last final shield.

He did it, he just needed to call his entire army and forces to destroy the city, they needed the walls to be gone, then he would evacuate all the towns near Hoofington, there should be no causalities from the bombs going off. Kurama had been building his Chakra as fast as he could, absorbing natures hate, absorbing the hate from the World Eater. This was an act of power for all to witness. The shields would dome at the top the second before the bombs hit the ground and all the excess power to explode from the top in a beam of power.

He sighed, the shields should be able to easily stop a solar system ending explosion, he hoped it would keep the world safe. Naruto looked up and saw the Enclave Raptors circle him, his Rinnegan eye flared as he disappeared. A literal moment before the place he stood lit up with lasers, he appeared in the air standing on empty air. He was a few hundred feet above the Raptor ships. He disappeared a second later, he would not be fighting now.

Chapter 12

Naruto's eyes narrowed on the cloud layer, the Enclave have become a issue that will be dealt with. He closed his eyes, he had enough of war, he just wanted to save those under him. He did not wish to destroy armies only bring peace, though while he was in this world he understood something. Madara was sorta right, peace is just a lie for something else, because if the word 'War' even exist it would create new conflicts. Equestria was peaceful for more then 1,500 thousand years! All because of Celestia and Luna, mostly Celestia, he needed to copy what they did. Create a religion about them, the religion would make the citizens entirely loyal to him.

He needed to be a combination of Celestia nd Luna, Celestia was to peaceful and kind, Luna was to power-hungry and offensive. He closed his eyes, it like Hashirama and Madara, he had to be like the two. Well he would do it, "I will not fail my people, I will bring peace to this dying world."

He looked to the report on the Enclave it was not very detailed, just barely enough to be called a report. Naruto sighed , he was preparing for a battle and had no knowledge of the enemy, he would have to wing it. He only had a few hundred pegasi on his side and his army mostly consisted of Earth Pony and Unicorns.

He was supposed to be the main strike force with the Forces Little Pip and Blackjack backing him up, whenever Blitz recruited her. Blackjack would be taken from Hoofinton to the Akatsuki HQ, Vault City, the Vault turned civilian city.

Team Peace would be ordered to defend his sister Sakuse as Naruto attacks the Enclave, Team War would be reestablished and sent to defend the Crimson Dawn, Team Pegasi will be support for Team Pip.

All he needed was Team pip. All he had to do was show her the future, all he had to do was continue to use his eyes in such extreme cases likely causing them to be damaged beyond repair later. "Sasuke I'm sorry, I promise to keep these eyes safe for you." A promise that will be impossible to keep. Because unknown to anyone, he was not the only one transported from his world.

Naruto looked up to the sky and sighed, his body blurred and disappeared.

Meanwhile a pale white skinned with white hair humanoid looked down at the Pegasi, their eyes were odd. it was purple with a star shape around the glowing yellow pupil, he looked over at the ponies and frowned. 'Why did the high council send me here? This planets seems perfect for us to take, no troubles, and no powerful targets.'

The Humanoid looked at the ponies and scowled, 'Where is this 'fox' they fear, they claim him as a god. Pathetic, I will destroy their 'god' and show him the power of a true god. They said he has odd looking eyes, they did not give a description of the eyes, I can only assume them to be an odd color.'

He scowled, 'I wish to defeat this mortal and remove him from existence.' Unknown to him these two will meet soon enough.

Naruto stood a few miles from Steelhooves house, his eyes were closed, Blitz had just reported that his group had just left were about to reach Silver Bells house, he needed to prevent that balefire bomb from falling into Red Eye's hands.

His eyes shot open when his Pipbuck chirped, he disappeared in a yellow flash.

"I need you pip, you know about Sacrifices, I am this worlds true hero."

He disappeared almost instantly.

Blitz sighed as a yellow flash appeared, he had to hide the battle with the supposed to be invisible raptors behind a purify Illusion, which actually nearly killed him. He was just happy Naruto was here, the entire group tensed up as the Majestic Nine-tailed fox stood before them. A gold and silver crown landed on his head that nearly fell off, the Fox smiled when he saw Blitz. "Blitz! How is the mission?" All eyes landed on Blitz, who started ton sweat.

Shaking his head he sighed, "Naruto you wanted to continue this meeting face to face, you knew... nvm." Blitz saluted Naruto, who sighed.

"Damn, I wanted to prank them." He looked to Team Pip, "Hello I am the leader of the Akatsuki, and New Equestrian Empire." He looked towards Canterlot where the visible Crimson Dawn floated, "I am here to recruit you, though first i have to do something." His single black eye morphed into a six pointed red star with a three sided shuriken with it. He looked into Little Pip's eyes, "Memory Transfer Jutsu." Little Pips pupils shrank to pinpricks as memories from her future self slammed into her mind, all her mental skills were all transferred, her mind was quickly overloaded with fresh knowledge. She knew so many new things, she also saw a peeks of Naruto's memories as his control of the jutsu slipped.

He looked to Calamity before he could react and did the exact same thing, before doing it to Velvet Remedy. Their eyes widened as so many memories of their futured selves entered their mind along with a few of Naruto's memories. Before long the technique canceled. An there they stood with wide eyes as their minds adapted to these new memories. Tears started to drip from Little Pip's eyes as she remembered all those that died she could not save, Velvet sniffled but wiped the tears away.

"There, so what do you wanna do Pip? You can join me, save the world, and ensure what you experienced never happens again. Or, do exactly as you did, you saw how the future timeline ends, you know exactly what im trying to avoid." Naruto sighed, "We need a government that will not corrupt 2 years after its conception Pip. The New Canterlot Republic was so damn corrupt after a few years, it had to do entirely by the fact most of the original creators had been assassinated in private, with only Velvet surviving." He looked to Velvet who nodded, "I will not let that happen again, join me pip."

Little Pip looked at him critically, "How do I know you will not do what you are trying to prevent?" Naruto smirked as his single open eye flashed red for a brief moment.

"Hmm, good question, answer. I won't." His smirk turned into a smile, "Now will join me?"

Little Pip was for a while just stared at him blankly, he knew she was thinking it over and after a few more minutes she sighed. "Yes, what I tried to do failed after a few years, corruption in the wasteland is just so prominent. So instead of helping people the NCR became money grubby and power hungry, you seem like a true hero... something I failed to achieve. You have not pushed people around and you only care about the security and comfort of your subjects."

The Anthro Nine-tailed fox grinned slightly, "Thank you for the compliments, we should start this then. The Enclave must disappear for attacking my ship, and starting a war."

Naruto suddenly jumped back when his Rinnegan eye flared suddenly, he made the right choice as a Plasma round went through the air where his chest was just located. He frowned but showed no outward hostility, "Great, Enclave Assassins." He looked to Blitz, who nodded. "Well time to go all of you, the Enclave wants a war..." He sighed and closed his eyes.

He entered his Mindscape, and there before him was the human sized Red slitted eye looking directly at him from the shadows, "Hey Kurama, ready to show the wasteland our power?" A deep voice laughed from the shadow showing the row of razor sharp glittering teeth.

"Yes kit, I wanna stretch my legs more." Naruto nodded as he exited his mindscape.

When he opened his eyes he was engulfed with a yellow Chakra cloak that built a Haori with nine tails, his mismatched eyes stared at the Enclave assassin. He took one single step... and just vanished in a yellow flash. When he was seen again a literal blink of the eyes he was above the Assassin with a glowing blue spiraling sphere covered in lightning. His voice shouted to the heavens before he slammed it into the Assassin, "Raiton: Rasengan!" Then his hand slammed into the spine of the Assassin shattering it like glass, he punched more force into it causing the ground for five (1.5 meters.) or so feet to crater. Then the dust cloud that formed, it blocked the vision of Team Pip and Blitz.

When it cleared they witnessed Naruto's glowing body standing over the dead form of the Assassin, his eyes remained how they were before, Sasuke's Mangekyou Sharingan glowing along with the six Tomoed Rinnegan. He looked over to Little pip with that ominous red glowing eye. "This is who you will stand along side in this war Pip, a creature of incredible power. He looked up to the sky and smirked, "Well you guys later, I have some important business to attend to." He then just vanished, no yellow flash or anything he was just gone.

Again stood the pale man, with the purple eye with the yellow star around the pupil, he held up his hand and created a small coin with his Chakra. He was now away from where he was before, he stood on the very top of a mountain, overlooking the wasteland below. 'I change my mind, this world is dying. We cannot plant the 'God tree' here there is not enough lifeforce to even partially sustain the tree. It would wither and die from all this so called 'Radiation' but add the other dangers this 'Enclave' has discovered, 'Taint', 'Pink cloud', 'Enervation', so many dangers. Then besides that we have to worry about the tree not even growing, it would be pointless." The Man scowled, "Besides that we must deal with the 'danger' known as 'Fox', How will the council deal with my findings." He stared at the ground below him until he detected a spike in the Ambient Chakra, his attention was peaked. He wanted to investigate but he was unable to at the moment. So he just sat there as he gave communication the Council.

As he gave his message his eyes suddenly widened when he detected the Chakra of ... something similar to a God tree. How had he not noticed it earlier? It was just like the God tree his Purple/yellow eyes turned in the direction, he gave a message to his Council to hold off on the report. He cut the connection before they could respond, his eyes focused miles into the distance beyond the Horizon. Veins appeared around his eyes, he hummed when he spotted the the source.

It was a Nine-tailed fox covered in pure yellow flames, He felt the chakra the fox was leaking. Scowling he found his new target. "I found you fox, I wonder how much power you actually possess, all that power will be mine soon."

The veins around his eyes disappeared, he sighed and continued his message to the Council but now reporting what he discovered.

'You will die soon Fox, or I will take those you care for one by one, I know how you mortals are with those you love. I will beat you if I loose I shall kill myself for the Ōtsutsuki clan. I am Kezura Ōtsutsuki.'

Naruto shivered suddenly his eyes widened, he felt a spike of dread and fear. He was unsure where it came.

He looked over to his sister, Sakuse, who was playing with some children. It had been a few minutes since the Assassin attack and Naruto went to his sister who was at and Akatsuki Orphanage. He smiled, she looked so happy.

"Big bro! I wanna know why you look so down?" He shook his head.

"Its nothing sister, it was just a ominous feeling, it could be nothing."

"Or it could be an Omen big bro." His eyes narrowed at that, it truly could be an omen. He just shrugged, he was not skilled enough with Nature energy to predict the future yet, but he was getting there. Though he was able to feel his future emotions in a sense, but nothing had alarmed him yet.

"Its likely nothing sister, if it is something I will deal with it soon enough."

Sakuse just frowned but nodded before going back to play with the kids. She was using her water and earth chakra to make mud sculptures, and her fire to harden it. She was also using her Lightning and wind to make little dragons, she loved kids.

He just watched as she continued to play with the kids, he did not notice the little ponies look at him for a moment before their attention was taken by his sister. His arm have a small vibration he looked at it and saw the Pip-buck gained a new message "It's .... Tobi..." The Message was a picture. It was of a Pre-war Military Silo still fully functioning, there was a message below it also. It read, 'Hostile forces code #102, 7 possible targets, send Cupcakes!' Three military codes, the first two more obvious then the third. 102 was code for Raiders, 7 enemies. Cupcake was a 1A8 model Tank, but why did they need such heavy weapons for raiders? He send a message to Tobi, 'Why cupcakes, and not Bread.' Bread aka Foot-soldiers. The message was answered quickly. 'Cupcakes.' Was all it said, he scowled. He sent the order to his Generals, Tobi was in the field he trusted him, he knew what would be good and bad.

He went back to watching his sister.

Sakuse had suddenly gained a message it was a S.O.S, the message was simple only possessing a few words, 'Autumn is coming.' Her eyes widened instantly, it seems the war had truly began. If she gained this message so has everyone in the Akatsuki.

Just as Sakuse predicted, one red three tomoe eye opened along with a second purple black ringed eye with six tomoe, the face was covered in shadows but a truly malicious smile formed on the lips of who we all know as Naruto, or in this case... Kurama.

Team Peace was flying over NEE territory over Manehattan, when all the team gained the same exact message and their disguises fell apart exposing their identical eyes to their master. They all had been holding back their entire time, it was time for war to Begin, because Peace can only happen after a War.

Team Little Pip was had just finished recruiting Steelhooves, when suddenly everyone gained the same message, and Blitz gulped and vanished in a yellow flash.

Team War had all appeared in their Safehouse, each one looked dazed from their journey. Frosty winds looked to her team and snarled. "Its time crew! This is what we were built for, the purpose to take down all the friends and allies I once had." She uses her hooves to make the come here signal, Team war follows her through the rusted shack to the basement, where they walk down the stairs. When they reach the bottom they witness something truly amazing, it was a Akatsuki issue M291 Cosmic Tank. (Think of the two barreled tank in Fallout only with two machine guns mounted besides the Cannons, and cleaner armor.) The Tank was obviously Akatsuki because it was painted white with those same blue clouds.

"The reason we were split apart was for each of us to learn how to operate a certain part of this machine, I learned how to Commander, Midnight Blade you learned how to operate the radio and machine guns, Blitz you are here to load the rounds because of your large muscles. Frost you learned how to operate the cannons. An finally Gabby, you learned the most important thing, you learned how to engineer, you are the Tanks Mechanic." Each Team member smiled slightly, or gave a smirk.

"We learned how to use this thing in our free time and only a few of us were taught actively. This is our purpose, if we die out there just know you are all part of my family, and I expect to be part of yours. Though even if we do all die, we will be called Martyrs for a better world without so much hate and bloodshed."

Team Blackjack was sitting down inside chapel, each one looked confused as what to do next, it had only been a few hours since they received their memories. But suddenly Blackjacks Pipbuck chirped, she looked down at it she scowled. "Lighthooves." That word held so much venom, But her eyes suddenly widened. "Wait what?!" Because more chirps quickly followed the first, it was not just one, "So many of the allies I had is joining us, Lancer!"

The Invisible Zebra appeared besides her causing her to jump instinctively, "Geez!" Black Jack cursed and glared at him.

"Forgive me, but the Akatsuki Raptor is finished, you may board your ship Captain." Blackjack nodded, and walked towards an empty part of town, she took one step and suddenly a once invisible Raptor appeared before and above her. It was a glorious machine, it was unlike any raptor ever created. It was built entirely for Blackjack, it had thousands of Self-repair Modules, thousands of Shield Generators, it was more of a defensive ship. The weapons were lackluster or average, This was intentional. The Weapons that was planned would have used to much power, this would cause the entire Raptor to shut down.

"All Aboard." She called out to her Team who all rushed aboard, she waited until they all were inside before she followed after them. Her face though was not one of calmness it was one of pure unadulterated rage, her glowing red eyes had a hidden spark. "I wont fail again." An this would be the start of the Hoofington Wars.

Little Pips Team gained no message, they were not apart of the forces. They would be the last line of defense, so they would be on the downlow. This is the Beginning of the End.

Im sorry if this seemed a little rushed, because well it was, not anything Irl but because it was needed for the story, you will see next time... Though I was wondering if I should rewrite this whole story again, but we made it this far! So I wont, not unless it just ends badly, my Writing style hopefully is easier to read now.
