Alien: For months now, someone has been leaking details of our secret operations to the authorities

Labrid: You're the legendary Ben Tennyson?

Ben: I got a problem.

Larbrid: Those lances are Level 5 technology! Planet Earth only has Level 2!

Sugarcoat: While you and Ben were fighting, the Forever Knights got away with a crate full of them.

Labrid: You set up the deal, you're going to tell me where they are.

Our heroes ran away from the giant dragon as it chomped down on them. They ran into the foyer and saw the ForeverKnights assemble and blast their lasers lances toward them.

"Nobody move! Hands on your heads!"

"Make me!" Kevin dared as he absorb the stone and coated his arms.

He then grabbed the floor and lifted it up with his immense strength before he slammed it back down which knocked those nasty knights off their feet and sprawled to the floor.

"Nice one," Lemon Zest admitted as they dodged the laser fire then Sour Sweet fired her arrows sticking the knights to the drapes.

Sunny Flare and Gwen generated a force field after a force field as the blasts kept shattering them. Labrid blasted out with his blaster as Indigo Zap blasted a lightning bolt from her hands, knocking a few knights downs as they looked behind them, and the dragon approached through the wall.

"Whoops," Ben forgot about the dragon and then dial up the Omnitrix transform into a new form. This alien was a Sonorosian.

"Echo Echo!" Then duplicated himself into several copies, faster than Ditto ever did.

"Got him!"

"Got him!"

"Got him!"

The Echo Echoes all shouted as they tackled the dragon and brought him a dragon.

Indigo charged her hands with electricity and was about to fire.

"Oh, you're not gonna.."

"Yeah. I am."

She blasted them with an electric blast as Sugarcoat quickly disarmed them all with her staff before she found herself surrounded.

"Ten on one? It hardly seems fair... for you."

Sugarcoat did a magic blast on the ground that send the knights back making her smile. A knight aimed a laser lance at her head as Gwen gasped and Labrid did a dive for her.

"Sugarcoat!"

He got in her way and blasted the knight damaging his lance. He then picked u[ the sparking weapon and aimed it at them.

"Don't do it! It's busted!"

He then tried to fire only to get vaporized a second later in a huge implosion.

"Hit the deck!"

Sunny Flare conjured a magic dome to avoid the implosion of that crater where the lance once stood.

"And that's why Level 5 technology is illegal on Earth. Humans aren't ready for it yet."

"I owe you one," Kevin said.

"Got him! Got him! Got him!" Echo Echo said before the dragon shook them all off him and into the wall.

"Don't got him! Oof!"

The Echo Echos all over the floor and then inhaled before letting out a huge sonic all around the dragon, sending him roaring out in pain and causing him to spark out electricity and completely fall apart. Everyone held their ears from the onslaught of the noise that came out as the dragon exploded, parts going everywhere and he apart.

The Echo Echos melded back to one.

"You could warn somebody before you do that," Sour Sweet scolded him.

"Seriously," Gwen said. "I've got earplugs in our purses."

"Fine."

Labrid, Indigo, and Lemon Zest tossed the laser lances into a pile on the ground.

"That's all of them, do your thing."

Echo Echo stepped forward and inhaled, prompting everybody to cover their ears. He let out a sonic scream and the lances completely imploded into a pile of dust.

"That takes of care that," Lemon Zest said then saw water dripping down from Labrid's suit. "Um, are you okay there's water coming out of your suit."

He felt the wound in his suit and groaned in pain. "That's not water."

He lay down on the ground as Ben walked over.

"Are you alright?" Sugarcoat asked.

"Ben, listen to me, finding the Level 5 tech was the tip of the iceberg. Your grandfather was on the trail of something big... An alien conspiracy with Earth in the middle... He was working undercover. If you and your friends crack the case. then you can find Max, save the planet, and possibly the universe."

"We can't do it with Grandpa, we don't how."

"You are the legendary Ben Tennyson... you can do anything..."

At that point, the Plumber completely evaporated into steam and his suit fell to the ground, empty making everyone bow their heads.

"Guys, I'm going to need some help."

"You know we're here for you."

"You can count me in as well," Kevin said while holding Labird's badge.

Much later...

"Are you sure this is going to work?" Ben asked Gwen as she her magic on the laser lance.

"No, I have never done this before, but in theory, I might be able to trace the vibration back to the people who used to own it."

"I thought Ben destroyed all of them?" Lemon Zest asked.

"I may have kept one in the back of my car," Kevin said.

Suddenly, the lance glowed pink and pointed in a certain direction.

"I think it's working follow me."

Kevin began to drive forward, following Gwen.

"I'll follow you anywhere."

The Gwen led them into a ditch where Kevin hit his brakes.

"Expect there! Come on, this a new paint job."

The team got out of the car to see two guards standing by a mine shaft.

"The big bad threat here is taking place at a mine shaft?" Sour Sweet asked.

"I'm afraid so, this is where it came from."

"Okay we have to get past the" Sugarcoat said to everyone then they heard groaning and two bodies hitting the floor as Kevin stood over them.

"You hit him and his partner too hard!"

"Not him. It," Kevin reached for one and pulled the face-off, revealing it to be a mask that covered his true identity as the alien from the trainyard. '

"It's one of the masks the lines at the train station were wearing," Lemon Zest said.

"We're getting closer, I can feel it," Ben said.

Much later, the team was in the lower part of the mines.

"Look," Sugarcoat grabbed their attention that in the mines the aliens were carting rocks into.

"This whole place is crawling with them, we'll never get past them," Lemon Zest said.

"We've got to," Ben said then Kevin the mask from the guards. "How do these things work again?"

"Phontunic displacement. You can set it to make you look like whatever or whoever you want."

"Got it."

Ben pressed the mask on his face moving his body to like exactly like the aliens.

"How do I look?"

"More of the same," Kevin shrugged.

Then Sour Sweet and Lemon Zest came by with an empty mine.

"Get in," Lemon Zest said.

"Why?" Indigo Zap asked.

"We're the prisoners, sort of," Sour Sweet said.

The non-disguised heroes all filed into the cart and Ben took it and started pushing it up to the mother ship, drawing no attention from any of the aliens around them.

"What is that stuff they're carrying?" Sugarcoat asked as they stopped moving.

"End of the line. Everybody out."

Everyone got out of the cart and Ben pulled off the mask.

"Okay, that worked," Kevin said bundling up from the temperatures of the ship. "Why is it so cold in here?"

"Maybe those aliens need extremely cold to survive?" Gwen suggested.

"What do we do now?" Lemon Zest asked.

"We find Grandpa," Ben said.

"Allow me, Gwen," Sugarcoat volunteered. "I'm better with this than you are."

Sugarcoat placed her hand on the ship and her eyes glowed, sending out a telepathic signal all throughout the mothership checking every room... and she found nothing.

"Well?"

"I'm sorry, your grandfather was here before, but he's not here now."

"Now what do we do? Indigo Zap asked. "We were sent on a wild goose chase."

"Maybe not."

"We're not leaving yet, I have a story to tell you. When I was about 7, Grandpa Max taught me to ride a bike. He ran alongside me, holding me along while I pedaled. By the time I realized he let go, I'd already been riding by myself for a long time. He was so proud of me and we have to make him today. The training wheels come off, guys. We have to finish the mission. It's what Grandpa Max and Labrid would've wanted."

The kids moved into the center of the ship, seeing a red gelatinous mass of a capsule hanging from the ceiling.

"Never took these guys for a lava lamp people," Sour Sweet said as they moved forwards, looking for a secret room.

"What's over here?" Sunny Flare asked seeing a metal door.

"Only one way to find out," Sugarcoat said then smashed it down to see rows of laser lances.

"You were right, Gwen, this is where they came from," Ben said.

Lemon Zest did a sonic clap that destroyed the laser lances and sent them scatting into millions of pieces.

"Why don't you be a little louder," Sour Sweet scolded at her.

"No big deal, we'll be out of here before they even-"

They heard a squelching sound and looked to see the aliens swarming down from above and starting to surround them.

"You were saying?"

"Uh, girls?" Gwen asked. "How about we fight them instead of each other."

"Right," Ben activated the Omnitrix and slammed the core to become...

"Humungousar! Oh yeah! Do you know want time it is? It's Hero Time!"

Sugarcoat slammed a ton of aliens with her spear and kicked out with her powerful legs.

Humungosaur jumped up and did a body slam, which sent a ton of aliens flying while Sour Sweet punched outwards and kicked and sent off three aliens denting the ship.

Kevin absorbed some of the metal from the floor into his arms.

"Be sure to leave some for me! Those guys left me out on a huge payday!"

Then Indigo Zap forms a lighting energy blade and glares at his cousin.

"Also because they're evil and we're against that."

Kevin ran forward, bashing the aliens with his fists while her cousin smashed them over the head with her blades, sending them flying backward and into the floor.

Gwen and Sunny Flare blasted out their energy blasts, sending everyone flying as Sunny Flare kicked one of them into a group.

Humngousar charged forward, knocking tons of aliens down with his immense strength and powerful tail.

This continued as Lemon Zest created a shockwave and send them flying outwards.

"That all of them, let's get out before they realize what happen here," Lemon Zest said.

"Good idea," Gwen agreed then use her magic to teleport out of the alien's hideout.

Sometime later the gang was miles away from the site.

"Is everyone okay?"

"Yeah." Everyone replied.

"So what do we do now?" Kevin asked.

"This isn't over, not by a long shot," Ben spoke up. "We're going to keep looking for clues on this alien conspiracy. We still have to find Grandpa Max. And the best way to do that is to solve the case he was working on."

"Easy as pie," Gwen smirked a bit. "Does anybody know how to make a pie?

"I know someone who does," Lemon Zest answered.

"Kevin, we had our problems five years ago, but I want to say you. We couldn't make this happen without you."

Ben stuck out his hand to shake only for Kevin to glare at him.

"Nice try. We're not even close to the beginning square, Benji. You still won't make it without me."

"Kevin Levin, are you saying that you want to help us?" Gwen asked.

"I'm saying that made I made respected Plumber a promise. I'm seeing this through to the end."

"Then you can shake hands right?"

Ben and Gwen laid their hands on top of each other then Kevin placed his hand saw well.

"What you five, are you in?" Ben asked.

"We went from busting bad guys to solving an alien conspiracy, of course, we're in," Sunny Flare complied as they put their hands in.

"It's Hero Time!"

Meanwhile. back at the Highbreed communication center...

What is the news of the disposal of Max Tennyson?

"Not good, he continues to evade us."

Unaccpetable.

"If I may master the bad news doesn't stop there... A supply ship was destroyed in an altercation witness says it was Ben Tennyson along with allies calling them The Shadow Five."

Ben Ten is back? Well, he or this Shadow Five have no idea what they're up against this time. No idea at all.
