Donnie creates a love potion that was meant for April and puts it in her tea. But it only backfires when Rarity accidentally drinks the potion and starts have feelings for him. Donnie tried to create an antidote for the effect on his own, but it only gets worse when the rest of the potion effects the rest of the Rainbooms. Now they start having feelings for each of the turtles.

Now Donnie and his brothers must work together to make a cure for them. But little did they know that the girls have something in store for them.
