It was a typical day in Canterlot, the bustling city home to Princess Celestia and her royal guards.
Captain Bright Shield stood at attention, his armor shining in the sunlight as he watched over Princess Celestia. She was holding a meeting with the nobles of Equestria, her voice strong and confident as she discussed the latest developments in the kingdom.
Bright Shield kept his eyes focused on the princess and her surroundings. He was a skilled warrior, trained in the art of combat and protection, and to stand perfectly still for hours at a time. Right now he was ignoring the urge to shift his weight from one hoof to the other.
Bright Shield had been on duty for hours now, and the pressure in his bladder was becoming unbearable. He tried to focus on the princess's words, but all he could think about was how much he needed to pee. He gritted his teeth and tried to ignore the ache in his lower belly, but it was no use.
"Excuse me, Your Highness," Bright Shield said,. "I need to take a break."
Princess Celestia gave him a concerned look. "Is everything alright, Captain?"
"Yes, Your Highness," Bright Shield said, his voice strained. "I just need to use the restroom urgently."
Princess Celestia was known for her kind and compassionate nature. She cared deeply for her guards, and she could tell that Bright Shield was in discomfort. She gave him a warm and understanding smile.
"Very well," Princess Celestia said, nodding her head. "You may go, but please return as soon as possible."
Bright Shield nodded, relief flooding through him as he turned and trotted out of the room. His fellow guards looked at him with a mixture of amusement and sympathy, knowing how desperate the situation must have been to override the Captain's notorious equanimity. He made his way down the hallway, his hooves pounding against the marble floor as he searched for the nearest restroom. He spotted a sign with a picture of a toilet and quickened his pace, practically sprinting towards it.
He pushed open the door and rushed inside, heading straight for the nearest stall. He locked the door behind him and let out a sigh of relief as he prepared to relieve his bladder.
But just as he was about to start doffing his armor, he heard a loud bang outside the stall. He tensed, his heart racing as he realized something was wrong.
When Bright Shield stepped out of the stall, he was greeted by chaos. The hallway was filled with smoke and the sound of hooves stomping against the floor. Bright Shield rushed to find Princess Celestia, but when he arrived in the garden he spotted several guards fighting off a group of intruders, their swords clashing against each other in a chaotic melee.
Bright Shield didn't hesitate, the fullness of his bladder forgotten. He drew his sword and charged into the fray, his training kicking in as he fought off the intruders with skill and precision. He parried and thrust, his sword moving with grace and precision as he cut down one intruder after another.
But despite his best efforts, the intruders were overwhelming the guards. They were armed with weapons that the guards had never seen before, and they fought with ferocity and determination. The guards were struggling to keep up, their armor dented and scratched from the relentless attacks.
Bright Shield grimaced as could feel the pressure in his bladder making itself known again, but he pushed it to the back of his mind as he focused on the battle. He fought with all his might, his sword flashing and slicing through the air as he fought to protect the princess and his fellow guards.
But the intruders were relentless, and the guards were starting to tire. Bright Shield could see the fear in their eyes, and he knew they needed a victory to boost their morale. With a fierce cry, he charged into the thick of the battle, his sword flashing as he cut down one intruder after another.
His fellow guards rallied behind him, their swords flashing as they joined the fray. Together, they fought with renewed vigor, pushing back the intruders with every passing moment.
The battle raged on, the sound of clashing swords and cries of pain filling the air. Bright Shield's muscles burning and his breath coming in ragged gasps. But he refused to back down, determined to protect the princess and his fellow guards at all costs. His bladder felt like a stone digging into his armor, the pain had become impossible to ignore and he could not afford to be distracted.
With a desperate cry, Bright Shield let go. He felt the warm liquid splatter against the inside of his armor multiple warm streams flowing down his legs, his embarrassment and shame mixing with the relief of emptying his bladder. The intruders, startled by his sudden cry, hesitated, giving the guards the opportunity to regroup and push them back.
Bright Shield's mind was consumed with shame and embarrassment. He focused on the fight, but he couldn't shake the feeling of being humiliated in front of his fellow guards. But despite his shame, he refused to back down, determined to protect the princess and Equestria at all costs.
Eventually, the intruders were defeated and the guards emerged victorious. Princess Celestia emerged from her hiding place, unharmed but shaken by the ordeal. She praised the guards for their bravery and thanked them for protecting her.
He hung his head in shame, not daring to meet the eyes of his fellow guards. He knew he would have to face the consequences of his actions, and he braced himself for the reprimand that was sure to come.
But to his surprise, Princess Celestia approached him with a kind smile on her face. She placed a hoof on his shoulder and looked at him with understanding eyes.
"Captain Bright Shield," she said, her voice gentle. "You showed great bravery and skill in the face of danger. Do not be ashamed of what happened. You were in a difficult situation and did the best you could under the circumstances. I am proud of you and all of my guards for protecting me and Equestria."
Bright Shield felt a wave of relief wash over him. He looked up at the princess, grateful for her understanding and compassion. He knew he had made a mistake, but he was grateful for her forgiveness.
From that day on, Captain Bright Shield continued to serve Princess Celestia with honor and dedication. And although he never forgot the embarrassment of that day, he learned to let go of his shame and focus on the important task of protecting the princess and Equestria.
