Scootaloo has a problem. She's a pegasus who can't fly. All her life she's wanted nothing more than to sail through the clouds and feel the wind through her mane. So much so, that she'd be willing to give up anything to have her dream come true. Though what she doesn't realize is that everything in life has a price.
