The descent to NFT's and Discord.
Button was pacing in his room trying to find something to do, he hops on his computer. While scrolling through the internet he finds something called an NFT, “What is that”-Button leans closer to the screen-“That looks cool, I wanna get one”
Button looks at the price and his jaw drops. “Th-Thats expensive…but I really want it”-Button looks out the window-“But how do I get it?” Button thinks while rubbing his head.
“Aha!”-Button looks at his room door-“I’ll use my moms card!”
Button sneaks into his moms room while she’s Busy in another room.
Button finds her credit card then runs to his computer, “Okay time to buy this!”.
Button buys cryptocurrency then uses it to buy the NFT. “Woah…this looks so good, I’m gonna show this to sweetie belle!” Button says out loud as he runs out the door and runs the Cutie Mark Crusaders treehouse.
“So I was like ‘Why would you throw a blueberry pie on someone who is allergic to blueberry’ and they didn’t even know!”
“Hah good one sweetie belle” Applebloom says while chuckling.
“GUYS GUYS I WANNA SHOW YOU SOMETHING!” Button bursts in the treehouse yelling.
“What is it?” Sweetie belle and Applebloom say in coordination.
“Just follow me!”
“Okaaay?” Sweetie belle says as she follows Button with Applebloom in Pursuit.
(Later at Buttons House)
“Here it is” Button says as he turns on his computer and the NFT pops up.
“An Image?” Sweetie belle says scratching her mane.
“Sweetie Belle, I bought the image so I own it now and I can sell it!” Button says.
Applebloom looks at Button a little disappointed, “Why would you BUY an image?”
Button looks from his screen, “Well uh- I-It was cool so I got it so people can buy it-“
Applebloom puts a hoof over her face, “Is there a purpose other then that to buying one?”
“No…” button replies as he turns to his computer and realizes someone bought the NFT that he sold for more than he bought that thing for.
Button scrambles off his bed after realizing someone bought his NFT, “Why would someone actually buy that?” Sweetie belle says confused.
“Because…I don’t know, To get more NFTS?”
“You shouldn’t get to into this stuff” Sweetie belle says after she and Applebloom leaves.
(3 Weeks later.)
“Button, me and Sweetie belle are here!” Applebloom says entering buttons house.
Silence, No response from the brown pony with the funny hat.
As Sweetie belle and Applebloom get closer, they hear the clicking of keys and the ruffling of a bag of chips.
“Hello?” Sweetie belle says as she opens buttons door a little bit while peeking in.
In there, is Button Mash sitting on his computer typing on his keyboard while eating chips and drinking soda.
“What happened to you Button mash” Sweetie belle says as the brown pony in front of her is eating chips.
“Nothing….” Button says stuffing his face full of chips and soda.
Applebloom and Sweetie belle walk over to his computer.
“Can..you guys leave, I’m talking…to my discord kitten”
“Discord…Kitten? Applebloom says.
“You mean the drac-“-“Not that draconequus!” Button mash interrupts Sweetie belle.
“It’s an app where you can talk to people, I’m talking to my Kitten on Discord”-Button says as he drinks his soda-“Also I’m too busy to talk to you guys, I gotta sell more NFT’s”
“Wait so you’re-“ Applebloom says but stops herself.
Button switches to a tab where he sells yet another NFT.
“Oh- How many have you sold?!” Sweetie belle says as the puts up a new NFT.
“About…35-ish” Button says as he opens his desk drawer and pulling out an anime manga.
Sweetie belle ignores what he pulled out, She walks over and takes a chip and puts it in her mouth.
“Augh, It tastes like airline food-“ Sweetie belle says as she’s spitting out the chips.
“Well it’s good, you can leave now” button mash says after Sweetie’s reply.
Sweetie belle and Applebloom leave after that reply.
“Well we’ll get going” Applebloom says and Sweetie belle turns and leaves.

“*clash! clash! bang!* You can’t defeat us magic devil warrior cause with the power of friendship and magic, we will defeat you!”
(Game audio fading out)
HAHAHA I WILL defeat you and your friends….…..
"*Yawn!* Im tired, i guess i will be going to sleep." Button stretches.
"But i need to call my kitten before i fall asleep!" Button exclaims before hopping back on his PC and starting a call with his kitten.
DISCORD
Button: "Hey smuckhums"
Kitten: "H-hey..."
Button: "Have you been a good kitten lately"
Kitten: "Y-y-yes i have"
Button: "I need to tell you something my kitten"
Kitten: "W....what is it....."
Button: "I love you kitten, do you want to be my girlfriend"
Kitten: "I.... I-"
Kitten: "I........no, sorry..."
*Kitten has ended call*
Button stands there in disbelief before slamming his hands on his table "THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!" he yells before swiping his hands to to right of his table causing everything to fall off and onto the ground. Empty cans and potato chip bags fall onto the ground along with some mangas, anime figures, and his alarm clock. Button moves his hands off the table and grabs an anime figure and throws it at the window causing both the anime figure to break and the window to get a crack.
Button turns around and flips his chair to its side. "ARGH!! MY KITTEN HAS BETRAYED ME!" he says before angrily laying in his bed, he stares at the ceiling for what feels like forever before finally drifting off to sleep.
(The next day)
*BEep bEEP BEEP BEE- *smack** Button smacks his half-broken alarm clock and sits up. His jaw drops from the sight of his room, "What happened! I think i did this in a blind rage last night..." he gets up picks up his keyboard and mouse and hops on PC. "I need to become...'Normal' again" Button thinks before deleting all of his NFT's and discord.
(1 Hour later)
*Sigh* "Im done cleaning my room now, time to go outside" Button steps outside and gets blinded by the sun which he hasn't seen in like....forever.
Button decides to go to the CMC's clubhouse.
He arives at the clubhouse, walks up the steps and stops at the door. He turns the handle and walks inside.
"Hey guys!"

This story took way longer then it should have. I started making this story around December 18th 2022 when i joined and took many breaks in between, I finished the story July 19th which means this story took 7 months and 1 day to make.
