The Red war, Cayde's death, using the darkness, that wasn't even the end of it. What got me was that the enemy of the darkness now comes to end us all. And I cannot wait until that happens. Just sitting here and waiting till the end of the tower of the light. I could not wait any longer. Getting in the AKOI by my ghost teleporting me in. Setting off in the way that the most darkness is, I blasted off through the atmosphere of the earth. Then finally then past mars and into the deep dark space. Finally, I felt the darkness all around me and a voice called to me.
"No, Your time is not yet here." Going faster than the speed of light we appeared in a new solar system.
"Ghost. Where are we?" I ask my robotic voice to come out in surprise.
"We are in a completely different solar system. One where the traveler had been before." My ghost said, also seeming to be surprised. But if the traveler was here then does that mean that the light is here as well?
"Well we are going to this planet, let's see if there are guardians here." Flying through the sky this world looked a lot like earth. The only difference was that it was not infested with the fallen or hive. But if the light is here there is no doubt that the darkness has its very own remains here as well. Landing in a forest this was where the most light was. The darkness seems to shield the light, almost hiding it like a camo. This forest was overwhelmed with darkness. It honestly felt like I was back in one of the pyramids again.
"Where is the light coming from?" My ghost then came out of wherever he was hiding and began to speak.
"It's here just under all this darkness." I then looked down at my feet and wondered if that was literal enough to dig. Suddenly a flaming bolt struck my chest, my ghost retreated to his hiding spot. My armor had taken the hit without any damage but it did knock me on my ass. Standing I pulled out my Glaive and readied for a fight as the fire bolt had a hint of light. That was when two of some kind of animals landed in front of me.
"Surrender, the warrior." One that was dark blue and seemed to have a theme of the night commanded me. Then one of two animals who seem to have her fur and main in the opposite of the first landed next to the fore mentioned. Both were wearing armor that seemed to be more stylish than battle ready. Then again I am part of a vanguard that has so many different guardians with very strange armor.
"I surrender to no one creature," I say in my robotic voice confusing these two pony-like animals. And in response to that the dark blue one charged at me with a long sword at the ready. Using my weapon I blocked her strikes. But there was no doubt about how she kept the sword suspended in the air. This was the power of the light. There seemed to be something off about this light, however. Suddenly a bolt of this strange light hit my back and I stumbled for a moment. But at that moment it left me open and the blue creature struck. With a mighty slash across my chest after that it threw me back.
"Surrender, this is your final warning." A new voice rang out and it was coming from the white one. I had forgotten that it was there and so used it to its advantage.
"I am the Black Warlord I surrender to no one." I stood taking my Half-truth blade out. The blade was made out of solid arc energy. With my thunderous impact gauntlets, this is one deadly combo that will leave anyone paralyzed with shock. Feeling my chest plate for any sign of damage I was relieved that there was none to be found. Good, this is not only the best chest plate it is the one that makes me look badass. I looked around and saw my Glaive on the ground and so I had it put back in my weapon storage thanks to my ghost. Honestly glad I installed an invisibility weapon mod for him otherwise I would end up dead. At that moment the blue one charged once again and the white one took to the skies, no doubt going to try the same trick. But fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on you. Dodging and blocking all of the blue ones' attacks I waited for the white one to strike. That opening came sooner than I expected but it did not matter as I jumped and using stasis I froze both the white one and the blue in place. But I had left their head untouched as I wanted to talk, rare for me to do for anyone that attacks me first. But I am feeling a bit merciful today so let's hope they do not screw it up.
"UNHAND US WARLORD OF DISCORD!" That got me confused as the white one yelled, back to me.
"Whoever this 'discord' you speak of I do not serve." The blue one shot me a glare and then asked.
"Then why does thow use the darkness?" The blue one asked in a tone that was curious but not fully trusting of me.
"I use it against the agents of darkness. I do not let it control me otherwise this fight would have ended with both of you dead." Did use say darkness I broke both of the horses. Yeah, horses out of their crystal prison both got their weapons and looked at me. But they sheaved their weapons and looked at me wondering what I am without a doubt. But then a voice rang out and we all got ready for a fight. That was when A mix of animals in one creature appeared in front of me and I couldn't help but take a swing at it.
1,200 Years later
"Here class is the hero of Equestria, legend says that he fought discord and Nightmare moon." The fillies and colts looked on in amazement at the statue. The statue's helmet looks a lot like the guard's ponies helmet but with no face showing. The teacher looked at the statue and continued the lesson.
"Would have expected them to do something else but maybe that's just me." I thought back to that night when the nightmare moon attacked. I also could not believe I let it happen for an amount of time and I did nothing. No wonder Celestia used the elements on me too as I showed her the darkness.
"Guardian? You there?" The voice of my ghost was then heard from wherever he had been. "Well, I finally found a way for you out of this. We do not have much time, she will be back." Wait, has it already been that long? Damn and here I was not caring about it in the first place. That was when I felt the stone around my crack and my body being able to move once again. The moment it was weak I raised my arms making my stone prison shatter into pieces. I moved my head, shoulders, and legs as my robotic body can feel and it felt great to move. Finally, after that, I checked on all of my armor parts that seem to pass the test of time. First was the Helm of saint-14, it was still standing strong. Then was the Devastation complex chest plate, the fur was still in good condition and the armor as strong as ever. Getting a hold of my forearms I checked the state of the Thunderous Impact Gauntlets and they still had the charge of arc. Then the rest of my leg armor and my titan mark were as good as new. Then pulling out and checking my weapon storage all was still there and still functioning. The weapon I held in my hand was the Hawkmoon hand cannon. With all of that checked and done I look at the window in front of me.
"Well, she is already mad at me, what is one more widow?" Saying that I then sprinted through the window and landed in the outside world. The ponies looked on in shock then all started to run in fear. Well, that's one way to say hello to ponies after 1,000 years.
