At the Core of Light, everyone smirked as Kaos was carried in a sphere. "FOOLS! Release me at once or face your unimaginable doom! Do you really think this cheap magic trick can hold me, KAOS?! *Touches sphere, getting shocked* OW! HEY!"

"Hey! Cool your jets, small fry. We've heard enough outta you." Flynn scoffed as Pinkie was feeding Inferno with a baby bottle.

"You talk more than the three of us." Pinkie noted.

"And that's saying something." Mikey added.

"Definitely. And finally, something we agree on. You know, you're okay when you're not putting your foot in your mouth." Cali admitted.

"Hey Flynn... Thanks for being a friend and ally for us." Mikey added as Flynn smiled, knowing he made some good friends.

"I can definitely agree with that." Sonata nodded.

"Heehee! Ditto." Pinkie giggled.

"*Deadpan* Okay, seriously? I'm gonna barf now. *Upwards* Eon! I know you're here somewhere. You and your "apprentice portal masters". Go ahead! Send me back to the Outlands, it won't do any good. I'll just keep coming back again, and again, AND again, until Skylands is mine!" Kaos dismissed.

"Actually, Kaos, you won't be going to the Outlands this time." Master Eon pointed out.

"Uh... What?" Kaos asked, confused as Flynn and Cali shrugged.

"I have something more fitting in mind for you. Hugo, would you please?" Master Eon requested.

"Me? Oh, thank you, Master Eon!" Hugo smiled as he went over to the Core of Light keyboard.

"You don't look smug now, Shorty." Mikey smirked.

"You're gonna love this. We've made a few upgrades." Hugo chuckled as he pressed three buttons, making a ring appear on and float around the spheroid.

"Three." Mikey started counting down.

"Okay, look. Let me go and we'll split this place. 70-30, whaddya say?" Kaos offered as Hugo pressed two more buttons, making another ring appear.

"Two." Pinkie continued.

"Uh, okay. How about 60-40?" Kaos revised as Hugo pressed another one, making a third ring appear.

"One." Sonata added.

"50-50?" Kaos asked with one last offer as Hugo pressed one final button.

"Zero." The Goofball Trio finished.

"Okay! Uh-oh. *As the spheroid blasted off into the sky with him* YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE LAST OF ME!!!" Kaos vowed before he kept screaming as the Skylanders celebrated.

"Wowzers, now that's fast!" Flynn noticed.

"And don't come back!" Pinkie shouted.

"Now, I think it's time for you three to go home." Master Eon informed as Mikey and the girls dropped their Skylander weapons before the portal master restored their normal weapons.

"Well, it was good meeting you guys." Spyro noted.

"I have a feeling we'll come back, Spyro." Mikey responded.

"Thank you for being great allies and better friends." Sonata said in gratitude.

"And thanks for helping me find another member for my family." Pinkie added.

"Think nothing of it, Pinkie." Sonic Boom giggled as the trio went for the portal with both sides struggling to stay strong when Sonata noticed Stealth Elf.

"Hey, Stealth. I-It's okay to cry." Sonata assured.

"N-No, I'm fine, Mistress. But you're the one who looks like they're about to cry." Stealth Elf argued.

"*Voice breaking* No, you first. *As silence rang for a few seconds* Forget it!" Sonata whimpered, turning away as both she and Stealth Elf comically and silently shedded tears, helping the mood lighten up a bit.

"I'm gonna miss them, too. But like Mikey said. Probably more for us to do here." Pinkie shrugged.

"Later, dudes." Mikey said.

"Take care of Burpy!" Pinkie requested.

"Until next time!" Sonata bid farewell as the Goofball Trio and Inferno left through the portal. Meanwhile, Kaos kept yelling while being propelled throughout portal gateways.

"Hey! What the?! Everything's getting bigger! *Shrinking* Wait! I'm getting smaller!" Kaos screamed as he crashed somewhere on Earth. "Eh! Ooh! What?! Where?! Where am I?! Ugh, what's that's smell?! *Screams as a dog was heard barking* A horrible monster! Goh! Yuck! Cut it out! This is no way to treat your emperor! Oh, this stinks!"

In Canterlot City, a portal opened as the trio jumped out.

"Guys, I gotta go introduce Inferno to the family. Catch ya later." Pinkie said.

"It's okay, I gotta tell about my sisters about the gloves, feathers and headband anyway." Sonata admitted.

"We'll catch up later." Mikey agreed as he and Sonata later told the others everything and Donnie started making a chart.

"Fascinating. These portals seem to be dropping us off in places that are in need of help on a situation. First Wumpa Island, then Sly Cooper's World, then Halloween Town, now Skylands." Donnie said while reviewing notes.

"Actually, Jack told us that there were other ways of getting to Halloween Town. Especially through spooky routes." Rainbow Dash added.

"Yeah, we could've gotten a new key a lot sooner if we knew that." Aria admitted with an embarrassed blush.

"Point is we should be prepared for anything when this happens." Leo clarified.

"Where's Pinkie? I thought she went with you two." Sunset noticed.

"Funny you should ask that." Mikey replied.

Meanwhile, Pinkie was introducing Inferno to her family and explaining how he happened.

"Whoa…" Gemma awed.

"Am I in trouble for Inferno?" Pinkie asked.

"Well, it’s not like you did anything." Maud dryly responded as Pinkie knew what she meant and blushed at that.

"NO WAY!!! I did NOT do that! I only found the egg and kept it warm." Pinkie explained.

"Well, then you're not in trouble, but he's your responsibility." Igneous said as Inferno started to sneeze.

"DUCK!" Pinkie shouted before Inferno gave a light weak sneeze.

"Something suppose to happen? *As a small ember spark ignited her hair* Anyone else smell burning hair?" Limestone noticed as Marble pointed towards the top of her head.

"We might need fireproof some stuff for him." Pinkie pointed out as Limestone panicked.

"Anything else?" Cloudy checked.

"Well, try to get used to his arms." Pinkie answered as Inferno tried to touch Gemma and revealed his arms were nothing but bones.

"Wow!" Gemma said in surprise.

"Better keep an eye on him, Pinkie." Igneous pointed out.

"Okay." Pinkie nodded.

Back in Skylands…

"Are we really going to see them again, Master Eon?" Hugo asked.

"Indeed, Hugo. Michelangelo Hamato, Pinkamena Diane Pie and Sonata Dusk have done well. We may have seen the last of Kaos and the Darkness for now, but there is more to do for them, their families and friends. The ninjas’ journey with the Skylanders is only just beginning." Master Eon answered as he knew that the ninjas will return.

Later that night in Canterlot City, Rarity, Karai, and Adagio's cellphones turned on remotely and Sly Cooper's logo came on screen before it glitched for a few seconds, showing two different symbols with a bit of red.
