Managing the Rainbow Factory is not an easy task. Rainbow Dash had initially snapped from the weight of her duties here; she's better now. She thinks. Others aren’t so sure. For the first time, the powers that be have ordered a thorough inspection of the secretive operation. But the inspector is not who he seems, and Dash soon realizes the stakes are much, much higher.
