Alola.

The Final Battle was here.

Ash and his friends were ready for the final standoff against Daybreak-Gardevoir and Ultra Necrozma. He hoped they could finally stop her and put an end to all this madness before she did something worse. Legendary Pokemon from afar and in other dimensions had arrived.

Zygarde, Yveltal, Kyurem, Dialga and Palkia were all there to lend their strength against the great enemy. They knew that if they didn't stop Necrozma now, then everything would be lost forever. Everyone was counting on them, so they couldn't afford to fail. This was the most important battle of all time.

"If anything, you made this easier for Necrozma. He'll get a larger meal by absorbing all these powerful figures at once." Daybreak-Gardevoir pointed out before looking at Ash. "And after that, you're next! I'll make sure you're drained of everything! My Empire will lay waste to you and your friends!"

"Yeah, whatever." Ash brushed it off, ready to go at it once more. But that was when he suddenly heard a telepathic message coming through his head. It was from Mewtwo.

"Ash. Can you hear me?" Mewtwo questioned.

"Mewtwo? Yeah, what's up? Where are you?" Ash asked.

"I'm in the ocean." Mewtwo answered. "Lugia and I are helping Rayquaza out of it. But listen to me, Ash. You must enter outer space and reach Necrozma as soon as possible. With the Sun gone, the Earth will most definitely freeze. Necrozma knows better not to come back down until he's devoured all the light in the universe. I suspect that only Earth is full of light at the moment."

"I know. But how do I get up to space? I mean, anyone can get me up there, but I can't breathe in space." Ash had that one problem. Breathing in space.

"I have enough strength to help you with that. I will temporarily surround you in a protective barrier that will allow you to survive in space. You will be able to breathe and move as normal. All you need to worry about is stopping Necrozma." Mewtwo explained. "So, you will have to hold your breath before entering space, then I'll give you my blessing. Just hold out until I reach you."

"You got it." Ash nodded to Mewtwo, feeling like he could trust him on this. "Let's go! Pikachu, use Quick Attack! Lucario, Bullet Punch!"

"Pi! Pika! Pika!" Pikachu leapt forward, using his speed to strike Daybreak-Gardevoir's cheek. She grunted before being hit by Lucario's fist, pushing her back a bit.

"I'll slice you to ribbons!" She shouted, having her arms clad in a blazing energy that formed into a blade of some kind. She approached them both, only for Cobalion to get inbetween them, clashing with the blade. He didn't just clash with it, he parried it.

And by parrying it, it allowed Lucario to slug Daybreaker-Gardevoir's side once more. Her eyes widened as she looked at the Aura Pokemon who followed up with a fierce kick to the chest. This pushed the Alicorn-Pokemon Fusion away, leaving her wide open for another hit.

"Go Dragonite! Use Hurricane!" Ash ordered, pointing to the sky.

"Dra!" Dragonite flew high into the air, unleashing a massive cyclone of wind towards Daybreak-Gardevoir. She countered by using a spell that created a shield of light around her, blocking the hurricane, but that was not all. As Ash, Pikachu and Cobalion would try to rush in once more, they suddenly felt a massive pulse of power hit them, sending them flying back.

This pulse was powerful enough to push all of them back and make them tumble on the ground, grunting from the impact. Once it subsided, Ash saw Daybreak-Gardevoir hovering over him, her hand raised. "Perish!" She stated as a white aura surrounded her body. She merged Hyper Beam with her magic, creating something new. A white blast of Fire and Infinity came crashing down.

As Ash, Pikachu and Cobalion stared down the incoming beam, there was no way they'd be able to stop it. But then, all of a sudden, Passion came in between them, firing off a Mystical Fire and Thunderbolt that met with the white one.

"Voir!" With great power, she merged them both to create Plasma Bolt, which fired straight at Daybreak-Gardevoir's own beam. They struggled against each other, causing sparks and flashes of energy to fly through the air.

The beams pushed and pulled against one another, trying to overwhelm the other. It seemed like neither side was willing to give up without a fight, but it looked like Passion's would falter at first before the Fusion Pokemon's beam became stronger, pushing it back towards Passion.

"Garde!" Passion was hit, her body flying as she almost fell off the Solar Sword. Dragonite managed to catch her, thankfully. "Gard... Garr..." Passion groaned as she rested in Dragonite's arms. She wasn't feeling too good after that.

"Ash Ketchum!" Daybreak-Gardevoir yelled at Ash, flying straight at him. Her horn began glowing brightly as she got closer, preparing another attack. She was ready to end him right here and now.

But as she closed in, Sombra emerged from Ash's body, using his Dark Magic to generate a shadowy wall between them. This stopped the fusion's attack dead in its tracks. Then, he used his magic to blast her, forcing her back.

"Tch." Daybreak-Gardevoir growled as she hovered above Ash and his friends. She then looked up, wondering how Ultra Necromza was doing up there against Dialga, Palkia and another Ultra Necrozma.

Meanwhile, in space, Ultra Necrozma had his eyes fixed on the trio of legendary Pokemon, who all glared at him. There was no way they would let him get away with what he was trying to do. Not on their watch.

And so, the battle started with both sides charging at each other. It was a battle of epic cosmic proportions, unlike anything any of them had ever seen before. Space itself seemed to be in a state of flux, as if it couldn't decide whether or not to stay the same or change completely.

Space rippled and distorted around them as they fought, making it hard to tell which was up or down anymore. Everything was just one big blur. The only thing they knew for sure was that they needed to stop Necrozma.

Palkia flew straight towards Necrozma, manipulating space itself to teleport behind him and slash with her claws. Necrozma swiftly countered by firing a Prismatic Laser from his tail, hitting the Space Legendary head-on. He then fired two more lasers from his wings, aiming directly for Palkia's eyes.

A barrier formed around Palkia, protecting him from Necrozma's attacks. He then teleported again, reappearing beside Necrozma this time, slashing him once more. However, Necrozma responded quickly by using Shadow Claw to block Palkia's strike before retaliating with his own claw swipe.

The two of them exchanged blows, neither side giving an inch as they clashed over and over. Necrozma used his tail to hit Palkia, while the latter used his own to counter. Their attacks collided with great force, causing shockwaves to ripple through the fabric of reality.

The original Ultra Necormza used his own Prismatic Lasers against Necrozma, who took them all head on, enduring the attack. He fired back with Gravity, altering the gravity around his opponent before firing off a Prismatic Laser of his own. This blast struck the Original Necrozma, pushing him back slightly as he struggled to hold onto his ground.

Dialga manipulated time, creating a zone of time acceleration around Necrozma. Ultra Necrozma found himself struggling to keep up with the effects of Dialga's powers as he was wide open. Dialga then used Roar of Time while Palkia used Spatial Rend, launching their attacks at Necrozma simultaneously.

However, to their shock, Ultra Necrozma's light was so strong that he was starting to transcend time itself, slowly breaking the zone of accelerated time around him. He then blocked the attacks with his wings, nullifying their effect before firing back with his own beams.

Palkia and Dialga both managed to block them, but they still felt the full force of Necrozma's power as they were pushed away. They looked up to see him hovering above them, ready to strike once more. In that moment, Necrozma's overflowing light would start creating things around him.

Creatures made from pure light surrounded Necrozma as he prepared to unleash them on his enemies. First, he created anomalies out of pure light that appeared into existence, his power reaching that point where he could give birth to new creatures from his light.

These creatures were shaped like humanoid forms with glowing, ethereal wings. There were multiple different sizes, ranging from tiny pixie-like creatures to large giants. Each one had a unique shape and design, making them look almost alien in appearance.

As Ultra Necrozma unleashed these creatures upon the trio of Legendary Pokemon, they began to attack. The smaller ones fired lasers from their eyes, while the larger ones created balls of energy that they threw at Palkia and Dialga.

These creatures also created barriers around themselves to protect against any incoming attacks, which proved effective against Palkia's Spatial Rend and Dialga's Roar of Time. Meanwhile, Ultra Necrozma took advantage of the situation by charging his Dragon Pulse, firing it straight at the two legendaries.

Palkia tried to stop him using Spacial Rend, but the barrier prevented him from doing so. Instead, Dialga countered by using Aura Sphere, which broke through the shield and hit Necrozma head-on. However, even after being knocked back, Ultra Necrozma still remained standing.

The Original Ultra Necrozma, flying from behind, flew past Necrozma, slashing at him with a Shadow Claw. Necrozma quickly retaliated by using his tail to counterattack, hitting the other Prism Pokemon directly. He then fired a beam from his mouth, striking the original Ultra Necrozma, who used Light Screen to defend himself.

The creatures made of light continued to harass Palkia and Dialga, preventing them from getting close to Necrozma. They tried to use their own attacks to get rid of the creatures, but it seemed like nothing was working. It was like trying to fight off a swarm of flies or mosquitos, only instead of being annoying, they were actually dangerous.

They then released photons from their bodies, creating more light creatures that came to their aid. Ultra Necrozma was amused at this, letting out a small chuckle before firing another laser from his mouth at Palkia. He blocked it with his own barrier, but he soon found himself surrounded by the creatures made of light, leaving him defenseless against Necrozma's next move.

Necrozma created a massive ball of light energy that he hurled at Palkia, who couldn't dodge due to the creatures surrounding him. Thankfully, Dialga would come in time to slow down the ball of light in a zone of time acceleration. This gave Palkia enough time to teleport away from danger, avoiding the blast entirely.

The Original Ultra Necrozma and Diagla then unified their powers, attacking Daybreaker's Necrozma from both sides. Roar of Time and Photon Geyser were both launched at Necrozma, who barely managed to block them with his wings. His body glowed brightly as he absorbed the energy from both attacks, growing even stronger than before.

Then, without warning, Necrozma unleashed a barrage of lasers from all directions, rapidly bombarding them both. The duo struggled to withstand the assault, blocking some of the beams while trying to evade others. Necrozma then flew past them, manipulating space with his light as he summoned a bright vortex above the two of them.

This vortex started sucking them into its depths, pulling them towards it with extreme force. Dialga used his power over time to try slowing down the pull, but it wasn't enough to stop them completely. Thankfully, it was Palkia who saved them by teleporting them out of harm's way, freeing them from Necrozma's grasp.

Dialga, Palkia and the Main Ultra Necrozma could see that even with the three of them working together, Daybreaker's Ultra Necrozma was still disgustingly strong. Due to him absorbing all the stars in the universe and the energy from various planets and moons, he had become so powerful that it might be impossible to defeat him.

Even if they did manage to defeat him, they wouldn't be able to do anything about the fact that he has absorbed the Sun itself. It seemed like the only option left for them was to try and contain him somehow or else there would be no hope left.

Twilight slid back from Dayastra's spell, struggling to keep up with her attacks. She saw how fast she was and how much damage she could deal in a short amount of time. Twilight shook her head, feeling rather bewildered.

"What's the matter? I can see that you're starting to reach your limit." Dayastra taunted. "As to be expected. A fusion between myself and many unicorns is far too much for someone like you to handle. You're merely a shadow of my glory. Very soon, I will become the Main Twilight Sparkle. The Twilight that is above them all."

"Ngh..."

"Look at this. There are no more stars in the Universe. We've absorbed every last one of them. Now, we will finally have enough power to devour everything in sight." She stated. "Necrozma's already done most of what he needed to do. He's reached his full potential. If anything, your planet and everyone else are just quick light snacks for him to finish before moving on to the next meal. And that includes you! Hahahaha!"

"It isn't over yet..." Twilight took a deep breath. "As long as there are others who try to stop you, it isn't over until you're defeated!"

"Keyword. Try. Don't make me laugh. They don't stand a chance against us. Not when we have the one equal to Arceus by our side." Dayastra smirked.

"The one Equal to Arceus?! That's just crazy talk!" Twilight denied it. "You're seriously thinking Necrozma can reach that kind of power?!"

"Can't he? He may be close to doing so once he absorbs all of the light in the universe. He may surpass Arceus himself. It's only a matter of time. nd hey...there's a chance Arceus himself will show up, becoming the next victim. But you won't be around to see that!" Dayastra then unleashed a gigantic beam of flames as Twilight readied herself, seeing the attack burn and tear through the ground.

But she wouldn't be the one to stop it. Luna would. She descended, using her magic to deflect the beam away from the city, letting it crash down into the sea. "Princess Luna!" Twilight exclaimed.

"Apologies, Twilight. I was occupied with so many of those forces. They're quite difficult to deal with." Luna stated, looking at Twilight. "Are you alright?"

"I wish I could say that. I've been at this for so long I'm running out of magic." Twilight sighed, lowering her head.

"I can imagine you are also low on magic too, Luna!" Dayastra smirked. "Having to do all of this for hours. I can sense it. Very soon, you'll run out of steam."

"I'm afraid she's correct." Luna narrowed her eyes, admitting it. "Twilight. Both of us have been at this for hours, pouring so much of our magic into this battle. If we continue any further, not only may we lose, but we may not have the strength to stop Necrozma."

"B-But..."

"Glad you realize." Dayastra had a smug grin. "So, kindly surrender and let Necrozma do what needs to be done."

"However." But that was when Luna had something to say. "I could say the same to you, Dayastra. Or really, Sunrise Sparkle as a whole. You're also expending a lot. Not this fusion but who you once were. All those unicorns and you have used plenty of magic during all of this. Merging as one and becoming Dayastra replenished it for you, didn't it?"

"Hmph! What nonsense!" Dayastra rolled her eyes. "So what? I'm in this state now and that doesn't change anything! I'm still superior to both of you."

"Twilight. You know what we must do, right?" Luna looked back at her fellow alicorn. "There is only one way we can replenish our magic. Much like them, we will have to become one."

"!" Twilight gasped. Luna was referring to when they merged for a brief moment against Malamar, becoming a being known as Luminova. Luna was opting for that outcome once more. Of course, that was only possible because of Twilight Luminaria assisting, but Twilight wondered if they could do it again.

Specifically with the Harmony Phenomenon instead.

"A-Alright. Let's do it."

"Whatever you're trying to do, I won't let you!" Dayastra attacked them with multiple beams of light, aiming to destroy them before they could merge. But the spell had been cast, a magic circle forming in front of Luna as a shield protected them both from the incoming attacks.

Another magic circle appeared behind Twilight as the two circles resonated with each other, creating a rainbow-colored aura that surrounded Twilight. Her body began to transform into a radiant white light that shone brightly, enveloping Luna as she did the same.

Dayastra watched in shock as the two princesses turned into pure light. A radiant glow shot out, one that forced Dayastra to step back due to this ripple of energy hitting her hard. She saw the light form into a massive sphere that hovered above her, radiating power.

Inside, Twilight and Luna were melding together as they became one. They could feel themselves being drawn towards each other like magnets. Their minds connected, allowing them to share thoughts and feelings without speaking.

This allowed them to understand each other perfectly. Their bodies intertwined as they fused completely. In their shared mindscape, they could see a silhouette of their new form standing before them. That silhouette then brightened, enveloping them as the sphere would shatter.

In its place stood Luminova.

The Union of Two Alicorns. With her shimmering wings outstretched and her radiant aura glowing brightly, she emanated an aura of power and majesty that left Dayastra stunned. She was only a being of Pure Magical Energy with no clear appearance, but it was apparent that Twilight Sparkle and Princess Luna had become one being made out of their magic. Every variation of it. Their natural magic, Rift Magic and Sorrowful Rage Magic manifested this fusion.

"Y-You two are capable of it as well?!" Dayastra couldn't believe it. "That kind of Fusion?! Whatever! You're just two ponies while I am multiple!" She declared as she began charging up for another beam attack, firing it straight at Luminova.

Luminova countered by using her magic to absorb the attack, absorbing the energy and turning it into her own. Dayastra's eyes widened as she saw the attack fade away, only to be changed into something else. She turned it into something graceful to shoot into the air. Dayastra watched the magic ascend, an ethereal pillar breaking through the dark clouds that filled the sky. It pierced the void, reaching higher than anything ever had before.

The light faded away, revealing a new but temporary sun shining brightly above them. Its rays touched the world below, bathing everything in its warm glow. For the first time since Necrozma took over, the planet finally had its source of light back, but only briefly. The beautiful rays of this light beamed down on the land with colourful sparkles that illuminated the ground beneath her. This caused flowers and plants to grow rapidly in its path. Even the ocean glowed beautifully from within its depths, making it seem like a sea full of jewels.

Dayastra stared at this sight, seeing how amazing it looked. However, she shook her head, focusing on her target. "That power...It's not like mine...! It's the same spell so it should be like mine?!"

"But it isn't." Luminova spoke with the voice of Twilight and Luna. "You are the union of many ponies and we are of two. But despite that gap in numbers, our bond makes up for it. The bonds we share with others make us stronger than many."

"Tch..." Dayastra grunted. "That's a load of rubbish and you know it!" She cast a spell that summoned many searing streams that flew all over the place. These beams rained down around Luminova, who would gracefully fly to avoid them. They chased her down, but they wouldn't hit her. She used her wings to block these streams, deflecting them.

As Luminova continued flying through the air, she created a giant sphere of magic energy between her hooves. She fired it off, hitting Dayastra dead-on. It exploded upon impact, causing the ground beneath them to tremble violently. The entire area became engulfed in smoke as the shockwaves dispersed throughout the air.

"Grrgh!" Dayastra winced as she pushed herself back up, looking ahead of her. There stood Luminova, waiting patiently for her next move. She then placed her hoof on a mountain, filling it with magic energy as she lifted it up from its position. With one flick of her wing, the mountain was filled with cosmic energy as she sent it flying straight towards her opponent.

Dayastra quickly tried to cleave it in two, but her blade went right through the rock without leaving any damage whatsoever. Instead of cutting apart, the mountain remained intact and kept heading straight for her. She was then slammed by the mountain as it carried her away, crashing into another part of the landscape below.

After she crashed, she furiously burned the mountain underneath her until she finally managed to free herself from its grip. Then, she flew back up to face Luminova once more. As soon as she reached her, she cast a spell that would rain down fireballs all around them. However, all it took was Luminova summoning a nova of wind to blow away those flames before sending them right back at their caster.

Luminova waved her hoof, creating a barrier that surrounded the entire battlefield. She used this to trap Dayastra within a bubble of pure magical energy, sealing off her escape route. Her eyes widened as she realized what was happening, trying to break out of the barrier, but it was futile. This shield was designed specifically to repel attacks from both sides.

"How dare you?!" Dayastra shouted angrily, pounding against the barrier repeatedly with her fists. But every strike only made it stronger, making it harder for her to escape. She attempted to use her powers to blast away the barrier, but nothing worked. She was stuck.

Dayastra struggled desperately to get out, but she was trapped inside. Furious, she began charging up energy in her horn. She unleashed a powerful beam that struck Luminova's barrier, causing it to crack slightly. However, after several minutes of continuous blasting, the cracks in the barrier had healed completely. Daybreak-Gardevoir gritted her teeth as she continued her assault, hoping to finally break free.

"Curse you! You can't keep me in here forever!" Dayastra snapped. "You'll eventually run out of magic if we continue this stalemate for long enough!"

"And neither will you." Luminova replied. "Our Magic may have limits but so do yours. Once your magic runs dry, it will be over for you."

"I won't let that happen." Dayastra declared. "Once I break out, I'll rip you apart piece by piece!"

"No." Luminova shook her head. "There shall not be any further fighting between us today."

"What are you saying?" Dayastra questioned.

"This battle must end now." Luminova said. "That goes for anything outside our universes. These constant conflicts with alternate universes and counterparts has been escalating far too much for us to bear. It's time to put an end to all this fighting once and for all. Your Universe is the last one we have to deal with."

"Pah! You think stopping this will stop more?! There are far too many universes for you to get rid of!" Dayastra argued. "If you want to end all these wars, you should destroy every universe!"

"So, you'll never stop, will you?"

"Not for a moment. I refuse to go back to how things were. Those ways were weak and led to failure. They brought about destruction instead of order. If we want to make sure everything stays safe, then we must maintain control." Dayastra stated.

"And if you do not, you will not succeed either." Luminova pointed out. "Even if that's the case, we'll always be there to stop you."

"Hmph. Then what will you do about Prisma?" Dayastra whipped out a shocking ace in the hole that stunned Luminova. Prisma. The original incarnation of Ash, Red and 8 other Trainers. "Even if you defeat us, you have him to deal with."

"How do you know of Prisma?"

"It doesn't matter how I know. What's important is that the time for you to deal with Ash Ketchum himself, your dear friend, will come. I doubt you are prepared for that." Dayastra taunted. That actually got Luminova. It was a serious question that had a lot behind it, considering what Prisma meant as a whole.

This moment of weakness was what Dayastra needed. She used her light manipulation to break free from the barrier, escaping its confines. Now outside, she fired multiple beams of energy at Luminova, which exploded upon impact. After unleashing them, she flew away from her opponent, putting some distance between them.

Luminova shook her head, promptly flying after Dayastra. She charged up a spell and cast it upon herself, giving her a boost of speed. The fusion gained enough momentum to catch up to Dayastra within seconds. Dayastra had to amp herself up to even try and outpace her as the chase was on.

Zygarde was here to do one thing. Fix the Earth. He wanted to fix everything that had been damaged and broken thanks to Necrozma but that as easier said than done. Without the Sun or the Moon, even Zygarde struggled to properly restore life into the planet.

And with Daybreaker and her armies around, it made it even harder. Zygarde used Core Enforcer, launching many green rings at Daybreaker's troops, crushing their armor and weaponry, leaving them powerless.

"I can't hope to restore the planet to its original way. Without a Sun or a Moon, this is pointless!" Zygarde exclaimed.

"Then I will go straight to the source," Kyurem spoke, looking up. He was heading straight for Ultra Necrozma, ascending towards Outer Space, but not before freezing many of the soldiers and ships that stood in his way.

Kyurem would change into his White Kyurem Form, soaring high through the air at high speeds. But he wasn't the only one about to enter outer space. Ash had brought enough time for Mewtwo to fly over. Ash held onto his hat, feeling the pressure of this battle that went across the sky and the Solar Sword.

"Ash!" Mewtwo called out, looking at the human boy. Wasting no time, he put a Psychic outline around him and the others, temporarily granting them the ability to breathe in space. Mewtwo would then land on the Solar Sword, facing Daybreak-Gardevoir as well. "You'll have at least 20 minutes to breathe in space. That is as much as I can do for you. The rest is up to you."

"Right! Thank you, Mewtwo!" Ash nodded as Pikachu leaped onto his shoulder.

"Hmph! You'd have to get away from me first!" Daybreak-Gardevoir exclaimed. "Unless you've forgotten I too can breathe in space?"

"Yeah. How about we go up together?" Ash had a rather devious grin when saying that, something Daybreak-Gardevoir picked up on.

"Mewtwo! Can you lift the ship up into the air?" Ash asked.

"If I had the strength to do so, I would. Mewtwo replied. "I just don't have it right now, Ash. I'm being pushed to my limits here."

"In that case...Sombra!" Ash knew what had to be done. The shadow of Sombra left his body, flying straight for Mewtwo

"What's this? Ash..."

"Sombra will give you all the strength you need. No need to worry.." Ash explained. "We're gonna send this ship into the air. I still need something solid to stand on after all." He chuckled afterwards, revealing why he needed the ship in the air.

"What about your friends? Some are still in the ship." Daybreak-Gardevoir pointed.

"I know that. But now that Mewtwo's got some power back..." Ash smirked as Mewtwo used this gift to his advantage. With his eyes glowing, he had sent a Psychic pulse that reacted to the others in the group, giving them that outline as well. Soon, they were all given the power to breathe in space for a while. "Now, Mewtwo!"

"Hm!" Mewtwo raised his arm, sending a strong Psychic Push that would bring the ship upwards. It started moving rapidly, a great turbulence appearing. Within seconds, it was breaking through many clouds as Daybreak-Gardevoir held on for dear life.

"Agh!" She shouted, feeling the intense force against her. Mewtwo's power pushed the ship further and further up until it was out of sight completely, leaving him alone while Ash and the rest went to space. "You'd really take our battle to space?! I suppose you want a wonderful stage for your defeat, Ash Ketchum! Then so be it! We'll finish this where it began! Up there!"

The ship broke through the last of the atmosphere, entering outer space. Dialga, Palkia and the original Ultra Necrozma looked over to see the Solar Sword appearing. They immediately spotted Ash and the others standing at the top of the ship.

"I just need to get you away from the others. You've already badly damaged the Earth as it is, so this is a good way to get away from that!" Ash replied, looking down at the planet.

Ultra Necrozma spotted his trainer, flying over to Daybreak-Gardevoir while the Trio chased him down. Appearing in space seconds later was Kyurem, who was quick to spot Ash and everyone else. "Ash!"

"Kyurem! I'm glad you could make it." Ash smiled. He would look at Dialga and Palkia who cried out at him as well. The same went for the Orginal Ultra Necrozma. Ash was glad to be surrounded by many friendly and familiar faces right now.

"How will you stop us at this point? We've absorbed all the light in the universe! Your only shot is to take down Ultra Necrozma but how?" Daybreak-Gardevoir questioned. "Necrozma is stronger than anything in existence! That includes Arceus himself!"

Dialga and Palkia took great offence to that. How dare she state that Necrozma could surpass their Creator, Arceus? And yet, the power Ultra Necrozma had was truly outstanding to the point where the two of them were struggling. Dialga cried out to Kyurem, who needed him to relay something to Ash.

"Ash. They have one solution to this. We may have to seal Necrozma." Kyurem translated.

"Seal him?!" Ash didn't like the idea of locking up Necrozma. After everything they've been through, Ash knew Necrozma deserved better than this. It was all due to that sickness within him that this was happening.

"It might be the only way. If he stays the way he is, there is no telling what could happen. The fact of the matter is he is too dangerous." Kyurem relayed.

"Yeah...I hear ya." Ash, while not liking the idea, knew that they had to stop Necrozma in some way. He'd much rather prefer a temporary seal until a solution for Necrozma can appear. "Let's make it happen."

"For that, you'd all have to concentrate on a fixed point." Cobalion commented. "And of course...while she's in the way."

"We'll keep her occupied. You guys focus on sealing him." Ash said to the Legendaries.

"Hmph." Daybreak-Gardevoir scoffed before looking at her hand. "I don't have much time left in this form myself. Not that I need it to carry me to victory. But I can't let any risks come through. I will have to end this soon. And I know how to do it."

"Alright, everyone! Dialga, use Roar of Time!" Ash started them off, pointing upwards as Dialga opened his mouth, unleashing a beam that moved across time itself. Ultra Necrozma prepared himself for the bea, ready to either absorb it or deflect it. "Palkia! Spacial Rend!" Palkia would do the same from another direction, cutting space itself.

Necrozma attempted to block them with his wings, but Ash was ready to make sure he wouldn't have the chance to retaliate. "Pikaaa!" Pikachu fired a Thunderbolt from below, hitting Necrozma and shocking him. The Prism Pokemon roared as that staggered him a bit to leave him vulnerable to these attacks. But they would do more than just hit Necrozma. They would latch onto him.

"Kyurem! Use Fusion Flare!" Ash called out next, watching Kyurem charge up a bright red flame. He released it straight away, striking Necrozma. Like the last two moves, this would attach to Necrozma's body. Daybreak-Gardevoir tried stopping them, only for Pikachu, Lucario, Passion, Dragonite and Cobalion to get in her way.

"Out of my way!" Daybreak-Gardevoir angrily yelled at them. Necrozma was stuck, surrounded by these moves that would not let him move. However, he was slowly managing to absorb them.

"Necrozma! Prismatic Lasers!" Ash said to the Original Necrozma, having it unleash its signature beam at its fellow Necrozma. Soon, Necrozma was surrounded on all sides by these powerful attacks, leaving him unable to break free of them.

Space trembled at this moment, and so did Necrozma. This was one of the strongest things he had ever felt in his life. Even the Sun wasn't this powerful. He was starting to become overwhelmed, but he continued to try and absorb those moves. Dialga and the others knew they had to seal him before he absorbs all their attacks.

"Try as you might, it's just fuel for Necrozma!" Daybreak-Gardevoir cackled, merging Hyper Beam with a Flaming Wave, pulling her hands back and preparing to unleash it.

"Yeah, right! Altogether, everyone!" Ash thrust his fist forward, having all of his friends attack Daybreak-Gardevoir at the same time. Pkachu and Passion used Thunderbolt with Passion also merging Mystical Fire to create Plasma Bolt. Cobalion used Metal Burst while Lucario used Aura Sphere. Finishing it off was Dragonite and her Draco Meteor.

All these attacks approached Daybreak-Gardevoir, who would also unleash her attack. A devastating clash happened, one that made the entire area around them shake violently. The two beams clashed, trying to overpower the other as sparks flew everywhere. Daybreak-Gardevoir could be seen losing the struggle, much to her shock. They were actually pushing back against her, causing her to have to put more strength into it.

By adding more strength, the result was that the attacks all tied, blowing up around each other. But it was clear Ash's side almost won that struggle as Daybreak-Gardevoir tumbled backwards, struggling to stay in the air. She held onto her chest as she tried catching her breath.

"Huff...huff..."

"Ngh..." Ash got on one knee, his hat almost falling off. He then looked up, seeing how Dialga and the others kept trying to seal Necrozma up. Despite how powerful they were, Necrozma was still absorbing their attacks, but the effect of the seal was slowly starting to work. Around Necrozma, a large, intricate energy circle appeared, one that covered the entire body of Necrozma. It started to shine brightly, enveloping him in a sphere of light that made it impossible for anyone to see him. "Alright! It's working!"

"But can it work fast enough before Necrozma absorbs it all?!" Cobalion wondered. He didn't need to think about it long when he saw what Necrozma was doing. He wasn't just absorbing the attacks, he was trying to get out of that seal by force. His arms moved around rapidly, banging against the walls of this seal.

"You all..." Daybreak-Gardevoir spoke, appearing on one knee as well. She raised her head, looking directly at them all as she ended the fusion. Daybreakear and Gardevoir split but Gardevoir reappeared in her Mega Evolved state instead of her regular self. She was prepared for this fight, even if she would have to keep splitting herself. "I'm not done yet." She smirked, her horn glowing brightly. "I'll admit this...Ash Ketchum."

"Hm...!" Ash narrowed his eyes.

"You are without a doubt the most challenging opponent I've had to face." Daybreaker complimented. "To be able to hold your own against me...to push back against my full power...I truly feel proud of you right now. If you were on my side and saw things my way, you would be my the greatest ally I could have asked for. Perhaps even be more than that. You'd be someone worthy to stand by my side and rule with me." She stood up, spreading her wings wide. "But...it isn't meant to be, it seems. So, let's finish this. This is it. My ace in the hole!"

Suddenly, Necrozma's eyes flashed a strong red and blue colour. From his body, Fairy Matter started pouring out. But something else would appear too. Dragon Matter. The energy of Dragon Matter aggressively shot out, shattering parts of the seal with great aggression.

"Dragon Matter?!" Ash gasped.

"We struggled to gain a hold of Dragon Matter for a while compared to Fairy Matter. But...with Ultra Necrozma being a Dragon, that is no longer an issue. And with this power in our grasp...I can do this!"

As the seal would shatter, Dialga, Palkia, the Original Necrozma and Kyurem were pushed back, unable to handle the power emanating from Necrozma's body. That was when the Dragon Matter manifested something into existence that descended upon Daybreaker. She held her hoof out, a tiny glint dropping onto her hand. A small piece of material, shining beautifully, formed a Z-Crystal.

"A Z-Crystal...Wait! Is that...?!"

"It is, boy. The Ultranecrozium Z. A Z-Crystal derived from both the powers of Necrozma and Solgaleo and Lunala." Daybreaker smirked as she began to harness it. Necrozma could feel its power. Such grandeur. So splendid. A Universal Pressure started flowing from him and the crystal Daybreaker possessed. "And now...I will make use of it. Necrozma!"

It was happening. Necrozma was about to use his Z-Move which would not only be directed at everyone here, but also everyone on Earth. An Ultra Burst erupted from Necrozma as he flew higher than anyone else in space, charging himself up. He aimed directly at the planet itself, preparing to strike.

Trillions upon Trillions of Light Particles were surrounding him, building up an intense pressure within. Dialga, Palkia and the Original Necrozma cried out at the others to get them to do something before Necrozma unleashed this attack. If Necrozma attacked the planet with all his power, then there was no telling what would happen to it.

"THE LIGHT THAT BURNS THE SKY!"

Daybreaker called out as Necrozma summoned a colossal ball of pure light above him. It would be launched straight away, descending upon the Earth. The size of it was comparable to the entirety of Alola itself and it continued to grow in size the closer it got. Ash watched as the Legendaries would fly in front of the attack, attempting to stop it with their own moves.

Their bodies were soon enveloped by the light as they tried stopping it and so would the entire Solar Sword. Everyone shielded their eyes as the attack kept moving, approaching Earth. The stratosphere would be burned by the attack, the skies being alit with an aggressive light, burning in front of everyone's eyes.

The skies were changing colours rapidly. The clouds turned completely white as the heat increased to the point where anything close to the atmosphere was going to melt. Zygarde and Mewtwo would also try and stop this, the light enveloping them as well. And soon, it enveloped all of Alola.

The entire region was soon covered and embraced by Necrozma's light.

As the journey continues.
