Troubleshoes knows that everymare loves a big stallion . . . but he's unlucky, he's TOO big. Maybe a Saddle Arabian mare would be interested, or maybe for once in his life he'll get lucky.
Troubleshoes is a big stallions, and mares love big stallions. Troubleshoes is an unlucky pony, and he's too big for mares.
In the back of his mind, a Saddle Arabian is an option, but he can't afford boat fare. So he goes on with his life, unlucky and unfulfilled until a freak accident and a chance meeting suddenly change everything.
