Humans. Once one of the most powerful and dominant races to walk the face of Equus. A species of great strength, who’s empire stretched all across Equestria. A race of conquerors. And to them, they were invincible.

Oh, how wrong they were.

Now, thousands of years after they’re collapse, humans were reduced to nothing more than slaves. Ponies, a species that preached peace and freedom, they hold they’re chains in a tight grip. All overseen by the solar monarch, princess Celestia. Now humans are made to preform back breaking labour for they’re masters. They are forced to build they’re cities, and till they’re fields. Some even have to fight their fellow man, for entertainment. They are treated harshly, considered barely above animals.

Every rebellion has been put down. Every run for escape has been stopped. And every saviour among them has been executed. Most have given up, resigning themselves to they’re fate as slaves. Those who try to fight find themselves swiftly surrounded.

But, this is the story of change. This is the story of a human who rose up and broke his chains, and inspired others to do the same. It is a story of rebellion, of war, of sacrifice.

It is the story of freedom.
