An attempt of building a better future opens a window to a devastated world, bringing upon heavy hearts with even heavier luggage to be welcomed into the arms of unprepared hosts.

The contrast of the two realities brings different societies that will have to mesh, but maybe the newcomers with all of their new technology, tools of war, and cultures, might be the undoing of Equestria's peace.

Or maybe, just maybe, they will adapt to their strange circumstances. And be able to find their rightful place amongst everyone, leaving the bad of the other world, and learning the good of this one.
