A young filly, not even yet a teen, turned her nose up at it and shook her head. “No. I’m fine.” She retorted with a scoff, smoothing out her pretty dress with her hooves across her lap. “Ah, but growing Princesses…” “I said I’m fine.” Pipp glared until the servant bowed and stepped away. Though she was young she had already mastered a commanding expression when she wanted to. “You should be nicer to them. They’re just doing their best, y’know.” Came the voice next to her. Zipp’s dress was ruffled and dishevelled. Her mane was equally so. Yet she didn’t seem to care. She almost revelled in that chaos. “You’re right. I’m sorry.” Pipp looked down at her hooves apologetically. “I can’t help it sometimes.” “Well, just try to remember.” Zipp saw her sister frown. Instead of pressing the issue further, she changed the subject. “Your dress looks pretty. Didja get it from that new designer?” “M-hm!’ This had had the desired effect, and the little filly brightened up immediately. “Isn’t it beautiful! It’s got these bows here, see? And these frills are so cute! I really love the sash, and the—“ She continued chattering on and Zipp lost focus, pretending to listen and nodding along. The party around them was lively. All of Queen Haven’s parties were. It was like the whole of Zephyr Heights high society made their way to each and every event. Zipp had pondered once what they must do for a living, to be able to attend such lavish events so often at the drop of a hat. Pipp was too young to worry about such things. Her wings were uncomfortable under the dress, and the collar was beginning to feel hot. She hated clothes, but formal dresses were the worst kind. She saw Pipp out of the corner of her eye, sitting prim and proper. Hooves in her lap, quietly looking out at the crowd of ponies. Zipp could tell she was bored, but Pipp had always been better at hiding it. “Hey, wanna get outta here?” Zipp whispered. “And go where? Momma said to stay in tonight, and it’s too early to go to bed. Besides, I like watching the dancing.” “I know, Pipp, we’ll come back in time for the dance. I just want to get…out.” Pipp blinked a couple of times. She didn’t seem to understand. “But, Mom said…” “I’ll do that thing you like. With my tongue.” Zipp hissed, right into her ear. This was all the convincing Pipp needed. She jolted up and hopped out of her seat, practically halfway to the door by the time Zipp had caught up. Pipp’s dress somehow allowed for more range of motion, a foresight the filly likely had planned for. Zipp wished she’d thought of that. They rushed outside of the main hall at a full trot. Pipp looked this way and that at several doors and closets. She hummed to herself and whispered under her breath. “No, not that one.” “Too dirty. Yuck!” “C’mon, Pipp. We don’t have all night. Just find a closet, or we could go back to our—“ “This one!” Pipp nearly shouted. She screeched to a halt and pointed. With a glance up and down the hall to make sure the coast was clear, Zipp swung open the door and pushed her sister in. Once inside with the door shut save for a crack, the two found themselves pressed up together, on their hind hooves, stuffed between a row of boxes and the wall. “Uff. You’re stepping on my hoof. Why’d you pick this one? It’s cramped!” Zipp protested. “It’s a pantry. There are cookies in here. And I know you like to be up close.” Pipp giggled. Zipp rolled her eyes, but she knew her sister was right. And she wasn’t about to let her get away with that little indiscretion. At once Zipp took charge, pinning her filly sister against the wall of the closet. Her muzzle found its way to her face and she began peppering her with kisses. Their muzzles connected. Tongues slipped forward and intermingled around each other. “Mmmh. Ziiiipppy.” Pipp moaned. She wrapped her hooves around Zipp’s back. She left Pipp near the punch table, chatting away with another filly that had probably come along with her parents. She was certain that Pipp would be fine on her own. The guard adjusted her helmed and scratched at the bridge of her muzzle, letting out a heavy sigh. Spotting Zipp approaching, she rustled her wings and stood up straight. “Miss Princess. Your Highness.” The guard muttered. “Just Zipp is fine,” she smirked, taking a moment to try and spot what the guard might have been looking at. “Whatcha doin’?” “Official guard business.” Was the formal, practised response. “So? You can tell me. You work for my Mom, right?” The guard sighed. This clearly struck a nerve and she grumbled below her breath. “Fine. I’m looking for somepony,” the guard answered. She didn’t look at Zipp, instead scanning the crowd like a lone vigil. “Who? Somepony bad?” Zipp felt a kind of rush, the thrill of a mystery, coursing through her; this was exciting. “Very bad. We have reason to believe he’s the proprietor of the underground se–” the guard paused, looked at Zipp, then corrected herself, “hugging club.” “Hugging club?” Zipp cocked her head to one side. She wasn’t buying it. The guard sighed deeply. She removed her helmet, set it on the ground, and resumed rubbing the bridge of her nose. “Look, if I tell you…” “I’m not going to tell anypony you told me, don’t worry.” Zipp puffed up her chest, trying to look older and more mature. She desperately wanted to be trusted with whatever it was. “Fine. I’m looking for who we suspect is running the underground sex club that’s popped up in recent months in the old warehouse district. Zipp takes a moment to look the guard up and down. She is a well-toned mare, small in stature with broad, well-groomed wings. She stood up straight and tall and had a refined and stoic gaze. Her guard armour did her favours in slimming down her hips even more, accentuating her feminine curves. “So got nothing to do, then?” Zipp asked. She tried to make herself look alluring and stood in a similar fashion. “Well, I should really report back to my CO, but I suppose the investigation is at a standstill for now.” The guard answered matter-of-factly, paying little attention to Zipp. “Maybe you could help me with something? Upstairs, in my room.” Zipp turned away, flicking her tail up and away, to give the guardsmare a perfect view of her rear and the tight fillylips nestled between her thighs. The guard only briefly glanced at Zipp, ready to dismiss whatever shenanigans the young princess was trying to get her into, but what she saw instead gave her pause. Her whole face lit up a deep reddish hue, all the way to the tips of her ears. Her eyes went wide and the fur on the back of her neck bristled up. “I-I…what?” The mare asked in disbelief. She suddenly looked very uncomfortable, and began shifting from hoof to hoof. “You know what I mean. I’ve got some home work that I need help with. On pony anatomy.” Zipp waggled her eyebrows. She arched her back a little, stuck out her rump and shook it briefly. From the corner of her eye, she made sure no one was watching. She couldn’t see anypony doing that, but she felt eyes on her. “W-whoa. You’re trying to…no way, this is a trap. Nope. Nopenopenopenope.” The guard shook her head rapidly. She grabbed her helmet, stuffed it back onto her head, and in the blink of an eye turned tail for the door. She was gone in seconds, rushing down the hall for some unknown emergency before Zipp even had the time to realize. Well that was a bust. Feeling a little defeated with her frustration mounting, Zipp turned her attention back to the crowd. Maybe she could focus her attention on the mystery, instead. Zipp did love a good case, and with the guard gone this was a perfect opportunity to investigate unabated. Plus, it would keep her within the ballroom, so her mother wouldn’t complain. There were a lot of ponies, and the lights were dimmed enough that Zipp found it difficult to make out faces until she was close. Not to mention the challenges her limited, filly-sized height afforded her. She didn’t even know what this pony was supposed to look or sound like. She began having second thoughts about her usefulness in this particular situation. She pushed through throngs of ponies. There was no question that this was on the more crowded end of Queen Haven’s usual events. Perhaps there was a reason for that, a specific occasion Zipp wasn’t aware of. She tried to think back to everything her mother had said in the preceding days, but nothing struck her as out of the ordinary or hinting at a holiday Zipp might have misremembered. Her thoughts were cut short when, as she brushed past a burly stallion, she felt a hoof fall onto her rump. Her path was blocked by ponies in front of her paying little attention to their surroundings, and she felt stuck in place. The hoof wandered down, under her dress, flicking fabric aside. It grabbed her tail, tucked it sharply. She stepped back, led by the tail, and the hoof found her bare rump. It groped and squeezed deliberately. Then, almost as soon as it had been there, it disappeared. Zipp whirled around, ready to face her molester with fury, but she had neither eyes nor ears of where those hooves had gone. A faint, musky smell of alcohol lingered near her. She looked up at the source to find the burly stallion gazing down at her with a sickening grin. He bent down to lean close, whispering in her ear. Except, thanks to the music and crowd it was more like yelling. “You’ve got quite the rump on yeh.” His breath was repugnant and horrible. Zipp wanted to gag. “Bet you’ve had yer way around a few colts, eh? How’s about you and I find ourselves a nice quiet spot outside and ‘get to know each other’. Who knows, maybe I’ll have a job offer for yeh?” Zipp recoiled in shock. The stallion laughed sharply and put a hoof on her back. He was strong, strong enough to pin her to the floor if he wanted to “Saw you talkin’ to that guard over there,” he continued, “Suppose she was looking for me, eh? But you made quick work of her. I can tell you know how to get what you want, and what older ponies want from you, don’t ya? So how’s about it?” Zipp barely understood why, but she suddenly felt vulnerable and shy. This stallion knew how to take what he wanted, and judging by his intense, predatory gaze, he had already decided that he wanted her. She could lead him outside and hopefully run into a guard so he would get caught, but that could be dangerous. She could lead him to Pipp, who was notorious for her long tangents and would easily keep him busy until Zipp found a guard. But then, there was the itch in her backside; a part of her wanted to lead him to her chambers and let him have his way with her. Maybe he could tell her more about the club. Did she really want that? She felt a small chill run up her spine. You’re lucky it wasn’t my sister, or I’d buck you square in the jaw!” Zipp hissed. The fury in her eyes died down quickly. She rubbed her sore tail absentmindedly while she thought about his proposal, not without a tinge of disgust. “I’d think if yeh wanted me gone I’d’ve been gone already. Unless…what’s that? There are no guards around?” His grin was sickening, but Zipp knew he wouldn’t dare do anything; not while there were so many ponies around. “So, uh. The club.” Zipp cocked her head. “Where is it? If somepony…wanted to go, that is?” This had a surprising reaction on the stallion. He stiffened up and studied her for a moment. He was gauging her intentions. Trying to decide if she was going to turn him in, maybe. Then he grinned again, his mind settled. “Oh ho ho! Curious little thing, aren’tcha? It’s in the basement of the old yarn factory. Yeh gotta knock three times, and say ‘Pineapple’ in order to get in.” “Pineapple?” Zipp was confused. “Look, nopony said it had to be difficult to remember. It changes daily. So for tonight, it’s Pineapple. An’ look--” He leaned in extra close, the alcohol on his breath causing Zipp’s eyes to water. “You go there tonight, an’ yer gonna get fucked. By stallions. Mares, too. Just so there ain’t no wrong expectations.” Zipp shivered, feeling the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. Something about the way he spoke, the words he used, caused her tail to arch slightly. She desperately tried to clamp it back down, but not before he noticed. He let out a perverse chuckle under his breath. “I only wish I could be there. S’pose there’s always another night, iffin’ you come back.” He smacked her on the rump, and Zipp jolted upright, starting to trot away as if urged in that direction. “Oh, and Princess!” He called after her. Ponies around them could hear, but none paid them any mind. “Bring yer sister.” He said. Zipp turned beet red. The stallion let out a hearty, guttural laugh. It was windy that night, and neither Pipp nor Zipp were dressed appropriately for the weather. Both were still wearing their dresses without a coat, despite the breezy autumn season. Pipp shivered, huddling close to Zipp as they trotted through the Warehouse district. The old, barely-legible sign for the yarn factory was just above them. “Why did you drag me along for this, again?” Pipp complained. She pressed into Zipp’s side, shivering and rustling her wings in an attempt to warm herself. “Look, I already told you. Ponies come here to be naughty and have sex. I thought you wanted to try more stuff like that.” Zipp kept her wing tucked around her sister. “Well, yeah, but not with other ponies watching.” “But what about the time with–” Pipp was quick to cut her sister off. “That time with the Chef’s son doesn’t count.” Zipp rolled her eyes but was unable to hold back a smirk. She jostled Pipp playfully as they walked around the side of the run-down warehouse. There, at the end of the alley, was a door painted a bold red. It stuck out like a sore thumb amidst all the ruined and dilapidated architecture around it. Zipp took a deep breath and put on her brave face as they stood in front of it. Music vaguely thumped grim within.She gave Pipp one quick check. Her sister didn’t look like she wanted to leave, or was protesting any further. This must be one of those times when ponies say the opposite of what they really wanted, Zipp decided. Pipp was especially good at that. Zipp reached up and knocked three times on the door. An eyehole halfway up the door slid open and a pair of green eyes looked around. The opening was higher than Zipp or Pipp and thus the eyes didn’t see them. Zipp coughed to get its attention, and the green eyes peered down at her curiously. “Uh, pineapple?” Zipp smiled wearily. “You two girls sure about this?” The voice asked, raising an eyebrow. Zipp nodded. “We know what we’re in for. We’re ready.” “Alright. But don’t come whining to me when you get more than you bargained for.” The door opened abruptly and they were ushered in by a short brown stallion. He waved them in and quickly shut the door. “Hey, ain’t you two the–” he started to say, then quickly recovered, “forget it, ain’t my business. It’s downstairs.” He pointed vaguely to a staircase in front of them. As Zipp and Pipp descended, neither said a word to the other. The low thrum of music was growing louder and louder. What was probably only a short staircase felt like an eternity. They passed another door, and all at once were overwhelmed with new sights and music that was loud, overbearing, ear-splitting and hard to make out. It was everywhere, throbbing with so much bass Zipp was sure it would replace the rhythm of her heartbeat. They found themselves standing in a bar, maybe a dance club of sorts. In front of them, a pony served colourful drinks behind a long, shiny metal counter. Mares and stallions of all sorts chatted amongst themselves on stools or in booths. To the left, past the bar, was a large dancing area filled with even more ponies. As they looked around, some of the ponies were doing inappropriate or even downright lewd things. To the right of the bar was a long hallway with many doors that had a constant flow of ponies to and from, looking either exhausted or bursting with energy depending on which direction they went. Zipp turned to her sister, leaning as close to her ear as she could, and practically had to yell. “This is a lot. You sure you’re up for this?” “Are you kidding?” Pipp looked ready to burst, she was so excited. “This is a PARTY! Oh my gosh! I’m gonna go dancing!” “Pipp, wait!” Zipp grabbed her by the tail and tugged her back. “Maybe you should stick by me?” “Why? To watch you have all the fun?” Pipp started to whine again. Zipp knew she was right, and that there was no way she could watch Pipp all night. After all, they both knew what they’d come for. Zipp had brought her, too. Coaxed Pipp into it. A large mare was ogling them from the bar, gazing intently. She was probably the strongest-looking mare that Zipp had ever seen. She took a swig of a dark-looking drink and started to climb off her stool. On the dance floor, one or two of the colts that Zipp recognized from her mother’s gala earlier were having a good time. As her gaze wandered around, an old stallion with a fine-looking coat was sitting in a booth by himself. She recognized him from her mother’s court. He winked and beckoned her over. “Hey, darling.” The large mare had wandered over and was addressing Zipp. “Mind if I steal your sister for a few? I won’t be long. She looks like she could use a little relaxin’.” Pipp stood next to her, wide-eyed and eager. Everything about her expression said ‘please let me go!’. What should Zipp do? The mare next to Pipp looked amused. She stroked a hoof down Pipp’s back, coaxing the overeager and energetic filly to calm. She inched closer to Pipp. “Wanna know what I’m gonna do to you, hon’?” The mare spoke loud enough that both of them heard, but was only addressing Pipp. She put her muzzle to Pipp’s ear and whispered. In response, Pipp turned bright red. “So whataya say, big Sis?” The mare asked again, looking back at Zipp. Pipp had turned uncharacteristically quiet but was squirming in place. “Actually, maybe I could come, too?” Zipp grinned. She could already tell she had a thing or two to learn from her. Pipp continued nodding enthusiastically. “Yes! Yes, please! Can she? Can she?” Pipp hopped up and down exuberantly. Giggling, the mare gestured toward the long hallway and lead them toward it. Zipp could feel the rich stallion sitting in the booth boring eyes into her, probably imagining what he’d missed. She was sure that that wouldn’t be the last she would hear from him, especially considering his regularity in the Royal Court. As they walked down the hallway Zipp could hear sounds coming from behind doors. Moaning, squeaking of bedsprings, the wet slap of body parts colliding into each other again and again; all sounds of sex Zipp had long associated with the activities she and her sister got up to when the guards or their mother weren’t paying attention. The air was thick with a musky scent, like a hundred spent and sopping Pipp’s, only less sweet and more earthy. Zipp felt the itch return to her loins along with a familiar, pleasant heat. The mare continued until she found a door that was both ajar and not already containing ponies. Zipp and Pipp had already seen in a short time more acts of lust in the last thirty seconds than their entire lives combined. Like the other rooms that they had caught glimpses of, this one was barely big enough to fit a single large bed, an armchair, and a dispenser of sorts on the wall that Zipp couldn’t quite figure out. Pipp climbed on the bed without hesitation. “So, what’s your name?” Zipp turned her attention to the mare who had already shut the door and was climbing over Pipp, pressing her onto her back. The mare’s eyes sparkled with desire. “Shh. No need for names in this place. I already know who you are.” The mare retorted. She turned to face Zipp only for a moment and winked. “Wanna watch your sister squeal?” Zipp could only nod breathlessly. She adjusted herself against the wall to lean against it while she watched. The mare pinned Pipp down and pressed their muzzles together. Pipp’s eyes fluttered closed and they were locked in a noisy, passionate kiss. Tongues mingled and swapped between them.
