After the Black Tusk attack on the White House, and the loss of Captain Frederick Lewis, the DIvision has suffered a heavy blow. Their allies are in retreat, and resources are scarce at the once-powerful symbol of hope for DC.

Despite the dire circumstances, A squad of The Division's best remaining Agents deploys to the CIA Headquarters in Langley, Virginia, to recover an arms cache, and investigate a mysterious outbound signal. What was supposed to be a simple retrieval mission turns into a high-value extraction…and then a First Contract with the world of Equestria.

Now, The Division and the newly formed alliance between the JTF and the Equestrian Expeditionary Force must learn to work together against threats from outside and within, in order to save a world that is balancing on a razor’s edge.
